本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种农作物联合增效杀菌剂及其应用。一种农作物联合增效杀菌剂,所述农作物联合增效杀菌剂的有效成分由大黄酚与烯酰吗啉或苯噻菌胺按1‑100:100‑1的质量比组成。本发明农作物联合增效杀菌剂的有效成分由大黄酚大黄酚与烯酰吗啉或苯噻菌胺组成,联合使用时,可以提高对植物病害的防治效果。与单一有效成分,可以降低抗药性风险,延缓植物病害抗药性的产生和发展。

一种农作物联合增效杀菌剂及其应用
技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种农作物联合增效杀菌剂及其应用。
背景技术
黄瓜霜霉病是由卵菌纲的古巴假霜霉病菌(Pseudoperonospora cubensis)引起的植物病害。黄瓜霜霉病主要对黄瓜叶片造成危害,对茎根等器官危害较小。苗期发病时,先在子叶上形成褪绿色黄斑,随着病斑面积的增加其颜色逐渐转变为黄褐色,病叶最后干枯、下垂。若环境湿度较大,叶片背面可见紫黑色霉斑。最初叶片可见水渍状病斑出现,最后逐渐转变为浅黄色直至鲜黄色,最后变为黄褐色干枯状,病斑一般呈多角形,湿度较大时病斑叶片背面有灰黑色霉层。随着化学药剂长时间使用,黄瓜霜霉病对现有多种化学药剂已产生严重的抗药性,使得单一药剂在生产中对黄瓜霜霉病的防治效果较差。
大黄酚是常用的中药成分,其可以直接用廖科或豆科植物中草药大黄、土大黄、巴天酸模、羊蹄或决明子等提取,或人工合成的方法制备。现有技术中已有公开大黄酚可用于防治由真菌、细菌或病毒引起的植物病害。也有公开大黄酚和大黄素甲醚联合使用时在一定质量比内具有增效作用,但目前还未见到大黄酚与烯酰吗啉或苯噻菌胺联合使用的相关报道。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种农作物联合增效杀菌剂及其应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种农作物联合增效杀菌剂,所述农作物联合增效杀菌剂的有效成分由大黄酚与烯酰吗啉或苯噻菌胺按1-100:100-1的质量比组成。
作为优选,所述大黄酚与烯酰吗啉的质量比为1-8:25-1。
作为优选,所述大黄酚与苯噻菌胺的质量比为1-40:3-1。
作为优选,所述有效成分的质量占所述农作物联合增效杀菌剂总质量的0.1-55%,其余为辅助成分。
本发明还提供了所述的农作物联合增效杀菌剂在防治植物病害用的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明农作物联合增效杀菌剂的有效成分由大黄酚与烯酰吗啉或苯噻菌胺组成,联合使用时,可以提高对植物病害的防治效果。与单一有效成分,可以降低抗药性风险,延缓植物病害抗药性的产生和发展。
具体实施方式
下面结合对本发明专利的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域所属的技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
室内生物活性试验
1.供试作物
盆栽培养至6片真叶期的黄瓜幼苗,每盆1株。
2.供试药剂
98%大黄酚原药(市售)、96%烯酰吗啉原药(市售)、99%苯噻菌胺(市售)
供试药剂溶解后用0.1%吐温-80水溶液稀释成单剂母液,设置多组配比,各单剂和配比混剂均按等比方法设置5个质量浓度梯度。
3.试验方法(参考NY/T 1156.7-2006《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀菌剂第7部分:防治黄瓜霜霉病试验盆栽法》)
用含有0.05%吐温-80的无菌水洗下叶片背面新鲜的霜霉病菌孢子囊,双层纱布过滤,制成1×106个孢子囊/mL悬浮液。将孢子囊悬浮液喷雾接种于供试作物叶片背面,自然风干。24h后,将药液均匀喷施于叶片两面至全部湿润,每个质量浓度药液处理15盆,并设只含有0.1%的吐温-80水溶液的处理作空白对照。接种后继续培养:温度17-20℃、相对湿度95%、光照黑暗各12h交替。待空白对照供试作物病叶率达到80%以上时,分级调查各处理全部叶片发病情况,计算个处理病情指数和防治效果。
分级方法为:
0级:无病;
1级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的5%以下;
3级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的6-10%;
5级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的11-25%;
7级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的26-50%;
9级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的50%以上。
4.数据分析
采用DPS软件进行数据统计分析,得出毒力回归方程及各药剂对黄瓜霜霉病菌的毒力EC50值,根据孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数CTC,并根据共毒系数CTC评价药剂混用的增效作用。结果见表1-2。

由表1可知,大黄酚和烯酰吗啉在质量比为1-8:25-1内,共毒系数大于120,表现为增效作用,可以提高对黄瓜霜霉病的防治效果。

由表2可知,大黄酚和苯噻菌胺在质量比为1-40:3-1内,共毒系数大于120,表现为增效作用,可以提高对黄瓜霜霉病的防治效果。
综上所述,大黄酚和烯酰吗啉或苯噻菌胺联合使用时,可以提高对黄瓜霜霉病的防治效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的农作物联合增效杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述大黄酚与烯酰吗啉的质量比为1-8:25-1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的农作物联合增效杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述大黄酚与苯噻菌胺的质量比为1-40:3-1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的农作物联合增效杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述有效成分的质量占所述农作物联合增效杀菌剂总质量的0.1-55%,其余为辅助成分。
5.权利要求1-4任一项所述的农作物联合增效杀菌剂在防治植物病害用的应用。
