技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物技术领域，具体涉及一种滋阴健脾中药组合物、压片糖果及制备方法和应用。
背景技术
滋阴是一种常见补法，它的作用是增强人体内脏腑的作用，恢复人体内气血的平衡，使脏腑功能恢复正常，维持人体健康状态。滋阴有四大功效，即阴补阳、健脾养胃、补虚益实、润燥清热。阴补阳，滋阴的药物多采用纯阴性药物，具有清热解毒、祛风除湿的作用；健脾养胃，滋阴的药物可以增强脾胃功能，改善消化功能；补虚益实，滋阴祛病药物可以补充人体所缺乏的营养物质，滋补人体；润燥清热，滋阴的药物多具有润燥清热的作用，有助于改善燥热的症状。
健脾，也是补法之一。亦称补脾、益脾。健脾的功效包括调养脾胃、促进消化吸收、增强体质和预防疾病。具体来说，健脾的功效包括以下几个方面：促进消化吸收：脾主运化，健脾可促进胃肠消化功能的提高，增强对营养物质的吸收能力，从而改善食欲不振、腹胀等症状；增强体质：健脾能够促进气血的生成和循环，增强人体的免疫力和抗病能力，有助于预防疾病，提高身体素质；缓解疲劳：脾主肌肉，健脾能够改善肌肉疲劳和肌肉酸痛等不适感，使人精力充沛、体力充沛；调节情绪：脾主思，健脾有助于调节情绪，缓解焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪。
当前滋阴健脾中成药较多，但是中成药适应症状需结合个体的身体状况，用药时需注意中成药的副作用和注意事项。目前亟待开发一种能滋阴健脾的功能性食品或保健品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种滋阴健脾中药组合物、压片糖果及制备方法和应用，本发明的中药组合物和压片糖果具有良好的滋阴健脾功效，能够用于制备具有滋阴健脾功效的功能性食品或保健品。
本发明提供了一种滋阴健脾中药组合物，包括以下重量份的原料：西洋参37～180份、玉竹37～180份、炙葛根68～300份、茯苓94～460份、炙黄精94～460份、鸡内金20～126份、甘草79～360份、当归94～460份、枸杞60～416份和地龙蛋白10～126份。
优选的，所述炙葛根是由葛根经炮制得到；所述葛根的炮制方法包括麦麸炒制；所述炙黄精是由黄精经炮制得到；所述黄精的炮制方法包括蒸制。
优选的，所述地龙蛋白的分子量为5000～10000。
本发明还提供了上述方案所述的滋阴健脾中药组合物的浸提物。
优选的，所述浸提物的浸提溶剂包括麻油；所述麻油包括芝麻油。
本发明还提供了上述方案所述浸提物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
对西洋参、玉竹、炙葛根、茯苓、炙黄精、鸡内金、甘草、当归和枸杞混合后粉碎，得到细粉：将所述细粉和地龙蛋白混合，得到混合料；采用麻油对所述中药组合物进行浸提，得到浸提物。
优选的，所述浸提包括依次进行的浸泡、第一浸提和第二浸提；所述浸泡的时间为7～30d；所述第一浸提的温度包括100～150℃；所述第一浸提的时间包括1～10h；所述第二浸提的温度包括150～200℃；所述第二浸提的时间包括1～15h。
本发明还提供了一种压片糖果，包括上述方案所述的滋阴健脾中药组合物，还包括以下重量份的辅料：麦芽糊精260～2600份、奶粉80～800份和木糖醇127～1270份。
本发明还提供了上述方案所述压片糖果的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
采用上述方案所述制备方法制备得到浸提物；沥干所述浸提物中的麻油，得到药粉；将所述药粉和麦芽糊精、奶粉、木糖醇混合，依次进行制粒、烘干、压片，得到压片糖果。
本发明还提供了上述方案所述的滋阴健脾中药组合物或者所述浸提物或者所述的制备方法制备得到的浸提物或者所述的压片糖果或者所述的制备方法制备得到的压片糖果在制备具有滋阴健脾功效的食品或保健品中的应用；所述食品包括功能性食品或特医食品。

在本发明中，以重量份计，所述滋阴健脾中药组合物包括西洋参37～180份，优选为72.92～90份。在本发明中，西洋参的活性成分主要是皂苷类、多糖类和黄酮类，对人体的神经系统、心血管系统、内分泌代谢系统和免疫系统都有影响。
在本发明中，以重量份计，所述滋阴健脾中药组合物包括玉竹37～180份优选为72.92～90份。在本发明中，玉竹的活性成分为玉竹多糖，玉竹多糖有抗氧化作用。
在本发明中，以重量份计，所述滋阴健脾中药组合物包括炙葛根68～300份优选为135.4～150份。在本发明中，所述炙葛根优选的是由葛根经炮制得到；所述葛根的炮制方法优选的包括麦麸炒制。在本发明具体实施过程中，所述炙葛根购自于湖北孟氏中药饮片有限公司。在本发明中，葛根经过麦麸炒制以后减轻了升散之性，增强了止泻功效；炙葛根可以生津止渴，解肌退热，透发麻疹，升阳止泻，可以保肝护肝，抗疲劳抗衰老，提高机体抵抗力，还可以健胃，还有补肾作用，泻火除烦，辅助调理血糖，另外可以改善更年期综合症，美容养颜，有效的调理内分泌失调的症状，可以去除黄褐斑，消除青春痘，另外对于脾胃虚泄泻也有作用。
在本发明中，以重量份计，所述滋阴健脾中药组合物包括茯苓94～460份，优选为187.5～230份。在本发明中，茯苓的活性成分主要是三萜类和多糖茯苓，具有抗肿瘤，免疫调节，抗炎，抗氧化，抗衰老，提高记忆力，调节泌尿系统，降血糖，降血脂，镇静，催眠，保肝作用。
在本发明中，以重量份计，所述滋阴健脾中药组合物包括炙黄精94～460份优选为187.5～230份。在本发明中，所述炙黄精优选的是由黄精经炮制得到；所述黄精的炮制方法优选的包括蒸制。在本发明具体实施过程中，所述炙黄精购自于湖北孟氏中药饮片有限公司。在本发明中，炙黄精的活性成分是黄精多糖、黄酮，具有降血糖，降血脂、延缓衰老、抗肿瘤，免疫调节，抗炎抗菌、改善记忆力。
在本发明中，以重量份计，所述滋阴健脾中药组合物包括鸡内金20～126份，优选为40～62.5份。在本发明中，鸡内金的活性成分是胃激素，角蛋白，氨基酸等成分，有增加胃液分泌量和胃肠消化能力，加快胃的排空速率等作用，有较强的消食化积作用，并能健运脾胃。
在本发明中，以重量份计，所述滋阴健脾中药组合物包括甘草79～360份，优选为156.25～180份。在本发明中，甘草的活性成分是多糖类、黄酮类、三萜类，具有抗肿瘤，免疫调节、抗炎抗菌、抗心律失常、抗病毒作用。
在本发明中，以重量份计，所述滋阴健脾中药组合物包括当归94～460份，优选为187.5～230份。在本发明中，当归的主要活性成分是阿魏酸、挥发油，具有补血调节子宫，增加机体抵抗力、抗缺氧、抗癌作用。
在本发明中，以重量份计，所述滋阴健脾中药组合物包括枸杞60～416份，优选为120～208.3份。在本发明中，枸杞的主要活性成分是枸杞多糖，具有抗衰老，促进睡眠，护肝明目，缓解干燥，抗疲劳，明智益脑、滋阴明目，帮助降低血脂，治疗高血压。
在本发明中，以重量份计，所述滋阴健脾中药组合物包括地龙蛋白10～126份，优选为20～62.5份。在本发明中，所述地龙蛋白的分子量优选为5000～10000。在本发明中，地龙蛋白是地龙的提取物，也是中药地龙的主要有效成分，地龙蛋白能够溶解大小血栓，改善微循环，软化血管稳定斑块，双向调节血压和降血糖。在本发明中，所述地龙蛋白购自于扶风斯诺特生物科技有限公司。
本发明还提供了上述方案所述的滋阴健脾中药组合物的浸提物。
在本发明中，所述浸提物的浸提溶剂优选的包括麻油；所述麻油优选的包括芝麻油。在本发明具体实施过程中，所述麻油购自于山东省十里香芝麻制品股份有限公司。在本发明中所述麻油能够更有效的提取中药组合物中的有效成分。
本发明还提供了上述方案所述浸提物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
对西洋参、玉竹、炙葛根、茯苓、炙黄精、鸡内金、甘草、当归和枸杞混合后粉碎，得到细粉：
将所述细粉和地龙蛋白混合，得到混合料；
采用麻油对所述中药组合物进行浸提，得到浸提物。
本发明首先对西洋参、玉竹、炙葛根、茯苓、炙黄精、鸡内金、甘草、当归和枸杞混合后粉碎，得到细粉。
在本发明中，所述细粉优选为160目筛网的筛下组分。
得到细粉后，本发明将所述细粉和地龙蛋白混合，得到混合料。
得到混合料后，本发明采用麻油对所述中药组合物进行浸提，得到浸提物。

本发明还提供了一种压片糖果，包括上述方案所述的滋阴健脾中药组合物，还包括以下重量份的辅料：麦芽糊精260～2600份、奶粉80～800份和木糖醇127～1270份。
在本发明中，以重量份计，所述压片糖果包括麦芽糊精260～2600份。在本发明中，所述麦芽糊精作为粘合剂使用。
在本发明中，以重量份计，所述压片糖果包括奶粉80～800份。在本发明中，所述奶粉起到的是矫味作用。
在本发明中，以重量份计，所述压片糖果包括木糖醇127～1270份。在本发明中，所述木糖醇起到的是矫味作用。
本发明还提供了上述方案所述压片糖果的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
采用上述方案所述制备方法制备得到浸提物；
沥干所述浸提物中的麻油，得到药粉；
将所述药粉和麦芽糊精、奶粉、木糖醇混合，依次进行制粒、烘干、压片，得到压片糖果。
本发明首先采用上述方案所述制备方法制备得到浸提物。
得到浸提物后，本发明沥干所述浸提物中的麻油，得到药粉。
得到药粉后，本发明将所述药粉和麦芽糊精、奶粉、木糖醇混合，依次进行制粒、烘干、压片，得到压片糖果。
本发明对所述制粒、烘干、压片的具体方法和参数没有特殊限制，采用本领域的常规方法即可。
在本发明中，所述压片糖果的重量为0.6g/片。
本发明还提供了上述方案所述的滋阴健脾中药组合物或者所述浸提物或者所述的制备方法制备得到的浸提物或者所述的压片糖果或者所述的制备方法制备得到的压片糖果在制备具有滋阴健脾功效的食品或保健品中的应用；所述食品包括功能性食品或特医食品。
在本发明中，所述食品或保健品的剂型优选的包括软胶囊、口服液或片剂，更优选为片剂，这是由于片剂保留了所有中药组合物的有效成分，效果优于软胶囊和口服液。
在本发明中，以压片糖果的重量为0.6g/片计以及以人服用计，所述压片糖果的服用剂量优选为每次吃5片，一天吃3次；所述压片糖果的服用方法优选为咀嚼服用。
为了进一步说明本发明，下面结合实施例对本发明提供的一种滋阴健脾中药组合物、压片糖果及制备方法和应用进行详细地描述，但不能将它们理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
本发明实施例中的炙葛根和炙黄精购自于湖北孟氏中药饮片有限公司，炙葛根的炮制方法为麦麸炒制；炙黄精的炮制方法为蒸制。本发明实施例中的麻油的制备原料是芝麻，购自于山东省十里香芝麻制品股份有限公司。本发明实施例中的地龙蛋白购自于扶风斯诺特生物科技有限公司。
实施例1
1000片压片糖果处方：西洋参7.292g、玉竹7.292g、炙葛根13.54g、茯苓18.75g、炙黄精18.75g、鸡内金6.25g、甘草15.625g、当归18.75g、枸杞20.83g、地龙蛋白6.25g、麦芽糊精260g、奶粉80g和木糖醇127g。
制备方法：
本压片糖果是将西洋参、玉竹、炙葛根、茯苓、炙黄精、鸡内金、甘草、当归和枸杞粉碎成细粉，再加地龙蛋白混合后用麻油常温浸泡15d，浸泡后用麻油提取两次，第一次用120℃麻油提取2h，第二次用150℃的麻油提取1h，待提取液放置常温时，把麻油沥干，再取沥干麻油后的药粉加辅料进行制粒、烘干、压片。
实施例2
10000片压片糖果处方：西洋参72.92g、玉竹72.92g、炙葛根135.4g、茯苓187.5g、炙黄精187.5g、鸡内金62.5g、甘草156.25g、当归187.5g、枸杞208.3g、地龙蛋白62.5g、麦芽糊精2600g、奶粉800g和木糖醇1270g。
本压片糖果是将西洋参、玉竹、炙葛根、茯苓、炙黄精、鸡内金、甘草、当归和枸杞粉碎成细粉，再加地龙蛋白混合后用麻油常温浸泡15d，浸泡后用麻油提取两次，第一次用120℃麻油提取2h，第二次用150℃的麻油提取1h，待提取液放置常温时，把麻油沥干，再取沥干麻油后的药粉加辅料进行制粒、烘干、压片。
本发明的滋阴健脾中药组合物制成软胶囊剂型，其所发挥的效果不及本发明压片糖果的剂型，这是因为软胶囊的制备方法是取浸泡过后的药液进行滴制，此制备方法把大部分的有效成分都过滤掉，只用了药液，达不到应有的效果，而本压片糖果是把浸泡过的药粉加辅料加工而成，利用了全部的有效成分，进而效果最佳。本发明的滋阴健脾中药组合物制成口服液剂型，其所发挥的效果也不及本发明压片糖果的剂型。
应用例
本发明的压片糖果通过给老年腰酸体虚的服用者每次服用5片，一天3次，服用一周后反馈，明显减轻了腰酸症状；胃寒的严重的服用者每次服用5片，一天3次，服用15d后反馈，胃寒症状有明显的好转；经常熬夜处于亚健康状态的年轻服用者每次服用5片，一天3次，服用30d后反馈，免疫力和体质增强了，精神和精力都有明显的增强，减轻了疲劳感。
尽管上述实施例对本发明做出了详尽的描述，但它仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部实施例，人们还可以根据本实施例在不经创造性前提下获得其他实施例，这些实施例都属于本发明保护范围。

1.一种滋阴健脾中药组合物，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原料制成：西洋参37~180份、玉竹37~180份、炙葛根68~300份、茯苓94~460份、炙黄精94~460份、鸡内金20~126份、甘草79~360份、当归94~460份、枸杞60~416份和地龙蛋白10~126份；所述中药组合物为浸提物，所述浸提物的浸提溶剂为麻油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滋阴健脾中药组合物，其特征在于，所述炙葛根的炮制方法为麦麸炒制；所述炙黄精的炮制方法为蒸制。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滋阴健脾中药组合物，其特征在于，所述地龙蛋白的分子量为5000~10000。
4.权利要求1~3任一项所述的滋阴健脾中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
对西洋参、玉竹、炙葛根、茯苓、炙黄精、鸡内金、甘草、当归和枸杞混合后粉碎，得到细粉：
将所述细粉和地龙蛋白混合，得到混合料；
采用麻油对所述混合料进行浸提，得到浸提物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法，其特征在于，所述浸提包括依次进行的浸泡、第一浸提和第二浸提；
所述浸泡的时间为7~30d；
所述第一浸提的温度为100~150℃；所述第一浸提的时间为1~10h；
所述第二浸提的温度为150~200℃；所述第二浸提的时间为1~15h。

7.权利要求6所述压片糖果的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
采用权利要求4或5所述制备方法制备得到浸提物；
沥干所述浸提物中的麻油，得到麻油浸泡过的药粉；
将所述麻油浸泡过的药粉和麦芽糊精、奶粉、木糖醇混合，依次进行制粒、烘干、压片，得到压片糖果。
8.权利要求1~3任意一项所述的滋阴健脾中药组合物在制备具有滋阴健脾功效的保健品中的应用。
