The conveying method of the filter cake conveying device of the filter press specifically comprises the following steps:

step two, after the filter cake filtered out by the filter press falls into the inner cavity of the main frame 1, the filter cake is crushed by utilizing the first crushing roller 53, the second crushing roller 54 and the crushing plate 57, the crushed filter cake falls to the bottom end of the inner cavity of the main frame 1 and falls to the top end of the filter cloth 22, the filter cloth 22 is utilized to drive the crushed filter cake to move leftwards, when the filter cloth 22 drives the crushed filter cake to move, hot air in the inner cavity of the hot drying cavity 2 flows upwards through the hot air hole 6 and penetrates the filter cloth 22 to dry the filter cake, and meanwhile, the filter cake can be stirred by utilizing the rotating stirring roller 8, so that the drying efficiency can be effectively enhanced, the filter cake is driven to move to the left side of the inner cavity of the main frame 1 by the filter cloth 22, the filter cake falls from the top end of the filter cloth 22, and then the filter cloth 22 moves towards the cleaning cavity 3;
step three, when the filter cloth 22 moves to the inner cavity of the cleaning cavity 3, the filter cake remained on the surface of the filter cloth 22 can be scraped by utilizing the scraping plate 27, the filter cloth 22 is cleaned by utilizing the brush roller 24, the cleanliness of the surface of the filter cloth 22 is enhanced, the filter cloth 22 can be beaten by utilizing the beating block 75 which moves up and down when the filter cloth 22 moves to the beating block 75, fine dust remained on the surface of the filter cloth 22 is knocked off, the dust remained on the surface of the filter cloth 22 is blown off by utilizing the air pipe 35, the filter cloth 22 is dried by utilizing the electric heating plate 36 when the filter cloth 22 moves to the electric heating plate 36, and therefore the filter residue remained on the surface of the filter cloth 22 can be cleaned effectively, and the actions are repeated.
When the device is used, the moisture content in the filter cake can be effectively reduced, the drying effect of the filter cake is improved, the production efficiency can be improved, meanwhile, the maintenance and cleaning time is reduced, the workload of workers is lightened, residues of the filter cake can be better controlled in the conveying process, the pollution to equipment is reduced, a mode which is more convenient to clean and maintain is provided, and the service life and the operation efficiency of the equipment are obviously improved.

the device comprises a main frame (1), wherein a hot drying cavity (2) is formed in the middle of the main frame (1), a plurality of hot air holes (6) communicated with the inner cavity of the main frame (1) are formed in the top end of the inner cavity of the hot drying cavity (2), and a cleaning cavity (3) is formed in the bottom end of the main frame (1);
the hot air pipes (4) are arranged in number, the hot air pipes (4) are respectively arranged on the right side of the main frame (1), and the left ends of the hot air pipes (4) extend into the inner cavity of the hot drying cavity (2);
the crushing mechanism (5) is arranged at the top end of the inner cavity of the main frame (1);
the left end and the right end of the first rotating rod (17) are respectively rotatably arranged at the front ends of the left side and the right side of the inner cavity of the cleaning cavity (3) through bearings, and the left end and the right end of the first rotating rod (17) respectively extend out of the left side and the right side of the main frame (1);
the first conveying roller (18) is fixedly sleeved on the outer wall of the first rotary rod (17);

the left side and the right side of the scraping plate (27) are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the main frame (1), the scraping plate (27) is matched with the filter cloth (22), and the top end of the scraping plate (27) is contacted with the filter cloth (22);
the left end and the right end of the third rotary rod (23) are respectively rotatably arranged at the front ends of the left side and the right side of the inner cavity of the cleaning cavity (3) through bearings, and the left end of the third rotary rod (23) extends out of the left side of the main frame (1);
the brush roller (24) is fixedly sleeved on the outer wall of the third rotary rod (23);

A filter cake delivery device for a filter press as defined in claim 2, wherein: the cleaning cavity (3) is characterized in that a baffle plate (28) is arranged on the front side of the inner cavity of the cleaning cavity, the baffle plate (28) is arranged below the brush roller (24), and the top end of the baffle plate (28) is in contact with the bottom end of the brush roller (24).
4. A filter cake delivery device according to claim 3, wherein: the distance from the fourth connecting rod (713) to the right side of the rotary sleeve (714) is larger than the distance from the fourth connecting rod (713) to the stop lever (711).
5. The method for conveying a filter cake of a filter press according to claim 4, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
