Referring to fig. 5, a long screw cap is embedded in a ring beam and a steel wire rope is installed by utilizing a beam opposite-pulling screw hole, the top of a wall body 1 on one side is a ring beam 18, the top of the ring beam 18 is a structural beam 9, the top of the wall body 1 on the other side is a structural beam 9, a long screw cap 10 is embedded in the ring beam 18, an anchor hole is formed in the position of the structural beam 9 at the same height as the ring beam 18, one end of the steel wire rope 8 is fixedly provided with a rope anchor 15, the rope anchor 15 is fixedly connected with a long screw 17 with an ear hole through a pin, the long screw 17 with the ear hole is in threaded connection with the long screw cap 10, the other end of the steel wire rope 8 penetrates through the anchor hole, and the outer side of the wall body 1 is provided with the rope anchor 15 matched with the steel wire rope 8.
In combination with fig. 6, the connecting piece 4 comprises a base 19 and a cover plate 20, the opposite surfaces of the base 19 and the cover plate 20 are respectively provided with an arc groove, the arc grooves are smaller than semicircle, the steel wire rope 8 is clamped between the base 19 and the cover plate 20, the base 19 and the cover plate 20 are connected through bolts, one end of the base 19, which is far away from the cover plate 20, is provided with an internal thread hole, the suspended ceiling secondary joist hanging piece 5 is in a shape like a Chinese character 'ji', the suspended ceiling secondary joist hanging piece 5 is connected on the base 19 through bolts, the bottoms of the two ends of the suspended ceiling secondary joist hanging piece 5 are provided with lifting hooks 21 which are upwards turned, the two ends of the suspended ceiling plate 6 are provided with hanging hooks 22, and the hanging hooks 22 are hung on the lifting hooks 21.

In combination with fig. 7, the spacing between the walls 1 on two sides is greater than ten meters, the steel wire rope 8 is sleeved with a hanging piece 23, the top of the hanging piece 23 is provided with internal threads, a hanging nut 24 is embedded on the floor slab 2, the hanging nut 24 is connected with a hanging rod 25 in a threaded manner, the outer side of the bottom end of the hanging rod 25 is connected with a switching nut 26 in a threaded manner, and the switching nut 26 is connected with the inner side of the hanging piece 23 in a threaded manner.
The system is also matched with a room with large span, the steel wire rope 8 is additionally provided with the lifting rod 25 to be connected with the floor slab 2, and the use of the adapting nut 26 ensures that the connection of the lifting rod 25 and the lifting piece 23 can be matched, the tension of the steel wire rope 8 is stronger, and the stability and the safety of the structure are ensured.
A construction method of a suspended ceiling installation system with a steel wire rope as a stressed keel, which comprises the following steps,
step one, determining the installation elevation of the steel wire rope 8, and determining the elevation of the steel wire rope 8 according to the elevation of the ceiling plate 6 and the structural form of a system of the steel wire rope 8 and the connecting piece 4;
step two, determining the installation and fixation mode of the steel wire rope 8;
1) When the beam at the elevation of the steel wire rope 8 is a structural beam 9, a pre-buried pull point is arranged on the structural beam 9 at one side, and a pre-buried steel plate 13 and a connecting lug plate are arranged at the other side;
2) For the space position with higher layer height and lower suspended ceiling elevation, a closed ring beam 18 is arranged at the upper elevation position of the suspended ceiling on the peripheral masonry wall, a pre-buried steel plate 13 and a connecting lug plate are arranged on the ring beam 18, and a steel wire rope tensioner 16 is arranged between the pre-buried steel plate 13 and a wire rope anchor 15 of the steel wire rope 8;
3) When a beam exists on the inner side of the wall body 1 and is close to the wall body 1, an embedded steel plate 13 and a connecting lug plate are arranged at the bottom of the beam;
4) When a hole of a counter-pulling screw exists near the bottom of the beam, a rope anchor 15 matched with the steel wire rope 8 is arranged on the outer side of the wall body 1;
5) Both ends of the steel wire rope 8 are provided with rope anchors 15;
step three, setting a pre-buried scheme according to the installation and fixation mode determined in the step two;
step four, welding and installing a connecting lug plate;
fifthly, when the room span is not more than ten meters, directly installing a cable anchor 15 on the steel wire rope 8;
when the width of a room is more than ten meters, arranging the hoisting pieces 23 on the steel wire rope 8 at intervals of three meters, then installing the rope anchor 15 on the steel wire rope 8, embedding the hoisting nuts 24 on the floor slab 2, connecting the hoisting rods 25 on the hoisting nuts 24 in a threaded manner, connecting the switching nuts 26 on the outer sides of the bottom ends of the hoisting rods 25 in a threaded manner, and connecting the switching nuts 26 on the inner sides of the hoisting pieces 23 in a threaded manner;
step six, installing a connecting piece 4 on the steel wire rope 8;
step seven, installing a suspended ceiling secondary keel hanging piece 5;
and step eight, installing the suspended ceiling plate 6 to finish construction.
