Description

Vehicle identification information synchronization method of vehicle-mounted Ethernet DoIP node and vehicle
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle diagnosis based on IP, and particularly relates to a vehicle identification information synchronization method of a vehicle-mounted Ethernet DoIP node and a vehicle.
Background
With the development of intelligent and networking technologies of automobiles, the communication data volume in the whole automobile is increased dramatically. Ethernet technology is gradually being applied in vehicular networks by virtue of high transmission rates, high bandwidths. At the same time, vehicle diagnostic technology has also advanced from the original CAN-based diagnosis to IP-based DoIP diagnosis.
In the DoIP diagnostic process, identification of vehicles and discovery of DoIP nodes are important steps. The precondition that the DoIP node sends the vehicle information notification message is that the DoIP node must have valid VIN (Vehicle Identification Number ) and GID information. During vehicle production, repair, the newly installed DoIP node typically does not contain valid vehicle VIN & GID information, but instead takes an invalid value (Invalidity value) such as 0x00 … ….
In the ISO 13400-2 specification, it is pointed out that the DoIP node lacking valid VIN & GID information must first perform the process of synchronizing VIN & GID information, otherwise the subsequent steps of DoIP diagnosis cannot be performed, but the ISO 13400-2 specification does not define the flow of synchronizing VIN & GID information of the DoIP node, but requires that each OEM is self-defined.
In the existing VIN & GID information synchronization method, for example, chinese patent application with application publication number CN109347590a, the application discloses a method for synchronizing a DoIP entity in a vehicle-mounted ethernet, which includes: (1) After power-on, all the DoIP entities perform self-checking to check whether the DoIP entities are managers or not; (2) If the manager is the manager, the manager identity is indicated by periodically sending a relation maintenance message; (3) if not the manager, keeping silence first; (4) The manager and the common DoIP entity realize the synchronization of VIN and GID information through a synchronization inquiry message Wen Jiaohu and a synchronization reply message Wen Jiaohu. However, the method is complex, the manager needs to be selected, if no manager (judged by the relation maintenance message) exists in the vehicle, an 'autonomous election process' is started, and the manager (the manager with the minimum identifier value is selected) is elected by an autonomous election algorithm; in addition, the relation maintenance message sent by the manager is provided with a parameter for identifying the life cycle of the message, and if the parameter is overtime, the relation maintenance message is invalid, and the identity of the manager is invalid. The autonomous election process needs to be re-executed, so that the relationship maintenance message (periodically sent) needs to be continuously updated to maintain the synchronization relationship between the manager and the common DoIP entity, and the complexity of the synchronization process of the vehicle identification information in the prior art is high, so that the synchronization efficiency of the vehicle identification information is low.

Detailed Description
The basic idea of the invention is as follows: the master node of the invention uses the vehicle information notice message defined by ISO 13400-2 specification to set the logic address in the vehicle information notice message as a set character, and the obtained vehicle information notice message for synchronization is sent to each DoIP node to realize the vehicle identification information synchronization of each DoIP node. Under the condition, the message used for synchronizing the vehicle identification information adopts the existing vehicle information notification message, and additional messages and protocols are not required to be designed, so that the complexity of flow and software implementation is reduced, and the efficiency of synchronizing the vehicle identification information is improved.
In order to make the objects, technical schemes and technical effects of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Vehicle embodiment:
FIG. 1 is a schematic illustration of a vehicle diagnostic system of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a format of a vehicle information announcement message; FIG. 3 is a logic flow diagram of a master node of the present invention; fig. 4 is a logic flow diagram of a DoIP node of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the vehicle includes a master node (DoIP Edge node) and a DoIP node (DoIP node). The master node is connected with each DoIP node, the master node is in communication connection with an external diagnosis device (External Tester Equipment), and the external diagnosis device realizes DoIP diagnosis of each DoIP node through the master node. Wherein DoIP is a diagnostic communication based on IP protocol (Diagnostic communication over Internet Protocol). Prior to the DoIP diagnosis, the vehicle identification information (VIN or GID) of each DoIP node needs to be synchronized by the master node. In this embodiment, the master node is a DoIP node in the vehicle that directly communicates with the external diagnostic device, and the master node may also be referred to as a DoIP edge node. The main node is connected with an Ethernet Activation Line and is responsible for routing and forwarding the in-vehicle and out-of-vehicle diagnostic messages. The master node generally selects a device with networking function, because the device with networking function always contains accurate and effective vehicle identification information (VIN or GID) so as to ensure that the vehicle can establish effective connection with the background server, ensure that the background server monitors the vehicle, and after the device with networking function is powered on, the device with networking function can actively establish connection with the background server, and verify the accuracy of the stored vehicle identification information, thereby ensuring the effectiveness of the vehicle identification information. The master node is, for example, an on-board terminal device T-BOX. Each DoIP node is a node in the vehicle that is connected on an IP-based Network (IP-based Network) and executes the DoIP protocol. The DoIP nodes are, for example, dashboards, battery management systems, motor controllers, etc. IP-based networks such as ethernet. The number of the DoIP nodes is plural, and as shown in fig. 1, the number of the DoIP nodes is 2n, and n is a natural number. Each DoIP node is connected to a Switch (Switch) through a network to achieve communication with the master node.
In this embodiment, the master node generates and transmits a vehicle information notification message/a vehicle identification response message after normal startup, so as to implement a normal DoIP function. Normal DoIP functions include, but are not limited to, normally sending vehicle information notification messages, responding to vehicle identification requests from external diagnostic devices, and the like. Wherein the vehicle information notification message adopts a message format defined by the ISO 13400-2 specification, and the message format defined by the ISO 13400-2 specification is shown in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 2, the vehicle information advertisement message (Vehicle announcement message) normally sent by the master node includes a protocol version, a protocol version reversal, a Payload type, a Payload length, and a DoIP Payload. Wherein the DoIP Payload includes a VIN (Vehicle Identification Number, vehicle unique identifier) field, a logical address field, an EID field, a GID (Group Identification, group identifier) field, an additional action requirement field, a VIN/GID synchronization status field. Wherein, the Logical Address field (Logical Address) fills the Logical Address of the master node, the GID field fills the MAC Address of the master node, and the EID field fills the MAC Address of the master node. In the present embodiment, in order to synchronize the vehicle identification information (VIN or GID) to each DoIP node, the master node sets the logical address field of the vehicle information notification message to a set character, thereby obtaining the vehicle information notification message for synchronization. The set character is a functional logical address character. The functional logical address character is, for example, 0x0EFF. If the VIN field of the vehicle information notification message for synchronization is a valid vehicle identification code (i.e. the whole vehicle VIN code), synchronizing the VIN field as vehicle identification information to each DoIP node, and if the VIN field is not configured (i.e. is an invalid character), synchronizing the GID field as vehicle identification information instead of the VIN field to each DoIP node. The invalid character is, for example, all 0 characters.
In this embodiment, in order to better improve the synchronization efficiency of the Vehicle identification information, the master node sends a Vehicle information notification message for synchronization to each DoIP node in a Vehicle internal Network (Vehicle Network) range through a broadcast format.
In this embodiment, in order to improve the reliability of the transmission of the vehicle information notification message, the master node continuously transmits the vehicle information notification message for synchronization multiple times. The number of times may be, for example, three times or the like. For example, the master node shown in fig. 3 continuously transmits three vehicle information notification messages for synchronization after the normal start-up completes the power-up self-test.
In this embodiment, in order to avoid the problem that the master node does not send the vehicle information notification message for synchronization in time and the resource occupation caused by frequently sending the message, the master node sends the vehicle information notification message for synchronization to each DoIP node if the VIN field or the GID field of the DoIP node is the vehicle information notification message with invalid character (all 0) after power-on self-test.
In this embodiment, each DoIP node receives a vehicle information notification message for synchronization from the master node after power-on self-test, first parses a logical address field, and after recognizing that the logical address field is a set character (i.e., a functional logical address character), the DoIP node parses and stores a VIN field and a GID field to obtain vehicle identification information.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, each DoIP node may further determine whether the VIN field and the GID field of the DoIP node have been configured effectively after power-on self-test, if yes, the vehicle identification information synchronization process is not started actively, if no, i.e. the VIN field and/or the GID field of the DoIP node are not valid characters with all 0, a vehicle information notification message for setting the VIN field and/or the GID field to all 0 is sent to the master node, so as to inform the master node that the VIN field and/or the GID field of the DoIP node does not include valid VIN field and/or GID field, after waiting for a certain time (e.g. 30 s), if the vehicle information notification message for synchronization from the master node is received, the logical address field is parsed first, after the logical address field is identified as the set character, the VIN field and/or the GID field is adopted and recorded (stored), and the vehicle identification synchronization process is ended; if the logical address field is not the set character, retransmitting the vehicle information notification message with the VIN field and/or the GID field being all 0. The logical address field of the vehicle information notification message sent by each DoIP node is own logical address character, and the EID field is own MAC address. If the vehicle information notification message for synchronization is not received from the master node, the vehicle information notification message with the VIN field and/or the GID field set to all 0 is continuously sent to the master node.
In this embodiment, in order to improve the reliability of the transmission of the vehicle information notification message, each DoIP node continuously transmits the vehicle information notification message with the VIN field and/or the GID field being all 0 multiple times. The number of times may be, for example, three times or the like. As shown in fig. 3, each DoIP node continuously transmits three times a vehicle information advertisement message with VIN field and/or GID field of all 0.
In this embodiment, after the vehicle identification information of each DoIP node is synchronized by the master node, the external diagnostic device performs the DoIP diagnosis on each DoIP node by the master node, and in the DoIP diagnosis process, the transmission of the control instruction and the data packet related to the diagnosis is implemented by the IP protocol.
Based on the vehicle of the present embodiment, a node with a networking function is selected as a master node for synchronizing vehicle identification information (VIN or GID), and the master node sets a logical address in the vehicle information notification message as a set character by using a vehicle information notification message defined by ISO 13400-2 specification, obtains a vehicle information notification message for synchronization, and sends the message to each DoIP node to realize vehicle identification information synchronization of each DoIP node. Under the condition, the node with the networking function is selected as the main node, connection can be actively established with the background server after power-on, and the accuracy of the stored vehicle identification information is checked, so that the effectiveness of the vehicle identification information can be ensured, the existing vehicle information notification message is adopted as the message for synchronizing the vehicle identification information, no additional message or protocol is required to be designed, the complexity and difficulty of realizing the process and software codes are reduced, the vehicle identification information synchronization of the DoIP node in the vehicle is realized quickly, the method is concise and efficient, the overlong time is avoided, the execution of the follow-up diagnosis function is influenced, the time for synchronizing the vehicle identification information is saved, the efficiency of synchronizing the vehicle identification information is improved, and the problem that the vehicle identification information synchronization efficiency is lower due to the higher complexity of the synchronizing process of the vehicle identification information in the prior art is solved. Especially, when the DoIP node is installed or replaced for the first time, the VIN or GID information contained in the DoIP node is invalid, so that the DoIP node in the vehicle can be synchronized to the VIN and/or GID fields of the DoIP edge node within the shortest time after the vehicle is electrified, and the execution of the subsequent diagnosis steps is effectively supported.
An embodiment of a vehicle identification information synchronization method of a vehicle-mounted Ethernet DoIP node is provided:
the embodiment also discloses a vehicle identification information synchronization method of the vehicle-mounted Ethernet DoIP node, which comprises the following steps:
step one: the master node sends a vehicle information notification message for synchronization to each DoIP node.
Specifically, in step one, the master node sends a vehicle information notification message for synchronization to each DoIP node, where the vehicle information notification message for synchronization adopts a message format defined by the ISO 13400-2 specification, and a logical address field in the vehicle information notification message for synchronization is set by the master node as a set character, and a VIN field or a GID field in the vehicle information notification message for synchronization is vehicle identification information.
Step two: each DoIP node receives a vehicle information notification message for synchronization from the master node to realize vehicle identification information synchronization.
Specifically, in the second step, each DoIP node receives a vehicle information notification message for synchronization from the master node, parses the logical address field, and identifies the parsed logical address field, and if the DoIP node identifies that the logical address field is a set character, the DoIP node parses and stores the VIN field and the GID field to obtain the vehicle identification information.
The method for synchronizing the vehicle identification information of the vehicle-mounted ethernet DoIP node has been described in detail in the foregoing embodiments of the vehicle, and is not described herein again. According to the vehicle-mounted Ethernet DoIP node vehicle identification information synchronization method, the problem that in the prior art, the vehicle identification information synchronization efficiency is low due to the fact that the complexity of the vehicle identification information synchronization process is high can be solved.
