Embodiments of the present application are described in further detail below with reference to the drawings attached hereto.
The application provides a method for supervising remote sensing information of forest grass resource monitoring, and the main flow of the method is described as follows.
As shown in fig. 1:
step S101: and acquiring environment repair project information and environment type information.
In the embodiment of the application, the environmental remediation project information refers to specific information of an ecological environmental remediation project; for example, the ecological environment A is a wetland, and the repairing items of the ecological environment A are a plurality of items such as a forest grass resource recovering item, a water-soil proportion adjusting item and the like in the wetland, and also comprise item repairing progress information, and information such as problems, specific conditions and the like in the repairing process of each item; the environment type information refers to the ecological type of the ecological environment, and comprises various ecological environments such as mountain areas, forests, lakes, mining areas and the like; different ecological characteristics are provided in different ecological environments, such as water in lakes, a large number of forest trees and the like.
Step S102: and determining environmental item standard information according to the environmental type information.
In the embodiment of the application, determining the environmental item standard information according to the environmental type information specifically includes calling an environmental repair item information classification table; the environment repair project information classification table comprises environment type information, environment project standard information and a corresponding relation between the environment type information and the environment project standard information; and obtaining environment project standard information according to the environment type information and the environment data classification table.
It can be understood that the environment repair project information classification table contains corresponding environment types and environment project standard information; for different types of ecological environments, different forms of environment data are represented; for example, forest ecology, the remote sensing data needs to represent the number, height, density and the like of trees; the lake ecology and the remote sensing data need to reflect the water-soil ratio, the lake water quantity, the water quality and the like.
Step S103: and obtaining environment restoration actual information according to the environment type information and the environment restoration project information.
In this embodiment of the present application, obtaining the environmental repair actual information according to the environmental type information and the environmental repair item information specifically includes: determining project characteristic information corresponding to the type according to the environment type information; and splitting and determining environment restoration actual information for the environment restoration project information according to the project characteristic information.
It can be understood that the project characteristic information refers to type information of various remote sensing data corresponding to different ecological environments; for example, the ecological environment is a lake, and the type information of the corresponding remote sensing data is water quality, water quantity, water-soil state and the like; after the type information corresponding to the remote sensing data of the ecological environment is determined, the environmental repair project information can be split according to the type information, and then the actual information of the environmental repair project information is determined.
Step S104: and obtaining environment restoration missing information according to the environment project standard information and the environment restoration actual information.
In this embodiment of the present application, obtaining the environmental repair missing information according to the environmental item standard information and the environmental repair actual information specifically includes: obtaining standard type information and standard content information according to the environment item standard information; obtaining the actual type information of the environmental repair project information and the actual content information of the environmental repair project information according to the actual environmental repair information; obtaining type comparison information according to the standard type information and the actual type information of the environment repair project information; obtaining content comparison information according to the standard content information and the actual content information of the environment repair project information; and obtaining environment restoration missing information according to the type comparison information and the content comparison information.
It is to be understood that in the above process, the environmental item standard information includes type information and content information; the environment restoration actual information also comprises type information and content information; the type information and the content information are respectively compared, and the type comparison information is determined through the type information, namely, compared with the standard information, the type of the data missing in the actual information is determined; determining content comparison information, namely, data content missing in actual information compared with standard information by using the content information; finally, the missing type information and the content information are synthesized to obtain environment repair missing information; the missing information of environmental repair refers to the missing information compared with the standard information of environmental items.
Step S105: and obtaining repair item analysis information according to a preset repair information analysis rule and environmental repair item information.
In the embodiment of the application, environmental repair project information is analyzed through a preset repair information analysis rule, so that repair project analysis information is obtained, and specifically, the environmental repair project information is screened into picture information and text information according to the preset repair information analysis rule; preprocessing the picture information and the text information; carrying out key feature matching on the preprocessed picture information and character information; and determining repair project analysis information according to the key feature matching result.
For the ecological environment, the pictures and the words contained in the project information are necessarily in one-to-one correspondence, so that the environment repair project information is screened and divided into picture information and word information; then preprocessing the two kinds of information to ensure that the matching process of the two kinds of information is not influenced by information errors; and then matching the picture information and the text information, and determining the analysis information of the repair item according to the matching result.
Step S106: and obtaining an evaluation result of the environmental repair project information according to the environmental repair missing information and the repair project analysis information.
In the embodiment of the application, the evaluation result of the environmental repair project information according to the environmental repair missing information and the repair project analysis information specifically includes that the environmental repair missing information is evaluated to obtain first evaluation information; evaluating the repair project analysis information to obtain second evaluation information; and obtaining an evaluation result according to the first evaluation information and the second evaluation information.
The method for obtaining the evaluation result according to the first evaluation information and the second evaluation information specifically comprises the step of obtaining the evaluation result according to preset weights, the first evaluation information and the second evaluation information.
In the process, firstly, environmental repair missing information is utilized to evaluate to obtain first evaluation information; obtaining second evaluation information by utilizing the repair project analysis information; finally, combining preset weights, and comprehensively calculating the first and second evaluation information to obtain an evaluation result; it can be understood that when the calculation is performed by combining the preset weight, the first evaluation information and the second evaluation information are converted into evaluation values in advance, and then the final ecological environment restoration project information evaluation values are obtained by performing the calculation by combining the preset weight; according to a preset ecological environment evaluation table, an evaluation result of ecological environment restoration project information can be obtained by combining the ecological environment restoration project information evaluation value; it can be understood that after the evaluation result of the ecological restoration project information is determined, the ecological restoration project information can be used for reflecting the state of the ecological environment area, such as the condition of forest resources, water-soil ratio information and the like; the evaluation of the current situation of the ecological environment area can be reflected by the evaluation result of the ecological environment restoration project information.
In the embodiment of the application, when the ecological environment restoration project information is analyzed and evaluated, due to different conditions of different ecological environment protection areas, for the ecological environment protection areas with large occupied area and complex internal conditions and rich ecological resources, the ecological environment protection areas are easy to be careless only through a method for analyzing and evaluating the restoration project information, so that accurate judgment cannot be made on restoration and management of the ecological environment protection areas, and therefore the problems are solved by adopting the following method in the embodiment of the application.
Acquiring internal resource information of an ecological protection area; dividing sub-resource areas of a plurality of ecological environment protection areas according to the internal resource information of the ecological protection areas; determining importance degree information of each sub-resource region; determining association influence information of adjacent sub-resource areas; dividing project restoration subareas and project restoration orders according to the environmental restoration project information; determining repair resource information of each sub-resource region according to the sub-resource region and the project repair sub-region; and updating the project repair order according to the association influence information, the repair resource information and the importance degree information.
In the process, updating the project repair sequence according to the associated influence information, the repair resource information and the importance degree information specifically comprises determining the influence degree information of the non-repair area according to the associated influence information and the repair resource information; determining resource proportion information according to the sub-resource region; determining proportion information of repair resources according to the resource proportion information and the repair resource information; determining repair emergency degree information according to the proportion information and the importance degree information of the repair resources; determining restoration priority information according to the affected degree information and the restoration emergency degree information of the non-restoration area; and updating the project repair order according to the repair priority information.
It can be understood that for an ecological environment protection area with large occupied area and complex internal conditions and rich ecological resources, the resource information in the ecological environment protection area needs to be acquired first; dividing the ecological protection area based on the resource information to obtain a plurality of sub-resource areas; each sub-resource region comprises a resource with the largest proportion in the sub-resource region; then determining the importance degree of the sub-resource region according to the importance degree of the resource to the ecological protection region; in this way, the ecological protection area is divided into a plurality of sub-resource areas containing an important resource; and determining the associated influence information of the adjacent sub-resource areas, wherein for the adjacent sub-resource areas, as the two areas are bordered in the geographic aspect, analysis is performed from multiple aspects such as land, climate, water-soil ratio and the like, the two areas can influence each other, and in the process of repairing and reforming one area, the other area is necessarily influenced, so that the associated influence information of the adjacent sub-resource areas needs to be determined first.
Because the environment restoration project information contains the related information of restoration projects of the ecological protection area, a plurality of project restoration subareas and project restoration orders are divided based on the environment restoration project information, wherein the project restoration subareas are project areas which need to be restored for different projects; the project repairing sequence comprises the established sequence of projects needing repairing in the ecological protection area and the repairing sequence of a plurality of project repairing subareas possibly existing in each project.
After the established repair areas are obtained, comparing the sub-resource areas with the project repair sub-areas to determine repair resource information of each sub-resource area; that is, for each sub-resource region, there is a resource within it that needs to be repaired, and how it needs to be repaired.
After the associated influence information and the repair resource information are obtained, the influence brought by the areas needing repair, which are born by other areas needing no repair, can be determined; then, for each sub-resource region, determining the resource proportion in the sub-resource region, and determining the proportion information of the sub-resource region occupied by the repair resource by combining the repair resource information; after the proportion of resources needing to be repaired is determined, the repair emergency degree information can be determined according to the importance degree information; then determining the repair priority according to the emergency degree of repair and the affected degree of the non-repair area; the repair priority is specific to each area to be repaired, the repair emergency degree of the area to be repaired is determined, and the influence of the area to be repaired on other non-repaired areas is repaired, so that the priority of the area to be repaired can be determined; updating the established project repairing sequence through priority; by the mode, the finally obtained project repairing sequence presents the advantages of being more reasonable and convenient, being more beneficial to the ecological protection area and having the minimum influence degree.
In the above process, in the step of determining the affected degree information of the non-repair area according to the associated influence information and the repair resource information, since the associated influence information is determined by analysis according to the adjacent sub-resource areas; however, in the actual process, the influence caused by the change of the area a may affect not only the adjacent area but also the non-adjacent area; if a problem occurs in the area where the source flows through the ground, the problem may be caused to all the flowing grounds of the river, so that the problem needs to be considered when determining the influence degree information of the non-repaired area.
Specifically, determining the affected degree information of the non-repair area according to the associated affected information and the repair resource information specifically includes determining the affected degree information of the non-adjacent sub-resource area; determining regional repair information according to the project repair sub-region and the repair resource information; determining affected possibility information of non-adjacent sub-resource areas according to the area repair information and the influence degree information; and determining the influence degree information of the non-repair area according to the associated influence information and the influence possibility information.
