Abstract
The invention provides a big data retrieval method and a big data retrieval system based on association of a three-dimensional model and a document, wherein the big data retrieval method comprises the following steps: converting the original three-dimensional model file into a neutral three-dimensional model file, and generating an archiving information packet after the conversion is successful; carrying out light weight processing on the archived information package, generating a propagation information package of a light weight model file and distributing the propagation information package to a user; importing model attributes in the archived information package into a configuration management database for storage and management, and establishing a device information configuration relation; initializing and establishing an index table, performing traversal search on the documents in the document system, and establishing the index table on the metadata information of the documents and the document content based on the equipment configuration information; and the user browses the three-dimensional model based on the propagation information packet, and can search the document matched with the index word in the document system by looking up the equipment configuration information. According to the invention, the three-dimensional model is associated with various files in the document system, so that the data utilization efficiency of the three-dimensional model is improved, and the workload of technicians and document personnel is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of big data retrieval of three-dimensional models, and particularly relates to a big data retrieval method and a big data retrieval system based on association of a three-dimensional model and a document.

The three-dimensional model result data is taken as a special engineering file, contains a great deal of important contents such as a three-dimensional design model, engineering information, engineering construction data, equipment parameter information and the like, and can provide important reference value and evidence effect for nuclear power engineering construction and later operation maintenance.
At present, the utilization mode of the three-dimensional design result is single, and the three-dimensional design result is generally only multiplexed in a model design system, and technical data such as data, files, drawings and the like formed in the construction and the construction process of a three-dimensional model are independently placed with the model and cannot be searched in an associated mode and synchronously utilized, so that the utilization cost of technicians and the workload of utilization provided by documentation staff are greatly increased, and meanwhile, the problems of low utilization efficiency, poor utilization effect and the like exist in the utilization process. the configuration management database receives the index instruction of the client, determines an associated file list according to the index instruction, sends a document calling request to the document management system, and the document management system provides document contents according to the authority.
The second aspect of the invention provides a big data retrieval system based on association of a three-dimensional model and a document, comprising:
a three-dimensional model neutralization conversion module configured to: converting the original three-dimensional model file into a neutral three-dimensional model file, and generating an archiving information packet after the conversion is successful;
a three-dimensional model lightweight conversion module configured to: carrying out light weight treatment on the archived information package, converting the neutral format three-dimensional model file into a lightweight model file, generating a propagation information package of the lightweight model file after the conversion is successful, and distributing the propagation information package to users;
a three-dimensional model data mining and analysis module configured to: importing model attributes in the archived information package into a configuration management database for storage and management, and establishing a device information configuration relation;
an index table construction module configured to: initializing an index table, performing traversal search on a document in a document system, and respectively establishing the index table according to metadata information of the document and document content;
a big data retrieval module configured to: the configuration management database receives the index instruction of the client, determines an associated file list according to the index instruction, sends a document calling request to the document management system, and the document management system provides document contents according to the authority.
A third aspect of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps in a big data retrieval method associated with a document based on a three-dimensional model according to the first aspect of the present invention.
A fourth aspect of the present invention provides an electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps in a method for retrieving big data based on association of a three-dimensional model with a document according to the first aspect of the present invention when the program is executed.
The one or more of the above technical solutions have the following beneficial effects:

The position information of the model is associated with the existing document, and a user can directly find out the two-dimensional document, PID drawing and other information corresponding to specific equipment while browsing the three-dimensional model, so that the data utilization efficiency of the three-dimensional model is improved, and the workload of technicians and document staff is reduced. The whole process is simple and convenient to operate and high in production efficiency.

Detailed Description
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, this embodiment discloses a big data retrieval method based on association of a three-dimensional model and a document, which includes:
step 1, converting an original format three-dimensional model file into a neutral format three-dimensional model file, and generating an archiving information packet after the conversion is successful;
step 2, carrying out light weight treatment on the archived information package, converting the neutral format three-dimensional model file into a lightweight model file, generating a propagation information package of the lightweight model file after the conversion is successful, and distributing the propagation information package to users;
step 3, importing model attributes in the archive information package into a configuration management database for storage and management, and establishing a device information configuration relation;
step 4, initializing an index table, performing traversal search on the document in the document system, and respectively establishing the index table for metadata information and document content of the document based on the equipment configuration information;
and 5, the configuration management database receives an index instruction of the client, determines an associated file list according to the index instruction, sends a document calling request to a document management system, and provides document contents according to the authority.
In step 1, the function of the three-dimensional model file neutralization format conversion is to convert the three-dimensional model generated by the professional three-dimensional design software into a format, and convert the three-dimensional model into a specific three-dimensional model file, such as DGN format and DRV format of an interscan PDS, or RVM format of AVEVA PDMS, and convert the three-dimensional model file into a neutral industry standard format which can be opened by various three-dimensional software, such as STP file and FBX file; is the first step of realizing the three-dimensional model big data retrieval association.
As shown in fig. 2, the specific steps of converting the neutralization format of the three-dimensional model file are as follows:
s101, generating data for a three-dimensional model, wherein the data comprises a model and model attributes for data verification;
s102, performing file four-way detection (namely, authenticity, integrity, availability and security detection) and integrity verification, wherein the verification is successful to form a SIP (Source Information Package) data packet, and an error report is generated when the verification is failed;
s103, performing neutral format conversion on the SIP data packet, generating a AIP (Archiving Information Package) data packet after the conversion is successful, and generating an error report when the conversion is failed;
s104, archiving the generated AIP data packet to finish the model archiving work of the original format and the neutral format.
In step 2, in order to facilitate online browsing of the model, and separate from a specific three-dimensional application software to open the model, since the data size of the three-dimensional model is large, the model in a complex scene often contains hundreds of thousands of polygons, and online browsing using WEB can lead to problems of long opening time, slow browsing speed and the like, the complex three-dimensional model needs to be subjected to light-weight processing, and the precision and number of the polygons in the model are reduced, so that the quick opening and browsing are facilitated.
As shown in fig. 3, the specific steps of the light-weight processing of the complex three-dimensional model are as follows:
s201, receiving an AIP original format information packet, repeating the verification of information in the light weight process, and forming an AIP receiving packet;
s202, performing model lightweight conversion to form a DIP (Dissemination Information Package) information packet. The storage format adopted by the light weight is BSON format, and the graph in the original format is compressed, wherein the compression ratio is about 20% -30%. The model is subjected to light weight treatment, so that the original viewing precision is kept, and the rendering of the WEB terminal is facilitated;
s203, archiving the original model, the neutral format model and the lightweight model file is completed.
The facility objects of the three-dimensional model include building (construction) structures, systems, equipment, components, and the like. To facilitate management from different dimensions, the system can be decomposed in terms of system functionality and spatial location. In step 3, attribute information (Metadata), also called Metadata information, in the three-dimensional model records the specific role of a certain component in the model, such as the length of the pipeline, the temperature, the parameters of the liquid in the pipeline, or the name of the equipment, the specialty, the sub-systems to which the equipment belongs. This information is stored as core content of the three-dimensional model by means of a configuration management database (Configuration Management Database). The relationship of the device to the device, the relationship of the device to the structure and system, and the device bit number and other information of the device are recorded. The system can disassemble and strip attribute information in the three-dimensional model, import the attribute information into a configuration database and analyze the attribute information by the configuration database.
As shown in fig. 4, the mining and analysis module of the three-dimensional model data includes the steps of:

In step 4, mass files existing in multiple systems are analyzed and processed using big data retrieval techniques. For example, according to the type of the file, such as the file belonging to engineering design-related, purchasing-related, construction-related, debugging-related or project-management-related; or indexing according to the file metadata or the device numbers acquired in the text.
As shown in fig. 5, the big data retrieval includes the steps of:
s401, receiving information of a device configuration information database;
s402, initializing an index table, and requesting file classification traversal;
s403, reading document metadata information, and establishing/updating a metadata index;
s404, performing full text OCR (optical character recognition) on document content, and establishing/updating a full text index;
s405, analyzing and processing mass files existing in a plurality of systems by utilizing a big data retrieval module to finish big data indexing.
The index table style is shown in Table 1:

In step 5, the interaction between the configuration management database and the big data retrieval is configured, the configuration management database regularly performs cross comparison and analysis on the configuration information and the index information in the big data retrieval module, for example, the associated equipment bit number in a certain three-dimensional model is indexed, and the information such as the corresponding two-dimensional document, drawing, report, record and the like in the file system is found by searching the document content and the file metadata attribute through the whole text.
As shown in fig. 6, the interaction of the configuration management database and the big data retrieval module includes the steps of:
s501, the device information configuration database periodically performs cross comparison and analysis on the configuration information and index information in the big data retrieval module
S502, a user browses specific three-dimensional models or P & ID information, and a device information configuration database inquires device position number information;
s503, retrieving file content and metadata by big data;
s504, returning to a user associated file list;
s505, the user clicks a specific file to be checked, and the document management system provides file contents according to the authority.

a three-dimensional model neutralization conversion module configured to: converting the original three-dimensional model file into a neutral three-dimensional model file, and generating an archiving information packet after the conversion is successful;
a three-dimensional model lightweight conversion module configured to: carrying out light weight treatment on the archived information package, converting the neutral format three-dimensional model file into a lightweight model file, generating a propagation information package of the lightweight model file after the conversion is successful, and distributing the propagation information package to users;
a three-dimensional model data mining and analysis module configured to: importing model attributes in the archived information package into a configuration management database for storage and management, and establishing a device information configuration relation;
an index table construction module configured to: initializing an index table, performing traversal search on a document in a document system, and respectively establishing the index table according to metadata information of the document and document content;
a big data retrieval module configured to: the configuration management database receives the index instruction of the client, determines an associated file list according to the index instruction, sends a document calling request to the document management system, and the document management system provides document contents according to the authority.

A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements steps in a big data retrieval method based on association of a three-dimensional model with a document as described in embodiment 1 of the present disclosure.

An object of the present embodiment is to provide an electronic apparatus.
An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps in a big data retrieval method associated with a document based on a three-dimensional model as described in embodiment 1 of the present disclosure when the program is executed.
The steps involved in the devices of the second, third and fourth embodiments correspond to those of the first embodiment of the method, and the detailed description of the embodiments can be found in the related description section of the first embodiment. The term "computer-readable storage medium" should be taken to include a single medium or multiple media including one or more sets of instructions; it should also be understood to include any medium capable of storing, encoding or carrying a set of instructions for execution by a processor and that cause the processor to perform any one of the methods of the present invention.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the invention described above may be implemented by general-purpose computer means, alternatively they may be implemented by program code executable by computing means, whereby they may be stored in storage means for execution by computing means, or they may be made into individual integrated circuit modules separately, or a plurality of modules or steps in them may be made into a single integrated circuit module. The present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

carrying out light weight treatment on the archived information package, converting the neutral format three-dimensional model file into a lightweight model file, generating a propagation information package of the lightweight model file after the conversion is successful, and distributing the propagation information package to users;
importing model attributes in the archived information package into a configuration management database for storage and management, and establishing a device information configuration relation;
initializing an index table, performing traversal search on a document in a document system, and respectively establishing the index table for metadata information and document content of the document based on equipment configuration information;
the configuration management database receives the index instruction of the client, determines an associated file list according to the index instruction, sends a document calling request to the document management system, and the document management system provides document contents according to the authority.
2. The method for retrieving big data based on association of a three-dimensional model and a document according to claim 1, wherein the converting the original three-dimensional model file into the neutral three-dimensional model file, generating an archive information packet after the conversion is successful, comprises:
performing data verification on the three-dimensional model generation data, forming a SIP (Source Information Package) data packet after the verification is successful, and generating an error report when the verification is failed;
and performing neutral format conversion on the SIP data packet, generating an archiving information packet after the conversion is successful, and generating an error report after the conversion is failed.

The method for retrieving big data based on association of a three-dimensional model and a document according to claim 1, wherein the step of performing light weight processing on the archived information packet to convert the neutral format three-dimensional model file into a lightweight model file comprises the steps of:
and receiving the archive information package, performing data verification on the archive information package in the original format to generate an archive information receiving package, and performing light-weight conversion on the intermediate format three-dimensional model file after verification is successful.

The method for retrieving big data based on association of a three-dimensional model and a document according to claim 1, wherein the importing the model attribute of the archived information packet into the configuration management database for storage and management, and establishing the configuration relation of the device information, comprises:
analyzing the file of the three-dimensional model, and disassembling the model attribute;
importing the metadata into a configuration management database, performing data analysis and reconciliation, and performing association of equipment information with the factory object;
and establishing an association presentation relation.
5. The method for retrieving big data associated with a document based on a three-dimensional model according to claim 1, wherein the step of creating an index table for metadata information of the document and document contents based on device configuration information comprises:
receiving information of a device configuration information database;
initializing an index table, and requesting file classification traversal;
reading document metadata information, and establishing/updating a metadata index;
and carrying out full text recognition on the document content, and establishing/updating a full text index.

The method for retrieving big data based on association of a three-dimensional model with a document according to claim 1, wherein the user browses the three-dimensional model based on the propagation information packet, and can retrieve the document matching the index word from the document system by viewing the device configuration information, comprising:
the user browses specific three-dimensional model or P & ID information, and the equipment information configuration database inquires the equipment position number information;
retrieving file content and metadata from the big data;
returning a user associated file list;
the user clicks a specific file to be checked, and the document management system provides file contents according to the authority.

The big data retrieval method based on association of a three-dimensional model with a document according to claim 1, wherein the attribute information in the three-dimensional model includes: operating parameters and structural parameters of the components in the model; name of the device, specialty, subsystem affiliated to.
8. A big data retrieval system based on association of a three-dimensional model with a document, comprising:
a three-dimensional model neutralization conversion module configured to: converting the original three-dimensional model file into a neutral three-dimensional model file, and generating an archiving information packet after the conversion is successful;
a three-dimensional model lightweight conversion module configured to: carrying out light weight treatment on the archived information package, converting the neutral format three-dimensional model file into a lightweight model file, generating a propagation information package of the lightweight model file after the conversion is successful, and distributing the propagation information package to users;
a three-dimensional model data mining and analysis module configured to: importing model attributes in the archived information package into a configuration management database for storage and management, and establishing a device information configuration relation;
an index table construction module configured to: initializing an index table, performing traversal search on a document in a document system, and respectively establishing the index table according to metadata information of the document and document content;
a big data retrieval module configured to: the configuration management database receives the index instruction of the client, determines an associated file list according to the index instruction, sends a document calling request to the document management system, and the document management system provides document contents according to the authority.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a program is stored, characterized in that the program, when being executed by a processor, realizes the steps in a big data retrieval method based on a three-dimensional model associated with a document as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.

Electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of a big data retrieval method associated with a document based on a three-dimensional model according to any of claims 1-7 when executing the program.
