Specifically, whether a tool mobile phone can be borrowed or not is judged by monitoring state signals of all mobile phone storage positions of the mobile phone automatic distribution cabinet; when judging that the mobile phone with the tool can be borrowed, at least one mobile phone storage position in all mobile phone storage positions is provided with the tool mobile phone, namely, the state signal of the mobile phone storage position is a third state signal at the moment, and a charging part of the mobile phone storage position is connected with the mobile phone to execute charging operation; when judging that the mobile phone with the tool can be borrowed or not, all mobile phone storage positions are not provided with the tool mobile phone, namely, the state signals of all mobile phone storage positions are the fourth state signals, the charging part of the mobile phone storage positions is disconnected with the mobile phone, and the power-off operation is executed.
If the tool mobile phone is judged to be borrowed, a reminding signal is sent out to remind a user that the tool mobile phone in the automatic mobile phone distribution cabinet is available for borrowing.
If yes, storing the borrowed user information, randomly selecting a borrowed mobile phone storage position according to the monitored state signals of all mobile phone storage positions, and binding the borrowed user information stored in the system with the mobile phone of the mobile phone storage position; sending a locking mechanism control signal to control a cabinet door electromagnetic lock of the mobile phone storage position to be powered off to perform unlocking operation, so that a user can take away the mobile phone at the mobile phone storage position; and monitoring a status signal of a cell phone storage location corresponding to the borrowed user information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the setting rules in step S3 include a first setting rule of a mobile phone borrowing process, including the following steps:
s31: judging whether the execution operation of the mobile phone storage position accords with a first setting rule according to the state signal of the mobile phone storage position;
s32: if yes, judging that the mobile phone of the mobile phone storage position is borrowed, and sending a call transfer instruction according to borrowed user information; if not, judging that the mobile phone of the mobile phone storage position is not taken out, sending out a reminding signal according to a set time interval, continuously monitoring the state signal of the mobile phone storage position, judging whether the execution operation of the mobile phone storage position accords with a first set rule, and judging yes.
Specifically, the first setting rule refers to that the locking mechanism of the mobile phone storage position triggers the second state signal, and when the locking mechanism of the mobile phone storage position triggers the second state signal, the charging component of the mobile phone storage position triggers the fourth state signal; that is, the charging unit of the mobile phone storage location performs the power-off operation first, and the locking mechanism performs the locking operation. The mobile phone cabinet aims to solve the problem of human error caused by closing the cabinet door of the automatic dispensing cabinet when a user borrows a mobile phone and does not take out the mobile phone which is a tool of a mobile phone storage position.
If the executing operation of the mobile phone storage position is judged to be in accordance with the first rule, judging that the tool mobile phone of the mobile phone storage position is taken out. In order to solve the problem that a user borrows a tool mobile phone which cannot communicate with a personal mobile phone, so that a phone call to the personal mobile phone cannot be transferred to the tool mobile phone to be missed, after the tool mobile phone of the mobile phone storage position is judged to be taken out, a system can send a call transfer instruction according to the borrowed user information. The call transfer instruction is transmitted to the standard interface of the background management system of the operator through the data special line circuit of the operator, and the call transfer setting is carried out on the personal mobile phone borrowing the user information. The operator data special line circuit is connected with a server of the automatic mobile phone distribution cabinet.
After the call transfer setting, the telephone dialed to the user's personal mobile phone will be transferred to the tool mobile phone bound with the borrowed user information, thus solving the problem of missed call when the user enters the power plant radiation control area.
If the execution operation of the mobile phone storage position is judged to be in accordance with the first setting rule, judging that the tool mobile phone of the mobile phone storage position is not taken out; sending an unlocking mechanism control signal to control the unlocking mechanism to execute unlocking operation, and sending a reminding signal according to a set time interval to remind a user of taking away the tool mobile phone; and continuously monitoring the state signal of the mobile phone storage position, judging whether the execution operation of the mobile phone storage position accords with a first setting rule, and judging that the tool mobile phone of the mobile phone storage position is not taken out until the mobile phone storage position is judged to be in the first setting rule.
