Correspondingly, the invention provides a fabric manufacturing method, which comprises the following steps:
s101: weaving;
specifically, the weaving process is essentially interweaving warp yarns and weft yarns, and mainly involves three aspects of material selection of warp yarns, material selection of weft yarns and interweaving parameters of warp yarns and weft yarns.
In the embodiment of the invention, the warp yarn material is specifically nylon-66 kadol stretch textured yarn and polyester stretch textured yarn which are arranged according to a preset ratio.
Wherein the density of the nylon-66 kadol tensile textured yarn is 40D.
Wherein the density of the terylene stretch textured yarn is 40D.
The warp yarn material is nylon-66 Codol stretch textured yarn and polyester stretch textured yarn which are arranged according to a ratio of 27:1.
Generally, the greater the density of the warp yarns (denier D), the thicker the warp yarns, the stronger the woven fabric, the heavier the fabric, and the coarser the texture appearance; the density of the nylon-66 kadol stretch textured yarn and the polyester stretch textured yarn serving as warp yarn materials is controlled to be 40D, and the nylon-66 kadol stretch textured yarn and the polyester stretch textured yarn are relatively small in density, but not too small, so that the woven fabric is light, thin and durable.
The nylon-66 kadol stretch textured yarn has good strength and wear resistance, is softer, is suitable for being used as a main material, has good elasticity and contractility, is suitable for being used as an auxiliary material, and is good in size stability, and the warp yarn materials are nylon-66 kadol stretch textured yarn and polyester stretch textured yarn which are arranged according to the ratio of 27:1, so that the warp yarn materials can be kept high in strength and wear resistance, and meanwhile, the softness and elasticity of the warp yarn materials can be improved, so that the woven fabric has good stiffness.
In the embodiment of the invention, the weft yarn material is specifically nylon-66 kadol stretch textured yarn and polyester stretch textured yarn which are arranged according to a preset ratio.
Wherein the density of the nylon-66 kadol tensile textured yarn is 40D.
Wherein the density of the terylene stretch textured yarn is 40D.
The weft yarn material is nylon-66 Codol stretch textured yarn and polyester stretch textured yarn which are arranged according to the ratio of 19:1.
In general, the greater the density of the weft yarns (denier D), the thicker the weft yarns, the stronger the woven fabric, the heavier the fabric, and the coarser the texture appearance; the density of nylon-66 kadol stretch textured yarn and polyester stretch textured yarn serving as weft yarn materials is controlled to be 40D, and the density is relatively small, but not too small, so that the woven fabric is light, thin and durable.
The nylon-66 kadol stretch textured yarn has good strength and wear resistance, is soft, is suitable for being used as a main material, has good elasticity and contractility, is suitable for being used as an auxiliary material, and has good dimensional stability when being beneficial to keeping high strength and high wear resistance of the weft yarn material, and the softness and elasticity of the weft yarn material can be improved, so that the woven fabric can keep good dimensional stability.
In an embodiment of the present invention, for the interweaving parameters of the warp yarns and the weft yarns, specifically, the density of the warp yarns is 180 bars/square inch, the density of the weft yarns is 126 bars/square inch, and the total density is 306 bars/square inch. The total density of the warp yarns and the weft yarns directly affects the physical and mechanical indexes such as appearance, hand feeling, thickness, strength, folding resistance, air permeability, wear resistance, thermal insulation performance and the like of the fabric, and the higher the total density of the warp yarns and the weft yarns is, the higher the density of the woven fabric is, the more compact the structure of the fabric is, the less shrinkage is easy, and the quality is high; in addition, the higher the density of the fabric is, the finer the fineness requirements on the warp yarns and the weft yarns are, so that the woven fabric is lighter and thinner, compact and fine in appearance, smooth and soft, and uniform in color.
The fabric woven by the interweaving parameters has the advantages of high density, good waterproof performance, excellent wear resistance, good tearing resistance and the like, and is beneficial to improving the waterproof performance, the wear resistance and the like of ready-made clothes.
In addition, in the embodiment of the invention, the weave of the grey cloth is a plain weave. The plain weave is a grey cloth weave which is obtained by alternately arranging warp and weft at a ratio of 1:1, namely warp and weft are interwoven alternately one above the other, the texture of the grey cloth is firm and light, the air permeability is good, the grey cloth is smooth to the touch, and the appearance effect of the front side and the back side is basically consistent.
Specifically, nylon-66 kadol stretch textured yarns and polyester stretch textured yarns are adopted as raw materials of the grey cloth.
The nylon-66 kadol stretch textured yarn is one of nylon fibers, and has the characteristics of light weight, quick drying, softness, strong durability, difficult color change after long-time use and the like; the nylon-66 kadola stretch textured yarn has the characteristics of excellent wear resistance, tearing resistance, incomparable strength, good hand feeling, light weight, softness, stable color, easy care and the like. In addition, the durability of the coldura fiber is 2 times that of standard nylon, 3 times that of polyester fabric, and 10 times that of cotton canvas, respectively, which means that the lighter coldura fiber can provide the same effect durability as the heavier standard nylon, polyester fiber or cotton canvas.
Specifically, after confirming the design scheme, the nylon-66 kadol stretch textured yarn and the polyester stretch textured yarn are firstly woven into a warp beam by a warping machine at a speed of 400-550 m/min.
Specifically, according to the aforementioned interweaving parameters of the warp yarn and the weft yarn, the warp yarn and the weft yarn are interweaved with each other by the back-and-forth movement of the reed (which is one of the structures of the weaving device) and the up-and-down movement of the heald frame (which is one of the structures of the weaving device), so as to form the required grey cloth, and the fabric style presents a unique style similar to that of black and white.
