Abstract
本发明提供一种具有净化毛孔和修复屏障功能的组合物及其制备方法,包括以下重量份原料:复合酸0.3‑0.7份、薄荷醇0.4‑0.9份、药用层孔菌提取物1‑4份、收敛剂15‑33份、神经酰胺14‑22份、浮游生物提取物3‑9份、矢车菊花提取物1‑3份、泛醇13‑38份、欧锦葵萃取物2‑6份、白藜芦醇33‑68份、虾青素2‑9份,本发明采用先代谢后修复的方法,使用复合酸等对毛孔进行净化,收敛剂控制油脂分泌,神经酰胺、浮游生物提取物和矢车菊花提取物等扑灭躁动因子,抑制辣椒素受体TRPV1的表达,提高和修复肌肤自身屏障功能,达到净化毛孔和屏障修复的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及日化领域,特别涉及一种具有净化毛孔和修复屏障功能的组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
皮脂的成分比较复杂,主要含有蜡脂、甘油三酸酯、游离脂肪酸,还混有上皮细胞代谢后产生的磷脂和胆固醇脂。皮脂属于油性,对皮肤有滋润作用,藉以防止干燥和皲裂。皮脂里的脂肪酸能杀灭细菌,并能抵御霉菌和病毒,堪称皮肤的天然屏障。鉴于皮脂里含有机体所不需要的脂溶性代谢废物,因此皮脂有一定的排泄作用。皮脂对皮肤有防护、滋润的作用,但是皮脂过多就会形成脂溢性皮炎,比如粉刺、痘痘、暗疮、头皮屑等等。
混合性或油性皮肤的形成就是由于皮肤油脂分泌过多造成的,油脂分泌过多,毛孔会被堆积的油脂撑大,多数人肤色偏深,毛孔粗大、皮肤油腻光亮,甚至可以出现橘皮样外观,其pH值在5.6-6.6之间,很容易黏附灰尘和污物,引起皮肤的感染与痤疮等。常见于青春发育期的年轻人。过量的油脂堆积在毛孔中,只会将毛孔越挤越大。油脂包裹在皮肤里会变成白头粉刺;破皮而出遇空气氧化变黑,就会形成黑头粉刺,更严重的甚至会恶化成痊疮。粉刺的形成,就是原本应该要从毛孔排放出来的油脂,因为毛孔口周边的角质增生堵塞所混和的产物,所以,当粉刺愈积愈多,毛孔也会被愈撑愈大,易出现面部相应的皮肤疾病,如瘁疮。脂溢性皮炎等。控制皮脂腺过度分泌、减轻出油症状,是保持皮肤健康的关键。
目前净化毛孔的产品大多利用高岭土、膨润土的吸附作用吸走皮肤表面的油脂,并不能溶解油脂和灰生混合氧化为固体的粉刺、黑头等;而市面上使用酸类产品进行去除,主要以水杨酸或果酸等酸类为主要成分,起到剥脱角质、控油祛痘的效果,该类产品效果明显,但刺激性较大、pH值过低,容易造成皮肤过敏等问题,使皮肤经常处于缺水或皮肤屏障失衡的状态。毛囊受到外界刺激后皮肤容易出现灼热、刺痛、瘙痒及紧绷感等症状,伴或者不伴红斑、鳞屑、毛细血管扩张等症状,一般以皮肤薄嫩的部位开始,逐渐发展到耳部、颈部,严重的会扩散到全身。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明提出一种具有净化毛孔和修复屏障功能的组合物及其制备方法,解决上述问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种具有净化毛孔和修复屏障功能的组合物,包括以下重量份原料:复合酸0.3-0.7份、薄荷醇0.4-0.9份、药用层孔菌提取物1-4份、收敛剂15-33份、神经酰胺14-22份、浮游生物提取物3-9份、矢车菊花提取物1-3份、泛醇13-38份、欧锦葵萃取物2-6份、白藜芦醇33-68份、虾青素2-9份,所述复合酸包括质量比为(12.3-18.3):(9.8-13.5):(5.2-14.3):(0.06-0.08)的鞣花酸、水杨酸、甘醇酸、视黄醇。
进一步的,一种具有净化毛孔和修复屏障功能的组合物,包括以下重量份原料:复合酸0.5份、薄荷醇0.7份、药用层孔菌提取物2份、收敛剂27份、神经酰胺18份、浮游生物提取物6份、矢车菊花提取物2份、泛醇20份、欧锦葵萃取物4份、白藜芦醇45份、虾青素5份。
进一步的,所述收敛剂为大豆和杏仁中的发酵产物提取物,具体为取大豆和杏仁粉碎成50-200目的混合粉末,加入水、淀粉酶酶解反应得到中间液,再将酵母菌接种到中间液中进行培养,接种量为中间液体积的1-3%,培养时间为18-24h,培养温度为30-37℃,得到发酵液,培养完成后对所述发酵液离心、取上清液浓缩,使用浓度为52-70%的乙醇提取,上清液和乙醇的体积比为1-3:5,得到发酵产物提取物。
进一步的,所述粉末、淀粉酶、水的质量体积比g/mL为(21-38):(4-9):100。
进一步的,所述酵母菌的浓度为1×105-1×108cfu/mL,其为解脂假丝酵母、毕赤酵母、啤酒酵母、产阮假丝酵母、汉逊酵母、假丝酵母、生香酵母中的一种或几种的组合物。
进一步的,所述泛醇为质量比为(59-76):(12-34):(6-12)的D-泛醇(右旋)、L-泛醇(左旋)、DL-泛醇(混旋)组成。
进一步的,一种具有净化毛孔和修复屏障功能的组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将薄荷醇、药用层孔菌提取物、收敛剂混合,加入纯水,置于超声波震荡仪中,在温度35-45℃、功率130-170W条件下处理17-25min,得到混液A;
S2、取上述神经酰胺、浮游生物提取物、矢车菊花提取物、泛醇、欧锦葵萃取物、白藜芦醇、虾青素在温度32-38℃下低速搅拌8-12min,再进行磁力搅拌20-30min,得到混料B;
S3、将混液A和混料B混合,置于均质机中,先以13-18MPa均质15-35min,再以25-35MPa均质5-10min,再加入复合酸,超声溶解10-20min,得到具有净化毛孔和修复屏障功能的组合物。
进一步的,所述S1中纯水的加入量为混合物质量2-6倍。
进一步的,所述S2中低速搅拌速率为100-300rpm,磁力搅拌速率为600-800rpm。
进一步的,所述S3中超声溶解的温度为35-42℃、频率为14-100KHz、功率为10-30w。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明组合物通过复合酸、收敛剂、浮游生物提取物及矢车菊花提取物等各原料科学配比,采用先代谢再修护的原理,先使用复合酸疏通毛孔,再用收敛剂和药用层孔菌提取物抑制油脂分泌,大豆和杏仁中的发酵产物提取物,含有的微量活菌能有效抑制毛孔中引起粉刺的痤疮丙酸杆菌,达到以菌治菌的效果,最后选用一定比例的泛醇、神经酰胺具有保湿和修复皮肤的能力,能够提供滋润和舒缓效果,减少皮肤干燥和刺激,矢车菊花提取物能快速从源头扑灭躁动因子,浮游生物提取物抑制辣椒素受体TRPV1的表达,降低皮肤不适反应,使皮肤屏障功能更加稳健,三管齐下,达到较好的净化毛孔的同时,还能修复皮肤,油脂含量下降率50.1-52.9%,粉刺数量减少率82.3-88.9%,孔径收缩率63.8-69.8%,皮肤毛孔经深层净化后,未灼热、刺痛、泛红、瘙痒、爆痘等情况;

实施例1
一种具有净化毛孔和修复屏障功能的组合物,包括以下重量份原料:复合酸0.3份、薄荷醇0.4份、药用层孔菌提取物1份、收敛剂15份、神经酰胺14份、浮游生物提取物3份、矢车菊花提取物1份、泛醇13份、欧锦葵萃取物2份、白藜芦醇33份、虾青素2份;
所述复合酸包括质量比为12.3:9.8:5.2:0.06的鞣花酸、水杨酸、甘醇酸、视黄醇;
所述收敛剂为大豆和杏仁中的发酵产物提取物,具体为取大豆和杏仁粉碎成50目的混合粉末,加入水、淀粉酶酶解反应得到中间液,所述粉末、淀粉酶、水的质量体积比g/mL为21:4:100,再将酵母菌接种到中间液中进行培养,接种量为中间液体积的1%,培养时间为18h,培养温度为30℃,得到发酵液,培养完成后对所述发酵液离心、取上清液浓缩,使用浓度为52%的乙醇提取,上清液和乙醇的体积比为1:5,得到发酵产物提取物;上述述酵母菌的浓度为1×105cfu/mL,其为解脂假丝酵母;

所述复合酸包括质量比为18.3:13.5:14.3:0.08的鞣花酸、水杨酸、甘醇酸、视黄醇;
所述收敛剂为大豆和杏仁中的发酵产物提取物,具体为取大豆和杏仁粉碎成200目的混合粉末,加入水、淀粉酶酶解反应得到中间液,所述粉末、淀粉酶、水的质量体积比g/mL为38:9:100,再将酵母菌接种到中间液中进行培养,接种量为中间液体积的3%,培养时间为24h,培养温度为37℃,得到发酵液,培养完成后对所述发酵液离心、取上清液浓缩,使用浓度为70%的乙醇提取,上清液和乙醇的体积比为3:5,得到发酵产物提取物;上述述酵母菌的浓度为1×108cfu/mL,其为毕赤酵母;

所述复合酸包括质量比为15.2:11.8:10.3:0.07的鞣花酸、水杨酸、甘醇酸、视黄醇;
所述收敛剂为大豆和杏仁中的发酵产物提取物,具体为取大豆和杏仁粉碎成50-200目的混合粉末,加入水、淀粉酶酶解反应得到中间液,所述粉末、淀粉酶、水的质量体积比g/mL为31:7:100,再将酵母菌接种到中间液中进行培养,接种量为中间液体积的2%,培养时间为21h,培养温度为34℃,得到发酵液,培养完成后对所述发酵液离心、取上清液浓缩,使用浓度为60%的乙醇提取,上清液和乙醇的体积比为2:5,得到发酵产物提取物;上述述酵母菌的浓度为1×107cfu/mL,其为质量比1:1的解脂假丝酵母和生香酵母;
所述泛醇为质量比为65:22:9的D-泛醇(右旋)、L-泛醇(左旋)、DL-泛醇(混旋)组成。
上述实施例1-3采用以下制备方法制得,
S1、将薄荷醇、药用层孔菌提取物、收敛剂混合,加入混合物质量4倍的纯水,置于超声波震荡仪中,在温度40℃、功率150W条件下处理21min,得到混液A;
S2、取上述神经酰胺、浮游生物提取物、矢车菊花提取物、泛醇、欧锦葵萃取物、白藜芦醇、虾青素在温度35℃下低速200rpm搅拌10min,再进行磁力转速700rpm搅拌25min,得到混料B;
S3、将混液A和混料B混合,置于均质机中,先以15MPa均质25min,再以30MPa均质8min,再加入复合酸,超声溶解15min,超声溶解的温度为38℃、频率为58KHz、功率为20w,得到具有净化毛孔和修复屏障功能的组合物。
实施例4
一种具有净化毛孔和修复屏障功能的组合物,包括以下重量份原料:复合酸0.5份、薄荷醇0.7份、药用层孔菌提取物2份、收敛剂27份、神经酰胺18份、浮游生物提取物6份、矢车菊花提取物2份、泛醇20份、欧锦葵萃取物4份、白藜芦醇45份、虾青素5份;
所述复合酸包括质量比为15.2:11.8:10.3:0.07的鞣花酸、水杨酸、甘醇酸、视黄醇;

S3、将混液A和混料B混合,置于均质机中,先以13MPa均质15min,再以25MPa均质5min,再加入复合酸,超声溶解10min,超声溶解的温度为35℃、频率为14KHz、功率为10w,得到具有净化毛孔和修复屏障功能的组合物。

一种具有净化毛孔和修复屏障功能的组合物,包括以下重量份原料:复合酸0.5份、薄荷醇0.7份、药用层孔菌提取物2份、收敛剂27份、神经酰胺18份、浮游生物提取物6份、矢车菊花提取物2份、泛醇20份、欧锦葵萃取物4份、白藜芦醇45份、虾青素5份;

一、安全性试验
将实施例1-5、对比例1-6的组合物分别进行动物皮肤刺激试验、皮肤致敏试验、体外细胞毒性试验,结果表明安全无毒,说明本发明的组合物安全、无刺激性。
二、体外试验
1.实验样品:将本发明的实施例1-5和对比例1-6制得的组合物,按照15wt%的添加量加入到护肤乳液中,分为实验组1-10,对照组为市售某品牌含有酸类净化毛孔护肤品;
2.实验对象和样品:选取120名志愿者,男女比例2:1,年龄在16-36岁之间,无皮肤病史,属于油性、油性敏感肌肤(易于出现刺痛、泛红、瘙痒、爆痘),分为12组,每组10人,分别对应实施例1-5、对比例1-6和对照组;
3.实验方法:受试者在脸部T区(额头、鼻子和下巴)每2天涂抹本实验组产品,连续使用8周,在使用前后分别测试脸部T区的油脂含量、粉刺数量减少率及毛孔直径变化率,再通过以下公式计算:
油脂含量下降率=(油脂含量前-油脂含量后)/油脂含量前×100%,
粉刺数量减少率=(粉刺数量前-粉刺数量后)/痤疮数量前×100%,
孔径收缩率=(孔径前-孔径后)/孔径前×100%
4.实验结果:
由上述结果可知,与市售护肤品相比,本发明制得的组合物具有较好的净化毛孔的效果,有效抑制毛孔皮脂分泌,油脂含量下降率50.1-52.9%,抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌生长,减少粉刺生长,粉刺数量减少率82.3-88.9%,祛痘效果明显,起到深层清理毛孔的作用,从而来达到收缩毛孔的效果,孔径收缩率63.8-69.8%,使皮肤更加的清透。
本实施例与对比例1比较,说明各原料在特定的比例下,协同发挥作用,有效达到净化毛孔的作用,与对比例2比较,本发明按比例调配复合酸,选择脂溶性酸类,可以进入皮肤深层溶解油脂,疏通毛孔,加速皮肤代谢,剥落老化角质,鞣花酸能收敛汗腺从而减少汗液分泌,水杨酸可以渗透肌肤,平衡肌肤油水平衡,控制油脂分泌;甘醇酸不仅有助于清除面部的污垢和死皮,而且有能力深入到毛囊,松开积聚的皮脂或蛋白质;视黄醇促进细胞繁殖、维持肌肤正常循环,还能够促进细胞繁殖、维持肌肤正常循环;复合酸还可以帮助皮肤可以更好地吸收护肤产品;
与对比例3比较,加入药用层孔菌提取物中的益生元和有机酸能够解决皮肤油脂过渡分泌,减少毛囊口堵塞,有收敛肌肤、收缩毛孔和平滑紧致肌肤的效果;
与对比例4比较,加入收敛剂,大豆和杏仁中的发酵产物提取物,含有的微量活菌能有效抑制毛孔中引起粉刺的痤疮丙酸杆菌,达到以菌治菌的效果。
5.修复效果:
设置对比例7:选择10名油敏肌志愿者,已经出现泛红、灼热、冒痘的情况作为对比例7;
上述结果可知实施例3的净化效果最佳,而皮肤毛孔经深层净化后,会因为刺激出现灼热、刺痛、泛红、瘙痒、爆痘等情况,对实施例3、对比例5、6、7测定其额头皮肤泛红区域a*值、TEWL经表皮水分流失值、皮肤血红素值。
TEWL是指面部经皮水分丢失与角质层含水量,其数值越低,则角质层含水量数值越高,皮肤的屏障功能越好;反之则越差。
TEWL值:健康状态(0-15)、亚健康状态(15-25)、疾病状态(>25);
血红素含量:成年男性正常值为120-160g/L,成年女性为110-150g/L;
测试结果如下:
从上述结果可知,本发明组合物在控油、净化毛孔的同时,起到修复屏障的作用,从对比例7可以得知,本产品针对已经出现泛红、灼热、冒痘的情况还能达到一定的修复作用;实施例3与对比例5比较可知,加入有矢车菊花提取物能快速从源头扑灭躁动因子;与对立6比较,浮游生物提取物抑制辣椒素受体TRPV1的表达,降低皮肤不适反应,使皮肤屏障功能更加稳健。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有净化毛孔和修复屏障功能的组合物,其特征在于:包括以下重量份原料:复合酸0.3-0.7份、薄荷醇0.4-0.9份、药用层孔菌提取物1-4份、收敛剂15-33份、神经酰胺14-22份、浮游生物提取物3-9份、矢车菊花提取物1-3份、泛醇13-38份、欧锦葵萃取物2-6份、白藜芦醇33-68份、虾青素2-9份,所述复合酸包括质量比为(12.3-18.3):(9.8-13.5):(5.2-14.3):(0.06-0.08)的鞣花酸、水杨酸、甘醇酸、视黄醇。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有净化毛孔和修复屏障功能的组合物,其特征在于:包括以下重量份原料:复合酸0.5份、薄荷醇0.7份、药用层孔菌提取物2份、收敛剂27份、神经酰胺18份、浮游生物提取物6份、矢车菊花提取物2份、泛醇20份、欧锦葵萃取物4份、白藜芦醇45份、虾青素5份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种具有净化毛孔和修复屏障功能的组合物,其特征在于:所述收敛剂为大豆和杏仁中的发酵产物提取物,具体为取大豆和杏仁粉碎成50-200目的混合粉末,加入水、淀粉酶酶解反应得到中间液,再将酵母菌接种到中间液中进行培养,接种量为中间液体积的1-3%,培养时间为18-24h,培养温度为30-37℃,得到发酵液,培养完成后对所述发酵液离心、取上清液浓缩,使用浓度为52-70%的乙醇提取,上清液和乙醇的体积比为1-3:5,得到发酵产物提取物。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种具有净化毛孔和修复屏障功能的组合物,其特征在于:所述粉末、淀粉酶、水的质量体积比g/mL为(21-38):(4-9):100。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种具有净化毛孔和修复屏障功能的组合物,其特征在于:所述酵母菌的浓度为1×105-1×108cfu/mL,其为解脂假丝酵母、毕赤酵母、啤酒酵母、产阮假丝酵母、汉逊酵母、假丝酵母、生香酵母中的一种或几种的组合物。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种具有净化毛孔和修复屏障功能的组合物,其特征在于:所述泛醇为质量比为(59-76):(1.2-3.4):(6-12)的D-泛醇(右旋)、L-泛醇(左旋)、DL-泛醇(混旋)组成。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种具有净化毛孔和修复屏障功能的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、将薄荷醇、药用层孔菌提取物、收敛剂混合,加入纯水,置于超声波震荡仪中,在温度35-45℃、功率130-170W条件下处理17-25min,得到混液A;
S2、取上述神经酰胺、浮游生物提取物、矢车菊花提取物、泛醇、欧锦葵萃取物、白藜芦醇、虾青素在温度32-38℃下低速搅拌8-12min,再进行磁力搅拌20-30min,得到混料B;
S3、将混液A和混料B混合,置于均质机中,先以13-18MPa均质15-35min,再以25-35MPa均质5-10min,再加入复合酸,超声溶解10-20min,得到具有净化毛孔和修复屏障功能的组合物。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种具有净化毛孔和修复屏障功能的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S1中纯水的加入量为混合物质量2-6倍。
9.如权利要求7所述的一种具有净化毛孔和修复屏障功能的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S2中低速搅拌速率为100-300rpm,磁力搅拌速率为600-800rpm。
10.如权利要求7所述的一种具有净化毛孔和修复屏障功能的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S3中超声溶解的温度为35-42℃、频率为14-100KHz、功率为10-30w。
