With following fiber production air-flow bonded nonwoven fabric, thereby provide intermediate layer between the supatex fabric of spunlaced manufactured:
Staple fibre 2.0 daniers, 51mm is long, 45% weight
Low-melting point PET fiber 2.0 daniers, 51mm is long, 40% weight
PET fiber 2.0 daniers of hollow, 51mm is long, 15% weight
The supatex fabric of two spunlaced manufactured and an air-flow bonded nonwoven fabric that is stacked between the two are bonded in together in following condition, thereby make the thin layer sheet material of a multilayer:
Between a Chevy Trucks's top roll and level and smooth metal lower roll, carry out cotton ginning;
Temperature: 130 ℃ (top roll) and 135 ℃ (lower roll);
Pressure: 50kg/cm 3
Bonding speed: 6m/ minute;

This step is finished by using the pin type raising machine, and shown in Fig. 2 (A) and 2 (B), this raising machine can use the raising machine of Kanai Juryou Kogyo Co., Ltd.In each fluffing cycle, the thin layer sheet material of sandwich construction is subjected to two fluffing rollers and two oppositely fluffings of fluffing roller, shown in Fig. 2 (A).This fluffing cycle repeats respectively 5 times, 20 times, 30 times for example 1, example 2, example 3.Fluffing in example 1, example 2, example 3 highly is respectively 0.4mm, 0.6mm and 1.2mm.
The test result of the cleaning wiping cloth of example 1-3 in dry state wiping and hygrometric state wiping is as follows.
The test of dry state wiping

In comparative example 5, same test is used for aforesaid dry state wiping, wherein, use one with example 1-3 in the wiping same structure but the cleaning wiping cloth of handling of not fluffing test.Test result as shown in Figure 8.
