Detailed Description

In order to meet the requirement of stator overhaul, the load of a single lift car and a slide rail is not lower than 500kg, the lift car and a stator are kept at a proper distance (about 20 cm), the highest position of a platform in the lift car is lower than the upper end of a stator bar by about 1.2 m and lower than the lower end of a bar insulation box by about 20cm, so that the influence of ground objects is avoided; in order to ensure that the horizontal pull rod is effectively connected with the annular slide rail, the length of the horizontal pull rod can be adjusted through threads.
The device simplifies and tool structure by the annular slide rail lifting operation vehicle, reduces the space occupied by the tool, realizes light weight of equipment, simplifies the maintenance environment of the stator of the generator set to the greatest extent, effectively reduces the difficulty and the engineering quantity of tool assembly and disassembly, shortens the time required by tool assembly and disassembly, and simultaneously effectively reduces the risks in tool assembly and disassembly and stator maintenance; and moreover, operators can freely translate by means of the annular sliding rail and can vertically move in the car so as to fully utilize the field space to perform construction operation, and the equipment maintenance requirement is met. Meanwhile, the flexibility and the maneuverability of the operation platform are improved, the operation of a single vehicle can be performed according to the field requirements, and the simultaneous operation of multiple vehicles can be performed simultaneously, so that the tool automation is realized.
