The following describes in further detail the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings and examples. The following examples are illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 11:
the full-automatic heavy bag packaging machine comprises a frame 10, wherein a bag feeding device 20, a material storage and feeding device 30, a bag opening weighing device 40, a pushing device 50 for driving the bag opening weighing device 40 to translate, a sealing device 60 and a discharging conveyor belt 70 are arranged on the frame 10; the bag opening weighing device 40 and the pushing device 50 are positioned below the material storage feeding device 30 and the sealing device 60; the discharging conveyor belt 70 and the bag feeding device 20 are arranged on the right side of the pushing device and are arranged in front of and behind each other;
the bag feeding device 20 comprises a bag feeding substrate 201 which can be lifted, rotated and translated, and a row of first suckers 202 are fixed on the bag feeding substrate 201;
the material storage and feeding device 30 comprises a main material tank 301 fixed on the frame 10, and a discharging control component is arranged at the lower end of the main material tank 301;

The weighing sensor is electrically connected with a controller, the controller controls the third double-rod air cylinder, the first sucker, the second sucker and the third sucker are all connected with an exhaust pipe, a corresponding electromagnetic valve is arranged on the exhaust pipe, and the electromagnetic valve is controlled by the controller.
The first sucker sucks the open end of the packaging bag 90, then the packaging bag is conveyed to the second sucker through the movement and overturning of the bag substrate, the second sucker sucks the other side of the upper end opening of the packaging bag, then the first sucker is deflated through the corresponding electromagnetic valve, the first sucker releases the adsorption effect on the packaging bag, and the bag substrate drives the first sucker to move back, rotate to reset or give way;
then the moving plate moves forward to drive a third double-rod air cylinder to move forward through the air cylinders, a third base plate on the third double-rod air cylinder also moves forward, the third base plate drives a third sucker to move forward to a position opposite to the second sucker, then the third double-rod air cylinder drives the third base plate to approach the packaging bag, and the third base plate drives the third sucker to approach the packaging bag, so that the packaging bag is sucked;
then the third double-rod air cylinder drives the third base plate to move right for resetting, the second base plate drives the second sucker to move left, the opening of the packaging bag is opened under the action of the second sucker and the third sucker, and at the moment, the bottom of the packaging bag is contacted with the supporting plate;
then the materials stored in the main material tank are filled into the packaging bag through the discharging control component; along with the increase of materials in the packaging bag, the sucking disc and the like are arranged on the weighing frame, the materials in the packaging bag are increased, all weights on the weighing frame and the weighing frame act on the weighing sensor, the weight of the added materials can be measured through the weighing sensor, and the weight of the added materials is equal to the pressure detected by the weighing sensor when the materials are filled minus the pressure detected before the materials are filled;
when the weighing frame is filled, the lower end of the packaging bag is supported by the supporting plate, and the packaging bag cannot shake, so that the weight of the whole weighing frame is measured by the weighing sensor, and the weighing is more accurate;
after the material is discharged to the set value, the discharging control assembly stops discharging, the pushing device moves the whole weighing frame forwards, the opening dividing device seals the upper end of the packaging bag, and the packaging bag is output through the discharging conveyor after sealing.
A packaging bag placing platform 101 is fixed on the frame 10;
the bag feeding device 20 further comprises a first vertically arranged cylinder 203 fixed on the frame 10; the upper end of a piston rod of the first cylinder 203 is fixed on a first L-shaped plate 204, and the first L-shaped plate 204 is positioned above the left end of the packaging bag placing platform 101; the other end of the first L-shaped plate 204 is fixed with a rotary cylinder 205, a second L-shaped plate 206 is fixed on a rotary disk of the rotary cylinder 205, a first double-rod cylinder 207 is fixed on the second L-shaped plate 206, and the bag feeding base plate 201 is fixed on a piston rod of the first double-rod cylinder 207.
The controller controls the first two-rod cylinder 207, the first cylinder 203, and the rotary cylinder 205.
A plurality of unused packages are stacked on a package placement platform; and (3) feeding a packaging bag: the first sucker is arranged downwards in the initial state, the first double-rod air cylinder drives the bag feeding base plate to move downwards, the bag feeding base plate drives the first sucker to move downwards, and the first sucker sucks one side of the opening of the packaging bag;
then, the first double-rod cylinder moves upwards to drive the open end of the packaging bag to move upwards for a certain distance, the first cylinder drives the first L-shaped plate to move upwards, the first L-shaped plate drives the first double-rod cylinder to move upwards through the rotary cylinder and the second L-shaped plate, the first double-rod cylinder drives the packaging bag to move upwards for a certain distance again, then the rotary cylinder drives the second L-shaped plate to rotate 90 degrees clockwise, the second L-shaped plate also drives the first double-rod cylinder to turn over 90 degrees, the first sucker faces the second sucker at the moment, the bag is in a vertical state, then a piston rod of the first double-rod cylinder stretches to drive the first sucker to move left, the first sucker pushes the packaging bag to the second sucker to the left, then the other side of the packaging bag is sucked by the second sucker, and the first sucker breaks away from the packaging bag and resets.
The discharging control assembly comprises a funnel 302 fixed at the bottom of the main material tank 301, the lower end of the funnel 302 is connected with a first bypass pipe 303 and a second bypass pipe 304, the first bypass pipe 303 is connected with a large discharging pipe 306 through a first elbow 305, and the large discharging pipe 306 is provided with a first on-off valve 307; the second bypass pipe 304 is connected with a small discharge pipe 308 through a second elbow 310, and a second on-off valve 309 is arranged on the small discharge pipe 308;
the lower port portions of the large discharge pipe 306 and the small discharge pipe 308 are arranged vertically downward.
The first on-off valve and the second on-off valve are electrically connected with the controller.
Through the technical scheme, the materials in the main charging bucket automatically fall into the hopper and then flow out to the large discharging pipe and the small discharging pipe through the first bypass pipe and the second bypass pipe, and the large discharging pipe and the small discharging pipe are positioned above the mouth part of the opened packaging bag; in the initial stage of filling, the large discharging pipe and the small discharging pipe simultaneously fill the packaging bag, when the weighing sensor detects that the packaging bag is almost filled, the controller controls the first on-off valve to be closed, and the material quantity entering the packaging bag is conveniently controlled due to the fact that the pipe diameter of the small discharging pipe is smaller and the flow of the material entering the packaging bag is lower, and when the weighing sensor detects a filling set value, the controller controls the second on-off valve to be closed;
the feeding speed can be accelerated through the simultaneous discharging of the large discharging pipe and the small discharging pipe, and the feeding of the final material can be facilitated through the separate discharging of the small discharging pipe, so that the feeding accuracy is facilitated.
The second base plate 407 is fixed on a second double-rod cylinder 412, the second double-rod cylinder 412 is fixed on a left base plate 413, and the left base plate 413 is fixed at the left end of the weighing frame 403; the left base plate 413 is arranged facing the moving plate 411 and is parallel to the moving plate 411;
the lower end of the moving plate 411 is connected with a roller 414, the roller 414 is abutted against the supporting plate 404, and a gap is reserved between the bottom of the moving plate 411 and the supporting plate 404;
the moving plate 411 is fixed at the front end of the push-pull plate 415, the rear end of the push-pull plate 415 is fixed on a sliding block of the linear module 416, the linear module 416 is fixed on a template 417, and the template 417 is fixed on the weighing frame 403. The controller controls the second double-rod cylinder.
The second substrate can be driven to move through the second double-rod air cylinder, so that the movement of the second sucker is realized, and the bag opening work is completed;
the bottom of the movable plate can be supported by the rollers, and the movable plate can be conveniently moved back and forth;
the sliding block of the linear module moves to drive the push-pull plate to move, and the push-pull plate drives the moving plate to move, so that the forward movement and the backward movement of the moving plate are completed.
The second substrate 407 and the third substrate 408 are respectively fixed with a bag pressing bar 418, and the two bag pressing bars 418 are arranged at equal height;
the bag pressing bar 418 is located below a row of second suction cups 405.
After the material in the wrapping bag is full, the second bipole cylinder drives the second base plate and moves to the right, and the third bipole cylinder drives the third base plate and moves to the left, and second sucking disc and third sucking disc laminate the oral area of wrapping bag once more, and two pressure bagging bars also press from both sides tight with the oral area below position of wrapping bag simultaneously. And sealing after clamping.
A fourth double-rod air cylinder 419 is fixed on the left base plate 413, an inner baffle 420 is fixed on a piston rod of the fourth double-rod air cylinder 419, outer baffles 421 are symmetrically arranged on the inner baffle 420, the outer baffles 421 are fixed on a piston rod of a fifth double-rod air cylinder 422, and the fifth double-rod air cylinder 422 is fixed on the moving plate 411;

The controller controls the fifth and fourth two-bar cylinders 422 and 419.
When the bagging machine is used for bagging, the outer baffle and the inner baffle can block and support the two sides of the packaging bag, the bottom of the packaging bag extends to the periphery to enable the packaging bag to extend downwards integrally when the bagging machine is used for preventing the packaging bag from being bagged, so that the second sucker and the third sucker cannot be adsorbed, and the packaging bag is always in a flat state when the bagging machine is used for supporting the packaging bag through the outer baffle, the inner baffle and the rear baffle, and the phenomenon of straddling the packaging bag is avoided.
When the packaging bag is full, the pushing device drives the bag opening weighing device 40 to integrally move forwards, and the sealing device seals the packaging bag; after the opening is sealed, the sealed packaging bag is just positioned at the left side of the discharging conveyor belt 70, then the linear module drives the movable plate to move backwards, and the movable plate drives the outer baffle to move backwards to be separated from the packaging bag through the fifth double-rod air cylinder;
then the fourth double-rod air cylinder drives the inner baffle to move right, the inner baffle pushes the packaging bag filled with the materials onto the discharging conveyor belt, and then the packaging bag is output through the discharging conveyor belt.
The pushing device 50 comprises a driving seat 501 fixedly connected with the supporting plate 401, the driving seat 501 is in threaded connection with a screw 502 arranged in the front-back direction, and two ends of the screw 502 are rotatably connected to the frame 10; one end of the screw 502 is connected with a servo motor 503 for driving the screw to rotate;
the driving seat 501 is slidably connected to a plurality of guide support rods 504 disposed in the front-rear direction, and the guide support rods 504 are fixed to the frame 10. The servo motor is electrically connected with the controller.
The servo motor drives the screw rod to rotate, the screw rod drives the driving seat to move along the guide supporting rod, and the driving seat drives the weighing frame to move through the supporting plate and the weighing sensor, so that the smooth proceeding of sealing work and the transfer of bags are ensured.
The sealing device 60 comprises a sewing machine 601 fixed at the front end of the frame 10, a rubber strip straightening strip 602 is arranged at the rear side of a presser foot of the sewing machine 601, a rubber strip guide roller 603 is arranged above the rear side of the rubber strip straightening strip 602, a rubber strip roll 604 is arranged above the rubber strip guide roller 603, and the rubber strip roll 604 and the rubber strip guide roller 603 are rotatably connected to the frame 10;
the rubber strip straightening strip 602 is formed with an inverted V-shaped groove 6021, and the inverted V-shaped groove 6021 is gradually arranged in a large front-small gradual manner;
the front side of the sewing machine 601 is provided with a cutter 605 and a cutter abutting block 606 which are oppositely arranged, and the middle areas of the cutter 605 and the cutter abutting block 606 are positioned right in front of an inverted V-shaped groove 6021; the cutter 605 is fixed on a cutter frame 607, the cutter frame 607 is fixed on the end of a piston rod of a seventh double-rod cylinder 608, and the seventh double-rod cylinder and the cutter abutting block are fixed on the frame 10. The sewing machine and the seventh double-rod cylinder are controlled by a controller.
The adhesive tape is rolled up and is discharged and enters into the adhesive tape through the adhesive tape deflector roll and is smoothed out in the strip, through the effect of the reverse V-shaped groove 6021 of adhesive tape in the strip, the adhesive tape is folded into reverse V-shaped form by plane form, then push mechanism pushes forward the wrapping bag, guarantee that upper end and the front end of bag insert in the adhesive tape of reverse V-shaped groove 6021 and being reverse V-shaped form, then adhesive tape and wrapping bag advance together and make the adhesive tape in the upper port portion of wrapping bag through the sewing machine, thereby accomplish sealing work, when the rear end of wrapping bag moves to the front side of cutter, seventh double-rod cylinder drives the cutter to support the piece and be close to, thereby cut off the adhesive tape.
A stacking device 80 is arranged above the discharging conveyor belt 70;
the stacking device 80 comprises a stacking frame 801, an X-direction linear module 802 is fixed on the stacking frame 801, a Y-direction linear module 803 is fixed on a sliding block of the X-direction linear module 802, a Z-direction linear module 804 is fixed on a sliding block of the Y-direction linear module 803, and a grip 805 is fixed on a sliding block of the Z-direction linear module 804. The X-direction linear module 802, the Y-direction linear module 803, and the Z-direction linear module 804 are all electrically connected to a controller, and the controller is electrically connected to a remote controller, and the remote controller is controlled. The respective slide movements of the X-direction linear module 802, the Y-direction linear module 803, and the Z-direction linear module 804, and the loosening and gripping of the grippers.
