Through setting up the rubber pad on mounting panel 19, can alleviate the striking of L type layer board 26 to mounting panel 19 when first spring 28 pulling L type layer board 26 resets to can also play certain amortization effect, avoid the impact sound too big, influence staff's normal work.
In one aspect of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, a sloping block 44 that is used in cooperation with the clamping rod 33 is fixedly connected to one side edge of the clamping seat 35, and the sloping block 44 is located right above the clamping notch 37. When the clamping rod 33 rotates along with the mounting plate 19, the clamping rod 33 contacts with the bottom inclined surface of the inclined block 44, and the clamping rod 33 is pressed down and the second spring 34 is pressed along with continuous rotary movement of the clamping rod 33, so that the support block 31 can normally enter the clamping notch 37, and when the clamping rod 33 corresponds to the clamping hole 38, the clamping rod 33 is reset upwards under the elastic force of the second spring 34, and is clamped in the clamping hole 38, so that clamping between the clamping seat 35 and the support block 31 is completed.
Example 4: this embodiment is a further improvement over the previous embodiment: as shown in fig. 8 and 12-14, the top of the fixing seat 2 is fixedly connected with a fixing sleeve 40, a sliding rod 41 is slidably penetrated in the fixing sleeve 40, the bottom end of the sliding rod 41 is positioned right above the clamping rod 33, the top end of the sliding rod 41 is fixedly connected with a top block 42, a third spring 43 is sleeved on the outer wall of the sliding rod 41, and two ends of the third spring 43 are respectively fixedly connected with the bottom of the top block 42 and the top end of the fixing sleeve 40. When the pressing top block 42 can drive the sliding rod 41 to move downwards and press the third spring 43, the bottom end of the sliding rod 41 contacts with the top end of the clamping rod 33, then the clamping rod 33 is driven to move downwards and press the second spring 34, when the clamping rod 33 moves to the bottommost end, the L-shaped supporting plate 26 is pulled to slide and reset under the action of the elastic force of the first spring 28, meanwhile, the supporting block 31 is driven to move outwards through the connecting plate 30 and reset synchronously, so that the bottom gap between the two positioning blocks 20 is closed again by the L-shaped supporting plate 26, and a brake pad is conveniently placed next time.
In one aspect of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, an L-shaped pressing bar 18 is fixedly connected to one side of the lifting plate 11, and one end of the L-shaped pressing bar 18 is located right above the top block 42. When the pad printing rubber head 13 is located right above the ink printing area 8, the lifting cylinder 12 is started to drive the lifting plate 11 to move downwards, so that on one hand, the pad printing rubber head 13 can be driven to move downwards to be in contact with the ink printing area 8 to dip ink, on the other hand, the L-shaped pressing rod 18 can be driven to move downwards, when the L-shaped pressing rod 18 is in contact with the top block 42, the top block 42 can be driven to move downwards, and then the sliding rod 41 is driven to move downwards, so that automatic release of clamping connection between the clamping seat 35 and the supporting block 31 is achieved, and manual operation is not needed.
However, as well known to those skilled in the art, the working principles and wiring methods of the belt conveyor 6, the pushing cylinder 10 and the lifting cylinder 12 are common, which are all conventional means or common knowledge, and will not be described herein in detail, and those skilled in the art can perform any optional matching according to their needs or convenience.
