Abstract
一种银斑天目雨点釉瓷器的制备工艺,其所述天目雨点釉包括胎体和釉料,按照最佳比例配比混合研磨得到坯件原料和釉浆,坯件在干燥后进行5‑6h的素烧,提高坯件的强度,本发明在胎体原料和釉料原料中都引入了锆英石,可以很好的提高胎体与釉料经过高温一体烧制而成,降低生产投入的成本。本发明的烧制方法可明显提高釉面上油滴的效果成品率,可获得突出的经济效益,采用本发明的釉料配方和烧制方法后在每次烧制后均可提升雨点成型效果好的瓷器数量,相比现有技术雨点效果获得的偶然性和不确定性,本发明具有明显的技术进步。

本发明涉及陶艺制备工艺领域,尤其涉及一种银斑天目雨点釉瓷器的制备工艺。
背景技术
雨点釉陶瓷在古代是斗茶的名器,是当今收藏者的珍品。雨点釉以其沉静、优雅、凝重、高贵的艺术风格被国内外宾客称为“中国之奇、陶瓷之谜”。雨点釉在日本被称为“天目釉”,是日本茶道的茶具精品。若盛入茶水则斑点像金星般熠熠生辉,注入清水或白酒则银星闪烁晶莹夺目,无不给人美轮美奂之感。当人们静思细观雨点釉作品,又会给人增添“漆夜无云满天星”的美妙意境。上等的雨点釉深重,釉底乌黑亚亮,釉面平整,银色的星点饱满匀称,晶体圆大闪亮发光,结晶点大如豆粒,小如小米,酷似雨点坠入水中的水圈花斑。
但是雨点釉在制作过程中具有很强的不稳定性,温度的高低决定了“雨点釉”的成败,温差上下不能超过5度,高了会把结晶烧没了,低了又不会出现,烧制难度较大。

步骤二,制作出坯件后在自然状态下静止晾干24h以上,将其入窑进行700-1000度的素烧,时间在5-6h,坯件烧结后使其吸水率<1%,然后进行冷却至常温,素烧用来提高坯件的强度;
步骤三,将釉料按照最佳配比进行粉碎混合,通过球磨机研磨制得釉浆;
步骤四,用釉浆给坯件进行上釉,施釉方法有浸釉、荡釉、浇釉、刷釉、吹釉、轮釉等多种,
步骤五,待给坯件施釉的釉浆干燥后,送入窑炉中在氧化还原气氛下,温度在1180-1270范围内高温釉烧。
烧制温度具体控制如下:
低温阶段:由常温升至600-700度,烧制时间为1-3小时;
中温阶段:升温至850-1000度,烧制时间为2-4小时;
高温阶段:窑内温度升温至1180-1270度,烧制时间为3-4小时;
保温阶段:控制炉内温度在1230-1270范围内,烧制时间为2-3小时;
冷却阶段:炉内冷却降温至常温,自然冷却。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明在胎体原料和釉料原料中都引入了锆英石,可以很好的提高胎体与釉料经过高温一体烧制而成,降低生产投入的成本。

步骤一,将胎体原料按照比例混合均匀后加入研磨机,与水1:1比例进行研磨,研磨完成过260目筛得到釉浆,再通过注浆方式塑性制成坯件;
步骤二,制作出坯件后在自然状态下静止晾干24h以上,将其入窑进行750度的素烧,时间在5h,坯件烧结后使其吸水率<1%,然后进行冷却至常温,素烧用来提高坯件的强度;
步骤三,将釉料按照最佳配比进行粉碎混合,通过球磨机研磨制得釉浆;
步骤四,用釉浆通过浸釉的方法给坯件进行一次及一次以上的上釉;
步骤五,待给坯件施釉的釉浆干燥后,送入窑炉中在氧化还原气氛下,温度在1250范围内高温釉烧,其烧制温度具体控制如下:
低温阶段:由常温升至700度,烧制时间为1.5小时;
中温阶段:升温至850度,烧制时间为3小时;
高温阶段:窑内温度升温至1230度,烧制时间为3.5小时;
保温阶段:控制炉内温度在1250范围内,烧制时间为2小时;
冷却阶段:炉内冷却降温至常温,自然冷却后得到成品。
实施例3
一种斑天目雨点釉瓷器包括胎体和釉料,胎体由以下重量配比组成:石英42份、焦宝石6份、黄长石3份、锆英石7份、铝矾土3份、白高岭土12、膨润土11份、黏土7份、粘结剂3份。
釉料由以下重量配比组成:锆英石30份、蒙脱石17份、硼镁石12份、滑石9份、钾长石6份、碳酸钡6份、铜2份、氧化锌3份、氧化锰0.3份、氧化锡1份、氧化钛0.6份、氧化铁1.5份、亚光熔块4份。
制备工艺步骤如下:

1.一种银斑天目雨点釉瓷器的制备工艺,其所述天目雨点釉包括胎体和釉料,所述胎体的原料组成为:石英40-50份、焦宝石5-10份、黄长石3-5份、锆英石6-12份、铝矾土3-6份、白高岭土10-15、膨润土10-15份、黏土5-10份、粘结剂1-5份,所述釉料的原料组成为:锆英石25-35份、蒙脱石15-18份、硼镁石12-15份、滑石8-12份、钾长石6、碳酸钡6份、铜2份、氧化锌3-5份、氧化锰0.3-0.5份、氧化锡1-2份、氧化钛0.5-1份、氧化铁1.5-2.5份、亚光熔块3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种银斑天目雨点釉瓷器的制备工艺,其特征在于所述胎体原料的最佳配比组成为:石英42份、焦宝石6份、黄长石3份、锆英石7份、铝矾土3份、白高岭土12、膨润土11份、黏土7份、粘结剂3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种银斑天目雨点釉瓷器的制备工艺,其特征在于所述釉料的原料组成为:锆英石25-35份、蒙脱石15-18份、硼镁石12-15份、滑石8-12份、钾长石6、碳酸钡6份、铜2份、氧化锌3-5份、氧化锰0.3-0.5份、氧化锡1-2份、氧化钛0.5-1份、氧化铁1.5-2.5份、亚光熔块3-5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种银斑天目雨点釉瓷器的制备工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将胎体原料按照最佳配比的比例混合均匀后加入研磨机,加入1:1比例的水在进行湿磨,研磨完成过260目筛得到釉浆,再通过注浆、拉胚或者其他机械成型的方式塑性成为所需要的坯件;
步骤二,制作出坯件后在自然状态下静止晾干24h以上,将其入窑进行700-1000度的素烧,时间在5-6h,坯件烧结后使其吸水率<1%,然后进行冷却至常温,素烧用来提高坯件的强度;
步骤三,将釉料按照最佳配比进行粉碎混合,通过球磨机研磨制得釉浆;
步骤四,用釉浆给坯件进行上釉,施釉方法有浸釉、荡釉、浇釉、刷釉、吹釉、轮釉等多种,
步骤五,待给坯件施釉的釉浆干燥后,送入窑炉中在氧化还原气氛下,温度在1180-1270范围内高温釉烧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种银斑天目雨点釉瓷器的制备工艺,其特征在烧制温度具体控制如下:
低温阶段:由常温升至600-700度,烧制时间为1-3小时;
中温阶段:升温至850-1000度,烧制时间为2-4小时;
高温阶段:窑内温度升温至1180-1270度,烧制时间为3-4小时;
保温阶段:控制炉内温度在1230-1270范围内,烧制时间为2-3小时;
冷却阶段:炉内冷却降温至常温,自然冷却。
