Abstract
The invention discloses an antioxidant electronic atomized liquid and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of electronic atomized liquid. The electronic atomized liquid consists of the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5-10% of antioxidant nicotine organic acid salt, 35-50% of essence base solution, 35-55% of glycerol and 5-15% of propylene glycol; wherein the antioxidant organic acid salt of nicotine consists of nicotine, organic acid, grape seed extract and solvent. Based on the weight of the antioxidant organic acid salt of nicotine, the antioxidant organic acid salt consists of 10-20% of nicotine, 15-20% of organic acid, 0.2-0.5% of grape seed extract and 60-65% of solvent. The grape seed extract with the antioxidation function is applied to the electronic atomized liquid, so that the antioxidation capability of the electronic atomized liquid is improved, the storage period of the atomized liquid is prolonged, and the quality of the atomized liquid is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electronic atomized liquid, in particular to an antioxidant electronic atomized liquid and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The electronic atomization liquid is heated by the electronic atomization device, so that aerosol can be formed for sucking by consumers. The main components of the electronic aerosol generally include glycerin, propylene glycol, nicotine salts and specialty fragrances. However, the nicotine salt is applied to the electronic atomized liquid, and has the defect of low oxidation resistance, so that the electronic atomized liquid is poor in stability and extremely easy to oxidize, the color of the electronic atomized liquid is deepened, the storage period of the atomized liquid is influenced, and the suction taste of the electronic atomized liquid is influenced. Therefore, there is a need to develop an electronic atomized liquid with higher oxidation resistance.
In order to improve the antioxidation capability of the electronic atomized liquid, vitamin C, vitamin E, glutathione and the like are mostly adopted as antioxidants in the prior art, and compared with the oxidation speed of nicotine, the antioxidation capability of the antioxidants in the prior art scheme can not meet the antioxidation effect, and the situation of oxidative discoloration still occurs after the use.
Grape seed extract is a novel high-efficiency natural antioxidant substance which is extracted from grape seeds and cannot be synthesized in human body, and mainly comprises polyphenols including catechins and procyanidins (OPC). The antioxidant is a substance with the strongest antioxidant and free radical scavenging capacity found in the nature at present, has antioxidant activity which is 50 times that of vitamin E and 20 times that of vitamin C, can effectively scavenge redundant free radicals in human bodies, has the functions of deferring senility, enhancing immunity, resisting oxidation, resisting allergy, resisting fatigue, strengthening physique, improving sub-health state and the like, and can also improve symptoms such as dysphoria, irritability, dizziness, hypodynamia, hypomnesis and the like. At present, grape seed extract is mainly used in the fields of natural functional food additives, medical health products, daily chemical products and the like, and no application method of grape seed extract exists in the electronic atomization industry.
In order to overcome the technical defects, the invention provides the antioxidant electronic atomized liquid and the preparation method thereof, which are used for well fusing grape seed extract into the electronic atomized liquid, improving the antioxidant capacity of the electronic atomized liquid, prolonging the storage period of the atomized liquid and improving the quality of the atomized liquid.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an antioxidant electronic atomized liquid and a preparation method thereof, and the antioxidant electronic atomized liquid specifically comprises the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, an antioxidant electronic atomized liquid is provided, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
5-10% of antioxidant nicotine organic acid salt, 35-50% of essence base solution, 35-55% of glycerol and 5-15% of propylene glycol; wherein the antioxidant organic acid salt of nicotine consists of nicotine, organic acid, grape seed extract and solvent.
Further, the nicotine accounts for 10-20% of the weight of the antioxidant nicotine organic acid salt, the organic acid accounts for 15-20% of the weight of the antioxidant nicotine organic acid salt, the grape seed extract accounts for 0.2-0.5% of the weight of the antioxidant nicotine organic acid salt, and the solvent accounts for 60-65% of the weight of the antioxidant nicotine organic acid salt.
Preferably, the nicotine is 20% by weight of the antioxidant organic acid salt of nicotine.
Further, the preparation method of the grape seed extract comprises the following steps:
(1) Drying and crushing grape seeds, and sieving with a 60-80 mesh sieve to obtain grape seed powder;
(2) Adding cellulase and water which is 2-3 times of the weight of the grape seed powder into the grape seed powder, and soaking for 15-18h at 28-32 ℃;
(3) Extracting soaked grape seed powder with water for 2-4 times at 35-45deg.C, filtering, mixing the water extractive solutions, and freeze drying to obtain grape seed extract.
Preferably, in the preparation method of the grape seed extract, in the step (2), the weight of water used for soaking the grape seed powder is 2 times that of the grape seed powder, and the soaking time is 16 hours.
Further, in the preparation method of the grape seed extract, in the step (3), water is continuously added into the soaked grape seed powder for extraction for 3 times, the water extraction temperature is 40 ℃, water which is 5 times of the weight of the grape seed powder is added for the first time for extraction for 3 hours, water which is 3 times of the weight of the grape seed powder is added for the second time for extraction for 2 hours, water extract II is obtained by filtration, water which is 1 time of the weight of the grape seed powder is added for the third time for extraction for 1 hour, water extract III is obtained by filtration, and the water extract I, the water extract II and the water extract III are combined and freeze-dried to obtain the grape seed extract.
Further, in the preparation method of the grape seed extract, in the step (2), the enzyme activity of the cellulase ranges from 600U/mg to 900U/mg, and the weight ratio of the cellulase to the grape seed powder is 1:5000.

The preparation method of grape seed extract comprises the following steps:
(1) Drying and crushing grape seeds, and sieving with a 60-80 mesh sieve to obtain grape seed powder;
(2) Adding cellulase and water which is 2-3 times of the weight of the grape seed powder into the grape seed powder, and soaking for 15-18h at 28-32 ℃;
(3) Extracting soaked grape seed powder with water for 2-4 times at 35-45deg.C, filtering, mixing the water extractive solutions, and freeze drying to obtain grape seed extract.
Preferably, in the preparation method of the grape seed extract, in the step (2), the weight of water used for soaking the grape seed powder is 2 times that of the grape seed powder, and the soaking time is 16 hours.
Preferably, in the step (3), water is continuously added into the soaked grape seed powder for extraction for 3 times, the water extraction temperature is 40 ℃, water which is 5 times of the weight of the grape seed powder is added for the first time for extraction for 3 hours, water which is 3 times of the weight of the grape seed powder is added for the second time for extraction for 2 hours, water which is 1 time of the weight of the grape seed powder is added for the third time for extraction for 1 hour, the water extract III is obtained by filtration, and the water extract I, the water extract II and the water extract III are combined and freeze-dried to obtain the grape seed extract.
