Abstract
本发明公开了一种单面玻纤涂布生产工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)将玻璃纤维布平铺;(2)将平铺后的玻璃纤维布粘合至耐磨板上;(3)使用涂料在玻璃纤维布的表面进行一次刷涂;(4)对步骤(3)中一次涂刷进行紫外固化;(5)对步骤(4)中固化后的涂层上进行二次刷涂;(6)对步骤(5)中二次刷涂进行紫外固化;(7)整体裁剪出库;使用该单面玻纤涂布生产工艺制备出的玻纤涂布具有良好的耐磨和耐高温性能,且裁剪后对其进行封边,避免玻纤涂布边缘开卷翘起,提高稳定性增大使用寿命,满足使用需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻纤涂布生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种单面玻纤涂布生产工艺。
背景技术
玻纤涂布广泛应用于航空、造纸、电子、绝缘等众多领域,可用于防腐包裹、内衬垫护、高频覆铜板等,具有优良强度。
公开号为CN108582953A的中国发明专利公开了一种耐磨玻纤复合布的生产工艺,属于纺织业技术领域。该工艺包括以下步骤:a、编织:再将玻璃纤维单丝平织,得到基础的玻纤布;b、浸渍:将步骤a中基础玻纤布浸入浆料中5-6小时;c、固化:然后将步骤b中浸渍后的基础玻纤布进行紫外固化;d、面布:选用市场上的无纺布进行加工,在无法布上涂耐磨涂料,烘干制得耐磨面布;e、贴合:通过贴合装置将步骤c中紫外固化后的玻纤布与耐磨面布进行贴合,即得到耐磨半成品玻纤布;f、印染:将耐磨半成品玻纤布放入一种面料的印染装置中进行印染;g、烘干:将印染后的耐磨半成品玻纤布进行烘干处理;解决了现有技术中生产质量低的技术问题。
上述生产工艺通过在玻纤涂布浸渍浆料提高耐磨性,在实际生产过程中,无法软化玻纤涂布表面,直接在玻纤涂布中浸渍浆料将导致浆料流失,严重影响涂布耐磨性;且在贴合工艺后容易出现涂布卷边翘起等现象,影响使用效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述问题而提供一种具有良好的耐磨和耐高温性能,且裁剪后对其进行封边,避免玻纤涂布边缘开卷翘起,提高稳定性增大使用寿命的单面玻纤涂布生产工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种单面玻纤涂布生产工艺,包括如下步骤: (1)将玻璃纤维布平铺;(2)将平铺后的玻璃纤维布粘合至耐磨板上; (3)使用涂料在玻璃纤维布的表面进行一次刷涂;(4)对步骤(3)中一次涂刷进行紫外固化; (5)对步骤(4)中固化后的涂层上进行二次刷涂;(6)对步骤(5)中二次刷涂进行紫外固化; (7)整体裁剪出库。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中,玻璃纤维布通过氟性树脂粘合至耐磨板上,并通过上下两个压碾辊碾压,玻璃纤维布粘合后保持平整。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中一次涂刷的涂料由FEP氟类胶剂、聚砜树脂、烷酮、油墨、抗氧剂、二级甲苯和聚酰亚胺制成。
优选的,其中FEP氟类胶剂为氟乙烯丙烯,所述一次涂刷的涂料中各原料百分比如下:氟乙烯丙烯0.3-0.5%,聚砜树脂13-18%,烷酮20%,油墨2-4%,抗氧剂0.2%,二级甲苯1%,其余为聚酰亚胺。
优选的,所述步骤(5)中二次涂刷的涂料由铁红、珠光粉和聚酰亚胺制成。
优选的,所述二次涂刷的涂料中各原料百分比如下:铁红3-7%,珠光粉3-7%,聚酰亚胺90-95%。
优选的,所述步骤(7)中裁剪出库包括如下步骤: (71)将整体放入裁剪设备内;(72)根据需求计算出所需面积,并在边界处划分界线; (73)将玻纤涂布送入裁剪设备进行裁剪;(74)对裁剪后的玻纤涂布进行封边处理; (75)对封边完毕的玻纤涂布进行打码出库。
优选的,所述步骤(74)中对玻纤涂布的裁剪截面进行热熔胶封边,热熔胶封边具体包括如下步骤: (741)将热熔胶融化至膏状;(742)将圆辊圆周蘸取融化的热熔胶;(743)沿着裁剪截面滚动圆辊,使热熔胶留置;(744)使用刮板沿着截面刮除多余热熔胶,并使其自然固化。
本发明公开的一种单面玻纤涂布生产工艺与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:1、一次刷涂能够软化玻璃纤维表面;二次刷涂能够增大表面耐磨和耐高温性能;2、裁剪后对其进行封边,避免玻纤涂布边缘开卷翘起,提高稳定性增大使用寿命。

实施例三:一种单面玻纤涂布生产工艺,包括如下步骤: (1)将玻璃纤维布平铺;(2)将平铺后的玻璃纤维布粘合至耐磨板上,玻璃纤维布通过氟性树脂粘合至耐磨板上,并通过上下两个压碾辊碾压,玻璃纤维布粘合后保持平整; (3)使用涂料在玻璃纤维布的表面进行一次刷涂,中一次涂刷的涂料由FEP氟类胶剂、聚砜树脂、烷酮、油墨、抗氧剂、二级甲苯和聚酰亚胺制成,其中FEP氟类胶剂为氟乙烯丙烯,所述一次涂刷的涂料中各原料百分比如下:氟乙烯丙烯0.5%,聚砜树脂18%,烷酮20%,油墨4%,抗氧剂0.2%,二级甲苯1%,其余为聚酰亚胺;(4)对步骤(3)中一次涂刷进行紫外固化; (5)对步骤(4)中固化后的涂层上进行二次刷涂,二次涂刷的涂料由铁红、珠光粉和聚酰亚胺制成,二次涂刷的涂料中各原料百分比如下:铁红7%,珠光粉7%,聚酰亚胺95%;(6)对步骤(5)中二次刷涂进行紫外固化; (7)整体裁剪出库。
在上述实施例中,实施例二中的一次涂刷的涂料和二次涂刷的涂料为最佳配比;一次涂刷后形成第一层涂层,能够软化玻璃纤维表面,二次涂刷后形成第二层涂层,能够增大玻璃纤维表面的耐磨性,同时使整体具有耐高温性能;二次涂刷的涂料中含有铁红颜料,使第二层涂层呈红褐色,使其具有金属高光泽同时使表面光滑,进一步增大耐磨效果;且裁剪封边之后,玻纤涂布周围进一步固化,避免长时间使用边缘翘边卷起,增大使用寿命提高稳定性。
基于上述实施例,二次涂刷的涂料中铁红可以使用其他颜料代替,比如氧化铬(绿),锌铝粉(银白),铜合金粉(金黄)等金属颜料,其比例与实施例二中铁红占比一致,优选5%。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

1.一种单面玻纤涂布生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤: (1)将玻璃纤维布平铺;(2)将平铺后的玻璃纤维布粘合至耐磨板上; (3)使用涂料在玻璃纤维布的表面进行一次刷涂; (4)对步骤(3)中一次涂刷进行紫外固化; (5)对步骤(4)中固化后的涂层上进行二次刷涂; (6)对步骤(5)中二次刷涂进行紫外固化; (7)整体裁剪出库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单面玻纤涂布生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,玻璃纤维布通过氟性树脂粘合至耐磨板上,并通过上下两个压碾辊碾压,玻璃纤维布粘合后保持平整。
3.根据权利要求1所述的单面玻纤涂布生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中一次涂刷的涂料由FEP氟类胶剂、聚砜树脂、烷酮、油墨、抗氧剂、二级甲苯和聚酰亚胺制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的单面玻纤涂布生产工艺,其特征在于,其中FEP氟类胶剂为氟乙烯丙烯,所述一次涂刷的涂料中各原料百分比如下:氟乙烯丙烯0.3-0.5%,聚砜树脂13-18%,烷酮20%,油墨2-4%,抗氧剂0.2%,二级甲苯1%,其余为聚酰亚胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的单面玻纤涂布生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中二次涂刷的涂料由铁红、珠光粉和聚酰亚胺制成。
