Thus, by providing the fixing plate 141 between the first frame structure 1 and the screen assembly 14, the structural strength of the first frame structure 1 can be improved, the reliability of the installation of the screen assembly 14 can be ensured, and the strength of the overall structure can be improved.
In some embodiments, the first frame structure 1 is provided with a connection post 122, the fixing plate 141 is provided with a connection hole 1411, the connection post 122 is disposed in the connection hole 1411 in a penetrating manner and is connected with the connecting piece 1412, and at least part of the connecting piece 1412 is pressed against one side of the fixing plate 141 facing away from the first frame structure 1.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 16, the fixing plate 141 is further provided with a pressing sinking groove 1413, the pressing sinking groove 1413 is provided with a side of the fixing plate 141 facing away from the first frame structure 1, the pressing sinking groove 1413 is communicated with the connecting hole 1411, and the pressing sinking groove 1413 and the connecting hole 1411 are coaxially arranged, the inner diameter of the pressing sinking groove 1413 is larger than the inner diameter of the connecting hole 1411, the depth of the pressing sinking groove 1413 is smaller than the depth of the connecting hole 1411, wherein the connecting piece 1412 can be a screw, the depth of the pressing sinking groove 1413 is larger than the head thickness of the screw, so that the head protrusion and the interference of the screen assembly 14 during screw connection can be avoided, in actual installation, after the connecting column 122 is penetrated into the connecting hole 1411, the screw is screwed into the side of the connecting column 122, which is close to the connecting column 122, to be limited and pressed in the pressing sinking groove 1413, the installation of the screw can be completed, and the setting of the pressing sinking groove 1413 can enable the installation of the connecting piece 1412 to be firm and reliable.
In some embodiments, the screen assembly 14 is adhered to the fixing plate 141, as shown in fig. 15, the screen assembly 14 is adhered to the fixing plate 141, and after the fixing plate 141 is connected with the first frame structure 1 by bolts, fixing glue is coated between the fixing plate 141 and the screen assembly 14, and the screen assembly 14 is adhered to the fixing plate 141, so that the screen assembly 14 is installed smoothly with the fixing plate 141 and the first frame structure 1, and the installation mode is simple, and the maintenance is convenient and the disassembly is convenient.
In some embodiments, the first frame structure 1 has a detachable first bracket 13 mounted therein, and the master control structure is detachably mounted in the first bracket 13.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the first frame structure 1 is internally provided with the first bracket 13, the first bracket 13 is detachable relative to the first frame structure 1, and the first bracket 13 can be used for installing a main control structure, the main control structure can be detached relative to the first bracket 13, namely, the main board 151, the EQ board 152 and the like of the main control structure can be connected in the first bracket 13, when the first frame structure 1 is detached, the first bracket 13 can be detached relative to the first frame structure 1, and then the main control structure is integrally taken out relative to the first frame structure 1, and other parts inside the main control structure can be directly detached relative to the first bracket 13, so that the main control structure 1 is convenient to detach, the maintenance time is saved, meanwhile, the situation that parts in the main control structure are lost and the like when the main control structure is detached can be avoided, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
In some embodiments, the first frame structure 1 comprises a first box portion 11, the second frame structure 2 comprises a second box portion 21, and the first box portion 11 is spliced with the second box portion 21 and forms the mounting box 16.
It should be noted that, the first box portion 11 and the second box portion 21 may be separate structures, after being spliced, they may form the installation box 16, the installation box 16 is connected with the first frame structure 1 and the second frame structure 2, the first box portion 11 may be integrally constructed with the first frame structure 1, the second box portion 21 is integrally constructed with the second frame structure 2, and the two integral structures are spliced and connected to form the installation box 16, and both the two ways may implement connection of the installation box 16. The first case portion 11 and the second case portion 21 may be connected by welding, gluing, or clamping. As shown in fig. 4, the first housing 11 is integrally formed with the first frame structure 1, and the second housing 21 is integrally formed with the second frame structure 2.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the first box portion 11 is disposed on a side of the first frame structure 1 near the second frame structure 2, and the first box portion 11 protrudes toward the second frame structure 2 compared to the first frame structure 1, the second box portion 21 is disposed on a side of the second frame structure 2 near the first frame structure 1, and the second box portion 21 protrudes toward the first frame structure 1 compared to the second frame structure 2. And the first box 11 and the second box 21 are connected to form a mounting box 16, and a containing space is formed in the mounting box 16 to contain devices such as a sound module required by the audio/video player 100 to play the audio/video. And an electric plug part 28 may be provided at the bottom of the installation case 16 for connection with an external power source or a mobile power source to enable charging of the audio/video player 100.
The first box portion 11 and/or the second box portion 21 are/is provided with the speaker hole 111, and the speaker hole 111 may be provided in the first box portion 11 or the second box portion 21, or the speaker hole 111 may be provided in both the first box portion 11 and the second box portion 21, so that the transmission of sound can be realized.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the speaker holes 111 may be provided on the left and right sides of the first and second case portions 11 and 21, and the speaker holes 111 may be provided on the upper and/or bottom sides of the first and second case portions 11 and 21, so that the sound effect may be enhanced, wherein the speaker holes 111 may be configured as bar holes, circular holes or holes of other shapes, and the speaker holes 111 may be provided in plurality, and the plurality of speaker holes 111 may be spaced apart, and the plurality of speaker holes 111 may be provided, so that the sound effect may also be enhanced.
The first frame structure 1 and/or the second frame structure 2 may be provided with a hanging member 6 for hanging articles, and the hanging member may be used for hanging other articles such as calendars, for example, may be a hanging ring, a hanging hook, etc. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, if the hanging member is configured as a hanging ring, the hanging ring is detachably connected to the first frame structure 1 and/or the second frame structure 2, so as to hang the audio/video player 100 or facilitate the user to carry. And the screen assembly 14 is detachably connected with one side of the first main casing portion 12 away from the first box body portion 11, namely, the screen assembly 14 can be detached relative to the first main casing portion 12, after the screen assembly 14 is detached, overhaul and maintenance can be performed on the screen assembly 14, and also the main control structure in the first box body portion 11 can be detached and maintained, and the screen assembly 14 is designed to be a detachable structure, so that maintenance time can be saved.
In some embodiments, the second frame structure 2 further comprises a second main casing portion 22, the second casing portion 21 is connected to a side of the second main casing portion 22 facing the first frame structure 1, and a side of the second main casing portion 22 facing away from the second casing portion 21 is provided with an operation panel 24.
Specifically, the second frame structure 2 is further provided with a second main casing portion 22, one side of the second main casing portion 22 is connected with a second box body portion 21, and the other side of the second main casing portion 22 is connected with an operation panel 24, where the operation panel 24 may be provided as the screen assembly 14 or as a supporting plate, so that the operation panel 24 and the second box body portion 21 are disposed opposite to each other, and the operation panel 24 is used for closing the second box body portion 21, and may play a role in dust prevention and protection for the main control structure, the sound module, and the like.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the second box portion 21 is located on the side of the second main shell portion 22 facing the first frame structure 1, and the operation panel 24 is located on the side of the second main shell portion 22 facing away from the first frame structure 1, so as to further realize playing of audio and video of the audio and video player 100, and meanwhile, other operations can be performed or other objects can be supported through the operation panel 24, so that more use requirements are met.

In some embodiments, a battery structure is disposed between the second main housing portion 22 and the operation panel 24, and the screen assembly 14 and the main control structure are electrically connected to the battery structure.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, a second bracket 23 may be disposed in the second frame structure 2, the second bracket 23 is detachable with respect to the second frame structure 2, and the second bracket 23 may be used for installing a battery structure, where the battery structure may include a battery body 25, a battery cover 26, and a damping foam 27, and these structures may be installed in the second bracket 23 in the second main casing portion 22, and the battery structure is used as a power supply source of the audio/video player 100, and electrically connects the battery structure with the screen assembly 14 and the main control structure, so as to provide power for the screen assembly 14 and the main control structure.
And the operation panel 24 is detachable relative to the second main casing part 22, namely, when the second main casing part 22 is detached, the operation panel 24 can be detached relative to the second main casing part 22, after the operation panel 24 is detached, the operation panel 24 can be overhauled and maintained, overhauling and maintenance are performed, and the second bracket 23 is detached relative to the second main casing part 22, so that the whole battery structure is taken out relative to the second main casing part 22, thereby facilitating the detachment of the second main casing part 22, saving the maintenance time, simultaneously, avoiding the conditions of losing parts in the battery structure during detachment, and the like, and reducing the maintenance cost.
In some embodiments, the operation panel 24 is provided with a first clamping portion 241, the second main casing portion 22 is provided with a second clamping portion 221, and the first clamping portion 241 and the second clamping portion 221 are in clamping connection, so that the operation panel 24 and the second main casing portion 22 can be connected in a clamping manner, and the connection reliability is high.

The first clamping portion 241 may be configured as an elastic buckle, the second clamping portion 221 may be configured as a clamping groove, or the first clamping portion 241 may be configured as a clamping groove, and the second clamping portion 221 may be configured as an elastic buckle, so that the operation panel 24 is aligned to the second main casing portion 22 during actual installation, and the elastic buckle is clamped into the clamping groove, thereby enabling the operation panel 24 to be installed on the second main casing portion 22. Wherein, the elastic buckle can be configured to adopt a hook-type cantilever type.
The operation panel 24 and the second main casing 22 may be mounted by a clamping connection, or may be mounted by other different mounting methods.
In some embodiments, a main control structure is disposed in the first frame structure 1, where the main control structure includes a main board 151, and the first box portion 11 is provided with a heat dissipating block 113 connected to the main board 151 and a heat dissipating hole 112 located above the main board 151.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, a main control structure is disposed in the first frame structure 1, the main control structure is provided with a main board 151, an EQ board 152, and the like, and a heat dissipation block 113 is disposed in the first box portion 11, the heat dissipation block 113 is connected with the main board 151, so as to dissipate heat of the audio/video player 100, and a plurality of heat dissipation holes 112 are disposed above the first box portion 11 and the main board 151, for discharging heat, as shown in fig. 3 and 14, the plurality of heat dissipation holes 112 may be elongated holes, and the plurality of heat dissipation holes 112 are distributed at intervals. The heat dissipation block may be a small heat dissipation fan, and in use of the audio/video player 100, heat can be rapidly exhausted through the plurality of heat dissipation holes 112, so as to ensure safety of the motherboard 151 and the internal structure.
In some embodiments, the bottom of the mounting box 16 is provided with a plurality of support foot pads 3, the support foot pads 3 being spaced apart.

Claims (19)
1. An audio video player, comprising:
the sound box comprises a first frame body structure and a second frame body structure, wherein an installation box is connected between the first frame body structure and the second frame body structure, a sound module is installed in the installation box, and a loudspeaker hole is formed in the installation box;
the screen assembly is installed in the first frame body structure, a main control structure is arranged between the first frame body structure and the screen assembly, the screen assembly and the sound module are electrically connected with the main control structure, and the screen assembly is detachable relative to the first frame body structure.
2. The audio-visual player of claim 1, wherein the screen assembly is configured to be inserted into position by a positioning member after sliding to a set position relative to the first frame structure.
3. The audio-visual player of claim 2, wherein one of the screen assembly and the first frame structure is provided with a mating slot and the other is provided with a sliding stopper, the sliding stopper being in sliding engagement with the mating slot.
4. The audio and video player according to claim 3, wherein the mating slot includes a guide sub-slot and a limit sub-slot that are in communication, the screen assembly has a first positioning hole, and the first frame structure has a second positioning hole;
The sliding limiting block is suitable for sliding in along the guiding sub-groove, the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole are opposite after sliding into the limiting sub-groove, and the positioning piece sequentially penetrates through the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole.

7. An audio-visual player according to claim 3 wherein the mating grooves and the locating members are each plural and the plural mating grooves are spaced apart from the plural locating members at the peripheral edge of the screen assembly.
8. The audio-visual player of claim 1, wherein the first frame structure is provided with a removable mounting plate on a side facing away from the second frame structure, the screen assembly being fixedly mounted to the mounting plate.

The audio-video player according to claim 8, wherein the first frame structure is provided with a connecting column, the fixing plate is provided with a connecting hole, the connecting column is arranged in the connecting hole in a penetrating manner and is connected with a connecting piece, and at least part of the connecting piece is pressed against one side of the fixing plate, which is away from the first frame structure.

The audio-video player according to claim 9, wherein a pressing sinking groove is formed on one side of the fixing plate, which faces away from the first frame body structure, the pressing sinking groove is communicated with the connecting hole, the connecting piece is configured as a screw, and the head of the screw is limited to be pressed in the pressing sinking groove.
11. The audio-visual player of claim 8, wherein the screen assembly is adhesively bonded to the mounting plate.
12. The audio-visual player of claim 1, wherein the first frame structure has a first removable bracket mounted therein, and the master control structure is removably mounted in the first bracket.

The audio-visual player according to claim 1, wherein the first frame structure comprises a first box portion, the second frame structure comprises a second box portion, the first box portion is spliced with the second box portion and forms the mounting box, and the first box portion and/or the second box portion are provided with the speaker holes.
14. The audio-visual player of claim 13, wherein the first housing structure further comprises a first main housing portion, the first housing portion being connected to a side of the first main housing portion facing the second housing structure, the screen assembly being removably connected to a side of the first main housing portion facing away from the first housing portion.
15. The audio-visual player according to claim 13, wherein the second housing structure further comprises a second main housing portion, the second housing portion is connected to a side of the second main housing portion facing the first housing structure, and an operation panel is disposed on a side of the second main housing portion facing away from the second housing portion.
16. The audio-visual player of claim 15, wherein a battery structure is disposed between the second main housing portion and the operating panel, wherein the screen assembly and the main control structure are both electrically connected to the battery structure, and wherein the operating panel is detachable with respect to the second main housing portion.
17. The audio-visual player according to claim 16, wherein the operation panel is provided with a first clamping portion, the second main housing portion is provided with a second clamping portion, and the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are in clamping connection.
18. The audio-visual player according to claim 13, wherein the main control structure comprises a main board, and the first box portion is provided with a heat dissipation block connected to the main board and a heat dissipation hole located above the main board.
19. The audio-visual player according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the mounting case is provided with a plurality of support foot pads which are spaced apart.
