Description

Massage pad with inflation and deflation effects
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of living appliances, and particularly relates to a massage cushion.
Background
In modern modes of operation, people are accustomed to working while sitting in front of a computer. Long-term sedentary life brings about some side effects, such as acne, and also increases the risk of cardiovascular disease, malignant tumors. Especially for some patients with inconvenient movements, the patients can only sit for a long time or lie in bed, and the static behavior can lead to poor blood circulation and muscle atrophy. In order to facilitate the rehabilitation of patients, various massage pads have been designed.
At present, two main massage modes exist in the massage pad, namely, a mechanical action such as a ball, a vibrating rod and the like is used for acting on a human body to generate a massage effect; and secondly, the air cushion is repeatedly inflated and deflated through the air, so that the air cushion is suddenly high and suddenly low, and the massage effect is generated.
The first mode has a complex structure and high use cost, is generally arranged in a medical or special place, provides services for people, and is unacceptable to common consumers. The second mode is low in price, but the yield is not large due to the production and manufacturing problems at present, and most of the modes are concentrated on a disposable inflation and deflation structure, so that the massage effect is difficult to achieve.
As disclosed in patent CN 204106421U, an inflatable bedsore recovery pad is provided, which is based on the principle that an inflatable pad is arranged above or below a pad body inside a core of the bedsore recovery pad, and the lying comfort of a bedsore patient is increased by the support of air in the inflatable pad, and the friction between a bedsore part and the bedsore recovery pad is reduced; meanwhile, the isolation belt which is parallel or vertical to the existing latex massage tube is arranged on the inflatable cushion, so that the surface of the inflated cushion has convex-concave feeling and has a certain massage effect on the skin; an inflator is added, and the inflator can adopt a manual inflatable bag or a small-sized electric pump.
The patent is to inflate the air cushion by the inflation device, and the surface convex and concave points of the inflated air cushion are utilized to massage the human body. But this patent has some drawbacks: the convex and concave points on the surface of the inflated air cushion are fixed even when being pressed, so that local blood is still possibly not smooth for a long-time sitting and lying person, and particularly, the massage mode is realized only by inflating and deflating the air cushion through air, the surface of the inflated air cushion can rise together, the inflated air cushion can be lowered together after deflating, a good massage effect can not be achieved, the effect of massaging and relieving muscle ache of the pressed part of the body in a true sense can not be achieved, and the comfort level of a user is hardly increased fundamentally.
As another example, patent CN20924U discloses an inflatable health care massage cushion, which comprises an upper cushion body and a lower cushion body, wherein the upper cushion body and the lower cushion body are tightly attached, upper air bags are uniformly distributed on the surface of the upper cushion body, adjacent upper air bags are connected through a first air channel, a first convection air chamber is formed inside each two upper air bags, a first sealing gap is formed outside each adjacent upper air bag, lower air bags are uniformly distributed on the surface of the lower cushion body, and adjacent lower air bags are connected through a second air channel. The patent uses the air flow between the air bags as the massage base, when a part of the air bags are pressed, the air in the air bags can run into the air bags of the air under the pressure, thereby generating the effect of high and low, and achieving the effect of massage. However, in actual use, the pressed portion is often the position where a person sits, that is, when a person sits on the massage cushion, the position corresponding to the buttocks is depressed, and other unstressed positions are raised, so that the massage effect is not obvious, and the depressed portion is airtight, so that it is difficult to perform an effective massage effect.

It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As depicted in the accompanying drawings, the core technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the massage cushion comprises a massage cushion body, a gas pipe and a control box. Wherein the massage cushion body is provided with a plurality of air bags which are communicated through air passages, the number of the air passages is at least two, each air passage is respectively connected with a plurality of air bags, and the air bags connected with different air passages are arranged in a staggered way; therefore, at least one adjacent air bag around each air bag is not communicated with the air bag, so that the air bags which are not communicated are inflated and deflated through different air passages, and the air bags at different positions can be inflated and deflated simultaneously, so that a staggered dynamic structure is achieved, an effective massage effect is formed, and good ventilation and massage effects are achieved.
On the arrangement of the air passages, one air passage and an air bag connected with the air passage form an air charging and discharging unit, the massage cushion is provided with at least two air charging and discharging units, and the at least two air charging and discharging units are arranged in an inclined staggered mode or in a horizontal alternate staggered mode.
The massage cushion body comprises an upper cushion body and a lower cushion body, and the air passage comprises an air passage, an air hole and an air tap; the lower end of the upper cushion body is fixedly connected with the lower cushion body, the upper cushion body comprises an upper cushion surface, an air bag and a gas channel, and a plurality of upward-protruding air bags are arranged on the upper cushion surface;
the lower pad body comprises a lower pad surface, air holes and air nozzles, wherein the edges of the lower pad surface are provided with the air holes, the air nozzles are arranged on the air holes, and the air nozzles are connected with air pipes.
The preparation method of the massage cushion with the inflation and deflation effects comprises the following steps:
s101: preparing materials, namely preparing finger print cloth, elastic cloth, TPU and PUR glue;
s102: laminating, namely laminating the finger print cloth and the elastic cloth through PUR glue to obtain a first material, and laminating the first material and TPU through the PUR glue to obtain a second material;
the use of the finger print cloth, the elastic cloth and the TPU ensures that the second material has enough elasticity and can quickly generate an air bag; the PUR glue can greatly increase the bonding strength of the finger print cloth, the elastic cloth and the TPU, so that the materials cannot be separated in an inflated state.
S103: preparing an upper cushion body, and performing die casting molding on the material two times by using a die to obtain the upper cushion body; because the upper cushion body is provided with a plurality of air bags, and a certain distance is reserved between the air bags, in order to quickly generate the air bags, in the die-casting forming process, the lower die of the die is vacuumized by air suction, and the upper die is blown; therefore, the bonding of the second material and the die can be accelerated, and the error that the second material is separated from the die too early to cause the generation failure of the air bag is avoided.
S104: preparing a lower cushion body, and extruding two air holes on the TPU material through a high-frequency machine to prepare the lower cushion body;
s105: bonding the upper cushion body prepared in the step S103 and the lower cushion body prepared in the step S104 through a high-frequency machine to obtain a semi-finished product;
s106: and (5) chamfering, trimming, turning lines, assembling wires and an air pump are sequentially carried out on the semi-finished product obtained in the step (S105) to obtain a finished massage cushion product.
When a plurality of massage cushion bodies exist, chamfering, trimming and threading are sequentially carried out on the semi-finished product obtained in the step S105, then a zipper is installed on the edge of the semi-finished product, and after the zipper is installed, a wire rod and an air pump are assembled, so that a massage cushion finished product is obtained.
