Description

Functional food for resisting uric acid
Technical Field
The invention relates to a functional food, namely an anti-uric acid functional food.
Background
Gout is an inflammatory disease induced by monosodium urate crystals, and can lead to hyperuricemia through long-term purine metabolism activity, excessive purine intake or uric acid excretion disorder. Long-term hyperuricemia can cause urate crystal deposition in joints and surrounding soft tissues, and repeated attacks of acute joint and soft tissue inflammation, tophus deposition, chronic arthritis and joint damage occur. Hyperuricemia can also involve the kidneys, causing chronic interstitial nephritis and urate calculi formation. Early positive uric acid lowering treatment for gout patients can delay or prevent organ damage. Currently, the treatment of gout is mainly drug treatment, including western medicines, traditional Chinese medicines and dietotherapy. Western medicines such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, colchicine, glucocorticoid and the like adopted in the acute stage. In the chronic stage, uric acid reducing medicines such as allopurinol, febuxostat, benzbromarone and probenecid are mainly adopted, so that the effect is quick, the toxic and side effects are strong, and the medicine is not suitable for long-term use. Traditional Chinese medicines are various, but have slow effect, hardly act on acute onset of gout, have bad taste, are painful to take, have toxic and side effects, and cannot be taken for a long time. The food therapy adopts national approved medicine and food homologous materials, has no toxic or side effect and strong palatability, and is expected to replace partial medicine treatment. In particular to some medicinal tea drinks, such as the well-known chicory gardenia tea and the like, which can supplement water and urine, promote uric acid excretion and have good mouthfeel, so the medicinal tea drink is suitable for long-term administration. However, the existing dietotherapy products have the problem of slow effect, even slower than traditional Chinese medicines, thereby limiting the application of dietotherapy. If the dietotherapy can accelerate the development process of the dietotherapy, the dietotherapy becomes a main means for resisting gout, thereby bringing good news to gout patients and even the whole society.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a dietotherapy product which can enhance uric acid excretion function of human body, has quick response, convenient use, low cost and no toxic or side effect.
The above purpose is realized by the following technical scheme: providing an anti-uric acid functional food, which is characterized in that: 6-8 parts of poria cocos, 2-5 parts of honeysuckle, 2-6 parts of black tiger and 2-4 parts of flaxseed.
The raw materials are added: 1-3 parts of gardenia jasminoides ellis, 1-3 parts of red sage root, 2-4 parts of hawthorn and 1-3 parts of drynaria rhizome.
The raw materials are added: 0.1-0.5 part of American ginseng, 0.5-1 part of red sage root, 0.5-1 part of astragalus root, 1-3 parts of medlar and 1-3 parts of drynaria rhizome.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the prepared functional food can enhance uric acid excretion function of human body, has quick response, no toxic or side effect, can quickly relieve gout symptoms, can provide various nutrients for human body, improve liver and kidney functions and microcirculation level, greatly improve disease resistance of human body, has synergistic effect on various existing related medicines, has soft taste, is convenient to eat, has low cost, and is expected to become a preferred dietary therapy product for high uric acid crowd and gout patients.
Description of the embodiments
First embodiment: provides a functional food with anti-uric acid effect on gout, which is characterized in that: the functional food is prepared from 6-8 parts of poria cocos, 2-5 parts of honeysuckle, 2-6 parts of black tiger and 2-4 parts of flaxseed.
Poria, the academic name Wolfiporia cocos, also known as Yuling, fuling, mo Linggui, fu Tu. Is dry sclerotium of Poria cocos (Roxb.) wolf of Fomitopsis. The main component of the tuckahoe is tuckahoe glycan, which has inhibition effect on various bacteria; can reduce gastric acid, has obvious protective effect on digestive tract ulcer and liver injury, and has anti-tumor effect; can regulate immune function in multiple ways; can accelerate leucopenia and return caused by chemotherapy; and has sedative effect. Poria is the key herb for promoting diuresis and removing dampness, and is used for treating symptoms such as difficult urination, stagnation of water and dampness, edema and the like, and has special effects no matter the poria is biased to cold and dampness or biased to damp-heat, and mild medicine property and promoting diuresis without damaging vital qi. Poria cocos and rhizoma smilacis glabrae are two different raw materials, but the poria cocos and rhizoma smilacis glabrae show different ideas in the process of treating gout.
Honeysuckle, also called honeysuckle (academic name: lonicera japonica), is a good herb for clearing heat and detoxicating, which is a dried flower bud or a flower with a primary bloom of the lonicera plant of the lonicera. It has sweet and cold nature, fragrant Gan Hanqing heat without hurting stomach, fragrant and penetrating effect, can dispel wind-heat, and can also clear away blood-toxin, and is used for treating various febrile diseases such as fever, eruption, spot, sore and abscess due to heat toxin, and sore throat. The Chinese medicinal composition can supplement the effect of resisting adverse qi and killing by being matched with Poria cocos, so that the Chinese medicinal composition can be replaced by rhizoma smilacis glabrae.
Black tiger (academic name: kadsura coccinea (lem)) a.c. Smith (alias), cold rice roll, smelly rice roll, wine rice roll, cross mountain dragon vine, diamond, majoram, georgi, purple root vine, xiaoxiao, red cross mountain, bristletail, and large She Na five flavors, are plants of the magnoliaceae Kadsura genus. The ripe fruits are sweet and edible. Its root and fruit can be used as medicine. For this example, the root active ingredient is higher and the amount is smaller. The fruit can be used fresh or made into powder, and the dosage after the powder preparation can be equivalent to the root to be replaced by 1.5 times of the dosage of the root.
Flaxseed (Linseed, segment lini) is a mature seed of dicotyledonous flax. Also known as semen Sesami, semen autumn, semen Cannabis, and semen Lini. Is rich in essential fatty acid of Omega-3, and has effects of improving skin, caring skin, reducing weight, resisting anaphylaxis, preventing and treating arthritis and multiple organ tissue inflammation, relieving asthma, improving blood pressure, reducing blood lipid, reducing blood viscosity, preventing blood coagulation, and preventing apoplexy and heart disease.
The administration method is preferably tea. 15-20 g of the tea is infused into 500ml of tea for adults each time, and the tea is taken 3-5 times a day.
The study procedure of the above formula is briefly described: in clinic, gout is mainly treated by medicines, including western medicines, traditional Chinese medicines and dietotherapy. The western medicine has quick response, can relieve pain in 1-2 days, but has strong toxic and side effects, is not suitable for long-term use, and cannot radically cure. The traditional Chinese medicine can inhibit the cause of disease, but has slow effect, poor taste and toxic and side effects, and is not suitable for long-term administration. The dietotherapy has good taste and no toxic or side effect, but has the defect of slow effect. The gout is relatively acute in onset and difficult in pain, and particularly a dietetic product with high effect taking speed is needed. In 2013-2015, through the arrangement study of the medical records of the past year, the effective time of the formula is obviously faster than that of the food therapy formula of the same kind, and the formula has important clinical significance although the formula is slower than western medicines.
The medical records data arrangement method comprises the following steps: the number of cases of males is 90, (the cases of males are adopted because gout is mostly male), and the cases are divided into three groups, namely an experimental group, a control group 1 and a control group 2, and 30 cases of each group. The experimental group adopts medicinal granules prepared by the formula, and the control group 1 adopts chicory gardenia tea which is a commercially available product, wherein the formula comprises chicory, mulberry leaves, kudzuvine root, gardenia, lily and cassia seeds. The control group 2 is western medicines colchicine and probenecid, the colchicine is used in the acute stage, and the probenecid is used in the chronic stage. According to the current standard, the male adult has a uric acid level of 300-350 mu mol/L which is a normal value, and the patient with a blood uric acid level of 420 mu mol/L or more is consciously ill, and the clinical patient has a blood uric acid level of about 500 mu mol/L. The time from the start of the administration to the pain relief and the start of the decrease of uric acid level is the effective time. The time from the administration to the stabilization of uric acid level below 420. Mu. Mol/L, and the substantial disappearance of pain is the relief time.
The statistical results are shown in the following table:
the statistics can be seen as follows: the effective time and the buffer time of the formula are equal to those of the commercially available chicory gardenia tea. Although the prescription has longer effective time than western medicines, the prescription has shorter release time than western medicines, has stable effect, no toxic or side effect, good taste and convenient drinking, and is favored by patients.
Second embodiment: further improvements are made on the basis of the foregoing embodiments. Adding fructus Gardeniae, saviae Miltiorrhizae radix, fructus crataegi and rhizoma Drynariae into the formula to form a new formula: 6-8 parts of poria cocos, 2-5 parts of honeysuckle, 2-6 parts of black tiger, 2-4 parts of flaxseed, 1-3 parts of fructus gardeniae, 1-3 parts of radix salviae miltiorrhizae, 2-4 parts of hawthorn and 1-3 parts of rhizoma drynariae. Preferably 7 parts of glabrous greenbrier rhizome, 3 parts of honeysuckle, 4 parts of black tiger, 3 parts of flaxseed, 2 parts of gardenia jasminoides ellis, 2 parts of red sage root, 3 parts of hawthorn and 2 parts of rhizoma drynariae.
Fructus Gardeniae, alias: fructus Gardeniae (school name: gardenia jasminoides Ellis), also known as fructus Gardeniae, and Bufonis venenum, is fruit of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis of Rubiaceae, is traditional Chinese medicine, and has effects of protecting liver, promoting bile flow, lowering blood pressure, tranquilizing, stopping bleeding, and relieving swelling. The Chinese medicine is used for treating icteric hepatitis, sprain and contusion, hypertension, diabetes and other diseases in clinic, and belongs to the first medicine and food dual-purpose resource issued by the ministry of health.
Red sage root, (academic name: salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge): the dicotyledon Labiatae sage perennial upright herb is used as a seed root medicament, contains tanshinone, is a tonic menstruation-promoting agent, has the effects of removing blood stasis, promoting tissue regeneration, promoting blood circulation, regulating menstruation and the like, and has good effect on treating coronary heart disease.
