Skin care pad
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical appliances, and particularly relates to a skin care pad.
Background
Clinically, there is a case where a patient is in a sitting state for a long time, in which the risk of pressure sore generation in the buttocks of the patient is large and existing skin inflammation is easily deteriorated while pressure sore generation is performed for a postpartum or postoperative patient, so that there is a need for a cushion for such a patient, and the existing cushion has the following problems:
1. The conventional cushion is mainly integrated, does not have the function of regional pressure adjustment, cannot well realize dynamic pressure adjustment, and still has the risk of pressure sore under long-term contact;
2. The ventilation function of the existing cushion is realized by the loose structure or the material of the cushion, the ventilation direction and the ventilation force cannot be controlled, and when the cushion has the temperature regulation or constant temperature function, the cushion with low ventilation property is particularly easy for patients to generate new dermatitis.
There is therefore a need for a care cushion, in particular a skin care cushion, which is capable of controlling the pressure at the contact site with the patient and ensuring the ventilation effect at constant temperature.

Further, the temperature control assembly further comprises a third control assembly for automatically and/or manually controlling the temperature of the constant temperature structure, and the third control assembly is connected with the constant temperature structure through a wire.
Further, when the pad is placed on a platform parallel to a horizontal plane, the pad has a ring-shaped cross-section in a vertical direction.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. Through setting up controllable decompression unit, make certain decompression unit be in the decompression state when a plurality of decompression units are in initial state for the pressure between the decompression unit that is in the decompression state and the patient position that corresponds thereof reduces, and change the state of other decompression units in proper order after this decompression unit resumes initial state, thereby reach the dynamic regulation and control to patient contact surface pressure, possess fine pressure sore prevention effect.

The first control component comprises a timing regulation structure, a regulation interval is defined to be a minutes, a regulation duration is defined to be b minutes, when the contact duration of one pressure reducing unit with a patient in an initial state reaches a minute, the timing regulation structure controls the pressure reducing unit to be converted into a pressure reducing state at the moment and converts the pressure reducing unit back to the initial state again after b minutes;
The pressure reducing unit is an air bag with an air charging pipeline, the air bag is placed in the placing cavity, the air charging pipeline penetrates through the cushion body and is exposed out of the cushion body, the first control component is connected with the air charging pipelines of all the pressure reducing units outside the cushion body, an air charging device is arranged outside the cushion body and is connected to the first control component through an external connecting pipeline, a one-way valve or a one-way flap is arranged on the external connecting pipeline to prevent gas in the air charging device from being directly output, each air charging pipeline can be inserted into or pulled out of the external connecting pipeline under the control of the first control component, the first control component comprises a plurality of clamping jaws connected with a timer, when the air charging pipeline is inserted into the first control component, the clamping jaws can slide back and forth along the axial direction of the air charging pipeline, and can be sleeved by the clamping jaws after the air charging pipeline is inserted into the first control component, and can be inserted into the external connecting pipeline according to a defined regulation interval, and can be pulled out of the external connecting pipeline after the regulation duration is finished, and the initial state and the pressure reducing state are switched are realized;
when the pressure reducing unit is in a pressure reducing state, the pressure reducing unit is retracted into the placing cavity so that the pressure of the corresponding part of a patient is reduced, vertical holes are vertically formed in the positions of the cushion bodies between the different placing cavities, and the ventilation assembly comprises an air supply structure and a second control assembly, wherein the air supply structure is used for guiding the air flow direction in one direction.
2. A skin care pad according to claim 1, characterized in that the regulation interval of each of the pressure reducing units is the same as the regulation time period, but the time points at which the timing starts are different between different pressure reducing units, so that the different pressure reducing units do not switch between the two states at the same time.
3. A skin care pad according to claim 1, characterized in that each of said placement cavities is composed of at least one cavity unit, said placement cavities being not in communication with each other, said vertical holes being not in communication with said placement cavities by arranging said vertical holes around said placement cavities.
4. The skin care pad of claim 1 wherein the air supply structure is connected to the second control assembly by a wire, the second control assembly is configured to change the direction of the air flow of the air supply structure, the air permeable assembly is in a heat dissipating state when the air supply structure directs the air flow toward the top end of the pad, and the air permeable assembly is in an air permeable state when the air supply structure directs the air flow toward the bottom end of the pad.
5. The skin care pad of claim 1 wherein the temperature control assembly comprises a thermostatic structure disposed on a side of the interior of the pad body proximate the top end.
6. A skin care pad according to claim 5, characterized in that the temperature control assembly further comprises a third control assembly for automatically and/or manually controlling the temperature of the thermostatic structure, the third control assembly being connected to the thermostatic structure by means of wires.
