The invention relates to the technical field of electric sofas, in particular to an electric sofa iron frame assembly.
Background
The sofa iron frame component takes zero gravity study as one of hot spot directions. Most of the existing sofa iron frames have more research results of realizing zero gravity by using double motors, for example, patent publication No. CN212754952U discloses a sofa frame with a zero gravity lying posture function, and patent publication No. CN215913886U discloses a double-motor split control type high-bearing zero gravity old people chair iron frame which is in a lying posture state that two electric push rods are needed to realize zero gravity.
The sofa iron frame with the zero gravity function realized by the single motor is often complicated in structure, more in parts and components, higher in mold opening and manufacturing cost, and difficult to form price advantage at a sales terminal due to the fact that the sofa iron frame is higher in weight and higher in transportation cost, and in actual use, because the number of parts of the sofa iron frame is more, interference is easy to exist to influence use experience, for example, the iron frame is opened, the backrest is stretched forwards and the backrest is backwards moved to form an included angle, and the trouble of pulling up or clamping clothes is easily generated.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem that a single-motor zero-gravity sofa iron frame is complex in structure in the prior art, and provides an electric sofa iron frame component with a simple structure.
The technical scheme includes that the electric sofa iron frame assembly comprises a bottom frame and a seat support module located above the bottom frame, wherein the front end and the rear end of the seat support module are respectively connected with an extension module and a backrest module, the backrest module is arranged on the bottom frame through a first support piece, the front end of the extension module is connected with a foot rest module, the front end and the rear end of a driving assembly are respectively connected with an extension module and a rotation module, the upper end and the lower end of the rotation module are respectively connected with the backrest module and the bottom frame, and the driving assembly drives the sofa iron frame assembly to adjust among sitting, extending and lying positions.
Further, the backrest module comprises a backrest piece, a fifth connecting rod and a sixth connecting rod, the backrest piece is of a V-shaped structure, the front end of the backrest piece is riveted with the rotating module, the top point of the backrest piece is riveted with the upper end of the fifth connecting rod, the fifth connecting rod is of a triangle structure, the front end of the fifth connecting rod is riveted with the upper end of the first supporting piece, a sliding groove is formed in the sixth connecting rod, a pin shaft penetrating through the sliding groove is arranged at the lower end of the fifth connecting rod, and the front end of the sixth connecting rod is riveted to the middle of the backrest piece.
Still further, the seat support module includes second support piece and seventh connecting rod, the rear end swing joint of second support piece is on the round pin axle that passes the spout, and the front end of second support piece is riveted with the extension module, the seventh connecting rod sets up in the top of second support piece, and the rear end of seventh connecting rod is riveted on back spare lateral wall intermediate position, and the front end of seventh connecting rod is riveted with the extension module.

Further, the rotary module comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a third connecting rod and a fourth connecting rod, wherein the rear end of the first connecting rod is connected with the backrest module, the front end of the first connecting rod is riveted with the upper end of the fourth connecting rod, the lower end of the fourth connecting rod is riveted with the underframe, the second connecting rod is of an inverted V-shaped structure, the vertex part of the second connecting rod is riveted on the first connecting rod and is close to the rear end, the rear end of the second connecting rod is connected with the driving assembly, the front end of the second connecting rod is connected with the upper end of the third connecting rod, and the lower end of the third connecting rod is riveted with the underframe.
Furthermore, a limiting piece is sequentially arranged at the front end of the underframe from front to back, and when the whole sofa iron frame changes from a contracted state to an expanded state, the two limiting pieces respectively support the third connecting rod and the fourth connecting rod.
Furthermore, a first limiting part is arranged on the lower part of the inner side wall, close to the rear end, of the seventh connecting rod of the seat support module in a protruding mode, a second limiting part is arranged on the lower part of the inner side wall, close to the middle, of the seventh connecting rod in a protruding mode, a first limiting groove is formed in the bottom edge, close to the rear end, of the first connecting rod, a second limiting groove is formed in the top edge, close to the rear end, of the first connecting rod, and when the first limiting part is clamped into the first limiting groove and when the second limiting part is clamped into the second limiting groove, the sofa iron frame is in a contracted state as a whole.
Furthermore, a first limit groove is formed in the bottom edge, close to the rear end, of the first connecting rod, a second limit groove is formed in the top edge, close to the rear end, of the first connecting rod, a fourth limit piece is arranged in a protruding mode at the front end, close to the second connecting rod, of the third connecting rod, a fourth limit groove is formed in the end portion of the rear end of the third connecting rod, and when the fourth limit piece is clamped into the fourth limit groove, the sofa iron frame is in an extending state as a whole.
Further, a fifth limiting piece is arranged on the inner side of the lower portion of the first supporting piece, a fifth limiting groove is formed in the rear end of the underframe, when the fifth limiting piece is clamped into the fifth limiting groove, the sofa iron frame is in a contracted state as a whole, a sixth limiting groove is formed in the rear side edge of the upper portion of the first supporting piece, a sixth limiting piece is arranged on the lower end of the inner side of the backrest piece, and when the sixth limiting piece is clamped into the sixth limiting groove, the sofa iron frame is in an extending state as a whole.

Further, the drive assembly comprises a front drive tube, a driver and a rear drive tube, wherein the driver is connected to the middle position of the front drive tube and the middle position of the rear drive tube, the front drive tube is connected with the stretching module, and the rear drive tube is connected with the rotating module.
Still further, the driver includes motor, guide rail, connecting piece and slider, the connecting piece is connected with preceding drive tube, the slider is installed on the guide rail, just the slider is connected with the back drive tube.
Further, the underframe is formed by connecting a first circular tube, a first angle iron, a second circular tube and a second angle iron end to end.
The invention has the advantages that the iron frame mechanism of the existing metal grounding sofa is simplified, the configuration of a quick-assembly single motor is used, the motor installation step is simplified, the whole mechanism is stable in operation, the sofa can easily realize the random switching between the zero gravity state and the normal state, the comfort of a user is greatly improved, the structure is simple, the function is comprehensive, the universality is strong, the operation is stable and reliable, the user can conveniently assemble and install the sofa, the bulk cargo discharging is realized, the transportation cost is greatly saved, and the product has more advantages.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be further described with reference to the drawings and preferred embodiments. The drawings are simplified schematic representations which merely illustrate the basic structure of the invention and therefore show only the structures which are relevant to the invention.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an electric sofa iron frame assembly comprises a bottom frame 1, a backrest module 2, a leg rest module 3, a driving assembly 4, a seat support module 5, an extension module 6 and a rotation module 7, wherein the seat support module 5 is positioned above the bottom frame 1, the front end and the rear end of the seat support module are respectively connected with the extension module 6 and the backrest module 2, the backrest module 2 is arranged on the bottom frame 1 through a first supporting piece 8, the front end of the extension module 6 is connected with the leg rest module 3, the driving assembly 4 comprises a front driving tube 41, a driver 42 and a rear driving tube 43, the driver 42 is connected at the middle position of the front driving tube 41 and the rear driving tube 43, the front driving tube 41 is connected with the extension module 6, the rear driving tube 43 is connected with the rotation module 7, the rear end of the rotation module 7 is connected with the backrest module 2, and the lower end of the rotation module 7 is connected with the bottom frame 1.
The underframe 1 is formed by connecting a first circular tube 11, a first angle iron 12, a second circular tube 13 and a second angle iron 14 end to end, and four corners of the underframe 1 are provided with supporting feet 15. The prior art chassis 1 is basically composed of angle irons like the first angle iron 12 and the second angle iron 14, because the motor needs to be mounted on the angle irons, which are heavy and costly.
The driver 42 includes a motor 421, a guide rail 422, a connecting member 423 and a slider 424, the connecting member 423 is located at an end of the driver 42 near the motor 421 side, connected with the front driving tube 41, the slider 424 is mounted on the guide rail 422, and the slider 424 is connected with the rear driving tube 43.
The rotation module 7 includes a first link 71, a second link 72, a third link 73, and a fourth link 74, the rear end of the first link 71 is connected to the backrest module 2, the front end of the first link 71 is riveted with the upper end of the fourth link 74, the lower end of the fourth link 74 is riveted with the chassis 1, the second link 72 has a V-shaped structure including a vertex and front and rear two ends, the vertex is riveted on the first link 71 near the rear end, the rear end of the second link 72 is connected to the end of the rear driving tube 43, the front end of the second link 72 is connected to the rear end of the third link 73, and the front end of the third link 73 is riveted at the middle position of the fourth link 74. A first limit groove 711 is formed in the bottom edge, close to the rear end, of the first connecting rod 71, and a second limit groove 712 is formed in the top edge, close to the rear end, of the first connecting rod 71.
The backrest module 2 is connected with the underframe 1 through the first supporting member 8, the backrest module 2 comprises a backrest member 21, a fifth connecting rod 22 and a sixth connecting rod 23, the backrest member 21 is of a V-shaped structure, the backrest module also comprises an apex part, a front end part and a rear end part, the front end of the backrest module is riveted with the rear end of the first connecting rod 71, the apex part of the backrest module is riveted with the upper end of the fifth connecting rod 22, the sixth connecting rod 23 is riveted in the middle between the front end of the backrest module and the apex part, the fifth connecting rod 22 is of a triangle structure, the front end of the fifth connecting rod 22 is riveted with the upper end of the first supporting member 8, a chute 231 is formed in the sixth connecting rod 23, the lower end of the fifth connecting rod 22 is riveted with the seat supporting module 5 through a pin shaft penetrating through the chute 231, and the inner side wall of the first supporting member 8 is connected with the reinforcing rod 9.
The seat support module 5 includes a second support member 51 and a seventh link 52, the front end of the second support member 51 is riveted with the extension module 6, the rear end of the second support member 51 is movably connected to a pin shaft passing through the chute 231, that is, is riveted with the lower end of the fifth link 22, the seventh link 52 is disposed above the second support member 51, the front end of the seventh link 52 is riveted with the extension module 6, and the rear end of the seventh link 52 is riveted on the middle position of the outer side wall of the backrest 21. The lower part of the inner side wall of the seventh connecting rod 52 close to the rear end is convexly provided with a first limiting piece 521, the lower part of the inner side wall of the seventh connecting rod 52 close to the middle is convexly provided with a second limiting piece 522, and when the first limiting piece 521 is clamped into the first limiting groove 711 and the second limiting piece 522 is clamped into the second limiting groove 712, the sofa iron frame is in a contracted state as a whole, as shown in fig. 3.
The stretching module 6 includes an eighth link 61, a ninth link 62, a tenth link 63 and an eleventh link 64, the eighth link 61 is in an L-shaped structure, an upper end of which is riveted to an outer sidewall of the seventh link 52 near the front end, a rear end of the eighth link 61 is riveted to a front end of the second support 51, the front end of the eighth link 61 is riveted to a rear end of the ninth link 62, the tenth link 63 is disposed inside the ninth link 62 and is in a space cross distribution, a rear end of the tenth link 63 is riveted to a front end of the seventh link 52, a front end of the tenth link 63 is riveted to a rear end of the eleventh link 64, and front ends of the eleventh link 64 and the ninth link 62 are both riveted to the leg rest module 3. The outer side wall of the tenth connecting rod 63 close to the front end is convexly provided with a third limiting piece 631, the top edge of the ninth connecting rod 62 close to the rear end is provided with a third limiting groove 621, and when the third limiting piece 631 is clamped into the third limiting groove 621, the stretching module 6 is in a stretching state, as shown in fig. 1 and 4-6.
The motor 421 pushes the front driving tube 41 to drive the stretching module 6 to move forward to open the foot rest module 3, the motor 421 pushes the rear driving tube 43 to drive the rotating module 7 to rotate and rotate upwards to lift, and the chute 231 on the sixth connecting rod 23 limits the rotating module 7 to a specified height to achieve the function of lifting zero gravity; the limiting structures comprise a first limiting piece 521, a first limiting groove 711, a second limiting piece 522, a second limiting groove 712, a third limiting piece 631 and a third limiting groove 621, and the structure is simple; the motor driving mode can be selected to stay at any comfortable position, the overall function is stable, and the experience is more comfortable and intelligent.
The specific working principle is that when the iron frame is opened, the motor 421 pushes the front driving tube 41 to drive the extension module 6 to move forwards to open the leg rest module 3, the motor 421 pushes the rear driving tube 43 to drive the rotation module 7 to rotate and rotate upwards to lift, the sliding groove 231 on the sixth connecting rod 23 is limited, the whole mechanism reaches a specified lifting height, so that the posture of zero gravity is achieved, as shown in fig. 6, a TV posture state (shown by a solid line in the drawing) and a fully opened lying posture state (shown by a dotted line in the drawing), the sofa iron frame is integrally lifted for 20 cm, the backrest is inclined backwards for 29 degrees, and the sofa iron frame is fixed in a limiting manner through the sliding groove 231, so that the zero gravity state is easily realized.
Example two
The difference from the first embodiment is that, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the rotation module 7 includes a first link 71, a second link 72, a third link 73 and a fourth link 74, the rear end of the first link 71 is connected with the backrest module 2, the front end of the first link 71 is riveted with the upper end of the fourth link 74, the lower end of the fourth link 74 is riveted with the chassis 1, the second link 72 is in an inverted V-shaped structure including an apex portion and front and rear end portions, the apex portion thereof is riveted on the first link 71 near the rear end, the rear end of the second link 72 is connected with the rear driving tube 43, the front end of the second link 72 is connected with the upper end of the third link 73, the lower end of the third link 73 is riveted with the chassis 1, and the third link 73 and the fourth link 74 are respectively hinged on both sides of the same angle iron of the chassis 1 for avoiding operational interference. The first limiting groove 711 is formed in the bottom edge, close to the rear end, of the first connecting rod 71, the second limiting groove 712 is formed in the top edge, close to the rear end, of the first connecting rod 71, the fourth limiting piece 721 is arranged in a protruding mode at the front end, close to the second connecting rod 72, of the third connecting rod 73, the fourth limiting groove 731 is formed in the upper end portion of the third connecting rod 73, and when the fourth limiting piece 721 is clamped into the fourth limiting groove 731, the sofa iron frame is in an extending state integrally, as shown in fig. 10-11.
The backrest module 2 is connected with the chassis 1 through the first supporting member 8, the backrest module 2 comprises a backrest member 21, a twelfth connecting rod 24, a thirteenth connecting rod 25 and a fourteenth connecting rod 26, the backrest member 21 is of a V-shaped structure, the front end of the backrest member 21 is riveted with the rear end of the first connecting rod 71, the upper end of the first supporting member 8 is riveted near the lower end of the backrest member 21, the rear end of the twelfth connecting rod 24 is riveted on the upper portion of the first supporting member 8, the upper end of the thirteenth connecting rod 25 is riveted at the middle part between the front end and the vertex part of the backrest member 21, a second sliding groove 251 is arranged on the thirteenth connecting rod 25, a pin shaft penetrating through the second sliding groove 251 is arranged at the front end of the twelfth connecting rod 24, the front end of the twelfth connecting rod 24 can move in the second sliding groove 251 during posture adjustment, the upper end of the fourteenth connecting rod 26 is riveted at the middle of the twelfth connecting rod 24, and the lower end of the fourteenth connecting rod 26 is riveted with the chassis 1.
The lower inner side of the first supporting piece 8 is provided with a fifth limiting piece 81, the rear end of the underframe 1 is provided with a fifth limiting groove 16, when the fifth limiting piece 81 is clamped into the fifth limiting groove 16, the sofa iron frame is in a state of being in a TV (television) pose as shown in fig. 10, the rear side edge of the upper portion of the first supporting piece 8 is provided with a sixth limiting groove 82, the inner side lower end of the backrest piece 21 is provided with a sixth limiting piece 211, and when the sixth limiting piece 211 is clamped into the sixth limiting groove 82, the sofa iron frame is in a state of being in a lying pose as shown in fig. 11.
The tenth connecting rod 63 in the stretching module 6 is disposed at the outer sides of the ninth connecting rod 62 and the eighth connecting rod 61 (while the eighth connecting rod 61 and the ninth connecting rod 62 in the first embodiment are disposed at the outer sides of the tenth connecting rod 63), the tenth connecting rod 63 is in an L-shaped structure, the eighth connecting rod 61 is a straight rod, correspondingly, a third limiting piece 631 is convexly disposed on the inner side wall of the tenth connecting rod 63 near the front end, a third limiting groove 621 is formed on the top edge of the ninth connecting rod 62 near the rear end, and when the third limiting piece 631 is clamped into the third limiting groove 621, the stretching module 6 is in a stretching state, as shown in fig. 10-11.
In addition, a seventh limiting member 17 is sequentially arranged at the front end of the underframe 1 from front to back, and when the sofa iron frame is changed from the contracted state to the expanded state, the third connecting rod 73 and the fourth connecting rod 74 are respectively supported by the two seventh limiting members 17. To facilitate the smoothness of the integral iron stand during operation, a spring is connected between the front drive tube 41 and the fourth link 74.
Compared with the first embodiment, the lower ends of the third link 73 and the fourth link 74 in the rotating module 7 in the second embodiment are riveted to the underframe 1, meanwhile, the structure of the backrest module 2 is changed, the lower ends of the fourteenth link 26 are riveted with the underframe 1, namely, the rotating module 7 and the backrest module 2 are both riveted with the underframe 1, the advantage of the method is that the bearing capacity of the whole iron frame can be further increased, a plurality of limiting structures, namely, a fourth limiting piece 721 and a fourth limiting groove 731, a fifth limiting piece 81 and a fifth limiting groove 16, a sixth limiting piece 211 and a sixth limiting groove 82, are arranged for ensuring the stability of the operation of the two assemblies, and the improvement structure of the stretching module 6 can realize that the large and the small foot rests are simultaneously turned upwards again, and only one mounting plate is required to be mounted, and the large and the small foot rests in the first embodiment are respectively turned upwards, so that the large and the small foot rests are respectively required to be connected with one mounting plate.
The concrete working principle is that when the iron frame is opened, the motor 421 pushes the front driving tube 41 to drive the extension module 6 to move forward to open the foot rest module 3, the motor 421 pushes the rear driving tube 43 to move backward to drive the rotation module 7 to rotate and rotate upwards to lift, and the second sliding chute 251 on the thirteenth connecting rod 25 is limited, so that the whole mechanism reaches the designated lifting height, and the zero gravity posture is achieved.
