When the invention is used, firstly, the air in the air passes through the winding belt 24, the outer end of the winding belt 24 is provided with an adhesive layer, when the air blows onto the winding belt 24, the adhesive layer can adhere larger particles, impurities, feathers and the like to the upper end, and cleaner air can pass through small holes on the winding belt 24, the motor 21 periodically rotates to wind the winding belt 24 for a certain distance, so that the adhesive layer on the outer side wall of the winding belt 24 can continuously adhere the particles, cleaner air is further filtered by the filter screen 318, the air can be purer, the first driving wheel 31 is driven to rotate while the first rotating shaft 22 rotates, the belt 32 is driven to rotate by the first driving wheel 31, the second driving wheel 33 is driven to rotate by the second driving wheel 33, the second rotating shaft 34 is driven to rotate by the second rotating shaft 34, the disc 35 is driven to rotate, the disc 35 rotates to drive the movable rod 36 to move, the movable rod 36 moves to drive the first telescopic rod 37 to reciprocate, when the first telescopic rod 37 moves downwards, the first steel wire rope 39 moves upwards to drive the rack 311 to move upwards, the rack 311 moves upwards to drive the straight gear 313 to rotate, the straight gear 313 rotates to drive the rotating block 314 to rotate, the rotating block 314 rotates to drive the first protruding block 315 to collide with the second protruding block 316 to shake, the second protruding block 316 shakes to drive the wire netting 317 to shake, the wire netting 317 shakes to drive the filter screen 318 to shake, dust at the upper end of the filter screen 318 falls to the upper end of the opening 13, in the process of upward movement of the rack 311, the second telescopic rod 319 moves upwards to drive the sliding block 322 to move upwards, the sliding block 322 moves upwards to drive the second steel wire rope 41 to move upwards, the second steel wire rope 41 moves upwards to drive the cleaning block 43 to slide rightwards, the cleaning block 43 slides rightwards to drive the sliding plate 47 to slide rightwards to compress the second spring 48, and therefore dust falls into the box 46 from the opening 13 through the receiving groove 45 to be collected, and the dust in the box 46 is cleaned regularly.
