The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent card printing, in particular to card printing equipment.
Background
The smart card may be used to store identity information or the like associated with the cardholder. In the market, smart cards are increasingly used in a variety of usage scenarios, such as driver license, identification card, etc. The smart card has two-dimensional code, time, date, text, number, LOGO, pattern and other types of identification information. The identification information is usually printed on the smart card by using card printing equipment, and the traditional printing process includes screen printing, code spraying and the like.
The existing jet printing equipment comprises a controller, a feeding area, a conveying device, a printing area, a positioning area and the like, printing of products can be achieved, but the jet printing equipment cannot identify whether defective products exist or not, namely, a smart card which cannot be identified exists, so that the defective products flow into the next process, and waste of resources can be caused when the inkjet printing and post-treatment process are carried out on the defective products.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide card printing equipment which can identify and screen out bad products, occupies small space and has a simpler structure.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the card printing device comprises a machine base, a printing device and a conveying device, wherein the printing device and the conveying device are arranged on the machine base, the conveying device comprises a conveying belt, the conveying belt can convey in a first horizontal direction, the conveying belt is provided with a printing area, the printing device comprises a printing head, the printing head is located above the printing area, the conveying belt is provided with a recognition area and a waste sorting area, the recognition area and the waste sorting area are arranged along the conveying direction of the conveying belt, the recognition area is located on the upstream side of the printing area, the card printing device further comprises a sorting device and a recognizer, the recognizer is located at the recognition area, the sorting device is located at the waste sorting area, and the sorting device can pick out defective products which cannot be recognized by the recognizer.
From the above, the identifier identifies the card to be processed on the conveying device, if the identifier fails to identify the card, the card is defective, and the sorting device moves the defective on the conveying device into the waste frame. Can effectually pick out the defective products, the defective products then can not by the printing, can effectually save the resource, promotes the production yield greatly.
Further scheme is, card lithography apparatus still includes the waste material frame, and the waste material frame is located the top in waste material letter sorting district, and the diapire and the conveyer belt interval arrangement of waste material frame are in order to form the yields passageway, and sorting device removes the defective products to the waste material frame in, can be passed through from the yields passageway by the yields of recognizer discernment.
From the above, the waste frame is positioned right above the conveying belts and forms a passage for good products to pass through between the conveying belts, so that the occupied space is effectively reduced.
Further scheme is, sorting device includes drive mechanism and climbing mechanism, and drive mechanism is located climbing mechanism's top, and the waste material mouth has been seted up to waste material frame one side that is close to drive mechanism, and drive mechanism passes through waste material mouth with the ejecting defective products of climbing mechanism and conveys to the waste material frame in.
The waste material conveying device comprises a waste material conveying device, a waste material conveying device and a waste material conveying device, and is characterized in that the transmission mechanism comprises a transmission motor, an upper transmission assembly and a lower transmission assembly, a transmission channel is arranged between the upper transmission assembly and the lower transmission assembly, the transmission motor drives the upper transmission assembly and/or the lower transmission assembly to convey towards a waste material port, the transmission channel comprises an upstream channel end and a downstream channel end, the jacking mechanism is arranged close to the upstream channel end, the waste material frame is arranged close to the downstream channel end, and the downstream channel end is opposite to the waste material port.

From the top, jack-up the defective products through the top face on ejection piece top, the defective products is conveyed to the waste material frame by drive belt and second driving roller with the drive belt contact, and conveying channel slope sets up, and the upstream channel end is close to the conveyer belt for the downstream channel end, effectively promotes the volume of waste material frame, holds more waste materials.
Further scheme is, printing device includes tilting mechanism and two printing mechanisms, and tilting mechanism is located between two printing mechanisms on first horizontal direction, and tilting mechanism includes tilting motor, lifting unit and clamping assembly, and lifting unit drives tilting motor and clamping assembly and removes along vertical direction, and tilting motor drive clamping assembly overturns.
From the above, through the tilting mechanism that sets up, make positive and negative two sides printing.
Further, the printing mechanism further includes a curing mechanism, and the curing mechanism is located on a downstream side of the printing head in the conveying direction. The card printing apparatus further comprises an exhaust gas treatment device, wherein an exhaust port of the exhaust gas treatment device is arranged close to the curing mechanism or the printing head.
Therefore, the set curing mechanism can effectively and rapidly shape the marks of related products, and prevent the marks from being scratched in the production process. Through the exhaust treatment device that sets up, can effectually reduce poisonous and harmful gas emission when printing the printing mechanism and carry out printing.
The card printing equipment further comprises a feeding device and a feeding device, wherein the feeding device is arranged on the machine base and located at the identification area, the feeding device is arranged at the feeding end of the conveying belt and close to the feeding device, the feeding device acts between the feeding device and the conveying belt, the feeding device comprises a base and a feeding mechanism, and the feeding mechanism is arranged on the base.
From the above, the feeding device and the feeding device can automatically feed and feed, so that the automation level is effectively improved, and the labor is greatly saved.

From the above, can carry out the feed supplement automatically through the feed supplement mechanism that sets up, when the material inductor did not detect the induction port and have the material, push pedal driving piece drive push pedal was along vertical direction removal, until the material is detected by the material inductor. The feeding driving mechanism can drive the multi-feeding assembly to move along the second horizontal direction, so that more materials can be stored, and the production is convenient.
Further scheme is, loading attachment includes feed driving mechanism and more than two feed mechanism, and each feed mechanism arranges along first horizontal direction, and each feed mechanism all includes sucking disc actuating mechanism and sucking disc, and sucking disc actuating mechanism drives the sucking disc and removes along vertical direction.
From the above, through a plurality of feed mechanisms that set up, can snatch the material simultaneously on putting the conveyer belt in proper order from the storage frame, promoted work efficiency greatly.
In summary, the card printing device provided by the scheme can pick intelligent cards which cannot be identified, effectively saves resources, and occupies small space.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the card printing apparatus provided in this embodiment includes a base 1, a printing device 4, a conveying device 3, an exhaust gas treatment device 22, a loading device 5, a sorting device 2, a waste frame 21, a feeding device 6, and five identifiers 20. The printing device 4, the conveying device 3, the feeding device 5, the sorting device 2 and the waste frame 21 are all arranged on the machine base 1. The conveying device 3 includes a conveying driving mechanism 11 and a conveying belt 12, the conveying driving mechanism 11 drives the conveying belt 12 to convey in a first horizontal direction, and a recognition area 120, a printing area 121 and a waste sorting area 122 which are sequentially arranged in the conveying direction of the conveying belt 12 are provided on the conveying belt 12. The conveying direction is parallel to the first horizontal direction. The five identifiers 20 are arranged along the first horizontal direction, the identifiers 20 are used for reading data on the smart card, and if the data on the smart card can be read, the smart card is good, and if the smart card cannot be read, the smart card is bad.
Referring to fig. 6, the printing apparatus 4 includes a reversing mechanism 14 and two printing mechanisms 15, the reversing mechanism 14 being located between the two printing mechanisms 15 in a first horizontal direction, the printing mechanism 15 including a print head 150 and a curing mechanism 151, the print head 150 and the curing mechanism 151 being both located above the printing region 121, the curing mechanism 151 being located on a downstream side of the print head 150 in a conveying direction. The spray material of the print head 150 may be UV varnish or the like, and the curing mechanism 151 may be a UV curing lamp or the like.
Referring to fig. 7, the turnover mechanism 14 includes a lifting assembly 140, a turnover motor 141 and a clamping assembly 142, the lifting assembly 140 is a lifting cylinder, the lifting cylinder drives the turnover motor 141 and the clamping assembly 142 to move in a vertical direction, the turnover motor 141 drives the clamping assembly 142 to rotate to turn over a product, and the clamping assembly 142 includes a card holder 143 and a clamping driving member (not shown in the drawing), and the clamping driving member drives the card holder 143 to clamp and unclamp the product.
The printing apparatus 4 further includes an adjusting mechanism 13, where the adjusting mechanism 13 may be a turntable 130 and a screw (not shown in the drawings), and the printing mechanism 15 is screwed to the screw, and after the turntable 130 is rotated, the screw rotates and drives the printing mechanism 15 to move toward or away from the conveyor belt 12 in the vertical direction. Alternatively, the screw may be driven to rotate in a motor-driven manner to achieve automation.
Five recognizers 20 are located at the recognition area 120, the sorting device 2 comprises a transmission mechanism 10 and a jacking mechanism 9, the transmission mechanism 10 and the waste frame 21 are located above the waste sorting area 122, and the jacking mechanism 9 is located below the transmission mechanism 10. The waste frame 21 is provided with a waste port 210 on one side close to the transmission mechanism 10, the bottom wall of the waste frame 21 and the conveying belt 12 are arranged at intervals to form a good product channel 211, defective products are moved into the waste frame 21 by the sorting device 2, and the good products are conveyed through the good product channel 211.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5 in detail, the elevation mechanism 9 includes an elevation driving member 90 and an elevation member 91, the elevation member 91 includes a first elevation arm 910 and a second elevation arm 911 extending in a vertical direction, the first and second elevation arms 910 and 911 being opposed in a width direction of the conveyor belt 12, and a distance between the first and second elevation arms 910 and 911 being larger than a width of the conveyor belt 12. The tips of the first and second ejector arms 910, 911 each have an ejector face 912.
The transmission mechanism 10 includes a transmission motor 100, an upper transmission assembly 101, and a lower transmission assembly 103. The upper transmission assembly 101 includes two first transmission rollers 104 and a transmission belt 105, and the lift driving member 90 drives the ejector member 91 to move in the vertical direction so as to protrude out of the housing 1 to be close to the transmission belt 105. The driving belt 105 is connected to the two first driving rollers 104, the first driving roller 104 near the waste port 210 is higher than the first driving roller far away from the waste port 210, the lower driving assembly 103 comprises a second driving roller 106, a plane of the ejection surface 912 is tangential to the second driving roller 106, and a conveying channel 102 is defined between the second driving roller 106 and the driving belt 105 and the plane of the ejection surface 912. The conveying path 102 includes an upstream path end, near which the lifting mechanism 9 is disposed, and a downstream path end, near which the waste frame 21 is disposed, opposite to the waste port 210. The transfer channels 102 are disposed obliquely from bottom to top from an upstream channel end to a downstream channel end, the upstream channel end being adjacent to the conveyor belt 12 relative to the downstream channel end. The driving motor 100 drives the first driving roller 104 to rotate so that the driving belt 105 is conveyed toward the waste port 210. Or the driving motor 100 may drive the first driving roller 104 and the second driving roller 106 to rotate at the same time, and the rotation directions of the first driving roller 104 and the second driving roller 106 are opposite.
Alternatively, the lower transmission assembly may also include two second transmission rollers, between which a transmission belt is connected.
When the defective products identified by the identifier 20 on the conveyor belt 12 enter the waste sorting area 122 and pass right above the jacking mechanism 9, the jacking driving member 90 drives the jacking member 91 to vertically move and jack up the defective products so as to enable the defective products to be in contact with the conveyor belt 105, and after the defective products are in contact with the conveyor belt 105, the defective products are conveyed into the storage frame 191 by the conveyor belt 105 and the second driving roller 106.
The exhaust treatment device 22 includes an exhaust fan (not shown) and an air duct 220 connected to the exhaust fan, the air inlet of the air duct 220 being positioned adjacent to the curing light or print head 150.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 in detail and referring to fig. 8, the feeding device 5 is disposed on the base 1 and is located at the identification area 120, the feeding device 6 is disposed at a feeding end of the conveying belt 12, the feeding device 5 is disposed near the feeding device 6, the feeding device 6 includes a base 18, a feeding driving mechanism (not shown in the drawing) and two feeding mechanisms 19, each feeding mechanism 19 is disposed along a second horizontal direction, the two feeding mechanisms 19 are both disposed on the base 18, the feeding driving mechanism drives the two feeding mechanisms 19 to move on a guide rail (not shown in the drawing) of the base 18 along the second horizontal direction, and the feeding driving mechanism may be a motor, a screw driven by the motor, or other existing driving mechanisms. The first horizontal direction is perpendicular to the second horizontal direction. Each feeding mechanism 19 includes a push plate driving member 190, a storage frame 191, a material sensor 192 and a push plate 193, the push plate 193 is disposed in the storage frame 191, the push plate driving member 190 includes a push plate motor (not shown in the figure), a push plate driving belt 194 and two push plate driving rollers 195, the two push plate driving rollers 195 are arranged in a vertical direction, the push plate driving belt 194 is connected to the two push plate driving rollers 195, the push plate 193 is fixedly connected with the push plate driving belt 194, and the push plate motor drives the push plate driving rollers 195 to rotate so that the push plate driving belt 194 drives the push plate 193 to move in the vertical direction. The side wall of the material storage frame 191 is provided with a sensing opening 196, and the sensing end of the material sensor 192 is arranged opposite to the sensing opening 196. When the material sensor 192 does not detect the material of the sensing port 196, the pusher plate driving member 190 drives the pusher plate 193 to move in the vertical direction until the material in the material storage frame 191 is detected by the material sensor 192.
The feeding device 5 comprises a feeding driving mechanism 16 and two feeding mechanisms 17, the two feeding mechanisms 17 are arranged along a first horizontal direction, the feeding driving mechanism 16 drives the two feeding mechanisms 17 to move along the first horizontal direction, the feeding driving mechanism 16 comprises a feeding driving motor (not shown in the figure), two feeding driving rollers 160 arranged along the first horizontal direction and a feeding driving belt 161 connected between the two feeding driving rollers 160, the feeding driving motor drives the feeding driving rollers 160 to rotate, the feeding driving belt 161 is driven along the first horizontal direction, each feeding mechanism 17 comprises a sucker driving mechanism 170 and a sucker 171, and the sucker 171 is arranged at the driving end of the sucker driving mechanism 170. The chuck drive mechanism 170 includes an air cylinder, but may be an existing drive mechanism.
Optionally, the number of the feeding mechanisms is at least one, and the number of the feeding mechanisms is at least one.
When the material sensor 192 detects the material, the sucker driving mechanism 170 drives the sucker 171 to suck the material in the material storage frame 191, the feeding driving mechanism 16 moves the feeding mechanism 17 to the upper side of the conveying belt 12, the sucker driving mechanism 170 places the material on the conveying belt 12, the material enters the printing area 121 after being identified by the identifier 20, if the identifier 20 cannot identify the material, the material is judged to be defective and is not printed, the defective is moved to the waste sorting area 122 and then conveyed into the waste frame 21, if the material is good, the printing mechanism 15 on the upstream side firstly prints and solidifies one surface of the good, then the turnover mechanism 14 clamps the good on the conveying belt 12 to ascend and turn over and then descend back to the conveying belt 12, and then the printing mechanism 15 on the downstream side prints and solidifies the other surface of the good, and finally the material is conveyed through the good product channel 211 via the conveying belt 12. Alternatively, the waste sorting area 122 is located between the identification area 120 and the printing area 121, and after the material has been identified by the identifier 20, it is first transferred directly by the sorting device 2 into the waste frame 21.
In summary, the card printing equipment disclosed by the invention can pick out intelligent cards which cannot be identified, prevent defective products from being produced, effectively save resources, and is simple in structure and small in occupied space.
It should be noted that the foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the design concept of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any insubstantial modifications made to the present invention by using the concept fall within the scope of the present invention.
