卫浴部件可以具有液体通道,液体例如水可以经由液体通道被输送到卫浴部件或卫浴设备配件的流出部。液体与卫浴部件的材料接触,使得材料的成分,尤其是材料的合金成分,例如铅,可能被包含在液体中。但由于这些成分可能对健康有害,因而这是不期望的。

该涂层可以包括由镍磷合金构成的第二层。第二层尤其可以直接形成在第一层上。镍磷合金中磷的质量分数尤其可以至少为8%。镍磷合金中磷的质量分数优选为8%至14%,尤其优选为10%至12%。由镍磷合金构成的第二层尤其电解沉积在卫浴部件上。镍磷合金尤其具有防腐蚀功能。因此,镍磷合金在很大程度上防止了卫浴部件的腐蚀并因此改善了腐蚀性能,尤其是具有功能特性的装饰涂层的腐蚀性能。因此,明显减少了由于损坏、未完全封闭的或多孔的涂层而导致的卫浴部件腐蚀,从而避免了构件故障和/或外观缺陷。涂层尤其(视情况除了镍磷合金层外)不具有其他包含镍的层。

具体实施方式
图1以立体图示出卫浴部件1。该卫浴部件1是具有流出部9的配件壳体。流出部9包括流出口10,延伸穿过流出部9的液体通道2汇入该流出口10。液体通道2的内表面3在流出口10的区域中具有图2中所示的涂层4。
图2以剖视图示出了卫浴部件1的液体通道2的内表面3。内表面3涂装有涂层4,该涂层4具有第一层5、第二层6、第三层7和第四层8。在这里提出的本发明的实施变型中,卫浴部件1由黄铜构成,第一层5由铜构成,第二层6由镍磷合金构成,第三层7由铬构成,第四层8由锆化合物构成。
本发明至少可以减少卫浴部件材料的成分向液体中的释放。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于涂装卫浴部件(1)的方法,该方法至少包括以下步骤:
a)提供卫浴部件(1),其中,该卫浴部件(1)具有至少一个液体通道(2);以及
b)对至少一个液体通道(2)的内表面(3)至少部分地涂装涂层(4),其中,该涂层(4)具有包含铜的至少一层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述卫浴部件(1)由铜或铜合金构成。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中,为涂层(4)生成由铜构成的第一层(5)。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中,为涂层(4)生成由镍磷合金构成的第二层(6)。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中,为涂层(4)生成由铬构成的第三层(7)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述第三层(7)的铬由六价或三价铬电解质沉积产生。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中,为涂层(4)生成由锆化合物、铬化合物或钛化合物构成的第四层(8)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述第四层(8)通过物理气相沉积(PVD方法)产生。
9.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其中,为涂层(4)生成由无定形碳(DLC)构成的第四层(8)。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中,在涂层(4)中加工出拉丝结构。
