Drawings
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an antibacterial anti-mite leather base cloth prepared in example one.
The labels in the figures are illustrated below: 1-an outer layer fabric; 2-anti-mite fabric; a 3-base fabric layer; 4-an antibacterial fabric layer; 5-lining fabric.
Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and specific examples.
Example 1
This embodiment will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1. The preparation method of the antibacterial anti-mite leather base fabric comprises an outer layer fabric 1, an anti-mite fabric layer 2, a base fabric layer 3, an antibacterial fabric layer 4 and an inner layer fabric 5 which are sequentially arranged.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
step S1, sequentially stacking an outer layer fabric 1, an anti-mite fabric layer 2, a base fabric layer 3, an antibacterial fabric layer 4 and an inner layer fabric 5, and arranging a layer of hot melt adhesive net film between two adjacent layers of fabrics.
And S2, placing the stacked layers of fabrics and the hot melt adhesive net film in an oven until the hot melt adhesive net film is melted, wherein the temperature in the oven is 105-115 ℃.
Step S3, rolling the multi-layer fabric heated from the oven by adopting a press roller, wherein the pressure is 4.0-6.0kg/cm 2 。
And S4, carrying out air blowing cooling on the upper surface and the lower surface of the rolled multi-layer fabric.
And S5, coiling.
The outer layer fabric 1 is formed by interweaving antibacterial polyester yarns and nylon polyester mixed filaments according to satin weave, and one side of the nylon polyester mixed filaments is far away from the anti-mite fabric layer 2. Specifically, five-piece satin is adopted, antibacterial polyester yarns are used as warp yarns in the outer layer fabric 1, and nylon polyester mixed filaments are used as weft yarns.
Further, the nylon and polyester mixed filament yarn comprises polyester multifilament yarns and nylon 6 multifilament yarns which are arranged in parallel and are provided with network points which are arranged at intervals, the fineness of the polyester multifilament yarns is 35-60D/48-96F, and the fineness of the nylon 6 multifilament yarns is 50-100D/24-36F. In the embodiment, the fineness of the polyester multifilament is 60D/96F, and the fineness of the nylon 6 multifilament is 50D/36F. Specifically, the polyester multifilament and the nylon 6 multifilament are arranged in parallel and jointly pass through a network nozzle, and the monofilaments in the polyester multifilament and the nylon 6 multifilament are intertwined together at the network nozzle under the action of high-pressure air flow, so that the two multifilaments are bonded together, the bonding position is a network point, the network degree is 50 per meter, and the network degree is the number of network points per meter.
The anti-mite fabric layer 2 is a woven fabric formed by interweaving anti-mite filaments and bamboo fiber yarns with warp and weft yarns respectively, and the surface density is 100-120g/m 2 。
Further, the anti-mite filaments are warp yarns, are polyester filaments containing anti-mite agents, and have fineness of 100D; the fineness of the bamboo fiber yarn is 20tex. The anti-mite filament is prepared by adding 0.05-0.15 part by mass of anti-mite agent into 100 parts by mass of polyester chip, extruding and slicing. And preparing the mite-proof fiber slice into the mite-proof filament with the required fineness through PET filament spinning equipment. The used bamboo fiber yarn is made of bamboo fiber which is used as raw material and passes through spinning equipment to obtain bamboo fiber yarn with required fineness. The bamboo fiber has an antibacterial effect, and the anti-mite filament has an anti-mite effect, so that the prepared anti-mite fabric layer 2 has a good anti-mite effect and a good antibacterial effect.
The base cloth layer 3 is formed by interweaving high-strength polyester filaments serving as warp and weft yarns. The high-strength polyester filament yarn has higher strength than the common polyester filament yarn, and can increase the strength of the leather base cloth. And the base cloth layer 3 is formed by interweaving according to plain weave, so that the weave points are increased, the resistance of the yarn in moving is increased, and the tearing resistance is improved.
The antibacterial fabric layer 4 is formed by interweaving polyester filaments, and nano silver ions are attached to the outer surfaces of the polyester filaments. The nano silver ions can effectively improve the antibacterial capability of the fabric.
Example two
The antibacterial anti-mite leather base cloth according to the embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the inner layer fabric 5 is made of polyester yarn knitted fabric, and one side of the inner layer fabric is coated with an anti-mite finishing agent. Specifically, an anti-mite finishing agent SCJ-998 was used.
Another difference from the first embodiment is that: the surface of the base cloth layer 3 is attached with an anti-mite master batch, and the anti-mite master batch is formed by mixing an anti-mite finishing agent and a polypropylene polymer.

step S1, sequentially stacking an outer layer fabric (1), an anti-mite fabric layer (2), a base fabric layer (3), an antibacterial fabric layer (4) and an inner layer fabric (5), and arranging a layer of hot melt adhesive net film between two adjacent layers of fabrics;
s2, placing the stacked layers of fabrics and the hot melt adhesive net film in an oven until the hot melt adhesive net film is melted, wherein the temperature in the oven is 105-115 ℃;
step S3, rolling the multi-layer fabric heated from the oven by adopting a press roller, wherein the pressure is 4.0-6.0kg/cm 2 ;
S4, carrying out upper and lower surface blowing cooling on the rolled multi-layer fabric;
s5, coiling;
the outer layer fabric (1) is formed by interweaving antibacterial polyester filaments and nylon polyester mixed filaments according to satin weave, and is characterized in that one side of the nylon polyester mixed filaments is far away from the anti-mite fabric layer (2);
the anti-mite fabric layer (2) is a woven fabric formed by interweaving anti-mite filaments and bamboo fiber yarns with warp and weft yarns respectively, and the surface density is 100-120g/m 2 ;
The base cloth layer (3) is formed by interweaving high-strength polyester filaments serving as warp and weft yarns; the antibacterial fabric layer (4) is formed by interweaving antibacterial polyester filaments, and nano silver ions are attached to the outer surfaces of the antibacterial polyester filaments.
