Abstract

Specifically, statistical analysis can be performed on the grouped scientific research event metadata respectively, and a target scientific research event analysis result is determined according to the statistical analysis result, including: performing intra-group variance analysis on the scientific research event metadata of the same group to obtain an intra-group statistical analysis result; performing inter-group variance analysis on the scientific research event metadata of different groups to obtain an inter-group statistical analysis result; and determining an inter-group target scientific research event analysis result according to the inter-group intra-group statistical analysis result and the inter-group statistical analysis result.
The intra-group analysis of variance may be a data analysis method for performing analysis of variance on metadata of scientific research events of the same group. The intra-group statistical analysis results may be statistical analysis results of the scientific research event metadata of the same group. Specifically, the intra-group statistical analysis result can be obtained by performing intra-group variance analysis on the scientific research event metadata of the same group. Accordingly, the inter-group analysis of variance may be a data analysis method for performing analysis of variance on metadata of scientific research events of different groups. The group statistical analysis result may be a statistical analysis result of scientific research event metadata of different groups. Specifically, the statistical analysis result between groups can be obtained by performing the inter-group variance analysis on the scientific research event metadata of different groups.
Illustratively, taking the above examples as examples, intra-group analysis of variance may be performed on "pre-treatment with metformin" and "post-treatment with metformin" and "pre-treatment without metformin" and "post-treatment without metformin" respectively, to obtain the results of intra-group statistical analysis. The internal variance analysis of the groups can be used for knowing whether random errors exist or not, so that the blood sugar values in the groups are unequal and abnormal, and the accuracy of statistical analysis is improved. The data of the "treatment with metformin" and "treatment without metformin" were then subjected to an inter-group analysis of variance to obtain the results of the inter-group statistical analysis. The effect of metformin on blood glucose levels of diabetes between 20 and 30 years of age was known from the results of the group statistical analysis. The target scientific research event analysis result can be determined according to the inter-group statistical analysis result, and the intra-group statistical analysis result plays an auxiliary role in determining the target scientific research event analysis result and is used for verifying whether the analysis result is reasonable or not.
Alternatively, on the basis of the grouping criteria described above, the user may add the sex as the grouping criteria. Statistical analysis of blood glucose levels in 20-30 year old male and female groupings with metformin was used to determine the effect of metformin on blood glucose levels in patients of different 20-30 years old.
Optionally, based on the grouping criteria, the user may also preset the grouping criteria for the patient's age. Specifically, patients in each of the different age intervals may be grouped according to a preset age interval. For example, patients aged 20-22, 23-24, 25-26, 27-28, 29-30, respectively, may be grouped to determine the effect of metformin on blood glucose levels in patients of different age intervals.
Further, in addition to the grouping criteria listed above, the grouping criteria may be supplemented and modified accordingly by the user as needed for research, and are not limited herein. Through the free switching of different grouping standards, a user can correspondingly modify the grouping standards according to research requirements, so that the applicability and flexibility of scientific research event analysis are improved. In an alternative embodiment, after determining the analysis result of the target scientific research event according to the statistical analysis result among groups, the method further comprises: and adding a corresponding scientific research event analysis result label to the inter-group target scientific research event analysis result based on the inter-group event description information.
The label of the analysis result of the scientific research event may be a label corresponding to the analysis result of the scientific research event. Specifically, a scientific research event analysis result label, that is, a label of information related to a scientific research event, can be determined based on the inter-group event description information. After the target scientific research event analysis results are determined, the corresponding scientific research event analysis result labels are added to the inter-group target scientific research event analysis results, so that the follow-up review of information related to the scientific research event analysis results can be facilitated, and the target scientific research event analysis results can be conveniently and rapidly queried.
Illustratively, FIG. 4 is a workflow diagram for data tagging of clinical events provided by an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the workflow of data tagging of clinical events includes: firstly, determining a scientific research event to study the influence of metformin on the blood sugar level of a diabetes patient aged 20-30 years, and then, checking out a diagnosis record of the patient diagnosed with diabetes for the first time and aged 20-30 years in a diagnosis list; on the one hand, according to the doctor records, the doctor's advice time of using the dimethyldiguanide in the doctor advice is found, the blood sugar value of the checking time before the doctor's advice time is found, the blood sugar value of the checking time after the doctor's advice time is found and the blood sugar value of the checking time before the diabetes is used for the dimethyldiguanide is marked, and the blood sugar value of the checking time after the doctor's advice time is marked as the blood sugar value of the dimethyldiguanide is found, and the blood sugar value before and after the dimethyldiguanide is used is obtained by subtracting the two; on the other hand, finding out the doctor's advice time without using the metformin ' in the doctor's advice according to the doctor's advice record, finding out the blood sugar value before the doctor's advice time in the checking time, marking the blood sugar value after the doctor's advice time in the checking time as the blood sugar value before the diabetes is not used with the metformin ', marking the blood sugar value after the diabetes is not used with the metformin, subtracting the blood sugar value before and after the diabetes to obtain the blood sugar difference value before and after the diabetes, and finally performing variance analysis on the blood sugar difference values corresponding to different treatment modes to determine the influence of the metformin on the blood sugar value of the diabetes of 20-30 years.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the event description information is determined by acquiring the selection operation of a user on a preset medical event item on a preset medical scientific research management interface; extracting keywords in the event description information to obtain target scientific research event attribute information, and generating corresponding scientific research event data labels according to the target scientific research event attribute information; screening scientific research event metadata associated with a target scientific research event from a preset database based on the scientific research event data label; classifying the scientific research event metadata according to the types of the scientific research event data tags, and adding corresponding scientific research event data tags to the classified scientific research event metadata; grouping the metadata of the scientific research event according to the attribute information of the scientific research event data tag; and respectively carrying out statistical analysis on the grouped scientific research event metadata, and determining a target scientific research event analysis result according to the statistical analysis result. The technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention solves the problems that related data of clinical scientific research events need to be manually screened and influences of the scientific research events are determined in the prior art, and the data analysis efficiency and the accuracy of statistical analysis results are insufficient, can screen the related data according to the data labels, and perform statistical analysis on the screened data, thereby improving the data analysis efficiency and the accuracy of the statistical analysis results.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a data tagging device based on clinical events, which is provided by the embodiment of the present invention, and the embodiment of the present invention may be suitable for a scenario of performing statistical analysis on data of clinical scientific events, where the device may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and integrated into a computer device with an application development function.
As shown in fig. 5, a data tagging device based on a clinical event includes: the scientific research event data tag determination module 310, the scientific research event data tag adding module 320 and the data statistics analysis module 330.
The scientific research event data tag determining module 310 is configured to obtain event description information of a target scientific research event, and determine a scientific research event data tag according to the event description information; a scientific event data tag adding module 320, configured to determine scientific event metadata associated with the target scientific event based on the scientific event data tag, and add the corresponding scientific event data tag to the scientific event metadata; the data statistics analysis module 330 is configured to group the scientific events metadata according to the scientific events data tag, and perform statistics analysis on each group of the grouped scientific events metadata respectively.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the event description information of the target scientific research event is obtained, and the scientific research event data label is determined according to the event description information; determining scientific research event metadata associated with the target scientific research event based on the scientific research event data tag, and adding the corresponding scientific research event data tag for the scientific research event metadata; and grouping the scientific research event metadata according to the scientific research event data tag, and respectively carrying out statistical analysis on each group of the grouped scientific research event metadata. The technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention solves the problems that related data of clinical scientific research events need to be manually screened and influences of the scientific research events are determined in the prior art, and the data analysis efficiency and the accuracy of statistical analysis results are insufficient, can screen the related data according to the data labels, and perform statistical analysis on the screened data, thereby improving the data analysis efficiency and the accuracy of the statistical analysis results.
In an alternative embodiment, the scientific event data label determining module 310 is specifically configured to: acquiring selection operation of a user on a preset medical event item on a preset medical scientific research management interface, and determining the event description information; and extracting keywords in the event description information to obtain target scientific research event attribute information, and generating a corresponding scientific research event data label according to the target scientific research event attribute information.
In an alternative embodiment, the scientific event data tag adding module 320 is specifically configured to: screening out scientific research event metadata associated with the target scientific research event from a preset database based on the scientific research event data tag; classifying the scientific research event metadata according to the types of the scientific research event data tags, and adding the corresponding scientific research event data tags to the classified scientific research event metadata.
In an alternative embodiment, the scientific event data tag adding module 320 is specifically configured to: determining scientific research data to be analyzed from classified scientific research event metadata according to the scientific research event data label; and adding the corresponding scientific research event data tag to the scientific research data to be analyzed.
In an alternative embodiment, the data statistics analysis module 330 is specifically configured to: grouping the scientific research event metadata according to the attribute information of the scientific research event data tag; and respectively carrying out statistical analysis on the grouped scientific research event metadata, and determining a target scientific research event analysis result according to the statistical analysis result.
In an alternative embodiment, the data statistics analysis module 330 is specifically configured to: performing intra-group variance analysis on the scientific research event metadata of the same group to obtain an intra-group statistical analysis result; performing inter-group variance analysis on the scientific research event metadata of different groups to obtain an inter-group statistical analysis result; and determining the analysis result of the target scientific research event according to the intra-group statistical analysis result and the inter-group statistical analysis result.
In an alternative embodiment, the data tagging device based on clinical events further comprises: the scientific research event analysis result labeling module is used for: and adding a corresponding scientific research event analysis result label to the target scientific research event analysis result based on the event description information.
In an alternative embodiment, the data statistics analysis module 330 is specifically configured to: the scientific events metadata is grouped according to at least one of an age data tag, a treatment data tag, or a test item data tag.
In an alternative embodiment, the data statistics analysis module 330 is specifically configured to: classifying the scientific research event metadata according to the age data tag and the treatment data tag; the same type of scientific research event metadata is grouped based on the inspection item data tags.
The data tagging device based on the clinical event provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the data tagging method based on the clinical event provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.
Note that the above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and the technical principle applied. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, while the invention has been described in connection with the above embodiments, the invention is not limited to the embodiments, but may be embodied in many other equivalent forms without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention, which is set forth in the following claims.
Claims (10)
1. A method for tagging data based on clinical scientific events, comprising:
acquiring event description information of a target scientific research event, and determining a scientific research event data tag according to the event description information;
determining scientific research event metadata associated with the target scientific research event based on the scientific research event data tag, and adding the corresponding scientific research event data tag for the scientific research event metadata;
and grouping the scientific research event metadata according to the scientific research event data tag, and respectively carrying out statistical analysis on each group of the grouped scientific research event metadata.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring the event description information of the target scientific events and determining the scientific event data tag according to the event description information includes:
acquiring selection operation of a user on a preset medical event item on a preset medical scientific research management interface, and determining the event description information;
and extracting keywords in the event description information to obtain target scientific research event attribute information, and generating a corresponding scientific research event data label according to the target scientific research event attribute information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining scientific event metadata associated with the target scientific event based on the scientific event data tag and adding the corresponding scientific event data tag to the scientific event metadata comprises:
screening out scientific research event metadata associated with the target scientific research event from a preset database based on the scientific research event data tag;
classifying the scientific research event metadata according to the types of the scientific research event data tags, and adding the corresponding scientific research event data tags to the classified scientific research event metadata.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein adding the corresponding scientific event data tag to the categorized scientific event metadata comprises:
determining scientific research data to be analyzed from classified scientific research event metadata according to the scientific research event data label;
and adding the corresponding scientific research event data tag to the scientific research data to be analyzed.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the grouping the scientific events metadata according to the scientific events data tag and the statistical analysis of the grouped groups of scientific events metadata respectively includes:
grouping the scientific research event metadata according to the attribute information of the scientific research event data tag;
and respectively carrying out statistical analysis on the grouped scientific research event metadata, and determining a target scientific research event analysis result according to the statistical analysis result.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the performing statistical analysis on the grouped scientific research event metadata respectively, and determining the target scientific research event analysis result according to the statistical analysis result, comprises:
performing intra-group variance analysis on the scientific research event metadata of the same group to obtain an intra-group statistical analysis result;
performing inter-group variance analysis on the scientific research event metadata of different groups to obtain an inter-group statistical analysis result;
and determining the analysis result of the target scientific research event according to the intra-group statistical analysis result and the inter-group statistical analysis result.
7. The method of claim 5, further comprising, after determining the target scientific event analysis result according to the statistical analysis result:
and adding a corresponding scientific research event analysis result label to the target scientific research event analysis result based on the event description information.
8. The method of claim 5, wherein grouping the research event metadata according to attribute information of the research event data tag comprises:
the scientific events metadata is grouped according to at least one of an age data tag, a treatment data tag, or a test item data tag.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the grouping the research event metadata according to at least one of an age data tag, a treatment data tag, or a test item data tag comprises:
classifying the scientific research event metadata according to the age data tag and the treatment data tag;
the same type of scientific research event metadata is grouped based on the inspection item data tags.
10. A data tagging device based on clinical scientific events, the device comprising:
the scientific research event data tag determining module is used for acquiring event description information of a target scientific research event and determining a scientific research event data tag according to the event description information;
the scientific research event data tag adding module is used for determining scientific research event metadata associated with the target scientific research event based on the scientific research event data tag and adding the corresponding scientific research event data tag for the scientific research event metadata;
and the data statistics analysis module is used for grouping the scientific research event metadata according to the scientific research event data labels and respectively carrying out statistics analysis on each group of the grouped scientific research event metadata.
