Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment of the present invention, a pixel color display method of an LED display panel is provided, including the following steps:
step S1, controlling the same light-emitting component to emit red light, green light and blue light sequentially or alternatively aiming at each pixel; only one light emitting component is arranged for each pixel, and the light emitting component is connected with a driving backboard of the LED display panel through a group of signal wires;
and S2, mixing the red light, the green light and the blue light emitted by the light-emitting component to obtain the color to be displayed by the pixel.
In the present embodiment, the above-described scheme is applied to color display for each pixel of the LED display panel. In the conventional scheme, for color display of each pixel, three light emitting components are required to be connected through three sets of signal lines, the three light emitting components correspondingly emit red light, green light and blue light, and each light emitting component emits light of one color. And mixing red light, green light and blue light emitted by the three light emitting components in the same pixel space to obtain colors corresponding to the pixels and displaying the colors. In the scheme, a plurality of light-emitting components are needed, so that the hardware cost of the IC chip is increased, and the space of the IC chip is restrained; meanwhile, three groups of signal wires are required to be connected, so that wiring stack is caused, wiring difficulty is high, and chip size and cost are increased. In this embodiment, the light emitting components may emit red light, green light and blue light sequentially or alternatively, that is, the order of emitting red light, green light and blue light may be arbitrarily changed. For example, taking the output of 60hz for white light, the red light frequency is emitted for 2.78ms (360 hz) first, the green light frequency is emitted for 1.38ms (720 hz) second, the red light frequency is emitted for 2.78ms (180 hz) second, the blue light is emitted for 5.53ms (180 hz) and the green light is emitted for 4.15ms (240 hz). The sequence of the red light, the green light and the blue light can be changed at will in one lighting period, and the frequencies corresponding to the red light, the green light and the blue light can be adjusted, so that the total lighting time length of the red light, the green light and the blue light in one lighting period is the same.
In the present embodiment, as described in the above step S1, only one light emitting component is provided for each pixel, the light emitting component being connected to the driving back plate (IC chip) of the LED display panel through a set of signal lines; this makes the number of light emitting elements 1/3 of the conventional scheme, and the number of signal lines connecting the light emitting elements 1/3 of the conventional scheme. In the design, the wiring of the panel can be reduced, the wiring layout difficulty is effectively reduced, the space is increased, and the load cost is reduced; the space layout of the LED display panel or the IC driver is flexible, the signal line channels are reduced, and the cost can be greatly reduced under the same condition as the traditional one.
As described in step S2, the red light, the green light and the blue light emitted by the same light emitting component are mixed in a time interval to obtain the color to be displayed by the pixel. Specifically, the display frequency of the pixels of the LED display panel is a first frequency, where the first frequency may be any value, typically 60Hz, and the frequencies of the red light, the green light, and the blue light emitted by the light emitting component are not less than a second frequency, and the second frequency may be any value, typically 180Hz. The frequencies of the light emitting components emitting red light, green light and blue light are generally more than three times of the display frequency of the pixels of the LED display panel, so that the frequencies of the light emitting components emitting red light, green light and blue light can be mixed in a time interval, and the higher the frequencies of the light emitting components emitting red light, green light and blue light are, the better the effect of finally mixing to obtain the display color of the pixels is.
In an embodiment, the light emitting component is a light emitting diode. The light-emitting diode can emit light with three colors, and can adjust the brightness when the light is emitted. By adopting the light emitting diode, only one light emitting diode is needed, so that one pixel can be satisfied, the wiring layout difficulty can be reduced, the space can be increased, and the load cost can be reduced.
In an embodiment, the unit brightness of the red light, the green light and the blue light emitted by the light emitting component is more than X times of the corresponding brightness of the color to be displayed by the pixel. X is an arbitrary number, and is usually 3.
In an embodiment, the step S1 of controlling the same light emitting component to sequentially or alternatively emit red light, green light and blue light includes:
step S101, calculating the red light brightness, the green light brightness and the blue light brightness corresponding to the red light, the green light and the blue light according to the colors required to be displayed by the pixels;
step S102, controlling the same light emitting component to sequentially or alternatively emit red light corresponding to the red light brightness, green light corresponding to the green light brightness, and blue light corresponding to the blue light brightness.
In this embodiment, in order to enable the pixel to correctly display the corresponding color, red light brightness, green light brightness and blue light brightness corresponding to red light, green light and blue light need to be calculated in advance; when the red light brightness, the green light brightness and the blue light brightness corresponding to the red light, the green light and the blue light are different, the obtained pixels display different colors after being mixed. Therefore, the color to be displayed by the pixel can be obtained, and then the red light brightness, the green light brightness and the blue light brightness corresponding to the red light, the green light brightness and the blue light brightness can be obtained through calculation, and then the same light emitting component is controlled to sequentially or alternatively emit the red light corresponding to the red light brightness, the green light corresponding to the green light brightness and the blue light corresponding to the blue light brightness.
In summary, the pixel color display method of the LED display panel provided in the embodiment of the invention includes: for each pixel, controlling the same light-emitting component to sequentially or alternatively emit red light, green light and blue light; only one light emitting component is arranged for each pixel, and the light emitting component is connected with a driving backboard of the LED display panel through a group of signal wires; and mixing the red light, the green light and the blue light emitted by the light emitting component to obtain the color to be displayed by the pixel. According to the invention, only one light emitting component is needed for each pixel, so that the number of signal wires is saved, the wiring layout difficulty of the LED display panel is reduced, and the cost is reduced.
In an embodiment, before the step of controlling the same light emitting component to sequentially or alternatively emit red light, green light and blue light for each pixel, the method further includes:
acquiring control rule data for controlling the light emitting component; the control rule data are used for expressing rules of the light emitting assembly for emitting red light, green light and blue light;
the step of acquiring the control rule data for controlling the light emitting component comprises the following steps of
When receiving the data sequentially sent by the driving chip, the sequentially sent data form a data sequence; one of the above data includes control rule data.
Detecting each data in the data sequence, and detecting the blank data; acquiring the number n of the blank data as a first number; one of the heartbeat packets or one of the files is used as one of the numbers, and is not particularly limited herein.
Detecting driving data contained in the data sequence, and acquiring the quantity of the driving data as a second quantity;
selecting data arranged in an nth bit from the data sequence as target data; the target data are data obtained by encrypting control rule data, and only the target data in the data sequence are encrypted data.
Generating a decryption password based on the first number and the second number; a coding rule is preset, and the first number and the second number are coded into a decryption password.
Decrypting the target data based on the decryption password to obtain control rule data; based on the above control rule data, it is possible to perform control of the order in which the light emitting components emit red light, green light, and blue light. The method can avoid data leakage, and can automatically generate the password without recording the password during decryption.

As described in the above mixing unit, the red light, the green light and the blue light emitted by the same light emitting component are mixed in a time interval, so as to obtain the color to be displayed by the pixel.
