The esophagus auxiliary examination device provided by the embodiment of the invention is exemplified below.
1. Constructing a first container, a second container and an auxiliary handle in the esophagus auxiliary inspection device;
the human esophagus is a myogenic tubular organ flattened from front to back, the average diameter is about 2-3cm, in order to enable the xanthan gum to fill the front and back walls of the esophagus as much as possible after entering the esophagus, and to reduce uncomfortable feeling of a subject when swallowing a mixture of the capsule endoscope and the xanthan gum, a flat cylindrical model with the diameter of 2cm and the length of 4cm and a connecting structure with the bottom of 2cm and the length of 1cm are constructed, and the connecting structure is used as a first container and a second container.
The material shell of the flat cylinder model is made of PET plastic, the bottom is made of HDPE plastic, and the inner layer of the flat cylinder model is covered with a liquid glide coating.
The PET plastic and the HDPE plastic are both safe materials capable of contacting food, and the liquid coating is a material capable of eliminating friction force, so that viscous liquid can flow out completely and is not attached to the inner wall of the model.
The device mainly comprises three parts, wherein the first part is a pre-swallowing part, the second part is a formal swallowing part, the first part and the second part form a swallowing part together, and a flat cylinder model is adopted; the third part is a silica gel plastic handle (auxiliary handle), the front end of the plastic part is provided with a flat cylindrical shell with the length of 1cm and the diameter of 1.8cm, and other plastic parts are flat cylinders with the diameter of 2cm serving as a first connecting structure; the silica gel part can freely bend, and the plastic part is fixed shape, is made by HDPE plastics, wherein, the auxiliary handle can freely make up, separate with the interlocking structure of building blocks between the swallow part, and first part and second part all have transparent gummed paper to seal.
Alternatively, the diameters of the silicone part and the plastic part may be the same or different.
2. Manufacturing an esophagus auxiliary inspection device;
(1) A pre-swallow portion (second container, xanthan gum carried in the second container);
transparent xanthan gum and water were mixed in an amount of 7g:200ml of the materials are mixed in a certain proportion to form viscous liquid with adhesiveness, pseudoplastic rheological property, transparency and suspension property, the prepared viscous liquid is filled with the flat cylindrical model constructed above, and the flat cylindrical model is sealed by transparent gummed paper.
(2) A capsule endoscope combined with a xanthan gum swallowing part (a first container and a xanthan gum which is carried in the first container and is wrapped with the capsule endoscope);
pouring the prepared viscous liquid into a flat cylindrical model constructed above, pouring the viscous liquid into half of the model, and placing the capsule endoscope into the viscous liquid in the model, wherein when the viscous liquid is placed, the lens of the capsule endoscope faces to the side of the transparent gummed paper so as to ensure that one end of the lens of the capsule endoscope enters the esophagus cavity when a testee swallows the mixture (the xanthan gum wrapped with the capsule endoscope); then pouring the prepared viscous liquid to full, and enabling the capsule endoscope to be positioned in the middle of the viscous liquid as much as possible; finally, sealing with transparent gummed paper.
3. Use of an esophageal auxiliary examination device;
the bottom of the first part, namely the pre-swallowing part, is combined with the plastic part of the third part, transparent gummed paper is torn, the pre-swallowing part and the plastic part are placed into the oral cavity, the pre-swallowing part and the plastic part are placed towards the deep part of the oral cavity as far as possible, the handle can be bent to a comfortable position, the user can exercise and swallow xanthan gum liquid, the user can avoid chewing the xanthan gum wrapped with the capsule endoscope through the oral cavity, the new pre-swallowing part can be replaced, and multiple exercises can be performed.
After successful practice, the subject may combine the bottom of the second part-formally swallowed part (containing the capsule endoscope) with the plastic part of the third part, tear open the clear gummed paper, place the pre-swallowed part and plastic part into the mouth, place as far as possible into the deep mouth, bend the handle to a comfortable position, and swallow the capsule endoscope and xanthan gum mixture (xanthan gum wrapped with the capsule endoscope).
Fig. 5 is a third schematic view of the esophageal auxiliary examination device according to the invention, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 6 is a fourth schematic view of the esophageal auxiliary examination device according to the invention, as shown in fig. 6, fig. 5 and 6 are schematic views of the first portion or the second portion combined with the third portion, and the second portion combined with the third portion is exemplified;
the rubber portion of the assist grip is in a straightened state in fig. 5 and the rubber portion of the assist grip is in a curved state in fig. 6.
The embodiment of the invention provides an auxiliary esophageal inspection device, which relatively fixes a capsule endoscope in xanthan gum, increases the controllability of the capsule endoscope in esophageal inspection while not affecting the field of view of the capsule endoscope, slows down the passing speed of the capsule endoscope in esophagus, keeps the orientation of a lens and improves the coverage rate of a dentate line of esophagus; the method can also remove the interference in the esophagus cavity, and improve the image quality; the device is simple and safe to operate, and a subject can perform capsule endoscopic esophageal inspection by himself in any scene.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and are not limiting; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
Claims (6)
1. An esophageal auxiliary examination device, comprising: a first container and xanthan gum carried in the first container;
the first container is provided with an open end, the xanthan gum is wrapped on the outer side of a preset capsule endoscope, and the capsule endoscope is used for shooting an esophageal cavity image of a subject;
the first container is a flat cylindrical container, the shooting direction of the lens of the capsule endoscope is set towards the direction of the opening end of the first container, and the xanthan gum is prepared from transparent xanthan gum and water according to the following weight ratio of 7g:200ml of the materials are mixed, the suspension property and the adhesiveness of the xanthan gum are utilized, the capsule endoscope is relatively fixed in the xanthan gum, the controllability of the capsule endoscope in the esophagus inspection is improved, the transparency of the xanthan gum is utilized, the adhesiveness is combined, the interference substances in the esophagus cavity are removed on the basis that the visual field of the capsule endoscope is not affected, the quality of the image in the esophagus cavity shot by the capsule endoscope is improved, the pseudoplastic rheological property of the xanthan gum is utilized, the movement speed of the capsule endoscope in the esophagus is slowed down, and the movement of the capsule endoscope in the esophagus is not affected.
2. The esophageal auxiliary examination device of claim 1, wherein the material of the side surface shell of the first container is polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and the material of the bottom surface shell of the first container is High Density Polyethylene (HDPE).
3. The esophageal auxiliary examination device of claim 2, wherein an interior wall of the first container is covered with a liquid glide coating.
4. The esophageal auxiliary examination device of claim 1, wherein the device further comprises an auxiliary handle;
the auxiliary handle is provided with a first connecting structure, the first container is provided with a second connecting structure, and the auxiliary handle is used for being connected with the second connecting structure on the first container through the first connecting structure.
5. The esophageal auxiliary examination device of claim 4, wherein the auxiliary handle comprises: the plastic component is fixedly connected with the silica gel component, and the plastic component is provided with the first connecting structure.
6. The esophageal auxiliary examination device of claim 5, further comprising at least one second container and xanthan gum carried in each of the second containers;
and a third connecting structure is arranged on each second container, and each second container is used for being connected with the first connecting structure on the auxiliary handle through the third connecting structure.
