Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of dye technology, and more specifically, to disperse dye compositions, disperse dyes, and methods for preparing and using the same.
Background
The disperse dye has simple structure and low water solubility, most of the disperse dye belongs to azo, and mainly exists in a dispersion state of tiny particles in a dye bath, and the dye is uniformly dispersed in the dye liquid by a dispersing agent during dyeing to dye the fiber. The surfactant is an organic compound which can reduce the surface tension of the solution by adding a small amount, has the functions of dispersing, wetting, penetrating, solubilizing, emulsifying and the like, and the textile dyeing and finishing auxiliary is mostly composed of the surfactant. The surfactant is used in the printing and dyeing process, and can solubilize and emulsify azo dye in water body, so that the solubility of organic matters mixed with the azo dye is increased or colloid particles with certain dispersibility are formed.
The selection of the surfactant in the dye is also important, and one of the ideas is to improve and selectively match the surfactant in order to enhance the performance of the disperse dye composition.

the content of the component A is 15-28% based on 100% of the total mass of the disperse dye composition; the content of the component B is 15-28%; the content of the compound surfactant composition is 44-75%.
2. The disperse dye composition according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the modified gelatin comprises the following steps: swelling gelatin with water, dissolving completely, adding alkaline solution and epoxy quaternary ammonium salt, and reacting.
3. A disperse dye composition according to claim 2, wherein the ratio of gelatin to water is 1g: 20-50 ml.
4. A disperse dye composition according to claim 1, further comprising an inorganic salt, wherein the inorganic salt is added in an amount of 0.5-5% by weight of the disperse dye composition.
5. A disperse dye composition according to claim 4, characterized in that the inorganic salt comprises sodium chloride and/or sodium sulphate.
6. Disperse dye, characterized in that it comprises a disperse dye composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, an auxiliary agent and water.
7. A disperse dye according to claim 6, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises one or a combination of two or more of a bactericide, a dispersant, a dispersing agent and a dyeing auxiliary agent.
8. The disperse dye according to claim 7, wherein the dispersant comprises one or a combination of two or more of naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, lignin sulfonate, and anhydrous sodium sulfate.
9. A process for the preparation of a disperse dye according to any one of claims 3 to 8, characterized in that the steps comprise: in the presence of an auxiliary agent, carrying out granulation treatment on each dye component by using a pulverizer; or the dye components are respectively subjected to granulation treatment by a pulverizer in the presence of an auxiliary agent, and then are mixed.
10. Use of a disperse dye according to any one of claims 3 to 8 for at least one of dyeing and printing fabrics.
