Detailed Description
The invention is further described in detail below in connection with the detailed description.
The blower is shown in fig. 1, the front part 1 of the blower is provided with an air outlet 100, the rear part 2 of the blower is provided with an air inlet 200, the rear part 2 of the blower comprises a front butt joint part 21 and a rear butt joint part 22 which are in butt joint, the front butt joint part 21 and the rear butt joint part 22 are made of PC materials, and the rear end 212 of the front butt joint part 21 is in butt joint installation with the front end 221 of the rear butt joint part 22. The side surface of the front end 221 of the rear abutting portion 22 is provided with an annular clamping groove 20 surrounding the side surface, the front wall 201 of the clamping groove 20 is positioned on the rear end wall of the front abutting portion 21, the rear wall 202 of the clamping groove 20 is positioned on the rear abutting portion 22, and a straight line (L-L in FIG. 8) of the rear wall 202 of the clamping groove 20 along the front-rear direction is led to the front wall 201 of the clamping groove 20. The hair dryer is provided with a handle 5 for being held by a person, and the user can blow in various postures after holding the handle 5. The blower sometimes needs to be blown in a posture with the front portion 1 being up and the rear portion 2 being down, see fig. 1 and 2, when the front wall 201 of the card slot 20 is up and the rear wall 202 is down. The user can keep the blower in the above-described posture by hand and clamp the rear portion 2 of the blower into the opening 31 of the U-shaped bracket 3 while clamping the support arm 32 of the U-shaped bracket 3 into the clamping groove 20. When the blower rear part 2 receives an upward external force, the blower rear part 2 is not easy to slide upwards and fall out of the opening 31 because the rear wall 202 of the clamping groove 20 is blocked by the U-shaped bracket 3, and the blower is not easy to fall from the U-shaped bracket 3.
Referring to fig. 3, since the front docking portion 21 and the rear docking portion 22 are butt-mounted, a manufacturer can manufacture the front docking portion 21 and the rear docking portion 22 separately and then dock the two together. Referring to fig. 1, since the card slot 20 is located at the front end 221 of the rear docking portion 22, the card slot 20 does not affect the front-rear movement of the front docking portion 21 to perform the demolding when the front docking portion 21 is manufactured by a manufacturer using a mold. When the manufacturer uses the mold to manufacture the rear docking portion 22, the mold (not shown) is correspondingly designed to have a protrusion protruding into the card slot 20. Since the front docking portion 21 and the rear docking portion 22 are manufactured separately, the front docking portion 21 does not dock the rear docking portion 22 yet during the process of manufacturing the rear docking portion 22 by the manufacturer using the mold, and since the front wall 201 of the card slot 20 is located on the front docking portion 21, the card slot 20 of the rear docking portion 22 is temporarily provided with no front wall 201 in the case where the front docking portion 21 does not dock the rear docking portion 22. Since the rear wall 202 of the clamping groove 20 is directly connected to the front wall 201 along a straight line in the front-rear direction, and the clamping groove 20 of the rear butt joint part 22 is temporarily not provided with the front wall 201, the protruding part of the mold can be pulled out of the clamping groove 20 along the straight line, in other words, after the manufacturer finishes manufacturing the rear butt joint part 22 by using the mold, the rear butt joint part 22 is not blocked by the protruding part of the mold, and can move backwards to release the mold, so that the blower is convenient to manufacture.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the front and rear abutting portions 21 and 22 are both made of PC material, and are elastically deformable elastic abutting portions. The rear end wall 212 of the front abutting portion 21 is provided with a round abutting hole 213 in the front-rear direction, and the wall of the abutting hole 213 laterally extends out of the first buckling block 211. The front end 221 of the rear docking portion 22 protrudes into the docking hole 213, and a side surface thereof is a cylindrical surface and laterally protrudes with a second catching piece 222. Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 10, the front and rear docking portions 21 and 22 are adjacent to each other, and then the first and second fastening blocks 211 and 222 are pushed against each other, so that the front and rear docking portions 21 and 22 are elastically deformed, and the second fastening block 222 passes over and fastens the first fastening block 211, so that the front and rear docking portions 21 and 22 are butt-mounted together in a fastening manner. The side surface of the rear end 221 of the rear docking portion 22 laterally extends out of the limiting portion 223, and in a state that the second fastening block 222 fastens the first fastening block 211, the rear end 212 of the front docking portion 21 abuts against the limiting portion 223, so that the front and rear docking portions 21 and 22 cannot continue to approach. Referring to fig. 4 and 6, a limiting groove 224 is formed on the front end 221 side surface of the rear abutting portion 22, and the notch of the limiting groove 224 faces the rear end 212 of the front abutting portion 21. A limiting block 214 laterally extends out of the wall of the butt joint hole 213. The stopper 214 is aligned with and approaches the stopper groove 224 during the approaching of the front and rear butting portions 21, 22 to each other. In a state that the second fastening block 222 fastens the first fastening block 211, the stopper 214 extends into the stopper groove 224 to block the sidewall of the stopper groove 224, so that the rear end 212 of the front docking portion 21 and the front end 221 of the rear docking portion 22 cannot rotate relatively around the axis in the front-rear direction.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the rear end wall of the front abutting portion 21 is provided with an annular mounting groove 216 surrounding the abutting hole 213, the notch of the mounting groove 216 faces rearward, the inner annular wall of the mounting groove 216 is provided with an inner clamping block 261, the outer annular wall is provided with an outer clamping block 262, and the bottom of the groove is provided with a positioning insertion hole 263. The blower is provided with an annular display screen 215, the display screen 215 is provided with pins 253 extending forwards, and the pins 253 and the front butt joint part 21 are made of thermoplastic PC materials. The installer aligns the pins 253 of the display screen 215 and inserts them into the positioning insertion holes 263, after insertion, the screen of the display screen 215 faces rearward, and the display screen 215 is inserted into the mounting groove 216 of the rear end wall of the front docking portion 21 and is clamped between the inner clamping block 261 and the outer clamping block 263, and surrounds the docking hole 213. The installer heat-fixes the pin 253 and the wall of the locating jack 263 together. Scalding is commonly known in the art, and refers to heating the pin 253 and the hole wall of the positioning jack 263 together until they melt, so that the two are fused together. The bottom of the mounting groove 216 is provided with a mounting hole 264, and the wall of the mounting hole 264 laterally extends out to form a first fastening part 265. The blower is provided with the dust cover 217 for the display screen 215, the dust cover 217 extends forward to form the second buckling part 275, the dust cover 217 and the front butt joint part 21 are made of the same material, are made of PC materials, and can be elastically deformed. The installer inserts the dust cap 217 forward into the mounting groove 216 and covers the display screen 215, and during this process, the second fastening portion 275 and the first fastening portion 265 push each other, and both fastening portions 275 and 265 are elastic fastening portions, and are elastically deformed, so that the second fastening portion 275 passes over and fastens the first fastening portion 265, and as shown in fig. 9, the dust cap 217 is indirectly fastened to the wall of the mounting groove 216 in this way, since the first fastening portion 265 is connected to the wall of the mounting groove 216. Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the rear end wall of the front docking portion 21 is located at the rear end of the blower, and the exposed portion of the rear docking portion 22 serves as a projection of the rear end of the blower to the rear of the display screen 215, around which the annular display screen 215 and the annular mounting groove 216 surround. The rear end of the bulge is wider than the front end and wider than the inner ring of the display screen 215, the air inlet 200 of the blower is arranged at the rear end of the bulge, and the bulge shell is hollow so as to form an air inlet channel which penetrates through the front and rear parts. Since the display screen 215 is mounted at the mounting groove 216 of the rear end wall of the front docking part 21 instead of at the rear end of the protruding part, the rear end of the protruding part does not need to be specially reserved for mounting the display screen 215, the air inlet 200 can be opened at various positions of the rear end of the protruding part, and the rear end of the protruding part is not affected even if the inner ring size of the display screen 215 is smaller than the rear end of the protruding part. The inner ring of the display 215 is smaller than the rear end of the protrusion, so that the distance between the inner ring and the outer ring is relatively large, thus having a relatively large display area. Although the portion of the display screen 215 near the inner ring is blocked when viewed from directly behind the blower, the user's eyes are normally positioned diagonally behind the blower, so the portion of the display screen 215 near the inner ring is blocked and does not interfere with viewing. Since the protruding portion protrudes behind the display screen 215, when the user falls the blower to the ground, for example, the user falls the blower rear portion 2 down to the ground, in which case the protruding portion of the blower rear portion 2 collides with the ground but the display screen 215 does not collide with the ground, the display screen 215 is not easily broken.
