Detailed Description
The embodiment of the invention provides an electric vehicle-mounted water-air hybrid cleaning machine, which overcomes the defects that high-pressure water flow is adopted for cleaning and a large amount of water resources are consumed in the prior art, and overcomes the defects that water is required to be heated to become water vapor, then sprayed out after reaching the high-pressure vapor, the waiting time is longer and the vapor temperature is higher in the prior art, and the electric vehicle-mounted water-air hybrid cleaning machine realizes the technical effects that water is mixed with compressed air when moving to a designated position for cleaning, the water is scattered in the mixing process, then is sprayed out quickly along with the compressed air for cleaning, the water is not required to be heated to become water vapor, and the water is saved.
The general idea of the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
the electric vehicle transportation cleaning equipment is moved to a position appointed by a customer by a worker, an air pump and a water pump are started, and compressed air generated by the air pump firstly enters an air storage tank and then enters a water-air mixer; under the drive of the water pump, the water in the water tank firstly enters the filter and then enters the water-air mixer; mixing water and compressed air, scattering and refining the water in the mixing process, enabling the water to reach a cleaning spray gun along with the compressed air from a water-air mixer through a pipe coiling device, and finally, rapidly spraying the water from the cleaning spray gun to clean articles such as vehicles and furniture. The invention has the dust blowing mode, the tire inflating mode and the ozone sterilization mode besides the water-air mixing cleaning mode, has various functions of cleaning the spray gun, improves the utilization rate of compressed air and is convenient to use; the system has the functions of timing and charging, GPS positioning and mobile networking, and when the system reaches a specified position and the GPS signal is good, the cleaning main control board automatically turns on the power supply; when the GPS signal at the position is poor, a special key is used for operating the key switch of the invention, and the cleaning main control board is manually powered on. The automatic cleaning device also has a data storage function, an abnormal collision automatic stop function, an automatic cleaning strength and injection angle adjusting function, an automatic waxing function, an automatic charging function and a fatigue driving reminding function.

In the embodiment, a customer orders and provides a cleaning place, a worker drives the electric vehicle 1 of the invention to a designated position for cleaning after receiving the order, the air pump 2 and the water pump 5 are started, compressed air generated by the air pump 2 enters the water-air mixer 6 after passing through the air storage tank 21, the water pump 5 sends water in the water tank 3 into the water-air mixer 6 to mix the water with the compressed air, the water is scattered in the mixing process, and then the water is quickly sprayed out for cleaning along with the compressed air, so that the water is not required to be heated to be water vapor, and the water is saved; the pipe coiling device 7 adjusts the length of the pipeline so as to flexibly move the cleaning spray gun 8 according to the cleaning scene, thereby improving the cleaning convenience. The air pump 2 can also be replaced by an air compressor. The filter 4 is used for filtering impurities in the water. The air tank 21 is used for storing compressed air. The electric vehicle 1 is an electric tricycle, the electric vehicle 1 is a vehicle using a rechargeable battery such as a lithium battery as a power source, a frame 11 of the cleaning machine is fixedly arranged on a rear seat of the electric tricycle, and a vehicle battery and a cleaning battery are arranged in the frame 11. The first check valve 211 prevents the compressed air from flowing back from the air tank 21 to the air pump 2, the second check valve 61 prevents the water from flowing from the water-air mixer 6 to the air tank 21, and the third check valve 62 prevents the compressed air from flowing from the water-air mixer 6 to the water pump 5. In the water-air mixing cleaning mode, the air pump 2 and the water pump 5 are started simultaneously, water is scattered, thinned and atomized in the process of mixing with compressed air, and finally the water-air mixture is sprayed out of the cleaning spray gun 8. In the air-jet only mode, the water pump 5 is stopped, the air pump 2 is started, and only compressed air is jetted from the cleaning spray gun 8, so that dust removal can be performed without wetting the articles. In the mode of spraying water only, the water pump 5 is started, the air pump 2 is stopped, only water is sprayed from the cleaning spray gun 8, at the moment, the water can be injected into the barrel, the cleaning agent is manually added into the barrel, and the rag in the barrel is manually taken out to scrub the article locally. The cleaning mode is flexibly switched according to the actual cleaning scene.

the cleaning spray gun 8 is provided with an operation panel 83, the operation panel 83 is connected with the cleaning main control board 10 through wireless communication, and the cleaning main control board 10 is electrically connected with the water pump 5 and the air pump 2. Preferably, the wireless communication is bluetooth, the operation panel 83 is connected with the cleaning main control board 10 through a bluetooth module 84, and other wireless communication modes can be adopted for the operation panel 83 and the cleaning main control board 10.
The operation panel 83 has a water spray button 831, a gas spray button 832, and a water-air mixture button 833. The cleaning gun 8 is equipped with a small battery. The beneficial effect of this technical scheme is, through the operating panel 83 who washs spray gun 8, makes the washing mode mix blowout, only spray water, only jet between, operating panel 83 sends the switching signal to wasing main control board 10 through wireless mode, eliminates the distance restriction of wasing spray gun 8 and wasing main control board 10, improves user experience degree. The cleaning main control board 10 can be a single chip microcomputer or a PLC controller. The cleaning main control board 10 controls the running states of the water pump 5 and the air pump 2.

The technical scheme has the advantages that the water pump 5 is turned off, the air pump 2 is started, compressed air is utilized to blow dust and inflate tires, the three-way reversing valve is operated, when the compressed air is sprayed out from the water vapor nozzle 81 of the cleaning spray gun 8, the dust blowing function is realized, and when the compressed air is sprayed out from the tire inflation nozzle of the cleaning spray gun 8, the tire inflation function is realized; the cleaning spray gun 8 has various functions, improves the utilization rate of compressed air and is convenient to use. Operating the three-way reversing valve, and when the first port is communicated with the third port, the pipeline of the pipe coiling device 7 is communicated with the water-gas nozzle 81; when the second port communicates with the third port, the conduit of the tube winder 7 communicates with the tire inflation nozzle 82. when the nozzle switching button 834 communicates the second port of the three-way selector valve 85 with the third port, the operation panel 83 transmits a signal for prohibiting the start of the water pump 5 to the cleaning main control board 10; when the nozzle switching button 834 communicates the first port of the three-way selector valve 85 with the third port, the operation panel 83 transmits a signal allowing the water pump 5 to be started to the cleaning main control board 10. The technical scheme has the advantages that a worker can switch the tire inflation mode by cleaning the operation panel 83 of the spray gun 8, and when the tire inflation mode is adopted, the water pump 5 is prohibited from being started, the air pump 2 can only be started, and water is prevented from being pumped to the tire.
When the nozzle switching button 834 causes the second port of the three-way selector valve 85 to communicate with the third port, the operation panel 83 sends a signal for prohibiting the start of the water pump 5 to the cleaning main control board 10; when the nozzle switching button 834 communicates the first port of the three-way selector valve 85 with the third port, the operation panel 83 transmits a signal allowing the water pump 5 to be started to the cleaning main control panel 10. This prevents the water pump 5 from being started by a worker's erroneous operation to flow water to the tire inflation nozzle 82 when the tire is inflated. When the cleaning main control board 10 receives a signal for prohibiting the water pump 5 from being started, no matter a worker presses the water spray button 831, the water-gas mixing button 833 or the water pump 5 starting button positioned on the cleaning main control board 10, the water pump 5 cannot be started; the cleaning main control board 10 can start the water pump 5 when receiving the signal for allowing the water pump 5 to start.
Further comprises: a pressure gauge 821, the pressure gauge 821 is mounted on the tire inflation nozzle 82, and the pressure gauge 821 is electrically connected with the operation panel 83;
the operation panel 83 obtains the pressure value collected by the pressure gauge 821, and sends the pressure value to the cleaning main control board 10, the cleaning main control board 10 stores a preset pressure threshold, and when the pressure value is greater than or equal to the preset pressure threshold, the cleaning main control board 10 shuts down the air pump 2. Further comprises: the ozone generator 9 and the fourth one-way valve 63, the water-air mixer 6 is provided with a first air inlet and a second air inlet, the air outlet of the second one-way valve 61 is connected with the first air inlet of the water-air mixer 6, the air outlet of the ozone generator 9 is connected with the air inlet of the fourth one-way valve 63, and the air outlet of the fourth one-way valve 63 is connected with the second air inlet of the water-air mixer 6. The technical proposal has the beneficial effects that the water pump 5 and the air pump 2 are turned off, the ozone generator 9 is started, ozone is sterilized while passing through the water-air mixer 6, the pipe coiling device 7 and the cleaning spray gun 8, and ozone sprayed from the cleaning spray gun 8 sterilizes articles. After long-term use, bacteria are easy to grow in the water-air mixer 6, the pipe coiling device 7, the cleaning spray gun 8 and the pipeline between the water-air mixer and the pipe coiling device, so that ozone can be used for sterilizing the interior of the pipeline. The fourth one-way valve 63 prevents water and compressed air from flowing from the water-air mixer 6 to the ozone generator 9. In the water-air mixing cleaning mode, the air pump 2 and the water pump 5 are started simultaneously, and the ozone generator 9 stops running; in the air-jet only mode, the water pump 5 is stopped, the air pump 2 is started, and the ozone generator 9 is stopped; in the mode of spraying water only, the water pump 5 is started, the air pump 2 is stopped, and the ozone generator 9 is stopped; in the ozone sterilization mode, the ozone generator 9 is started, the water pump 5 and the air pump 2 are stopped, ozone is sprayed from the cleaning nozzle gun, and objects such as automobiles and furniture are sterilized. The cleaning mode is flexibly switched according to the actual cleaning scene.
Further comprises: the three-way reversing valve 91 for ozone and the ozone delivery pipe 92, the first port of the three-way reversing valve 91 for ozone is connected with the air inlet of the fourth one-way valve 63, the second port of the three-way reversing valve 91 for ozone is connected with the air inlet of the ozone delivery pipe 92, the third port of the three-way reversing valve 91 for ozone is connected with the air outlet of the ozone generator 9, the ozone delivery pipe 92 penetrates into the inner cavity of the water tank 3 from the top of the water tank 3, and the air outlet of the ozone delivery pipe 92 is positioned at the bottom layer of the inner cavity of the water tank 3. When the first port of the three-way directional valve 91 for ozone communicates with the third port, the generated ozone flows into the air-water mixer 6 through the fourth check valve 63; when the second port of the three-way directional valve 91 for ozone communicates with the third port, the generated ozone enters the inner chamber of the water tank 3 through the ozone delivery pipe 92. After the water tank 3 is used for a long time, bacteria are easy to breed in the inner cavity of the water tank 3, the water quality is reduced, and the water tank 3 is sterilized by using stink bacteria.
The cleaning main control board 10 is also electrically connected with the ozone generator 9 and the ozone three-way reversing valve 91, and the operation panel 83 is also provided with an ozone reversing button 835 and an ozone generating button 836. The technical scheme has the advantages that a worker can also switch and select the ozone sterilization mode on the operation panel 83 of the cleaning spray gun 8, the cleaning main control board 10 also controls the running state of the ozone generator 9, and the cleaning main control board 10 changes the communication condition of the three-way reversing valve 91 for ozone.

The mobile communicator 104 selects 4G mobile communication. The power control panel 106 may be a single chip microcomputer or a PLC controller.
Before the worker drives the electric vehicle 1 to move the cleaning machine of the present invention to a position designated by the customer, the battery device 105 supplies power to the GPS locator 103, the mobile communicator 104, and the power control panel 106, but the cleaning main control panel 10 is in a power-off state. After the cleaning machine reaches the position of the place appointed by the customer, if the GPS signal and the mobile signal are good, the mobile communicator 104 sends the position of the GPS locator 103 to the network server of the merchant for confirmation, the network server of the merchant feeds back the confirmed signal to the power supply control panel 106 by the mobile communicator 104, the power supply control panel 106 supplies power to the cleaning main control panel 10, so that the cleaning main control panel 10 is automatically powered on, and a worker switches the cleaning mode through the operation panel 83 of the cleaning spray gun 8. If the GPS signal and the mobile signal are bad, whether the position appointed by the customer is reached or not can not be determined, a worker holds a special key to operate the key switch 107 of the invention, and after receiving an opening signal of the key switch 107, the power supply control panel 106 supplies power to the cleaning main control board 10, so that the cleaning main control board 10 is manually powered on; without a special key, the GPS locator 103 cannot determine whether the specified position is reached, and the cleaning main control board 10 is always in the power-off state, so that the cleaning machine is prevented from being stolen and used.

Therefore, accidental injury and damage in the cleaning process can be effectively prevented, and the safety of a user is ensured.

the second camera 203 is used for shooting the automobile surface, the operation panel 83 sends shooting data of the second camera 203 to the cleaning main control board 10, the cleaning main control board 10 analyzes the size, shape and dirt degree of the automobile from the shooting data, the running states of the water pump 5 and the air pump 2 are controlled, the water flow intensity of the water-air nozzle 81 is regulated, the cleaning main control board 10 sends an angle regulating signal to the operation panel 83, and the operation panel 83 changes the spraying angle of the water-air nozzle 81 through the angle electric regulating device 87. The beneficial effects of this technical scheme are that through carrying the second camera 203 at washing spray gun 8, according to the size, shape and the dirty degree on car surface, automatically regulated washs spray gun 8's injection angle and washs intensity, realizes comprehensive efficient washing, and such function has alleviateed user's operation burden greatly to cleaning efficiency and cleaning quality have been improved.
The cleaning main control board 10 is connected with a cloud platform through the mobile communication device 704, shooting data of the second camera 203 are uploaded to the cloud platform, the cloud platform stores size, shape parameters and dirt parameters of various automobiles, the cloud platform analyzes a better cleaning strategy through comparison, the cleaning strategy is sent to the cleaning main control board 10, and the cleaning main control board 10 adjusts the spraying angle and the cleaning strength of the cleaning spray gun 8 accordingly. When the cleaning spray gun 8 is aimed at different positions of the automobile for cleaning, the cleaning main control board 10 adjusts the spraying angle and the cleaning strength of the cleaning spray gun 8 in real time according to the shooting condition of the second camera 203.
Through the big data strategy of the second camera 203 and the cloud platform, the invention can automatically sense the material and the dirt degree of the surface of the vehicle, automatically adjust the cleaning pressure and the spraying angle according to the actual situation, and ensure that the vehicle is not damaged while being efficiently cleaned. The invention further adds a wireless control technology, so that a user can easily switch different cleaning modes through the operation panel 83 of the cleaning spray gun 8, the user experience is improved, and the user can feel more freedom and convenience in the cleaning process.
