Furthermore, the titanium dioxide is rutile type titanium dioxide pigment produced by a chlorination method, so that the covering capacity and the decoration of a system are improved, more importantly, the physical and chemical properties of a coating film can be improved, the chemical stability, the decoloring capacity, the corrosion resistance, the light resistance and the weather resistance are enhanced, the mechanical strength and the adhesive force of the coating film are enhanced, cracking and falling are prevented, ultraviolet rays and moisture are prevented from penetrating, and the service life of a product is prolonged.
Furthermore, the heavy calcium carbonate is 1000 meshes of heavy calcium carbonate, so that the solid content and filling capacity of the system are improved, and a paint film has better tension resistance, crack resistance and thermal stability.
Furthermore, the talcum powder is 1250-mesh hydrous magnesium silicate, so that the solid content and filling capacity of the system are improved, and the shear strength, flexural strength and pressure strength of a paint film are improved.
Further, the kaolin is dehydroxylated modified calcined kaolin.
Further, the anti-settling agent is hydrophilic fumed silica; for example: AEROSIL 200 of desiprame.
Further, the defoaming agent is one or more of modified mineral oil, silicone and modified polysiloxane, and preferably, the defoaming agent is a polyether siloxane copolymer containing fumed silica; for example: di-high TEGO Airex 902W defoamer.
Further, the dispersing agent is one or more of copolymer aqueous solution containing high pigment affinity groups, controlled radical acrylic ester and special high molecular polymer; for example: the di-high TEGO Dispers752W dispersing agent is beneficial to the dispersion of the powder, resin and other production processes, and can help wetting and improve the system stability.
Further, the thickener is one or more of associated polyether polyurethane thickener, bentonite water solution and hectorite clay water solution.
Further, the wetting and leveling agent is an organosilicon gemini structure surfactant; for example: the di-high TEGO Twain 4100 can greatly reduce the surface tension of the water-based paint, and improve the wetting capacity and leveling spreading capacity of the system.
Furthermore, the aqueous single-component high-hardness roller-coating white primer has the viscosity of 80KU/25 ℃, and can be directly used without dilution when being subjected to roller-coating construction.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention adopts acrylic emulsion and polyurethane dispersoid as main film forming matters. The aqueous acrylic emulsion has high glass temperature, higher hardness, higher addition amount of film forming auxiliary agent, higher single use risk and possible anti-adhesion problem, and the addition amount of the film forming auxiliary agent is higher, thus being not environment-friendly. The aqueous polyurethane emulsion has low glass temperature, low hardness and small addition amount of film forming auxiliary agent, is not easy to prepare when being singly used, and can cause problems of skinning, dryness, hardness and the like of the paint reflowing during roller coating. According to the invention, a compounding mode is selected, the acrylic emulsion is used for matching with polyurethane dispersoid, and meanwhile, the associative polyether polyurethane is used for matching, so that the viscosity of the water-based roller white primer under high shearing force is enhanced, more paint can be adsorbed on the surface of the roller, the oil quantity on the coated surface can be increased by more than 20% compared with a conventional product, the fullness of a paint film is greatly improved, and the defects of oily hand feeling, no undercut, sagging and the like are overcome.
Detailed Description
The invention is further described in connection with the following embodiments, but the invention is not limited thereto. The methods, such as those commonly used in the art, referred to herein are not specifically described and the reagents, such as those specifically described, are commercially available.
The invention relates to a water-based single-component high-hardness roller white primer which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
15-25 parts of aqueous acrylic emulsion, 15-25 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 3-4 parts of film-forming assisting solvent, 0.1-0.2 part of PH regulator, 15-20 parts of titanium dioxide, 8-15 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 10-20 parts of talcum powder, 5-10 parts of kaolin, 1-2 parts of anti-settling agent, 0.5-1 part of defoamer, 1.5-2 parts of dispersing agent, 0.5-1 part of wetting leveling agent, 0.8-1.2 parts of thickener and 5-7 parts of deionized water.
The formulation of the components of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3 of the above aqueous one-component roll-on primer are shown in Table 1, and the preparation method is conventional mixing and stirring.

The above examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were sequentially applied to medium density fiberboard according to the 6 steps described in table 2.

The properties of the above examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 after roll coating were tested according to a test method commonly used in the art, and the test results are shown in table 3.

As can be seen from Table 3, examples 1 to 3 can meet the requirements of national standards on basic performances, and the aqueous acrylic emulsion is adopted together with the aqueous polyurethane emulsion as a main film forming material so as to improve the oil quantity on a single roller of a roller coating, so that the paint film on a roller coating plate has better leveling and higher fineness, and the mechanical property of the paint film is enhanced, thereby realizing high hardness and high fullness of the paint film.
It will be understood that the above embodiments are further illustrative of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and that all other modifications and variations which may be obtained without the inventive effort by those skilled in the art are within the scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. The water-based single-component Gao Fengman roller white primer is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
15-25 parts of aqueous acrylic emulsion, 15-25 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 3-4 parts of film-forming assisting solvent, 0.1-0.2 part of PH regulator, 15-20 parts of titanium dioxide, 8-15 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 10-20 parts of talcum powder, 5-10 parts of kaolin, 1-2 parts of anti-settling agent, 0.5-1 part of defoamer, 1.5-2 parts of dispersing agent, 0.5-1 part of wetting leveling agent, 0.8-1.2 parts of thickener and 5-7 parts of deionized water.
2. The aqueous one-component Gao Fengman roll-on white primer of claim 1, wherein the film-forming aiding solvent is one or more of dipropylene glycol methyl ether, dipropylene glycol butyl ether, propylene glycol.
3. The aqueous one-component Gao Fengman roll-on white primer of claim 1, wherein the PH adjuster is an aminomethylpropanol neutralizer.
4. The aqueous one-component Gao Fengman roll-on primer of claim 1, wherein said titanium dioxide is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment.
5. The aqueous one-component Gao Fengman roll-on white primer of claim 1, wherein the kaolin is a dehydroxylated modified calcined kaolin.
6. The aqueous one-component Gao Fengman roller white primer of claim 1, wherein the anti-settling agent is one or more of hydrophilic fumed silica, dispersed hectorite clay, layered silicate.
7. The aqueous one-component Gao Fengman roll-on white primer of claim 1, wherein the defoamer is a fumed silica-containing polyether siloxane copolymer.
8. The aqueous one-component Gao Fengman roller white primer of claim 1, wherein the dispersant is tego dispers752W.
9. The aqueous one-component Gao Fengman roll-on white primer of claim 1, wherein the wetting and leveling agent is one or more of a silicone gemini surfactant, a silicone polyether copolymer, a silicone anionic surfactant, a silicone nonionic surfactant.
10. The aqueous one-component Gao Fengman roller white primer of claim 1, wherein the thickener is an associative polyether polyurethane thickener.
