In combination with the top view shown in fig. 7, the clean water bin 10B and the mixing water bin 10C are spaced apart and independently provided on the peripheral side of the cavity 10A. The pipe assembly 52 includes a first joint 522, a water feed pipe 523, and a shower pipe 521 located in the chamber 10A, and the pumping side of the pump assembly 51 is connected to the clean water tank 10B and the mixing water tank 10C, and the water feed side is connected to the water feed pipe 523. In the base 102, the pump assembly 51 of the water pumping mechanism 50 automatically cleans the water sump 10B and/or the mixed water sump 10C, the water pump 511 pumps the water through the water supply pipe 523 and the second joint 515 and then sends the water into the spraying pipe 521, and the spraying pipe 521 sprays the water into the cavity 10A to wash the pet.
It will be appreciated that the provision of the fresh water compartment 10B and the mixed water compartment 10C allows the water for the pet to be pre-stored and the stored water pumped to the pet body of the cavity 10A to ensure the continuity of the flushing during the cleaning process.
Further, the spray pipe 521 of the pipe assembly 52 includes at least one transverse pipe and at least two vertical pipes, the transverse pipe is located at the bottom of the supporting mechanism 30 to spray water toward the bottom of the pet, the vertical pipes are parallel to the vertical direction, and the at least two vertical pipes are distributed at intervals on the circumference of the pet, so as to spray and rinse the whole body of the pet.
Further, the pump assembly 51 includes a water pump 511, a first diversion member 512, two water pumping valves 513, and a second diversion member 514, and the water pump 511 is detachably mounted at the bottom of the casing 10 through a mounting frame 53. The first flow dividing member 512 is connected to the water pumping side of the water pump 511, and the second flow dividing member 514 is connected to the water delivery side of the water pump 511. The first diversion member 512 may be a three-way round pipe or a three-way square pipe, and is provided with two diversion ports, which are respectively corresponding to the clean water bin 10B and the mixed water bin 10C. A water extraction valve 513 is connected to a shunt port of the tee. The second diversion piece 514 can be a four-way or more round or square pipe, and the number of diversion openings of the second diversion piece 514 except the opening connected with the water pump 511 corresponds to the number of water delivery holes, so that the water quilt of the water pump 511 can be pumped to the pet body in multiple directions, and the flushing comprehensiveness is improved.
The pump assembly 51 further includes two second connectors 515 and two water pumping pipes 516, wherein one water pumping pipe 516 is connected with one second connector 515 and one water pumping valve 513, and the two second connectors 515 are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the clean water tank 10B and the mixed water tank 10C so as to be communicated with the bottoms of the clean water tank 10B and the mixed water tank 10C. The water in the clean water bin 10B and the mixed water bin 10C is pumped to the water pump 511 through the water pumping pipe 516, the water pump 511 pumps the pumped water to the pet body in the containing cavity 10A through the water pumping pipe 523 and the spraying pipe 521 respectively, the water pump 511 pressurizes and accelerates the water, the whole body of the pet can be quickly wetted for cleaning, and the flushing efficiency is improved.
Further, the shower pipe 521 may be a straight pipe or an elbow pipe or an annular pipe, which is correspondingly arranged according to the size and the requirement of the pet in the cavity 10A, which is not limited only herein.
Further, the clean water bin 10B stores clean water, and a kit 11 is provided on a wall of the mixed water bin 10C, and the kit 11 is used for storing or placing a care solution, such as a shower gel, a softener, or perfume, for example.
It can be understood that the water in the mixed water bin 10C is a mixture of the care solution and the water, and when the pet is washed, only the water in the mixed water bin 10C is connected to the cavity 10A to wash the pet; the water in the mixed water bin 10C and the water in the clear water bin 10B can be simultaneously communicated for flushing, and the flow rate of the clear water bin 10B is selectively adjusted to be smaller than that of the mixed water bin 10C.
It can be appreciated that the bottoms of the clean water bin 10B and the mixed water bin 10C are respectively provided with a water pumping valve 513, and the two water pumping valves 513 can work respectively or simultaneously, and are set according to actual requirements in the flushing process.
Illustratively, in the early stage of washing, the water pumping valve 513 of the mixed sump 10C is only connected, and the mixed solution in the mixed sump 10C wets the pet and sprays the care solution on the whole body, so that the pet can be directly scrubbed; alternatively, only the water pumping valve 513 of the clean water bin 10B may be connected, the pet may be wetted with clean water first, and then the solution with the care solution may be sprayed to brush before cleaning, and the solution may be set as needed, which is not limited only herein.
In the cleaning stage, the water pumping valve 513 of the mixed sump 10C may be opened or the water pumping valves 513 of the clean sump 10B and the mixed sump 10C may be simultaneously opened, the water pumping valve 513 of the mixed sump 10C may be closed in the later cleaning stage, and only the water pumping valve 513 of the clean sump 10B may be opened to flush foam, so that the operation flexibility and the flushing satisfaction degree of the flushing stage are improved, and the configuration is set as required, without being limited only.
It is understood that the water pump valve 513 may regulate the flow, and the water pump valve 513 may be a solenoid valve.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the volume of the clean water bin 10B is larger than the volume of the mixed water bin 10C, so as to improve the storage capacity of clean water, ensure the sustainability of wetting the pet and flushing foam, and improve the user satisfaction and the use comfort of the pet.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the automatic pet washing dryer 100 further includes a water inlet mechanism 90 at the top of the cabinet 10, wherein the water inlet mechanism 90 is connected to the clean water bin 10B and the mixing water bin 10C, respectively.
In this embodiment, in the direction from top to bottom, the top cover 103, the casing 10 and the base 102 are sequentially arranged, the top cover 103 is provided with a top plate 107 and a sealing plate 106, the sealing plate 106 is arranged at the top of the casing 101 in a covering manner and seals the clean water bin 10B and the mixed water bin 10C so that the two water bins are independently arranged, the top plate 107 is located at one side of the sealing plate 106 opposite to the casing 101, and the top plate 107 and the sealing plate 106 are enclosed to form a water inlet cavity, and the water inlet mechanism 90 is arranged in the water inlet cavity. The middle parts of the top plate 107 and the sealing plate 106 are provided with annular holes corresponding to the drying channels, and the top plate 107 is correspondingly connected with the inner side or the outer side edge of the ring of the sealing plate 106, so that the middle part avoids the air outlet of the drying channels.
Further, the top plate 107 and the sealing plate 106 may be rotatably connected on one side and detachably assembled on the other side. The rotary connection mode is pin-connected or hinged, so that disassembly and assembly steps are reduced when parts in the water inlet cavity are overhauled and replaced, and assembly and maintenance convenience are improved.
In one embodiment, the side of the top plate 107 facing away from the sealing plate 106 is provided with a mounting groove, and the top cover 103 further includes a flip cover 108 and a transparent cover plate, where the flip cover 108 is disposed in the mounting groove and detachably connected to the top plate 107. The flip 108 is rotatably connected with one side edge of the top plate 107, and the rotation mode is hinge rotation or hinge rotation, so that the flip 108 is opened from one side of the top plate 107, the annular hole arranged in the middle of the top plate 107 corresponding to the drying channel is exposed, and the pet can be ventilated, placed or taken out through the annular hole, and the convenience of placing and taking the pet is improved.
Further, the middle part of the flip 108 is provided with a mounting position, the transparent cover plate is arranged at the mounting position, the transparent cover plate is provided with a plurality of exhaust holes 10E, the transparent cover plate and the flip 108 can be bonded or detachably connected, and the detachable mode can be screwing connection, buckling connection or screw or bolt disassembly and assembly.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the water inlet mechanism 90 includes a heating element 91, two water inlet assemblies 92 and two detecting structures 93, and one end of the heating element 91 is connected to an external water source. The two water inlet assemblies 92 are respectively connected to the water outlet side of the heating element 91, and one ends of the two water inlet assemblies far away from the heating element 91 are respectively connected to the clean water bin 10B or the mixed water bin 10C. The two detection structures 93 are respectively arranged on the clean water bin 10B and the mixed water bin 10C.
In this embodiment, one heating element 91 may be disposed, in the water inlet cavity, one end of the heating element 91 is connected to an external water source, and the other end has two water outlets, one water outlet is correspondingly connected to a water inlet component 92, and the two water inlet components 92 are respectively used for water inlet of the clean water bin 10B and the mixed water bin 10C. Two detection structures 93 are respectively provided to the clean water tank 10B and the mixed water tank 10C to detect water levels respectively. Each detecting structure 93 includes two detecting members, which are a water shortage detecting member and a water full detecting member, and are used for detecting the water level in the clean water bin 10B or the mixed water bin 10C, so as to avoid the water level from being too low or too high, and promote the water inlet flexibility and controllability.
Further, the heating element 91 may be an electric water heater, and in another embodiment, the heating element 91 may be disposed independently of the case 10, so as to directly introduce the heated water into the clean water tank 10B or the mixed water tank 10C, so as to avoid damage to the pet caused by the long heating time or the sudden fault of long-term use.
Further, each water shortage detecting member may be an inductive switch, and the water full detecting member may be a float switch, or may be other water level detecting members for detecting water full, where the specific types of the water shortage detecting member and the water full detecting member are not limited only.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5 in combination, in an embodiment of the present invention, the water inlet mechanism 90 further includes a three-way pipe 94, the three-way pipe 94 is connected to the water outlet side of the heating element 91, a water inlet assembly 92 includes a water inlet valve 921 and a water inlet pipe 922, the water inlet valve 921 is connected to a side opening of the three-way pipe 94, one end of the water inlet pipe 922 is connected to the water inlet valve 921, and the other end extends into the clean water tank 10B or the mixed water tank 10C.
In this embodiment, one port of the tee 94 is connected to the water inlet mechanism 90, and the remaining two ports form two water outlet sides of the heating element 91, each water outlet side is connected to a water inlet valve 921, and the two water inlet valves 921 are respectively corresponding to the clean water tank 10B and the mixed water tank 10C. One end of one water inlet pipe 922 is connected with the water inlet valve 921, the other end of the water inlet pipe extends into the clean water bin 10B, one end of the other water inlet pipe 922 is connected with the other water inlet valve 921, and the other end of the water inlet pipe extends into the mixed water bin 10C. The inlet valves 921 may be solenoid valves, both inlet valves 921 may be flow adjustable, and both inlet valves 921 may be operated separately or simultaneously to match inlet demand.
Further, the reagent box 11 in the mixing water bin 10C is communicated with the water bin, an opening is formed in the top plate 107 corresponding to the top of the reagent box 11, a cover 19 is arranged at the opening, the cover 19 is rotatably connected with the top plate 107, the outer peripheral surface of the cover plate is in smooth transition with the outer peripheral surface of the top plate 107, and the nursing liquid is injected into the reagent box 11 through the cover 19, as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
It can be appreciated that one end of the water inlet pipe 922 for feeding water into the mixed water bin 10C is connected with the water inlet valve 921, and the other end is provided with two split ends, one split end is used for directly extending into the mixed water bin 10C, and the other split end extends into the kit 11 to fully flush the kit 11, so that the use sufficiency of the care solution is improved.
Further, the water inlet mechanism 90 further includes a mixing member 95, one end of the mixing member 95 extends into the mixing sump 10C, and the mixing member 95 may be an electric stirring rod or an air pump to stir the mixed solution containing the care solution, so that the water in the mixing sump 10C is fully mixed with the care solution.
Referring to fig. 6 in combination, in an embodiment of the present invention, a drain chamber 10K is provided at the bottom of the casing 10, the drain chamber 10K, a mounting chamber 10F and an air intake chamber 10D are respectively and independently provided, a drain hole 10H communicating with the drain chamber 10K is provided at the bottom of the accommodating chamber 10A, the automatic pet cleaning dryer 100 further includes a draining member 13 and a drain pipe 14, the draining member 13 is provided in the drain chamber 10K and is opposite to the drain hole 10H, and the drain pipe 14 is connected to the drain chamber 10K.
In this embodiment, the draining member 13 is used for filtering water by flowing out from the draining hole 10H after flushing, so as to prevent hair or large particle impurities of animals from being directly drained into the draining cavity 10K. The drain pipe 14 is used for draining water in the drain chamber 10K. The drainage cavity 10K, the installation cavity 10F and the air inlet cavity 10D are respectively arranged on the base 102, the clean water bin 10B and the mixed water bin 10C are located on the peripheral side surrounding the containing cavity 10A, the base 102 is provided with a drawing port 10N corresponding to the draining part 13, and the draining part 13 is conveniently separated from or assembled with the case 10 through the drawing port 10N.
In order to facilitate entering the clean water bin 10B and/or the mixed water bin 10C, the draining member 13 is conveniently taken out, and the air inlet cavity 10D is positioned between the water draining cavity 10K and the mounting cavity 10F, so that the water pumping mechanism 50 is convenient for pumping water towards two water bins positioned at the periphery of the machine case 10, the draining member 13 is also enabled to be arranged adjacent to the periphery of the machine case 10, the draining member 13 is conveniently taken out or assembled from the outside of the machine case 10 through the drawing port 10N, and the operation convenience and the use satisfaction of the automatic pet cleaning dryer 100 are improved.
Further, the automatic pet cleaning and drying machine 100 further comprises a transparent observation window 15, the observation window 15 is arranged on one side wall surface of the box shell 101, the inside of the cavity 10A is directly seen through the observation window 15, a user can know the state of the pet at any time, the pet and the user can easily interact, the safety of the pet is improved, and the persistence of the washing and drying integrated body is improved.
Further, the pet self-cleaning dryer 100 further includes two handles 16 at the side of the case 101 or a handle ring movably connected to the case 101, so that the pet self-cleaning dryer 100 can be carried or moved.
The bottom of the base 102 of the pet automatic cleaning dryer 100 is also provided with a plurality of movable wheels, and the movable wheels are convenient for the pet automatic cleaning dryer 100 to move without inductance, thereby being convenient and quick.
Further, based on any of the above embodiments, the automatic pet cleaning dryer 100 of the present invention includes a main control board 12, the main control board 12 is disposed in the base 102, the main control board 12 is electrically connected to the water inlet valve 921 and the detection structure 93 of the water inlet mechanism 90, the water pumping valve 513 of the water pumping mechanism 50, the fan 71 of the drying mechanism 70, the heating element 72, and the like, and the main control board 12 controls the above components to work. The automatic pet cleaning and drying machine 100 further comprises an operation panel 17, the operation panel 17 is electrically connected or in signal connection with the main control panel 12, the operation panel 17 is used for inputting user-defined information, and can also be used for checking operation parameters, a prompt interface and the like of the current automatic pet cleaning and drying machine 100, and the operation of integrating water inlet, scouring, water discharge and drying is realized in a matched manner, so that the convenience and controllability of cleaning and nursing of pets are improved.
The automatic pet cleaning dryer 100 of the invention is also provided with a start button, a cleaning button and a drying button, wherein the start button cleaning button and the drying button are connected with the main control board 12, can be manually triggered or remotely triggered, and are also provided with a water inlet electromagnetic valve before the heating piece 91 of the water inlet mechanism 90, and the water inlet electromagnetic valve is connected with an external water source. The operation principle of the automatic pet washing dryer 100 is as follows:
the start button is turned on, the electromagnetic water inlet valve 921 is opened, and meanwhile, the water inlet valves 921 of the mixing water bin 10C and the clean water bin 10B are both opened, and the heating element 91 heats the inlet water of the external water source and adds water through the water inlet pipe 922. The detection structure detects that the water is full and triggers the signal to immediately close the heating member 91 and the water inlet solenoid valve, while the two water inlet valves 921 are also closed. The mixing member 95 is then opened to thoroughly mix the treatment solution with water in the mixing sump 10C to form a bath mixture.
When the cleaning button is triggered, at least one water pumping valve 513 of the water pumping mechanism 30 is opened, and then the water pump 511 is opened, water can be pumped through the two water pumping pipes 516 alternatively or simultaneously, and the water can be split and then sent to the plurality of spraying pipes 521 through the plurality of water sending pipes 523, so that cleaning operation can be performed. The cleaning brush works during cleaning, and the cleaning cleanliness is improved. The washing is completed and the washing operation is performed.
The drying button is triggered, the heating part 72 at the bottom rapidly heats the air inlet filtered by the filtering part 73, and the fan 71 conveys the heated air inlet to the accommodating cavity to dry the pet.
It will be appreciated that the water intake process and the pet placement process do not interfere with each other, and that the support mechanism 30 will begin to rotate at least when the power button is turned on.

Claims (10)

1. A pet self-cleaning dryer for pet care, the pet self-cleaning dryer comprising:
the machine case is provided with a containing cavity, a mounting cavity and an air inlet cavity, wherein the mounting cavity and the air inlet cavity are arranged below the containing cavity, and the bottom of the containing cavity is provided with a through hole communicated with the mounting cavity and an air supply outlet communicated with the air inlet cavity;
the water pumping mechanism is arranged in the mounting cavity and is provided with a plurality of spray pipes, and the spray pipes penetrate through the through holes to extend into the bottom and the side parts of the accommodating cavity; and
And the drying mechanism is arranged in the air inlet cavity, and air in the air inlet cavity is fed into the accommodating cavity through the air supply opening.
2. The automatic pet washing dryer of claim 1 wherein said cabinet includes a cabinet housing and a base disposed in an up-down orientation;
the box shell is provided with the containing cavity, and the through hole and the air supply opening are both arranged at the bottom of the box shell;
the base is provided with the installation cavity and the air inlet cavity which are mutually independent.
3. The automatic pet washing dryer of claim 2 wherein a partition is provided in said base to divide said base space into said mounting chamber and said air intake chamber;
the pet automatic cleaning dryer further comprises a sealing member arranged along the extending path of the partition plate and positioned between the partition plate and the bottom of the case.
4. The automatic pet washing dryer of claim 2 wherein said cabinet further comprises a top cover located on top of said cabinet;
the top cover is provided with an exhaust hole communicated with the accommodating cavity;
the air inlet cavity, the air supply outlet, the containing cavity and the exhaust hole are sequentially communicated to form a drying air channel.
5. The automatic pet cleaning dryer of claim 1 wherein said drying mechanism comprises:
the fan is arranged at the air supply port; and
the heating part is arranged in the air inlet cavity, and the heating part and the fan are arranged at intervals.
6. The automatic pet washing dryer of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said cabinet is further provided with a clear water tank and a mixed water tank which are independent from each other around a peripheral side of said accommodation chamber, said water pumping mechanism comprising:
the pump assembly is arranged in the installation cavity, and the water pumping side of the pump assembly is connected with the clean water bin and the mixed water bin; and
and the pipe assembly is connected with the water delivery side of the pipe assembly, and extends into the containing cavity.
7. The automatic pet washing dryer of claim 6 wherein the volume of said fresh water compartment is greater than the volume of said mixed water compartment;
and/or, the automatic pet cleaning dryer further comprises a water inlet mechanism positioned at the top of the case, and the water inlet mechanism is respectively connected with the clean water bin and the mixed water bin.
8. The automatic pet cleaning dryer of claim 7 wherein said water intake mechanism comprises:
one end of the heating piece is connected with an external water source;
the two water inlet assemblies are respectively connected to the water outlet side of the heating piece, and one ends of the two water inlet assemblies, which are far away from the heating piece, are respectively connected with the clean water bin or the mixed water bin; and
The two detection structures are respectively arranged on the clean water bin and the mixed water bin.
9. The automatic pet washing dryer of claim 8 wherein said water intake mechanism further comprises a tee connected to the water outlet side of said heating element, one of said water intake assemblies comprising:
the water inlet valve is connected with a side through opening of the three-way pipe; and
one end of the water inlet pipe is connected with the water inlet valve, and the other end of the water inlet pipe extends into the clean water bin or the mixed water bin.
10. The automatic pet washing and drying machine according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a drain cavity is provided at the bottom of the cabinet, the drain cavity, the installation cavity and the air intake cavity are respectively and independently provided, a drain hole communicating with the drain cavity is provided at the bottom of the accommodation cavity, and the automatic pet washing and drying machine further comprises:
the draining part is arranged in the draining cavity and is opposite to the draining hole; and
and the drain pipe is connected with the drain cavity.
