现有技术的各种卫生巾/卫生棉条都很少含有消毒灭菌成分,生产出厂之前需要进行灭菌处理,储存和使用时不具有主动消毒灭菌功能,无法满足女同胞日益增长的对身体健康的需要,对此缺陷一直没有很好的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有主动消除女性阴道口或阴道内病菌作用的铜和/或银系列灭菌卫生巾/灭菌卫生棉条及其制作方法,其特征在于,包括:卫生巾/卫生棉条的面料或整体材料中熔合有由单质铜、氧化铜、氧化亚铜、铜盐、银离子的玻璃类载银羟基磷酸锆钠的纳米粉体或微粒中的一种或多种组合构成的铜系列灭菌剂,在重量百分比为93%-40%的聚合物或涤纶或丙纶或腈纶或锦纶或尼龙或氨纶纳米粉体或母粒中一一对应掺入重量百分比为1.8%--40%的铜系列灭菌剂,加入5%-10%相容剂、0.1%-6%分散剂、0.1%-4%抗氧剂,各原料组成之和为100%,并放入高混机中混合2-10分钟,并将混合物装入熔融螺杆挤压机,加工温度为160℃-320℃,螺杆转速在180转/分-800转/分,经过熔融分别形成分散均匀高度相容、相互粘连的铜系列灭菌涤纶或铜系列灭菌丙纶或铜系列灭菌腈纶或铜系列灭菌锦纶或铜系列灭菌尼龙或铜系列灭菌氨纶纳熔融体,其熔融指数为0.8-40g/10min,相容剂为聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH)其熔融指数为1-150g/10min,接枝率为0.5-1%,分散剂为有机蜡或硬脂酸酰胺,可以是其中任一种单一组分,也可以是混合组分,有机蜡和硬脂酸酰胺,有机蜡包括聚乙烯蜡,混合组分比例为0.1%-99.9%;抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂或与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂复配,其受阻酚类抗氧剂为1010,受阻酚类抗氧剂与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂复配为1:1的1010/168,经过熔融分别形成相分散均匀高度相容、互粘连的铜和/或银系列灭菌聚合物或铜和/或银系列灭菌涤纶或铜和/或银系列灭菌丙纶或铜和/或银系列灭菌腈纶或铜和/或银系列灭菌锦纶或铜和/或银系列灭菌尼龙或灭菌系列氨纶,经过挤压、高温高压喷丝制成铜和/或银系列灭菌聚合物无纺布或铜和/或银系列灭菌涤纶无纺布或铜和/或银系列灭菌丙纶无纺布即铜和/或银系列灭菌无纺布;其中,聚合物包括:聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯晴等。
优选的,采用铜和/或银系列灭菌无纺布按照卫生巾的制造工艺,把铜和/或银系列灭菌无纺布作为卫生巾的接触皮肤的表面层覆盖在卫生巾吸湿棉的表面,通过封边机将卫生巾的外层料与铜和/或银系列灭菌无纺布封合制成铜和/或银系列灭菌卫生巾。

一种铜和/或银系列灭菌卫生巾/灭菌卫生棉条,卫生棉条由铜和/或银系列灭菌无纺布搓制而成或该卫生棉条由吸湿棉条由吸湿材料表面包覆铜和/或银系列灭菌无纺布制成,该铜和/或银系列灭菌无纺布中,融合有重量百分比为0.1%--40%的铜和/或银系列灭菌灭菌剂,该灭菌剂由单质铜、氧化铜、氧化亚铜、铜盐、银离子的玻璃类载银羟基磷酸锆钠的纳米粉体或微粒中的一种或多种组合构成。
有益效果
本发明的铜和/或银系列灭菌卫生巾/灭菌卫生棉条,有主动消除女性阴道口或阴道内病菌的作用,具有保护女性健康的有益效果。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
本发明的一种铜和/或银系列灭菌卫生巾/灭菌卫生棉条及其制作方法,包括:卫生巾/卫生棉条的面料或整体中熔合有由单质铜、氧化铜、氧化亚铜、铜盐、银离子的玻璃类载银羟基磷酸锆钠的纳米粉体或微粒中的一种或多种组合构成的铜系列灭菌剂,在重量百分比为93%-40%的聚合物或涤纶或丙纶或腈纶或锦纶或尼龙或氨纶纳米粉体或母粒中一一对应掺入重量百分比为1.8%--40%的铜系列灭菌剂,加入5%-10%相容剂、0.1%-6%分散剂、0.1%-4%抗氧剂,各原料组成之和为100%,并放入高混机中混合2-10分钟,并将混合物装入熔融螺杆挤压机,加工温度为160℃-320℃,螺杆转速在180转/分-800转/分,经过熔融分别形成分散均匀高度相容、相互粘连的铜系列灭菌涤纶或铜系列灭菌丙纶或铜系列灭菌腈纶或铜系列灭菌锦纶或铜系列灭菌尼龙或铜系列灭菌氨纶纳熔融体,其熔融指数为0.8-40g/10min,相容剂为聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH)其熔融指数为1-150g/10min,接枝率为0.5-1%,分散剂为有机蜡或硬脂酸酰胺,可以是其中任一种单一组分,也可以是混合组分,有机蜡和硬脂酸酰胺,有机蜡包括聚乙烯蜡,混合组分比例为0.1%-99.9%;抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂或与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂复配,其受阻酚类抗氧剂为1010,受阻酚类抗氧剂与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂复配为1:1的1010/168,经过熔融分别形成相分散均匀高度相容、互粘连的铜系列灭菌聚合物或铜系列灭菌涤纶或铜系列灭菌丙纶或铜系列灭菌腈纶或铜系列灭菌锦纶或铜系列灭菌尼龙或灭菌系列氨纶,经过挤压、高温高压喷丝制成铜系列灭菌聚合物无纺布或铜系列灭菌涤纶无纺布或铜系列灭菌丙纶无纺布;其中,聚合物包括:聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯晴等。
实施例一
采用铜和/或银系列灭菌聚合物无纺布或铜和/或银系列灭菌涤纶无纺布或铜和/或银系列灭菌丙纶无纺布按照卫生巾的制造工艺,把铜和/或银系列灭菌聚合物无纺布或铜和/或银系列灭菌涤纶无纺布或铜和/或银系列灭菌丙纶无纺布作为卫生巾的里层覆盖在吸湿面的表面,通过封边机将卫生巾的外层料与铜和/或银系列灭菌聚合物无纺布或铜和/或银系列灭菌涤纶无纺布或铜和/或银系列灭菌丙纶无纺布封合制成铜和/或银系列灭菌卫生巾。
实施例二
采用搓棉条机将吸湿棉搓成条,采用铜和/或银系列灭菌聚合物无纺布或铜和/或银系列灭菌涤纶无纺布或铜和/或银系列灭菌丙纶无纺布包裹吸湿棉条制成表面包覆铜和/或银系列灭菌无纺布的铜和/或银系列灭菌卫生棉条。
实施例三
采用搓棉条机将铜和/或银系列灭菌聚合物无纺布或铜和/或银系列灭菌涤纶无纺布或铜和/或银系列灭菌丙纶无纺布搓制成条,并进行表面柔化处理制成铜和/或银系列灭菌卫生棉条。
一种铜和/或银系列灭菌卫生巾/灭菌卫生棉条,卫生巾的吸经血的表面层由铜和/或银系列灭菌无纺布构成,铜和/或银系列灭菌无纺布中,融合有重量百分比为0.1%--40%的铜和/或银系列灭菌灭菌剂,该灭菌剂由单质铜、氧化铜、氧化亚铜、铜盐、银离子的玻璃类载银羟基磷酸锆钠的纳米粉体或微粒中的一种或多种组合构成。
一种铜和/或银系列灭菌卫生巾/灭菌卫生棉条,卫生棉条由铜和/或银系列灭菌无纺布搓制而成或该卫生棉条由吸湿棉条由吸湿材料表面包覆铜和/或银系列灭菌无纺布制成,该铜和/或银系列灭菌无纺布中,融合有重量百分比为0.1%--40%的铜和/或银系列灭菌灭菌剂,该灭菌剂由单质铜、氧化铜、氧化亚铜、铜盐、银离子的玻璃类载银羟基磷酸锆钠的纳米粉体或微粒中的一种或多种组合构成。

Claims (6)
1.铜和/或银系列灭菌卫生巾/灭菌卫生棉条及其制作方法,其特征在于,包括:卫生巾/卫生棉条面料或整体中熔合有由单质铜、氧化铜、氧化亚铜、铜盐、银离子的玻璃类载银羟基磷酸锆钠的纳米粉体或微粒中的一种或多种组合构成的铜系列灭菌剂,在重量百分比为93%-40%的聚合物或涤纶或丙纶或腈纶或锦纶或尼龙或氨纶纳米粉体或母粒中一一对应掺入重量百分比为1.8%--40%的铜系列灭菌剂,加入5%-10%相容剂、0.1%-6%分散剂、0.1%-4%抗氧剂,各原料组成之和为100%,并放入高混机中混合2-10分钟,并将该混合物装入熔融螺杆挤压机,加工温度为160℃-320℃,螺杆转速在180转/分-800转/分,经过熔融分别形成分散均匀高度相容、相互粘连的铜系列灭菌涤纶或铜系列灭菌丙纶或铜系列灭菌腈纶或铜系列灭菌锦纶或铜系列灭菌尼龙或铜系列灭菌氨纶纳熔融体,其熔融指数为0.8-40g/10min,该相容剂为聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH)其熔融指数为1-150g/10min,接枝率为0.5-1%,该分散剂为有机蜡或硬脂酸酰胺,可以是其中任一种单一组分,也可以是混合组分,有机蜡和硬脂酸酰胺,有机蜡包括聚乙烯蜡,混合组分比例为0.1%-99.9%;该抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂或与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂复配,其受阻酚类抗氧剂为1010,受阻酚类抗氧剂与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂复配为1:1的1010/168,经过熔融分别形成相分散均匀高度相容、互粘连的铜系列灭菌聚合物或铜系列灭菌涤纶或铜系列灭菌丙纶或铜系列灭菌腈纶或铜系列灭菌锦纶或铜系列灭菌尼龙或灭菌系列氨纶,经过挤压、高温高压喷丝制成铜系列灭菌聚合物无纺布或铜系列灭菌涤纶无纺布或铜系列灭菌丙纶无纺布;
其中,聚合物包括:聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯晴等。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铜和/或银系列灭菌卫生巾/灭菌卫生棉条及其制作方法,其特征在于:采用铜和/或银系列灭菌聚合物无纺布或铜和/或银系列灭菌涤纶无纺布或铜和/或银系列灭菌丙纶无纺布按照卫生巾的制造工艺,把铜和/或银系列灭菌聚合物无纺布或铜和/或银系列灭菌涤纶无纺布或铜和/或银系列灭菌丙纶无纺布作为卫生巾的里层覆盖在吸湿面的表面,通过封边机将卫生巾的外层料与铜和/或银系列灭菌聚合物无纺布或铜和/或银系列灭菌涤纶无纺布或铜和/或银系列灭菌丙纶无纺布封合制成铜和/或银系列灭菌卫生巾。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铜和/或银系列灭菌卫生巾/灭菌卫生棉条及其制作方法,其特征在于:采用搓棉条机将吸湿棉搓成条,采用铜和/或银系列灭菌聚合物无纺布或铜和/或银系列灭菌涤纶无纺布或铜和/或银系列灭菌丙纶无纺布包裹吸湿棉条制成表面包覆铜和/或银系列灭菌无纺布的铜和/或银系列灭菌卫生棉条。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铜和/或银系列灭菌卫生巾/灭菌卫生棉条及其制作方法,其特征在于:采用搓棉条机将铜和/或银系列灭菌聚合物无纺布或铜和/或银系列灭菌涤纶无纺布或铜和/或银系列灭菌丙纶无纺布搓制成条,并进行表面柔化处理制成铜和/或银系列灭菌卫生棉条。
5.一种铜和/或银系列灭菌卫生巾/灭菌卫生棉条,其特征在于:该卫生巾的吸经血的表面层由铜和/或银系列灭菌无纺布构成,该铜和/或银系列灭菌无纺布中,融合有重量百分比为0.1%--40%的铜和/或银系列灭菌灭菌剂,该灭菌剂由单质铜、氧化铜、氧化亚铜、铜盐、银离子的玻璃类载银羟基磷酸锆钠的纳米粉体或微粒中的一种或多种组合构成。
6.一种铜和/或银系列灭菌卫生巾/灭菌卫生棉条,其特征在于:该卫生棉条由铜和/或银系列灭菌无纺布搓制而成或该卫生棉条由吸湿棉条由吸湿材料表面包覆铜和/或银系列灭菌无纺布制成,该铜和/或银系列灭菌无纺布中,融合有重量百分比为0.1%--40%的铜和/或银系列灭菌灭菌剂,该灭菌剂由单质铜、氧化铜、氧化亚铜、铜盐、银离子的玻璃类载银羟基磷酸锆钠的纳米粉体或微粒中的一种或多种组合构成。
