The invention provides a calcium oxide production device which comprises a lime kiln, a material distribution assembly, a material bin, a spiral conveying assembly and a smoke exhaust pipeline, wherein a filler opening is formed in the top of the lime kiln; the material distribution assembly is arranged at the top of the lime kiln, the top of the material distribution assembly is closed, and the lower part of the material distribution assembly is provided with a smoke outlet; a discharge hole is formed in the bottom of the storage bin; the spiral conveying assembly is arranged in a circumferential sealing manner, one end of the spiral conveying assembly is connected and communicated with the storage bin, and the other end of the spiral conveying assembly is communicated with the material distribution assembly; one end of the smoke exhaust pipeline is connected and communicated with the lime kiln, and the other end of the smoke exhaust pipeline is connected and communicated with the spiral conveying assembly; the rotating shaft of the spiral conveying assembly positioned at the upper side of the joint of the spiral conveying assembly and the smoke exhaust pipeline is provided with a hollow section, and a plurality of first vent holes are formed in the side wall of the hollow section of the rotating shaft. The calcium oxide production device comprises a lime kiln 10, a distributing assembly, a storage bin 40, a spiral conveying assembly 31 and a smoke exhaust pipeline 20, wherein a filler opening is formed in the top of the lime kiln 10; the material distribution assembly is arranged at the top of the lime kiln 10 and communicated with the filler opening, the top of the material distribution assembly is closed, the lower part of the material distribution assembly is provided with a smoke outlet, and the smoke outlet is suitable for being communicated with the smoke treatment device; the bottom of the storage bin 40 is provided with a discharge hole for storing materials; the spiral conveying component 31 is arranged in a circumferential sealing manner, one end of the spiral conveying component is connected and communicated with the storage bin 40, and the other end of the spiral conveying component is communicated with the material distributing component and is used for conveying materials in the storage bin 40 into the material distributing component; one end of the smoke exhaust pipeline 20 is connected and communicated with the lime kiln 10, and the other end is connected and communicated with the spiral conveying component 31; the rotating shaft 32 of the screw conveying assembly 31 located at the upper side of the connection between the screw conveying assembly 31 and the smoke exhaust pipeline 20 is provided with a hollow section, and a plurality of first ventilation holes 33 are formed in the side wall of the hollow section of the rotating shaft 32.

Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, in a specific implementation manner of the calcium oxide production device provided by the embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of clamping grooves 76 are formed on the inner side of the supporting plate 74, a plurality of limiting components are provided around the connecting rod 53, and the limiting of the connecting rod 53 is released only after all the material blocking plates 84 are reset, so that the connecting rod 53 can be reset, thereby avoiding the situation of incorrect resetting when the residual amount of materials is small.

Claims (6)
1. A calcium oxide production device, comprising:
a lime kiln (10) is provided with a filler port at the top;
the material distribution assembly is arranged at the top of the lime kiln (10) and communicated with the filler opening, the top of the material distribution assembly is closed, the lower part of the material distribution assembly is provided with a smoke outlet, and the smoke outlet is suitable for being communicated with the smoke treatment device;
a discharging hole is formed in the bottom of the storage bin (40) and used for storing materials;
the spiral conveying assembly (31) is arranged in a circumferential airtight manner, one end of the spiral conveying assembly is connected and communicated with the storage bin (40), and the other end of the spiral conveying assembly is communicated with the distribution assembly and is used for conveying materials in the storage bin (40) into the distribution assembly; and
a smoke exhaust pipe (20), one end of which is connected and communicated with the lime kiln (10), and the other end of which is connected and communicated with the spiral conveying component (31);
wherein, a hollow section is arranged on a rotating shaft (32) of the spiral conveying assembly (31) positioned at the upper side of the joint of the spiral conveying assembly (31) and the smoke exhaust pipeline (20), and a plurality of first vent holes (33) are arranged on the side wall of the hollow section of the rotating shaft (32);
the cloth assembly includes:
the top of the material distribution barrel (51) is provided with a feeding hole, the bottom of the material distribution barrel is provided with a material distribution hole, the lower part of the material distribution barrel is in butt joint with the top of the lime kiln (10), the material distribution hole is aligned with the material filling hole, and the feeding hole is communicated with the spiral conveying assembly (31) and is in sealing fit with the material filling hole; the lower part of the cloth barrel (51) is provided with the smoke outlet;
the upper part of the base (52) is of a conical structure, and the conical surface of the base (52) is in sealing fit with the cloth opening;
the lower end of the connecting rod (53) is connected with the base (52); the connecting rod (53) and the base (52) are hollow and communicated with each other, and a plurality of second ventilation holes (54) are formed in the side walls of the connecting rod (53) and the base (52); the second ventilation holes (54) are obliquely arranged, and the outer ports of the second ventilation holes (54) are lower than the inner ports;
the fan (60) is arranged inside the connecting rod (53), an air inlet of the fan (60) is arranged upwards, and an air outlet of the fan is arranged downwards; and
and the release reset component is connected with the cloth barrel (51) and the connecting rod (53) and is used for controlling the connecting rod (53) to move downwards when cloth is required, so that the base (52) is separated from the cloth opening of the cloth barrel (51), and after the cloth is finished, the connecting rod (53) is controlled to reset, so that the base (52) is abutted to the cloth opening.
2. The calcium oxide production device according to claim 1, wherein the feed inlet is provided in the center of the top of the distribution barrel (51), the connecting rod (53) is coaxially provided with the distribution barrel (51), and the top end is a conical surface.
3. The calcium oxide production apparatus of claim 1, wherein the release reset assembly comprises:
the release assembly is connected with the distribution barrel (51) and the connecting rod (53) and is used for releasing the connecting rod (53) after the materials in the distribution barrel (51) reach the preset mass, so that the connecting rod (53) and the base (52) move downwards to start distribution;
the resetting component is connected with the cloth barrel (51) and the connecting rod (53) and is used for driving the connecting rod (53) and the base (52) to reset after the cloth is finished; and
and the limiting component is connected with the connecting rod (53) and the cloth barrel (51) and is used for limiting the relative movement of the connecting rod (53) and the cloth barrel (51) in the cloth process and releasing the limitation after the cloth is finished.
4. A calcium oxide production apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the release assembly comprises:
a baffle (71) connected to the link (53);
the mounting plate (72) is sleeved on the connecting rod (53), is arranged on the upper side of the baffle (71), and is connected with the cloth barrel (51) on the outer side; and
a magnet (73) connected to the mounting plate (72) and adapted to attract the shutter (71);
the reset assembly includes:
the supporting plate (74) is sleeved on the connecting rod (53), is arranged at the lower side of the baffle plate (71), and is connected with the cloth barrel (51) at the outer side; and
the first spring (75) is sleeved on the connecting rod (53), the lower end of the first spring is connected with the supporting plate (74), and the upper end of the first spring is connected with the baffle (71).
5. The calcium oxide production device according to claim 4, wherein a clamping groove (76) is formed in the inner side of the supporting plate (74), a mounting groove suitable for being aligned with the clamping groove (76) is formed in the side wall of the connecting rod (53), and the limiting assembly comprises:
the limiting block (81) is arranged in the mounting groove in a sliding manner and is suitable for sliding out of the mounting groove to be clamped with the clamping groove (76);
the second spring (82) is arranged in the mounting groove, and two ends of the second spring are respectively connected with the limiting block (81) and the connecting rod (53);
the baffle plate (84) is arranged at the outer edge of the base (52) and is rotationally connected with the base (52);
a torsion spring (85) connected with the base (52) and the striker plate (84) for keeping the striker plate (84) in a state protruding out of the conical surface of the base (52); and
and one end of the connecting rope (83) is connected with the striker plate (84), and the other end of the connecting rope is transmitted into the base (52) from the bottom of the base (52) and passes through the connecting rod (53) to be connected with the limiting block (81).
6. The calcium oxide production device according to claim 5, wherein a plurality of clamping grooves (76) are formed in the inner side of the supporting plate (74), the limiting components are a plurality of, and the limiting components are arranged around the connecting rod (53).
