本发明提供一种麻鸡饲料综合生产自动化加工装置及方法,涉及农业自动化设备技术领域。该麻鸡饲料综合生产自动化加工装置,包括底座,所述底座上端面一侧固定设置有制粒设备,所述底座上端面中点处固定设置有混合搅拌箱。通过把采用细石粉,由于大理石或石子加工厂都有大量的细石粉,可运回晒干直接使用,并用槐树叶替代麦麸,连同营养液进行混合后更加利于发酵反应以及畜牧业饲料的高效吸收,将发酵置于工序的最后,使得发酵的可控性更好,由粉碎、搅拌、混合、营养液混合、发酵、颗粒加工和装袋的制作工序替换传统的先发酵原料,再进行粉碎加工成型,使得预料混合再进行发酵,发酵效果更好,发酵时间更短。

本发明涉及农业自动化设备技术领域,具体为一种麻鸡饲料综合生产自动化加工装置及方法。
背景技术
麻鸡即家养土鸡,因母鸡背羽面点缀着无数芝麻样斑点而得名。为我国活鸡出口的小型肉用鸡之一。麻鸡的特征为三黄、二细、一麻,即脚黄、嘴黄、皮黄;头细、骨细;毛色麻黄。与普通的鸡相比,麻鸡的体型偏小,前躯紧。
进行麻鸡人工养殖时需进行投喂饲料进行养殖,而饲料生产需要对鸡饲料的原料进行加工处理,其常用装置的工序步骤为:发酵—粉碎—搅拌混合—加工—成品,且其传统发酵多采用堆积发酵的方式,发酵过程占用场地多,污染大,随着人工成本的增加及对饲料成品质量要求的提高,研究能自动化生产无抗发酵饲料的生产工艺及高湿度、高水分、液固混合添加系统的特殊设备及其使用方法显得尤为重要。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种麻鸡饲料综合生产自动化加工装置及方法,解决了先发酵导致的后期加工程序中控温与控湿较难,工序繁多复杂,生产控制精准度低,造成了饲料生产品质不稳定的问题。

所述混合搅拌箱与制粒设备之间通过导入管贯通连接,所述混合搅拌箱上端面中点处固定设置有搅动机构,所述混合搅拌箱上端面一侧中点处固定设置有喷淋机构,所述混合搅拌箱内部内壁靠中点处固定设置有倾斜座,所述倾斜座底端中点处开设有出料口且外侧固定设置有电动门,所述混合搅拌箱内部底端面固定设置有发酵池且底端嵌入设置有控温板。

S3.混合发酵
混水后的半成品原料与溶解有混合添加剂的营养液再次混合搅拌,完成搅拌混合后,打开下端的电动门,原料落入下端的发酵池,并通过底端的控温板进行温度控制和发酵;
S4.挤粒成型
发酵后的饲料有导入管导入外侧的制粒设备完成最终饲料的制作成型,最终进行装袋即可。
优选的,所述原料配比为:玉米14%、槐树叶粉14%、豆粕21%、羽毛粉4.7%、蚕蛹粉12%、细石粉10%、马铃薯淀粉4%、植物油4%、动物蛋白质3%、胡萝卜粉4%和曼陀罗粉3%。
优选的,所述营养液包括维诺鸡用多维0.1%、维诺霉清多矿0.1%、维诺复合益生菌0.1%、发酵剂7%和食盐3%。

螺旋输送机构7包括输送外壳701,输送外壳701内部顶端面固定设置有伺服电机702,伺服电机702输出端固定设置有螺旋输送带703,原料由螺旋输送带703向上输送,可根据伺服电机702的调动,进行输送量的和输送速度的调控,同时无需人工手动输送,节约劳动力,使用更方便。
一种麻鸡饲料综合生产自动化加工装置的使用方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1.原料汇入
将固态原料粉碎后由进料口9注入,经进料口9汇入原料箱8,并由螺旋输送机构7送入混合搅拌箱4内;
S2.原料搅动
搅动机构5搅动原料混合,由喷淋机构3外接水管向混合搅拌箱4内进行注入搅拌,随后将试验、维诺鸡用多维、维诺霉清多矿、维诺复合益生菌和发酵剂混入水中后再次由喷淋机构3注入;
S3.混合发酵
混水后的半成品原料与溶解有混合添加剂的营养液再次混合搅拌,完成搅拌混合后,打开下端的电动门15,原料落入下端的发酵池12,并通过底端的控温板16进行温度控制和发酵;
其中发酵池12温度保持在35℃,并进行厌氧发酵10天。
S4.挤粒成型
发酵后的饲料有导入管10导入外侧的制粒设备2完成最终饲料的制作成型,最终进行装袋即可。
原料配比为:玉米14%、槐树叶粉14%、豆粕21%、羽毛粉4.7%、蚕蛹粉12%、细石粉10%、马铃薯淀粉4%、植物油4%、动物蛋白质3%、胡萝卜粉4%和曼陀罗粉3%,营养液包括维诺鸡用多维0.1%、维诺霉清多矿0.1%、维诺复合益生菌0.1%、发酵剂7%和食盐3%。

所述混合搅拌箱(4)与制粒设备(2)之间通过导入管(10)贯通连接,所述混合搅拌箱(4)上端面中点处固定设置有搅动机构(5),所述混合搅拌箱(4)上端面一侧中点处固定设置有喷淋机构(3),所述混合搅拌箱(4)内部内壁靠中点处固定设置有倾斜座(11),所述倾斜座(11)底端中点处开设有出料口(14)且外侧固定设置有电动门(15),所述混合搅拌箱(4)内部底端面固定设置有发酵池(12)且底端嵌入设置有控温板(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种麻鸡饲料综合生产自动化加工装置,其特征在于:所述喷淋机构(3)包括喷淋管(301),所述喷淋管(301)下端面固定设置有喷淋头(302)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种麻鸡饲料综合生产自动化加工装置,其特征在于:所述搅动机构(5)包括防护箱(501),所述防护箱(501)内固定设置有搅动电机(502),所述搅动电机(502)输出端固定设置有转轴(505),所述转轴(505)外侧靠上端固定套设有一号搅动杆(503),所述转轴(505)外侧靠下端固定套设有二号搅动杆(504)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种麻鸡饲料综合生产自动化加工装置,其特征在于:所述一号搅动杆(503)上端面开设有多个滑动槽(13),所述一号搅动杆(503)上端面呈倾斜状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种麻鸡饲料综合生产自动化加工装置,其特征在于:所述螺旋输送机构(7)包括输送外壳(701),所述输送外壳(701)内部顶端面固定设置有伺服电机(702),所述伺服电机(702)输出端固定设置有螺旋输送带(703)。
6.一种麻鸡饲料综合生产自动化加工装置的使用方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
S1.原料汇入
将固态原料粉碎后由进料口(9)注入,经进料口(9)汇入原料箱(8),并由螺旋输送机构(7)送入混合搅拌箱(4)内;
S2.原料搅动
搅动机构(5)搅动原料混合,由喷淋机构(3)外接水管向混合搅拌箱(4)内进行注入搅拌,随后将试验、维诺鸡用多维、维诺霉清多矿、维诺复合益生菌和发酵剂混入水中后再次由喷淋机构(3)注入;
S3.混合发酵
混水后的半成品原料与溶解有混合添加剂的营养液再次混合搅拌,完成搅拌混合后,打开下端的电动门(15),原料落入下端的发酵池(12),并通过底端的控温板(16)进行温度控制和发酵;
S4.挤粒成型
发酵后的饲料有导入管(10)导入外侧的制粒设备(2)完成最终饲料的制作成型,最终进行装袋即可。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种麻鸡饲料综合生产自动化加工装置的使用方法,其特征在于:所述原料配比为:玉米14%、槐树叶粉14%、豆粕21%、羽毛粉4.7%、蚕蛹粉12%、细石粉10%、马铃薯淀粉4%、植物油4%、动物蛋白质3%、胡萝卜粉4%和曼陀罗粉3%。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种麻鸡饲料综合生产自动化加工装置的使用方法,其特征在于:所述营养液包括维诺鸡用多维0.1%、维诺霉清多矿0.1%、维诺复合益生菌0.1%、发酵剂7%和食盐3%。
