Background
The chip opening cap is called chip opening, the surface layer material of the packaged integrated circuit chip is removed by using high-power high-energy laser beams to sweep, the surface layer material is etched layer by layer in a physical mode according to a preset track until the metal antenna structure inside the chip is exposed, and materials are prepared for subsequent chip failure analysis, so that a detector can conveniently test the reliability and the performance of the chip.
The chip is generally welded on the base island, the circuit on the chip is bonded with an external pin through a bonding wire or a metal belt (an aluminum belt and a copper belt), after the plastic package body is removed by opening the cap, the chip needs to be moved frequently and is easy to break from the bonding wire or a bonding node, in order to avoid the breaking condition, the lower parts of the pin and the base island are commonly welded to a copper sheet through a soldering mode in the prior art, and thus, the copper sheet can be moved during the subsequent movement;

Referring to fig. 2-3, the invention discloses a chip cap opening pretreatment welding auxiliary device, which comprises a base 1, wherein a support column 101 is arranged on the base 1, the tail end of the support column 101 is connected with a welding seat 102, in one implementation of the embodiment, the support column 101 can be fixed with the base 1 or the welding seat 102 in a welding or bolting mode, and can also be integrally formed by adopting a mold, so that the device is not limited;
a heating plate 2 for heating the copper sheet is arranged on the welding seat 102; specifically, in this embodiment, the heating plate 2 is an electric heating device, and the heating temperature of the electric heating plate 2 ranges from 320 ℃ to 400 ℃, so that tin wires can be effectively melted;

On the basis of embodiment 1, referring to fig. 4, the pressing module includes a pressing block arranged on one side of the welding seat 102, wherein one side of the pressing block extends onto the heating plate 2, and the other side of the pressing block is connected with the elastic module; specifically, a handle 506 is further arranged on the pressing block, before the copper plate 3 is placed on the heating plate 2 in the practical application process, the pressing block is pulled to move towards the direction away from the heating plate 2 through the handle 506, at the moment, the elastic module has elastic storage force, after the copper plate 3 is placed, the handle 506 is loosened, the elastic module drives the pressing block to move towards the direction of the heating plate 2 under the action of elastic force, and the part of the copper plate 3 extending above the heating plate 2 can be pressed on the heating plate 2 for fixing;
