背景技术
随着科学技术的发展和健康理念的加强,人们对家纺用品的需求逐渐有了新的要求,从追求柔软舒适、吸湿透气扩展到抗螨防臭等功能的实现。家纺面料通常具有面积大,清洗不方便的特点,因此,近年来,人们要求家纺用面料要具有一定的防油渍、防水性能,此外,家纺用面料在遇到突发的火灾情况下,还应该具有一定的阻燃效果,以防止火灾的扩大,降低人类生命财产的损失。
针对家纺面料的新要求,现有常用手段为使用二次整理的方法提高家纺面料的抗油污抗水等性能,使用浸扎法,将具有一定功能特性的整理剂附着在面料纤维中或面料表面。防水整理是赋予织物拒水的功能,织物经过拒水整理后改变纤维表面性能,使纤维表面的亲水性变为疏水性,水滴在织物表面上滚动而不润湿,防止水滴从织物外部进入内部。防污整理是通过改变织物组织和纤维的表面状态来减少污垢积聚的效果。然而,现有整理剂还存在着与纤维或面料相容性差、结合不牢固的缺点,整理剂的脱落可能会危害到使用着的健康,现有整理剂的使用,在一定程度上会降低家纺纤维面料的柔软舒适性。在家纺面料中使用的整理剂还没有同时具有防水、防油污、抗菌、阻燃的功能。
为此,充分利用天然纤维的亲肤、柔软等特性,与合成纤维混纺,在混纺过程中进行改性整理,使整理剂紧密结合到纤维上,提高纤维防水、防油、阻燃的效果,再次将纤维纺织成面料,对满足家纺面料的应用需求具有实际的价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料及其制备方法,制得的面料具有拒油性,防油污性能好,具有抗沾湿性能,防水性能好,说明面料阻燃性能好。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料,包括以下质量份数的原料:棉纤维20~30份,桑皮纤维20~30份,大豆蛋白绒纤维10~20份,聚酯纤维20~30份,含氟整理剂8~15份,纳米银2~5份,粘合剂10~20份,改性氧化石墨烯3~8份,偶氮二异丁腈0.16~0.9份;
所述防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将质量份数的棉纤维和桑皮纤维混纺为纱线,作为经纱,将质量份数的大豆蛋白绒纤维和聚酯纤维混纺为纱线,作为纬纱;
步骤二:取质量份数的纳米银,加入100倍纳米银质量的无水乙醇,超声分散均匀,加入质量份数的改性氧化石墨烯,再次超声分散均匀,得到分散液;
步骤三:取步骤一得到的经纱和纬纱,加入质量份数的含氟整理剂,加入3~5倍含氟整理剂质量的无水乙醇,超声30~60min,后浸泡12~24h,加入质量份数的偶氮二异丁腈,水浴加热到30~50℃,继续浸泡3~6h,干燥后,加入步骤二得到的分散液,继续浸泡5~8h,捞出经纱、纬纱,在经纱纬纱上喷淋质量份数的粘合剂,转移到烘箱中,在50~70℃的温度下,烘干,得到干燥后的经纱和纬纱;
步骤四:将步骤三中得到的干燥后的经纱和纬纱由经纬编织机编织,得到防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料。

大豆蛋白绒纤维是以豆粕为原料,采用生物技术提纯球蛋白,通过添加羟基和氨基高聚物,与维纶分子接枝共混而成的植物蛋白纤维,具有蛋白纤维的亲肤性和透气性,同时具有抑菌、防螨、改善睡眠与情绪等功能;

本发明的有益效果:
1、棉纤维与桑皮纤维混纺用作经纱、大豆蛋白绒纤维与聚酯纤维混纺用作纬纱,经纱纬纱经过含氟整理剂处理,再次经过含有纳米银和改性氧化石墨烯的分散液处理和粘合剂喷淋,热烘干形成干燥的经纱和纬纱,最后经过经纬编织形成面料,经纱纬纱经过处理后,氟元素结合到经纱纬纱上,使得制成的面料具氟元素的特性,面料的防油污防水性能得到提高,此外,纳米银和改性氧化石墨烯填充在经纱、纬纱中的间隙结构中,提高了经纱、纬纱的耐磨、耐热性能,使得最终制备得到的面料具有较好的防油污防水和阻燃性能,且棉纤维、桑皮纤维、大豆蛋白绒纤维为主材,保留了较好的柔软度、透气等家纺用面料的基本优势性能。
2、棉纤维与桑皮纤维混纺成纱线,大豆蛋白纤维与聚酯纤维混纺成纱线,不同种类的天然纤维混纺,使得纱线同时具有棉纤维的柔软性、麻纤维的韧性,补助了单独使用棉纤维时韧性不足的缺点,棉纤维与桑皮纤维的混纺,同时使得纱线具有一定的抗菌防霉的特性;天然纤维和合成纤维混纺制成纱线,使得纱线同时具有亲肤性能和高的强度和韧性,提高了单独使用聚酯纤维的亲肤性能;使用混纺过后的纱线进一步织造成面料,使得制成的面料具有吸湿、透气、防菌等特点,织成的面料的光泽良好、手感柔软。
3、聚酯纤维为在芳香族聚氨酯溶液中加入甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯,形成静电纺丝液,后经过静电纺丝得到,先使用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和丙酮的混合溶液将热塑性聚氨酯弹性体溶解,再加入甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯,混合均匀后,静电纺丝,得到聚酯纤维,其效果为将甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯和具有热塑性特征的芳香族聚氨酯充分结合到一起,并制成纤维丝,静电纺丝的技术使得聚酯纤维的制造简单方便,且聚酯纤维中含有氟元素,降低了聚酯纤维的表面能,聚酯纤维进一步用于面料的织造,使得面料的表面能降低,面料表层含氟的功能层,液体形式的污渍在面料表面以液滴的形式存在,无法浸润到纤维的内部,面料的防水防油污能力得到提高。
4、含氟整理剂中的C6型氟碳化合物、聚氯乙烯和乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯在对经纱纬纱浸泡过程中,能够进入到纤维的缝隙中和纱线的缝隙中,在后续加工过程中经过偶氮二异丁腈的引发,双键聚合,形成链状聚合物,与纤维紧密结合在一起;含氟整理剂中的C6型氟碳化合物为纤维或经纱纬纱提供了氟元素,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯含有酯基官能团,可以与聚酯纤维中的酯基通过氢键等分子间的作用力结合到一起,进一步加强了含氟整理剂与纬纱的结合能力;含氟整理剂中的C6型氟碳化合物具有氟元素,具有较好的防污渍性能,聚氯乙烯具有良好的韧性和连接成膜性能,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯具有较好的交联性能,使得含氟整理剂能够与纤维原料紧密连接,且提高纤维或纱线的防油污能力。
5、对氧化石墨烯的改性,将十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷接枝在氧化石墨烯的表面,同时,氧化石墨烯的层间间隙中负载由三氧化二铝,n-十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷与氧化石墨烯表面的羟基发生接枝反应,得到含Si-O键的硅烷功能化氧化石墨烯,通过合理控制具有低表面能特性的可接枝在氧化石墨烯表面的硅烷的多少和改性氧化石墨烯的掺杂量、分布方式,调控面料材料的表面润湿性使其具有较为平衡的亲水性和疏水性,提高面料的防油污和防水性能;氧化石墨烯具有较好的耐热和阻燃性,在氧化石墨烯中掺杂三氧化二铝,进一步提高氧化石墨烯的阻燃性能,在氧化石墨烯掺杂到纤维或纱线中时,提高纱线的阻燃性能。
6、纳米银和改性氧化石墨烯对经纱纬纱浸润后,分布在经纱纬纱的缝隙中和纤维的孔道内,在后续加工过程中进一步喷淋粘合剂,附着在纱线的表面,热固化后,能够防止因为结合不牢固导致的纳米银和改性氧化石墨烯的损失。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料,包括以下质量份数的原料:棉纤维20份,桑皮纤维20份,大豆蛋白绒纤维10份,聚酯纤维20份,含氟整理剂8份,纳米银2份,粘合剂10份,改性氧化石墨烯3份,偶氮二异丁腈0.16份;
所述聚酯纤维为:取一定质量干燥的芳香族聚氨酯放入到反应容器中,然后加入一定质量的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,再加入一定质量的丙酮,搅拌溶解,后加入一定质量的甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯,搅拌均匀后,得到静电纺丝液,后设置静电纺丝电压为20KV,接收距离为14cm,接收筒速度为80r/min,静电纺丝得到聚酯纤维;其中原料质量比为芳香族聚氨酯∶N,N-二甲基甲酰胺∶丙酮∶甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯=4∶10∶10∶1;
所述含氟整理剂为C6型氟碳化合物、聚氯乙烯和乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯按照质量比为80∶8∶3混合而成;
所述粘合剂为丙烯酸树脂和聚甲基丙烯酸酯按照质量比为8∶1混合而成;
所述改性氧化石墨烯为,取一定质量的氧化石墨烯,加入一定质量的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和一定质量的乙二醇,超声分散6h,再加入一定质量的三氧化二铝,以120r/min的速度搅拌5min后,继续超声分散2h,加入一定质量的催化剂乙二胺,和加入一定质量的十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷,以120r/min的速度搅拌10min,氮气排空,加热到110℃,边以60r/min的速度搅拌边回流反应24h,分别用无水乙醇和去离子水洗涤3次,干燥到恒重,得到改性氧化石墨烯;其中原料质量比为氧化石墨烯:N,N-二甲基甲酰胺∶乙二醇∶三氧化二铝∶乙二胺∶十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷∶=200∶50∶150∶20∶0.3∶3;
所述防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将质量份数的棉纤维和桑皮纤维混纺为纱线,作为经纱,将质量份数的大豆蛋白绒纤维和聚酯纤维混纺为纱线,作为纬纱;
步骤二:取质量份数的纳米银,加入100倍纳米银质量的无水乙醇,超声分散均匀,加入质量份数的改性氧化石墨烯,再次超声分散均匀,得到分散液;
步骤三:取步骤一得到的经纱和纬纱,加入质量份数的含氟整理剂,加入3倍含氟整理剂质量的无水乙醇,超声30min,后浸泡12h,加入质量份数的偶氮二异丁腈,水浴加热到30℃,继续浸泡3h,干燥后,加入步骤二得到的分散液,继续浸泡5h,捞出经纱、纬纱,在经纱纬纱上喷淋质量份数的粘合剂,转移到烘箱中,在50℃的温度下,烘干,得到干燥后的经纱和纬纱;
步骤四:将步骤三中得到的干燥后的经纱和纬纱由经纬编织机编织,得到防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料。
实施例2
一种防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料,包括以下质量份数的原料:棉纤维30份,桑皮纤维30份,大豆蛋白绒纤维20份,聚酯纤维30份,含氟整理剂15份,纳米银5份,粘合剂20份,改性氧化石墨烯8份,偶氮二异丁腈0.9份;
所述聚酯纤维为:取一定质量干燥的芳香族聚氨酯放入到反应容器中,然后加入一定质量的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,再加入一定质量的丙酮,搅拌溶解,后加入一定质量的甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯,搅拌均匀后,得到静电纺丝液,后设置静电纺丝电压为25KV,接收距离为16cm,接收筒速度为100r/min,静电纺丝得到聚酯纤维;其中原料质量比为芳香族聚氨酯:N,N-二甲基甲酰胺∶丙酮∶甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯=4∶10∶12∶2;
所述含氟整理剂为C6型氟碳化合物、聚氯乙烯和乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯按照质量比为90∶12∶3混合而成;
所述粘合剂为丙烯酸树脂和聚甲基丙烯酸酯按照质量比为8∶2混合而成;
所述改性氧化石墨烯为,取一定质量的氧化石墨烯,加入一定质量的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和一定质量的乙二醇,超声分散8h,再加入一定质量的三氧化二铝,以200r/min的速度搅拌10min后,继续超声分散3h,加入一定质量的催化剂乙二胺,和加入一定质量的n-十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷,以200r/min的速度搅拌30min,氮气排空,加热到120℃,边以80r/min的速度搅拌边回流反应24h,分别用无水乙醇和去离子水洗涤3次,干燥到恒重,得到改性氧化石墨烯;其中原料质量比为氧化石墨烯:N,N-二甲基甲酰胺∶乙二醇∶三氧化二铝∶乙二胺∶十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷∶=200∶50∶150∶30∶0.5∶5;
所述防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将质量份数的棉纤维和桑皮纤维混纺为纱线,作为经纱,将质量份数的大豆蛋白绒纤维和聚酯纤维混纺为纱线,作为纬纱;
步骤二:取质量份数的纳米银,加入100倍纳米银质量的无水乙醇,超声分散均匀,加入质量份数的改性氧化石墨烯,再次超声分散均匀,得到分散液;
步骤三:取步骤一得到的经纱和纬纱,加入质量份数的含氟整理剂,加入5倍含氟整理剂质量的无水乙醇,超声60min,后浸泡24h,加入质量份数的偶氮二异丁腈,水浴加热到50℃,继续浸泡6h,干燥后,加入步骤二得到的分散液,继续浸泡8h,捞出经纱、纬纱,在经纱纬纱上喷淋质量份数的粘合剂,转移到烘箱中,在70℃的温度下,烘干,得到干燥后的经纱和纬纱;
步骤四:将步骤三中得到的干燥后的经纱和纬纱由经纬编织机编织,得到防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料。
实施例3
一种防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料,包括以下质量份数的原料:棉纤维25份,桑皮纤维25份,大豆蛋白绒纤维15份,聚酯纤维25份,含氟整理剂12份,纳米银3份,粘合剂15份,改性氧化石墨烯5份,偶氮二异丁腈0.5份;
所述聚酯纤维为:取一定质量干燥的芳香族聚氨酯放入到反应容器中,然后加入一定质量的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,再加入一定质量的丙酮,搅拌溶解,后加入一定质量的甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯,搅拌均匀后,得到静电纺丝液,后设置静电纺丝电压为22KV,接收距离为15cm,接收筒速度为90r/min,静电纺丝得到聚酯纤维;其中原料质量比为芳香族聚氨酯∶N,N-二甲基甲酰胺∶丙酮∶甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯=4∶10∶11∶1;
所述含氟整理剂为C6型氟碳化合物、聚氯乙烯和乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯按照质量比为85∶10∶3混合而成;
所述粘合剂为丙烯酸树脂和聚甲基丙烯酸酯按照质量比为8∶1混合而成;
所述改性氧化石墨烯为,取一定质量的氧化石墨烯,加入一定质量的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和一定质量的乙二醇,超声分散7h,再加入一定质量的三氧化二铝,以160r/min的速度搅拌8min后,继续超声分散3h,加入一定质量的催化剂乙二胺,和加入一定质量的n-十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷,以160r/min的速度搅拌20min,氮气排空,加热到115℃,边以70r/min的速度搅拌边回流反应24h,分别用无水乙醇和去离子水洗涤3次,干燥到恒重,得到改性氧化石墨烯;其中原料质量比为氧化石墨烯∶N,N-二甲基甲酰胺∶乙二醇∶三氧化二铝∶乙二胺∶十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷∶=200∶50∶150∶25∶0.4∶4;
所述防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将质量份数的棉纤维和桑皮纤维混纺为纱线,作为经纱,将质量份数的大豆蛋白绒纤维和聚酯纤维混纺为纱线,作为纬纱;
步骤二:取质量份数的纳米银,加入100倍纳米银质量的无水乙醇,超声分散均匀,加入质量份数的改性氧化石墨烯,再次超声分散均匀,得到分散液;
步骤三:取步骤一得到的经纱和纬纱,加入质量份数的含氟整理剂,加入3~5倍含氟整理剂质量的无水乙醇,超声45min,后浸泡18h,加入质量份数的偶氮二异丁腈,水浴加热到45℃,继续浸泡5h,干燥后,加入步骤二得到的分散液,继续浸泡7h,捞出经纱、纬纱,在经纱纬纱上喷淋质量份数的粘合剂,转移到烘箱中,在60℃的温度下,烘干,得到干燥后的经纱和纬纱;
步骤四:将步骤三中得到的干燥后的经纱和纬纱由经纬编织机编织,得到防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料。
测试:对实施例1~3制备的防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料进行性能检测,其中防油渍性能按GB/T19977-2014《纺织品拒油性抗碳氢化合物试验》的方法进行试验,给出拒油等级,抗油等级越高,防油污效果越好;防水性能按照标准GB/T4745-2012《纺织品防水性能的检测和评价沾水法》进行检测,给出沾水等级,等级越高,防水性能越好;阻燃性能检测按照标准GB/T5455-2014《纺织品燃烧性能垂直方向损毁长度阴燃和续燃时间的测定》,给出续燃时间和阴燃时间,时间越短,阻燃效果越好,得到的结果如表所示:

由上表所示,本发明方法所制备的防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料拒油等级都大于4级,说明面料具有拒油性,防油污性能好,沾水等级都大于3级;说明面料具有抗沾湿性能,防水性能好,续燃时间和阴燃时间都小于4s,说明面料阻燃性能好。

1.一种防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料,其特征在于,包括以下质量份数的原料:棉纤维20~30份,桑皮纤维20~30份,大豆蛋白绒纤维10~20份,聚酯纤维20~30份,含氟整理剂8~15份,纳米银2~5份,粘合剂10~20份,改性氧化石墨烯3~8份,偶氮二异丁腈0.16~0.9份;
所述防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将质量份数的棉纤维和桑皮纤维混纺为纱线,作为经纱,将质量份数的大豆蛋白绒纤维和聚酯纤维混纺为纱线,作为纬纱;
步骤二:取质量份数的纳米银,加入100倍纳米银质量的无水乙醇,超声分散均匀,加入质量份数的改性氧化石墨烯,再次超声分散均匀,得到分散液;
步骤三:取步骤一得到的经纱和纬纱,加入质量份数的含氟整理剂,加入3~5倍含氟整理剂质量的无水乙醇,超声30~60min,后浸泡12~24h,加入质量份数的偶氮二异丁腈,水浴加热到30~50℃,继续浸泡3~6h,干燥后,加入步骤二得到的分散液,继续浸泡5~8h,捞出经纱、纬纱,在经纱纬纱上喷淋质量份数的粘合剂,转移到烘箱中,在50~70℃的温度下,烘干,得到干燥后的经纱和纬纱;
步骤四:将步骤三中得到的干燥后的经纱和纬纱由经纬编织机编织,得到防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料,其特征在于,所述聚酯纤维为:
取一定质量干燥的芳香族聚氨酯放入到反应容器中,然后加入一定质量的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,再加入一定质量的丙酮,搅拌溶解,后加入一定质量的甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯,搅拌均匀后,得到静电纺丝液,后设置静电纺丝电压为20~25KV,接收距离为14~16cm,接收筒速度为80~100r/min,静电纺丝得到聚酯纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料,其特征在于,所述聚酯纤维的制备原料质量比为芳香族聚氨酯:N,N-二甲基甲酰胺:丙酮:甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯=4∶10∶10~12∶1~2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料,其特征在于:所述含氟整理剂为C6型氟碳化合物、聚氯乙烯和乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯按照质量比为80~90∶8~12∶3混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料,其特征在于:所述粘合剂为丙烯酸树脂和聚甲基丙烯酸酯按照质量比为8∶1~2混合而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料,其特征在于:所述改性氧化石墨烯为,取一定质量的氧化石墨烯,加入一定质量的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和一定质量的乙二醇,超声分散6~8h,再加入一定质量的三氧化二铝,以120~200r/min的速度搅拌5~10min后,继续超声分散2~3h,加入一定质量的催化剂乙二胺,和加入一定质量的十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷,回流反应24h,分别用无水乙醇和去离子水洗涤3次,干燥到恒重,得到改性氧化石墨烯。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料,其特征在于:所述改性氧化石墨烯中回流反应是以120~200r/min的速度搅拌10~30min,氮气排空,加热到110~120℃,边以60~80r/min的速度搅拌边回流反应24h。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种防油渍防水阻燃家纺面料,其特征在于:所述改性氧化石墨烯中原料质量比为氧化石墨烯:N,N-二甲基甲酰胺∶乙二醇∶三氧化二铝∶乙二胺∶十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷:=200∶50∶150∶20~30∶0.3~0.5∶3~5。
