All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "fixed" or "disposed" on another element, it can be directly on the other element or be indirectly on the other element; when an element is referred to as being "connected to" another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or be indirectly connected to the other element.
It is to be understood that the terms "length," "width," "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "vertical," "horizontal," "top," "bottom," "inner," "outer," and the like are merely for convenience in describing and simplifying the description based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the drawings, and do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus are not to be construed as limiting the application.
Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and the like, are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying a relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defining "a first" or "a second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more such feature. In the description of the present application, the meaning of "a plurality" or "a number" means two or more, unless specifically defined otherwise.
It should be understood that the structures, proportions, sizes, etc. shown in the drawings are for illustration purposes only and should not be construed as limiting the application to the extent that it can be practiced, since modifications, changes in the proportions, or adjustments of the sizes, which are otherwise, used in the practice of the application, are included in the spirit and scope of the application which is otherwise, without departing from the spirit or scope thereof.
In a first aspect of the embodiment of the present application, there is provided a perfume carrying unit, including a wrapping layer 1, a substrate layer 2 and an adhesive layer 3, wherein the adhesive layer 3 is located between the wrapping layer 1 and the substrate layer 2 and connects the two in a sealing manner, a cavity 4 is formed between the wrapping layer 1 and the substrate layer 2, and perfume is stored in the cavity 4; the adhesive layers 3 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the cavity 4, and the number of the adhesive layers 3 is plural.
During the production of the fragrance-carrying unit, the adhesive layer 3 between the encapsulation layer 1 and the substrate layer 2 is easily broken, and it has been found that the breaking of the adhesive layer 3 is related to the action of high temperature and pressure. Under the action of high temperature and pressure, such as the action of high temperature and pressure in the hot pressing process, components in the perfume react with components in the bonding layer 3 to damage the bonding layer 3, so that the sealing between the wrapping layer 1 and the substrate layer 2 is invalid, and the perfume leaks out of the bearing unit, so that the aim of long-term storage cannot be achieved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the embodiment of the present application, a perfume-carrying unit is provided with a wrapping layer 1 and a base material layer 2, and a cavity 4 is formed therebetween to carry perfume in the cavity 4. The wrapping layer 1 and the substrate layer 2 are connected together through the bonding layer 3, and the bonding layer 3 has a sealing effect on the perfume in the cavity 4. The perfume carrying unit is provided with the plurality of bonding layers 3 which are distributed along the circumferential direction of the cavity 4, so that the residual plurality of bonding layers 3 can seal the perfume in the cavity 4 without leakage even if the bonding layers 3 which are in direct contact with the perfume are damaged due to reaction in the hot pressing process, namely under the action of high temperature and pressure.
According to the perfume bearing unit provided by the embodiment of the application, the adhesive layers 3 are arranged between the wrapping layer 1 and the substrate layer 2, so that a sealing effect is achieved on the cavity 4 formed between the wrapping layer 1 and the substrate layer 2, and the adhesive layers 3 are arranged in a plurality and are distributed along the circumferential direction of the cavity 4, so that the perfume is prevented from leaking outwards due to the damage of the adhesive layers 3 in direct contact with the perfume, and the effect of sealing and preserving the perfume for a long time is achieved.
In some embodiments, the plurality of adhesive layers 3 are arranged in a direction away from the cavity 4. It will be appreciated that the first adhesive layer 3 is in direct contact with the fragrance within the cavity 4. The remaining plurality of adhesive layers 3 are arranged sequentially outwards, i.e. in a direction away from the cavity 4. A plurality of tie layers 3 that lay along cavity 4 circumference arrange outside cavity 4, can ensure the sealed effect of cavity 4, prevent the perfume leak outward.
In some embodiments, the adhesive layer 3 is formed by hot pressing the sealing material coated on the substrate layer 2 and the wrapping layer 1. The adhesive layer 3 can be formed in various ways. In the embodiment of the application, the sealing material is coated on the substrate layer 2, then the wrapping layer 1 and the substrate layer 2 are hot pressed, and the sealing material bonds the substrate layer 2 and the wrapping layer 1 together. In general, the sealing material is a temperature sensitive material, and the physical state of the sealing material is changed in the hot pressing process so as to connect the wrapping layer 1 and the substrate layer 2.
In some embodiments, the sealing material comprises a temperature sensitive material and a first material resistant to perfume corrosion, wherein the mass ratio of the temperature sensitive material to the first material is 1:0.25-0.5. In the embodiment of the application, the first material resistant to the corrosion of the perfume is also added into the used sealing material, so that the bonding layer 3 can be prevented from being damaged due to the reaction of the bonding layer 3 and components in the perfume, the bonding layer 3 is further prevented from being damaged, and the long-time sealing effect is realized. In order to ensure the bonding effect of the temperature-sensitive material on the wrapping layer 1 and the substrate layer 2, the adding amount of the first material meets the mass ratio requirement.
Further, the first material is selected from one or more of epoxy, polyurethane, and fluorine-containing compound. It has been found that volatile materials, such as mainly ethanol, in the fragrance material will cause a damaging effect on the adhesive layer 3, and therefore one or more of the three materials are selected to avoid such damage in embodiments of the present application.
In some embodiments, the width of the adhesive layer 3 is 0.3mm to 0.5mm. It will be appreciated that the width of the adhesive layer 3 cannot be too narrow, otherwise it is unstable for the adhesion of the wrapping layer 1 to the substrate layer 2 and is prone to cracking; the width of the adhesive layer 3 must not be too wide, on the one hand wasting sealing material and, on the other hand, the sealing effect being too good to affect the release effect of the flavourant when the cigarette is heated by smoking.
In a second aspect of embodiments of the present application, there is provided a heated cigarette comprising a flavour-bearing unit as described above. The location of the flavor carrying unit in the heated cigarette is the same as in the prior art and will not be described in detail herein.
The spice carrying unit provided by the embodiment of the application is placed in the heating cigarette, so that the spice can be stored for a long time, and the spice can be uniformly and slowly released in the smoking process, so that the taste of the heating cigarette is improved.
The previous description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present application. Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the application. Thus, the present application is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown herein but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features disclosed herein.
