All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The terminology used in the embodiments of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used in this application and the appended claims, the singular forms "a," "an," and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the "plurality" generally includes at least two, but does not exclude the case of at least one.
It should be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein is merely one relationship describing the association of the associated objects, meaning that there may be three relationships, e.g., a and/or B, may represent: a exists alone, A and B exist together, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the front and rear associated objects are an "or" relationship.
The words "if", as used herein, may be interpreted as "at … …" or "at … …" or "in response to a determination" or "in response to a detection", depending on the context. Similarly, the phrase "if determined" or "if detected (stated condition or event)" may be interpreted as "when determined" or "in response to determination" or "when detected (stated condition or event)" or "in response to detection (stated condition or event), depending on the context.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a product or system that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such product or system. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising one … …" does not exclude that an additional identical element is present in a commodity or system comprising the element.

Some embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the case where there is no conflict between the embodiments, the following embodiments and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other. In addition, the sequence of steps in the method embodiments described below is only an example and is not strictly limited.
FIG. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a method for reporting on the export line of a cross-border commodity according to an embodiment of the present invention; referring to fig. 2, the embodiment provides a method for reporting a cross-border commodity on an outlet line, where the execution body of the method is a device for reporting a cross-border commodity on an outlet line, it can be understood that the device for reporting a cross-border commodity on an outlet line may be implemented as software, or a combination of software and hardware, specifically, when the device for reporting a cross-border commodity on an outlet line is implemented as hardware, it may be various electronic devices with operations for reporting a cross-border commodity on an outlet line, including, but not limited to, a personal computer, a server, and the like, and when the device for reporting a cross-border commodity on an outlet line is implemented as software, it may be installed in the electronic devices as exemplified above. Based on the above-mentioned device for reporting the cross-border commodity on the export line, the method for reporting the cross-border commodity on the export line can comprise:
Step S201: acquiring a cross-border transaction order to be processed and a cross-border logistics order corresponding to the cross-border transaction order, wherein the cross-border transaction order comprises one or more cross-border commodities to be exported and E-commerce users corresponding to the cross-border commodities.
Step S202: and generating an export report with the E-commerce user as a head-up based on the cross-border transaction order and the cross-border logistics order.
Step S203: and carrying out export reporting operation of the cargo collecting mode to the sea relation system based on the export reporting message.
The specific implementation process and implementation effect of each step are described in detail below:
step S201: acquiring a cross-border transaction order to be processed and a cross-border logistics order corresponding to the cross-border transaction order, wherein the cross-border transaction order comprises one or more cross-border commodities to be exported and E-commerce users corresponding to the cross-border commodities.
Because the e-commerce transaction can comprise cross-border e-commerce transaction and in-house e-commerce transaction, for the commodity corresponding to the in-house e-commerce transaction, import and export operations are not needed, so that export online reporting operations are not needed; for commodities corresponding to cross-border e-commerce transactions, the import and export operations of the commodities are often involved, so that reporting operations of the import and export lines of the commodities are required.
When a user executes corresponding cross-border e-commerce transaction, in order to complete the cross-border e-commerce transaction operation, an outlet declaration requirement exists for the cross-border commodity, so that an on-line declaration device of the cross-border commodity can acquire a cross-border transaction order to be processed and a cross-border commodity flow order corresponding to the cross-border transaction order, wherein the cross-border transaction order comprises one or more cross-border commodities to be exported and e-commerce users corresponding to the cross-border commodities, and any two e-commerce users corresponding to the cross-border commodities can be the same user or different users; the cross-border logistics order may include logistics payment information.
It should be noted that the cross-border trade order and the cross-border logistics order may include not only the information exemplified above, but also other types of information, such as: the cross-border trade order may include destination country information, destination user information, trade currency type, etc., and the cross-border stream order may include: and the information of logistics service providers, logistics timeliness and the like, and the technical personnel in the field can carry out self-adaptive adjustment and configuration operation on the information included in the cross-border trade order and the cross-border logistics order according to specific application scenes or application requirements.
In addition, the specific implementation manner of acquiring the cross-border trade order and the cross-border logistics order is not limited in this embodiment, in some examples, the cross-border trade order and the cross-border logistics order may be stored in a preset device (for example, a logistics platform), and the cross-border trade order and the cross-border logistics order corresponding to the cross-border trade order may be actively or passively acquired by accessing the preset device.
In yet other examples, the cross-border trade order and the cross-border logistics order may be stored in different preset devices, e.g., the cross-border trade order may be stored in an e-commerce platform, the cross-border logistics order may be stored in a logistics platform, and at this time, acquiring the cross-border trade order to be processed may include: actively or passively acquiring a cross-border transaction order to be processed through an e-commerce platform; acquiring the cross-border logistics order corresponding to the cross-border trade order may include: and actively or passively acquiring the cross-border logistics order to be processed through the logistics platform.
Step S202: and generating an export report with the E-commerce user as a head-up based on the cross-border transaction order and the cross-border logistics order.
The cross-border commodity outlet reporting operation is often implemented by using an outlet reporting message aiming at the cross-border commodity to be exported, so that in order to implement the outlet reporting operation, after the cross-border transaction order and the cross-border logistics order are acquired, the cross-border transaction order and the cross-border logistics order can be analyzed and processed, so that an outlet reporting message taking a business user as a head-up can be generated, and the outlet reporting message can comprise information such as the business user, the commodity number, the commodity price, the order number, the logistics code, the country of fortune, the customs of reporting and the like.
In some examples, the export report may be obtained by analyzing the cross-border transaction order and the cross-border logistics order through a pre-trained machine learning model, a neural network model or a preset algorithm rule, and at this time, generating the export report using the electric business user as the head-up based on the cross-border transaction order and the cross-border logistics order may include: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a pre-trained machine learning model, a neural network model or a preset algorithm rule, inputting a cross-border transaction order and a cross-border logistics order into the machine learning model or the neural network model to obtain an export declaration message output by the machine learning model or the neural network model, or processing the cross-border transaction order and the cross-border logistics order by utilizing the preset algorithm rule to obtain the export declaration message, so that the generation operation of the export declaration message is effectively realized.
In other examples, since the outlet declaration message is sent to the customs system for 9610 outlet declaration operation, the outlet declaration message often needs to meet the format requirement of the customs system, so that the message format for defining the outlet declaration message can be obtained in order to ensure the quality and efficiency of the outlet declaration operation; and sorting the cross-border transaction order and the cross-border logistics order based on the message format to generate an export declaration message taking a user of the electric business as a head, thereby effectively ensuring the accuracy and reliability of generating the export declaration message.
Step S203: and carrying out export reporting operation of the cargo collecting mode to the sea relation system based on the export reporting message.
After the export declaration message is acquired, export declaration operation of a cargo collecting mode can be performed to the sea relation system based on the export declaration message, wherein the cargo collecting mode is a mode for transporting scattered cargoes in a concentrated manner, in some examples, the export declaration operation of the cargo collecting mode can be realized as export declaration operation of cross-border trade electronic commerce 9610, so that the corresponding export declaration flow can be completed only by triggering the export declaration operation by a user, and in the whole process, fewer processes are required to participate by the user, thereby reducing the error probability of the export declaration operation.
In some examples, the device for reporting the cross-border commodity on the export line in the embodiment is communicatively connected with the customs system, and performs the export reporting operation of the cargo collecting mode to the customs system based on the export reporting message, including: and directly sending the outlet declaration message to the customs system, so that the customs system performs corresponding outlet declaration operation based on the outlet declaration message.
In other examples, the on-line reporting device for cross-border commodities in this embodiment may perform an outlet reporting operation to the customs system through the local electronic port, and since different commodity sending places often correspond to different local electronic ports, the performing, based on the outlet reporting message, the outlet reporting operation of the collection mode to the customs system may include: determining a local electronic port corresponding to the exit declaration message; and carrying out export declaration operation to a customs system based on the local electronic port. Specifically, the export declaration message can be sent to the local electronic port, and after the local electronic port obtains the export declaration message, the export declaration message can be transmitted to the customs system, so that the customs system can perform corresponding export declaration operation based on the export declaration message.
In still other examples, after performing the export declaration operation of the collection mode to the marine system based on the export declaration message, the method in the present embodiment may further include: the export declaration result (which may include the result of successful export declaration or the result of failure export declaration) is obtained, and the export declaration result may be returned to the e-commerce platform and the logistics platform, so that the user of the e-commerce platform and the logistics service of the logistics platform can timely learn about the relevant information of the export declaration.
Similarly, in the process of cross-border transportation of cross-border commodities, the cross-border transportation states corresponding to the cross-border commodities are stored in the e-commerce platform and the logistics platform, so that in order to enable the cross-border transportation states to be updated timely, after the outlet reporting operation of the collection mode is carried out or after the outlet reporting result of the outlet reporting operation is obtained, the states of the cross-border transaction order and the cross-border logistics order can be updated timely, the updated states are obtained, and the timely updating operation of the states is effectively achieved.
In other examples, in order to stably implement the export transportation operation of the cross-border commodity, after the export declaration operation of the collection mode is performed on the sea system based on the export declaration message, the method in this embodiment may further include notifying the logistics server of the logistics platform to perform the sending operation of the cross-border commodity when the export declaration is successful, where the method in this embodiment may further include: when the export declaration is successful, declaration receipt information corresponding to the cross-border transaction order is acquired; and sending commodity sending notification to the logistics platform based on the declaration receipt information, so that a logistics service provider on the logistics platform sends the cross-border commodity to a preset management bin based on the commodity sending notification to carry out export detection operation.
Specifically, when the export reporting operation is performed to the sea system, two reporting results may occur, one reporting result is that the export reporting is successful, and the other reporting result is that the export reporting is failed, when the export reporting is successful, the corresponding commodity export operation may be performed, so that the preset management bin (the supervision warehouse) of the customs system can obtain the cross-border commodity to be exported, when the export reporting result to the sea system is that the export reporting is successful, the customs system may generate reporting receipt information corresponding to the cross-border transaction order, and may return the reporting receipt information to the reporting device on the export line of the cross-border commodity, so that the reporting device on the export line of the cross-border commodity may obtain the reporting receipt information corresponding to the cross-border transaction order, and then may send a commodity sending notification to the logistics platform based on the reporting receipt information.
After the commodity sending notification is obtained by the logistics platform, the cross-border commodity can be sent to the preset management bin based on the commodity sending notification, so that the preset management bin can carry out the outlet detection operation on the received cross-border commodity, and specifically, when the cross-border commodity is obtained by the preset management bin, the cross-border transaction order, the cross-border commodity flow order and the transportation order corresponding to the cross-border commodity are compared and detected; when the cross-border transaction order, the cross-border logistics order and the shipping order are matched, the cross-border commodity is indicated to pass the export detection operation, and the export operation of the cross-border commodity can be allowed; when any two orders in the cross-border transaction order, the cross-border logistics order and the shipping order are not matched, the cross-border commodity does not pass the export detection operation, and the export operation of the cross-border commodity can be forbidden.
For the export declaration operation, not only may a result of successful export declaration be obtained, but also a result of failure in export declaration may be obtained, when the export declaration operation of the cross-border commodity fails, in order to enable the user to timely obtain the reason of the failure in the export declaration, after the export declaration operation of the collection mode is performed to the sea relation system based on the export declaration message, the method in this embodiment may further include: when the outlet reporting fails, acquiring a failure reason of the outlet reporting operation; determining an adjustment strategy corresponding to the failure cause; and carrying out associated display on the failure reasons and the adjustment strategies.
Specifically, when the outlet reporting fails, the pre-trained machine learning model or the neural network model can be utilized to analyze and process the outlet reporting data, so that the failure reason of the outlet reporting operation can be obtained, after the failure reason is determined, a preset processing algorithm or a preset mapping relation can be utilized to determine an adjustment strategy corresponding to the failure reason, so that a user can timely know the failure information of the outlet reporting operation and timely adjust the outlet reporting operation, the failure reason and the adjustment strategy can be associated and displayed, the user can more intuitively check and know the failure reason, and the adjustment operation can be performed on the outlet reporting operation based on the adjustment strategy, thereby being beneficial to improving the success rate of the next outlet reporting operation.
According to the method for reporting the cross-border commodity on the export line, the cross-border transaction order to be processed and the cross-border commodity flow order corresponding to the cross-border transaction order are obtained, then the business user is generated to serve as an export reporting message of a head based on the cross-border transaction order and the cross-border commodity flow order, and the export reporting operation of a cargo collecting mode is carried out to a sea relation system based on the export reporting message, so that the export reporting operation can be rapidly and efficiently realized, the quality and the efficiency of the export reporting operation are improved, excessive interactive operation is not needed by the user in the process of carrying out the export reporting operation, the error probability of the export reporting operation is effectively reduced, the practicability of the method is further improved, and the popularization and the application of the market are facilitated.
FIG. 3 is a schematic flow chart of generating an export report with a consumer user as a head-up based on a cross-border trade order and a cross-border logistics order according to an embodiment of the present invention; on the basis of the above embodiment, referring to fig. 3, for an export report, not only may the export report be obtained through a pre-trained machine learning model or neural network model, but also an export report with a user as a head up may be automatically generated based on a cargo transportation means, and at this time, based on a cross-border transaction order and a cross-border logistics order, the generating an export report with a user as a head up may include:
Step S301: based on the cross-border transaction order and the cross-border stream order, a cargo conveyance for transporting the cross-border commodity is determined.
Specifically, for the cross-border commodity, in order to implement the cross-border transaction operation, a cargo transportation means is often required to perform the cross-border transportation operation on the cross-border commodity, and it should be noted that thousands of commodities can be transported in one cross-border transportation means, where the commodities may include cross-border commodities and/or internal commodities, in order to accurately perform the exit declaration operation on the cross-border commodity, after the cross-border transaction order and the cross-border logistics order are acquired, the cross-border transaction order and the cross-border logistics order may be analyzed, so that the cargo transportation means for transporting the cross-border commodity may be determined, where the cargo transportation means may be a flight, a cargo ship, a transport vehicle, and so on.
In addition, the acquiring transportation means in the present embodiment may be determined by a preset mapping relationship, and at this time, determining the cargo transportation means for transporting the cross-border commodity based on the cross-border transaction order and the cross-border logistics order may include: in the process of transporting and loading the cross-border commodities, the mapping relation between each cross-border commodity and the cargo transportation means can be recorded, and after the cross-border trade order and the cross-border logistics order are acquired, the cargo transportation means for transporting the cross-border commodities can be determined based on the cross-border trade order, the cross-border logistics order and the mapping relation, so that the accuracy and the reliability of determining the cargo transportation means are effectively ensured.
Step S302: and automatically generating an export report by taking the electric user as a head-up based on the cargo transportation means.
Because one cargo transportation means can often carry out transportation operation on a plurality of cross-border commodities, different cross-border commodities can correspond to the same or different E-commerce users, in order to be capable of generating an export report message with each E-commerce user as a head up, after the cargo transportation means is acquired, the export report message with the E-commerce user as the head up can be automatically generated based on the cargo transportation means. Specifically, after the cargo transportation means is obtained, each cross-border commodity carried in the cargo transportation means can be determined, each electric user corresponding to each cross-border commodity is determined, and then each electric user corresponding to each cross-border commodity can be used as a head-up, so that an outlet declaration message corresponding to each electric user can be automatically generated.
In some examples, the cargo transportation means includes a plurality of cross-border commodities, a part of the plurality of cross-border commodities may need to perform an outbound declaration operation, a part of the commodities may not need to perform an outbound declaration operation, and a corresponding outbound declaration message is not required to be generated for the cross-border commodities that do not need to perform the outbound declaration operation, so when the outbound declaration message is generated, the cross-border commodities that need to perform the outbound declaration operation can be identified, and in this case, based on the cargo transportation means, the automatic generation of the outbound declaration message using the electric user as a head-up may include: acquiring at least one target cross-border trade order corresponding to a cargo transportation tool and needing to be subjected to export declaration and a cross-border logistics order corresponding to each target cross-border trade order; determining the E-commerce users corresponding to the at least one target cross-border transaction order respectively; and automatically generating at least one export report with the E-commerce user as a head-up based on the target cross-border transaction order and the cross-border logistics order corresponding to the target cross-border transaction order.
Specifically, when the cross-border commodities are assembled on the cargo transportation means, the corresponding relation between each cross-border commodity (corresponding to the cross-border trade order, the cross-border logistics order and the like) and the cargo transportation means can be recorded, namely, the corresponding relation between each cross-border commodity and the cargo transportation means can be obtained in advance; then, the target cross-border trade orders can be analyzed and processed, so that E-commerce users corresponding to at least one target cross-border trade order can be determined; and automatically generating at least one export report with the E-commerce user as a head-up based on the target cross-border transaction order and the cross-border logistics order corresponding to the target cross-border transaction order.
In some examples, automatically generating the at least one exit declaration with the electric business as the head-up based on the target cross-border trade order and the cross-border logistics order corresponding to the target cross-border trade order may include: acquiring a preset message format for limiting the format of an export declaration message; processing each target cross-border transaction order and the cross-border logistics order corresponding to the target cross-border transaction order based on a preset message format to generate an export declaration message taking an electric business as a head, thereby effectively ensuring the accuracy and reliability of obtaining the export declaration message.
In this embodiment, a cargo conveyance for transporting cross-border commodities is determined based on a cross-border transaction order and a cross-border logistics order, and then an export report using a user as a head-up is automatically generated based on the cargo conveyance, so that the accuracy and reliability of obtaining the export report are effectively ensured, and then the export report operation can be performed based on the export report, which is beneficial to improving the quality and efficiency of the export report operation.
FIG. 4 is a flowchart of another method for reporting cross-border products on an exit line according to an embodiment of the present invention; on the basis of the above embodiment, referring to fig. 4, after acquiring the cross-border transaction order to be processed, the method in this embodiment may further include:
Step S401: it is identified whether an electric business corresponding to the cross-border trade order is a docket user of the customs system.
Step S402: when the electric business user is a filing user, the electric business user is allowed to generate an export report by taking the electric business user as a head-up based on the cross-border transaction order and the cross-border logistics order.
Step S403: when the E-commerce user is a non-filing user, acquiring a filing application request which is provided by the E-commerce user for the customs system, and carrying out export filing operation on the customs system based on the filing application request.
When the electric business user has the export declaration requirement for the customs system, the export declaration operation can be performed for the customs system, and in order to ensure the safety and reliability of the export declaration, the electric business user who has undergone the export declaration operation is only allowed to perform the export declaration operation, and in order to not undergo the export declaration operation, the electric business user is not allowed to perform the export declaration operation. Because the E-commerce users can be record users or non-record users, and because different types of E-commerce users can correspond to different export reporting strategies, after the E-commerce users corresponding to the cross-border transaction orders are acquired, the cross-border transaction orders can be analyzed and processed to identify whether the E-commerce users corresponding to the cross-border transaction orders are record users of the customs system.
In some examples, whether the e-commerce user is a record user can be judged through the record identification, at this time, after the e-commerce user corresponding to the cross-border transaction order is obtained, whether the e-commerce user is the record user can be judged by identifying whether the e-commerce user is the record user or not, and when the e-commerce user is corresponding to the record identification, the e-commerce user is determined to be the record user; and when the E-commerce user does not correspond to the record identification, determining that the E-commerce user is a non-record user.
In other examples, whether the e-commerce user is a record user can be judged through the record identification, whether the e-commerce user is the record user can be judged through whether user registration information corresponding to the e-commerce user exists in the customs system, specifically, after the e-commerce user corresponding to the cross-border transaction order is obtained, the registration user information existing in the customs system can be obtained, whether the registration user information matched with the e-commerce user exists in the registration user information is identified, and if the registration user information exists, the e-commerce user is determined to be the record user; if the user is not present, the E-commerce user is determined to be a non-record user, so that the identification operation on whether the E-commerce user is a record user or not is effectively realized.
When the E-commerce user is determined to be a record user, at the moment, the E-commerce user can legally and reasonably carry out export reporting operation, and then the export online reporting device allowing cross-border commodities can generate an export reporting message with the E-commerce user as a head-up based on the cross-border transaction order and the cross-border logistics order; when the electric business user is determined to be a non-filing user, at this time, the electric business cannot conduct outlet filing operation, in order to achieve the outlet filing operation, the user filing operation can be conducted through an outlet line filing device of the cross-border commodity, specifically, a filing application request of the electric business user for a customs system can be obtained, the outlet filing operation is conducted on the customs system based on the filing application request, namely, the outlet filing operation of the electric business user is completed, and then the electric business user after the outlet filing operation can be allowed to conduct the outlet filing operation, so that the stability and reliability of outlet filing are further improved.
In the embodiment, whether the electric business user corresponding to the cross-border transaction order is a filing user of the customs system is identified, when the electric business user is a filing user, the electric business user is allowed to generate an exit declaration message with the electric business user as a head based on the cross-border transaction order and the cross-border logistics order, when the electric business user is a non-filing user, a filing application request of the electric business user for the customs system is obtained, and exit filing operation is carried out on the customs system based on the filing application request, so that legal exit declaration operation is allowed to be carried out by the filing user when the electric business user is the filing user; when the E-commerce user is not the record user, the exit record operation of the E-commerce user can be performed, so that the E-commerce user after the record operation can perform the exit reporting operation, and the practicability of the method is further improved.
FIG. 5 is a flowchart of a method for reporting on-line of an export of a cross-border commodity according to an embodiment of the present invention; on the basis of any one of the above embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the method for reporting an exit line in this embodiment may not only implement an exit reporting operation, but also implement an order summarizing operation, where the method in this embodiment may further include:
step S501: an order summary request is generated.
When the user has an order summarizing requirement, the on-line declaration device of the cross-border commodity can generate an order summarizing request, and the order summarizing request can comprise an identity (enterprise identity) of the requesting user so as to carry out corresponding order summarizing operation based on the requesting user corresponding to the order summarizing request.
In some examples, the order summary request may be obtained based on a user's request operation, at which point generating the order summary request may include: acquiring summarization reporting operation input by a user; an order summary request is generated based on the summary declaration operation, thereby effectively realizing that the order summary request can be generated based on the response request of the user.
In still other examples, the order summary request may be obtained not only based on a request operation of the user, but also based on a preset order summary period, at which time, the e-commerce user may have preconfigured an order summary period for generating the order summary request, and the order summary period may be 1 month, half month, or 2 months, and so on, and specifically, generating the order summary request may include: acquiring current time information; and when the current time information meets the preset order summarizing period, automatically generating an order summarizing request.
Step S502: an order summary scope corresponding to the order summary request is determined.
Because one e-commerce user may correspond to thousands of cross-border commodities, the cross-border commodities comprise trade commodities implemented in different trade countries in different time ranges, in order to improve quality and efficiency of order summarization operation, after an order summarization request is acquired, the order summarization request may be analyzed to determine an order summarization range corresponding to the order summarization request, where the order summarization range may be a preset time range, a preset logistics service range, a preset destination country range, and the like, the order summarization range may be a preconfigured range, the order summarization range may be stored in a preset area, and the order summarization range corresponding to the order summarization request is acquired by accessing the preset area; alternatively, the order summary range may be obtained based on an interactive operation by the user, at which time, after the order summary request is obtained, a range configuration page may be displayed, an execution operation input by the user in the range configuration page is obtained, and the order summary range corresponding to the order summary request is obtained based on the execution operation.
Step S503: the order summary request and the order summary range are sent to the customs system, so that a customs report list corresponding to the order summary request is obtained through the customs system.
Step S504: and generating target summary information corresponding to the order summary request based on the customs grass list.
After the order summary request and the order summary range are acquired, the order summary request and the order summary range may be sent to the customs system, and after the customs system acquires the order summary request and the order summary range, an order summary operation may be performed based on the order summary request and the order summary range, so that a customs clearance list corresponding to the order summary request may be obtained, where the customs clearance list may include a plurality of customs clearance lists subjected to the export clearance operation. After the customs system acquires the customs bill list, the customs bill list can be returned to the on-outlet reporting device of the cross-border commodity, so that the on-outlet reporting device of the cross-border commodity can stably acquire the customs bill list corresponding to the order summarizing request.
After the customs clearance list is obtained, target summary information corresponding to the order summary request can be generated based on the customs clearance list, wherein the target summary information comprises one or more customs clearance information which corresponds to the order summary range and has undergone an export customs clearance operation, and the one or more customs clearance information can correspond to one or more cross-border commodities.
In still other examples, after generating the target summary information corresponding to the order summary request based on the customs grass list, the method in the present embodiment may further include: generating customs materials based on the target summary information; the customs declaration operation is carried out on the customs system based on the customs declaration material, the customs declaration list returned by the customs system is obtained, and the generated customs declaration list can be used for collecting and tax operation, so that various preferential policies which can be provided by the customs system can be enjoyed by the E-commerce user, and the practicability of the method is further improved.
In this embodiment, an order summary request is generated, an order summary range corresponding to the order summary request is determined, and then the order summary request and the order summary range are sent to a customs system, so that a customs clearance list corresponding to the order summary request is obtained through the customs system, and target summary information corresponding to the order summary request is generated based on the clearance list, so that a user can conveniently perform summary checking and calling operation on each piece of information after summary operation, and can perform application operation of the clearance list based on the summarized target summary information, and after the clearance list is obtained, collection and tax operation can be performed based on the clearance list, thereby further improving the practicability of the method and being beneficial to popularization and application of markets.
In a specific application, referring to fig. 6, taking a flight as an example of a cargo transportation means, the application embodiment provides an all-line online export declaration method for a cross-border e-commerce B2C direct export (9610), where the all-line online export declaration method may be executed by an export online declaration platform, and the export online declaration platform may be integrated in an e-commerce transaction platform, where the export online declaration platform may be communicatively connected with a logistics platform and a local electronic port; or when the online outlet reporting platform is not integrated in the e-commerce transaction platform, the online outlet reporting platform may be communicatively connected with the e-commerce transaction platform, the logistics platform and the local electronic port, and specifically, the method in this embodiment may include the following steps:
step 1: after the e-commerce enterprise (corresponding to the e-commerce user in the above embodiment) on the e-commerce transaction platform completes 9610 the proposal in the customs system, the e-commerce enterprise can inquire a line supporting 9610 the export declaration operation on the export online declaration platform, and obtain a cross-border transaction order through the e-commerce transaction platform, wherein the cross-border transaction order comprises one or more cross-border commodities to be exported and the e-commerce enterprise corresponding to the cross-border commodities.
Specifically, after the on-outlet reporting platform and the logistics platform establish communication connection, the on-outlet reporting platform can obtain, through the logistics platform, logistics service lines that can be provided by each logistics service provider, some logistics service providers can support 9610 the operation of reporting on the outlet, and some logistics service providers cannot support 9610 the operation of reporting on the outlet, so after the on-outlet reporting platform obtains the logistics service lines, whether to support 9610 the operation of reporting on the outlet can be identified based on the logistics service providers corresponding to each logistics service line.
It should be noted that, when the electronic commerce industry generates the cross-border transaction order to be processed through the electronic commerce transaction platform, the logistics platform may provide a plurality of cross-border logistics lines corresponding to the cross-border transaction order, some of the cross-border logistics lines may support 9610 the export declaration operation, some of the cross-border logistics lines may not support 9610 the export declaration operation, and then the selection operation input by the electronic commerce industry for any cross-border logistics line may be obtained, and the target cross-border logistics line corresponding to the cross-border transaction order is determined based on the selection operation, where the target cross-border logistics line may be a line supporting 9610 the export declaration operation.
Step 2: after the cross-border transaction order is received by the online reporting platform, the cross-border logistics order can be determined according to the cross-border transaction order and the nearest commodity warehouse of the electronic commerce enterprise, wherein the cross-border logistics order comprises a logistics service provider.
Step 3: and the physical distribution platform sends a cross-border physical distribution order to the physical distribution service provider, and after the physical distribution service provider receives the cross-border commodity to be exported, the physical size, weight, volume and other information of the cross-border commodity can be returned to the online reporting platform.
Step 4: the online export declaration platform calculates the cross-border transportation expense according to the returned cross-border commodity information and sends the cross-border transportation expense to the e-commerce transaction platform so that the e-commerce business can pay the related cross-border transportation expense through the e-commerce transaction platform.
Step 5: after the e-commerce business completes the payment operation of the cross-border transportation expense, the physical platform may generate a cross-border flow order, which may include payment information and a cross-border transaction order.
Step 6: the export online reporting platform obtains the cross-border transaction order and the cross-border logistics order, and then can carry out inventory reporting operation on all orders needing 9610 export reporting operation according to the flights to generate an export reporting message.
Wherein, the exit declaration may include at least one of the following: commodity information, logistics information and payment information, wherein the commodity information can comprise commodity names, commodity codes and order codes; the logistic information may include shipper information, receiver information, destination country, order number, logistic code, country of fortune, customs declaration, etc., and the payment information may include: commodity price information, offer price information, actual payment price, and the like.
It should be noted that, when the same electronic commerce industry corresponds to a plurality of cross-border transaction orders, it can count all the cross-border transaction orders corresponding to the electronic commerce industry to generate an export report, where the export report includes the order codes and other relevant information corresponding to all the cross-border transaction orders corresponding to the electronic commerce industry.
Step 7: after the cross-border transaction order and the cross-border logistics order are obtained, the cross-border transaction order and the cross-border logistics order corresponding to the cross-border commodity which needs 9610 the export reporting operation can be automatically generated according to a preset message format, and an export reporting message taking the electronic commerce business as a head-up is used.
Step 8: based on the export report message, the export report operation is carried out 9610 through the local electronic port, when the export report operation is successful, a report receipt can be obtained, and a commodity sending notice can be sent to a logistics service provider corresponding to the cross-border logistics order through the logistics platform. When the operation of the export declaration fails, the failure reason of the export declaration can be obtained and displayed.
Step 9: after the logistics service provider on the logistics platform obtains the commodity sending notification, the related commodities needing to be subjected to 9610 outlet reporting operation can be well sorted based on the commodity sending notification, and the cross-border commodities corresponding to the cross-border logistics order are sent to 9610 supervision bins specified by the customs system.
Step 10: after 9610 the regulatory bins receive the cross-border commodity, information is sent to the marine system that the cargo is being transported to the regulatory bins.
Step 11: the customs system obtains the cross-border trade order, the cross-border logistics order and the commodity transportation order, compares the cross-border trade order, the cross-border logistics order and the commodity transportation order, and generates a release instruction after the cross-border trade order, the cross-border logistics order and the commodity transportation order are consistent, so as to release the cross-border commodity; and when the comparison is inconsistent, forbidding export release of the cross-border commodity.
Specifically, when the cross-border trade order, the cross-border logistics order and the commodity transportation order are inconsistent, the customs system can perform an opening detection operation on the received logistics package box corresponding to the cross-border object, and then can adjust at least one order of the cross-border trade order, the cross-border logistics order and the commodity transportation order based on the opening detection result, so that the cross-border trade order, the cross-border logistics order and the commodity transportation order are consistent.
Step 12: and 9610, after receiving the release instruction, the supervision warehouse performs export release operation on the cross-border commodity and synchronizes the cross-border commodity to a logistics company in the logistics platform to indicate that the commodity of the cross-border commodity is in a released state.
Step 13: the logistics company can synchronize the goods state to the online reporting platform through the logistics platform, after the online reporting platform obtains the goods state, the order state of the cross-border transaction order can be updated, and the order state of the cross-border transaction order can be synchronized to an electronic commerce enterprise of the electronic commerce transaction platform.
The online declaration platform of the present application embodiment not only can implement the operation of declaration of the export of the cross-border commodity, but also can implement the operation of summarizing the customs clearance, and at this time, referring to fig. 7, the method in this embodiment may include:
step 21: the electronic commerce enterprise can select an order summarizing range on the export online reporting platform according to a preset summarizing reporting period, and generate a summarizing request based on the order summarizing range, wherein the summarizing request can comprise the electronic commerce enterprise.
The above-mentioned reporting period may be a preset reporting period according to a working week, a reporting period according to a working month, or a reporting period according to a working quarter, and when the current time is a preset reporting period (for example, friday of week, number 3 of month, number 5 of quarter, etc.), the on-line reporting platform may automatically generate a reporting request.
Step 22: the on-line reporting platform may send the aggregate request to the customs system via the local electronic port.
The summary request may include information such as summary scope, business name, declaration customs, destination country, dollars, etc.
Step 23: after receiving the summarizing request, the customs system can automatically generate related customs grasslands according to the list in the summarizing range, and return to the customs grassland list generated after summarizing.
Step 24: the export line reporting platform generates the customs clearance data according to the returned customs clearance list, and can send the customs clearance data to customs clearance lines for customs clearance operation.
