After the alcohol washing is completed, the third transfer pump is turned off, the third recovery valve is opened, and the alcohol flows back to the alcohol reservoir 16 through the alcohol return pipe.
Then, the fan is turned on, and the air pipe and the blow-drying head are utilized to blow the endoscope.
And after the drying process is finished, transferring the endoscope to a drying module 2 for further drying operation, transferring the thoroughly dried endoscope to a bagging module 3, bagging the endoscope by using a sterile packaging paper plastic bag, and finally transferring the bagged endoscope to a heat-seal plastic packaging module 4 for sealing treatment, thereby completing the whole set of decontamination treatment process.
The reprocessed endoscope is always in a sterile sealing state, so that the reprocessed endoscope can be directly used by opening the packaging bag to take out the endoscope in the reprocessed endoscope when in use.
In the using process of the device, the movement of the endoscope among the modules can be completed by using the mechanical arm which moves among the four modules, so that the automation degree of the operation of the device is improved.
The foregoing description is only illustrative of the present application and is not intended to limit the scope of the application, and all equivalent structures or equivalent processes or direct or indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the present application.
