Claims (7)

1. An order sorting device consists of a sorting device, a conveying device and a control cabinet, wherein the sorting device is symmetrically distributed on two sides of the conveying device; the control cabinet is respectively and electrically connected with the sorting device and the conveying device; the sorting device is characterized by comprising a frame, a feeding port belt part arranged at the upper end of the frame, and a temporary storage frame used for feeding materials and placed at the lower bottom of the frame; the conveying device consists of a conveying assembly line arranged at the middle part of the two frames.
2. An order sorting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the transport line is formed by an upper layer, which is arranged as a horizontal chain conveyor, and a lower layer, which is arranged as a horizontal belt conveyor.

The order sorting device according to claim 2, wherein the upper horizontal chain plate conveyor is provided with a driving servo motor, a horizontal chain plate driven by the servo motor, a plurality of sensors arranged at the side edges of the horizontal chain plate and a plurality of limiting blocks; the distance between the limiting blocks is just the width of the turnover basket, and the turnover basket is arranged on the upper layer horizontal chain plate.
4. An order sorting apparatus as claimed in claim 2, characterised in that the lower horizontal belt conveyor is provided with a belt motor and a belt, on which an empty circulation basket is placed, the belt motor driving the belt to convey the empty circulation basket.

The order sorting device according to claim 1, wherein a roller motor and a diagonally installed feed port belt are arranged on the feed port belt component, a feed port screen is arranged above the feed port belt in a crossing mode, the roller motor drives the feed port belt to rotate, feeding is carried out into the turnover basket, and the feed port screen is used for displaying order information and quantity of goods to be fed.

The order sorting device according to claim 5, wherein a control box is arranged below the feed port belt, optical fiber correlation sensors are arranged at the tail ends of the two sides, and a driver for controlling the feed port belt to run, plc for controlling the feed port belt and an amplifier for controlling the optical fiber correlation sensors are arranged in the control box; the optical fiber correlation sensor is used for sensing the falling times of goods and counting by matching with a PLC in the control box.

The method for picking up an order form in an order sorting apparatus according to claim 1, comprising scanning a lot of item numbers, a controller in a control cabinet immediately acquiring the item numbers and inquiring all orders of the lot in detail through internet, and manually sorting the items in SKU units in a temporary storage frame; further scanning bar codes on the feed port and the bar codes of goods in the temporary storage frame; the controller calculates and establishes the binding relation between the goods and the feed port, and displays the number of the fed materials and the name information of the goods in the screen of the feed port, the rotation of the feed port belt represents the need of feeding the feed port belt into the turnover basket, and the manual work only needs to continuously place the goods on the inclined feed port belt according to the rotation of the feed port belt, and the feed port belt is driven by the roller motor to feed the goods into the turnover basket; after the goods drop into the turnover basket, the counting is completed once, until the quantity of the dropped goods meets the requirement of displaying the quantity of orders in the screen, the roller motor is controlled in the controller to stop rotating, further the continuous feeding into the turnover basket is stopped, finally the goods in the turnover basket are packed manually, and the sorting is completed.
