IBC吨桶可以采用PE再生料进行制备,绿色环保,但是再生的HDPE具有以下缺陷,吸湿性小,易发生融体破裂,长期与热金属接触易分解,收缩范围及收缩值大,易发生缩孔.凹痕,变形。因此对于现有的存放98%硫酸的再生IBC吨桶也需要使用针对性的清洗剂清洗才能最大限度的延长IBC吨桶寿命,以及提升清洗效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生IBC吨桶绿色清洗溶剂,其特征在于,所述乳化剂选自失水山梨醇单油酸酯、山梨醇酐单油酸酯或蔗糖脂肪酸酯中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生IBC吨桶绿色清洗溶剂,其特征在于,所述硅油选自聚硅氧烷或端羟基聚硅氧烷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生IBC吨桶绿色清洗溶剂,其特征在于,所述有机碱选自三乙胺、三乙烯二胺或吡啶中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生IBC吨桶绿色清洗溶剂,其特征在于,所述缓蚀剂选自3,7,11-三甲基十二炔-3-醇、聚天冬氨酸或3,5-二甲基-1-己炔-3-醇中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生IBC吨桶绿色清洗溶剂,其特征在于,所述IBC吨桶为高密度聚乙烯吨桶。
7.如权利要求1-6任一项所述的再生IBC吨桶绿色清洗溶剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将葡萄糖酸钠、偏硅酸钠 、碳酸钠 、海藻糖脂、柠檬酸钠、二乙二醇单丁醚和去离子水混合形成均一的溶液体系,搅拌,放置在室温中静置;
(2)在上述溶液体系中加入乳化剂、硅油、有机碱和缓蚀剂,并搅拌均匀,静置后得到水性清洗剂。
8.如权利要求1-6任一项所述的再生IBC吨桶绿色清洗溶剂的用途,其特征在于,所述绿色清洗溶剂用于清洗储存98%浓硫酸的IBC吨桶。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用途,其特征在于,所述清洗过程中温度保持在20-30℃。
