Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of resin lenses, and particularly relates to a rapid photochromic resin lens for daytime.
Background
Dichroic mirrors, also known as sunglasses. In life, too many light sources produce harmful light, especially sunlight; the light emitted from the inside of the sunlight is as follows: visible light, infrared, ultraviolet, and the like. In sunlight, a person usually adjusts the pupil size to adjust the luminous flux, and when the light intensity exceeds the human eye adjusting capability, the human eye is damaged. The sunglasses can effectively filter out part of light, avoid the eyes from being burnt by strong light, and also can prevent the cornea and retina from being damaged by ultraviolet rays.
At present, the market is partially a dyed sun lens, the resin lens is soaked in a liquid containing dyed substances, the liquid is heated, the molecular gaps of the heated surface of the resin lens are enlarged, the dyed particles dissolved in the liquid enter the molecular gaps, the dyed lens is completed after cooling, the dyed layer on the surface of the lens can absorb light rays with different wavelengths according to different dyed particles, the dyed lens is about deep, and the more dyed particles enter the lens, the better the absorption of the light rays.
Meanwhile, part of color-changing lenses are also on the market, and in order to add color-changing factors into resin in the manufacturing process, the color of the color-changing factors is deepened under the irradiation of ultraviolet rays or short-wave visible light in the sun, the light transmittance is reduced, the color is faded and is recovered in an indoor or dark place, and the light transmittance is improved. The color-changing lens has a film color-changing process, and the main procedure is to make a color-changing film with a thickness of about 5 μm on the front surface of the normal colorless transparent substrate. In comparison, the color change depth, the color change and color change speed and the color change uniformity of the film variable lens are better than those of the substrate, and meanwhile, the film variable can be matched with any substrate without being limited by the substrate material like the substrate variable. The color-changing lens can be used as a sunglass and a normal transparent lens.
Generally, different sunglasses can be selected according to different scenes, dark sunglasses are selected outdoors with stronger illumination, and light or colorless glasses are selected indoors with darkness. The two lenses each have the advantage that the color changing lenses have a fade time from a bright outdoor to a dim indoor due to the fade rate problem, during which time the eyes have no bright clear field of view. While progressive color tinted lenses, which use only areas of lesser or no color under the lens in the room, have a smaller field of view. Thus, there is an urgent need for a lens that can be used normally indoors and that can also quickly change color after outdoors.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, by which the implementation process of how the present invention can be applied to solve the technical problems and achieve the technical effects can be fully understood and implemented.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a resin lens for rapid photochromic during daytime according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown, a rapid photochromic resin lens for daytime use, comprising: an inner resin substrate 10; the polarizing film 20 is compounded on the outer side of the inner resin substrate 10, the polarizing film 20 comprises a polarizing bottom film, a gradual change middle film and a light curing outer film, the gradual change middle film is provided with a strip gradual change light band, and the strip gradual change light band contains photochromic paint; and the outer resin color-changing substrate 30 is compounded on the outer side of the polarizing film 20, and the color-changing depth of the outer resin color-changing substrate 30 is not larger than that of the graded intermediate film.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the polarizing film 20 is composed of a polarizing base film providing a polarizing effect, a graded intermediate film providing a color change effect, and a light-curable outer film having an outer layer cured and protected. During the production process, the polarizing film 20 may be placed in a rubber ring, and then the inner resin substrate 10 and the outer resin color-changing substrate 30 are molded by sequentially filling raw materials, and the three are combined and cured to form the resin lens.
Wherein, the gradual change intermediate film is formed by the photochromic paint and has a strip-shaped photochromic tape, namely the color-changing form is strip-shaped color-changing, which has the gradual change effect. Specifically, the strip-shaped gradual change light band is transversely arranged and divided into a plurality of sub-light bands with the width of 2-4mm, and the sub-light bands are gradually reduced from top to bottom by the photochromic particles, namely, the photochromic effect is continuously weakened, gradual change is achieved, the near eye use requirement of a wearer can be conveniently met, the near viewing field definition is improved, and in addition, the novel fashion is realized.
Preferably, the polarizing film 20 has a thickness of 80-250 μm and is of moderate thickness without affecting the diopter and light transmittance of the lens.
The outer resin color-changing substrate 30 is formed by mixing the resin monomer with the photochromic powder, thereby further improving the color-changing efficiency of the lens, being capable of being overlapped in two directions when being matched with the gradual-change intermediate film of the polarizing film 20, and being capable of achieving the effect of quick color change particularly in the process from indoor to outdoor.
Further, the mixing ratio of the resin monomer to the photochromic powder is 95:5, the color-changing strength is weak, and the influence on the visual field due to the fact that the color is too deep under the reinforcement of the gradual change intermediate film is avoided.
In addition, the surface of the outer resin color-changing substrate 30 is subjected to plasma treatment and then is plated with a functional film layer such as an antireflection film, a blue light preventing film, an ultraviolet radiation resistant film, etc.
In summary, the polarizing film with the graded intermediate film is arranged between the inner resin substrate and the outer resin substrate, and the outer resin color-changing substrate is matched to realize high-efficiency color change, so that the color-changing efficiency of the lens is improved in the indoor-outdoor process, the coloring time is shortened, and the use is more comfortable.
