本发明公开一种含有氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷的油珠及其制备方法与应用。所述油珠的制备方法是将1‑10份油相均匀分散于90‑99份的水相中,过滤得到油珠精华,所述油相由氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、蓖麻油/IPDI共聚物,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、灵芝孢子油和植物油脂组成。本发明利用氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷和蓖麻油/IPDI共聚物优良的成膜性,可以使油相以大小均匀的油珠的形式,稳定的悬浮在水相中,在使用时包材泵头无需经过特殊设计。使用本发明油珠制备方法制备的油珠易于涂抹,同时可以保证油相内油溶活性成分的鲜活性,可应用于多种化妆品的制备中。

背景技术
随着消费需求的多元化,拥有较高颜值的油珠精华开始受到消费者热捧。油珠属于可视化油珠粒子的包裹技术,目前市面上化妆品中的可视化粒子主要有两类——第一类以明胶、阿拉伯胶树胶、琼脂、海酸钙、纤维素类等天然来源胶体聚合物作为粒子主体,仅为产品提供视觉效果,无实际功效且不易涂抹均匀;第二类以明胶、阿拉伯胶树胶、琼脂、海酸钙、纤维素类等天然来源胶体聚合物作为粒子外壳,可包裹润肤剂、活性成分等,但产品使用时包材必须经过特殊设计的筛网压泵头挤出,否则不易涂抹均匀,影响活性成分的吸收渗透,且油珠稳定性欠佳。

所述油相各组分的质量百分比如下:氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷0.0001-5%,蓖麻油/IPDI共聚物0.0001-4%,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯0.0001-1%,灵芝孢子油0.0001%~20%,余量为植物油脂。
所述水相由以下质量百分比的组分组成:甘油1-3%,1,3丙二醇3-5%,卡波姆0.1-0.3%,黄原胶0.02-0.1%,透明质酸钠0.01-0.1%,对羟基苯乙酮0.1-0.6%,1,2-己二醇0.2-0.7%,余量为去离子水。

本发明油相中添加的氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷是在聚二甲基硅氧烷的基础上接上氨基基团的化合物,同时含有亲水基团和疏水基团,在水相体系中,疏水基向内、亲水基向外排列,能使灵芝孢子油、椰油醇辛酸酯/葵酸酯等油脂稳定分散在水相中,使油相被包裹形成油珠。添加的蓖麻油/IPDI共聚物具有优良的成膜性能,能使油珠被稳定包裹。并且其温和无刺激,可应用于多种化妆品中。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明利用氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷和蓖麻油/IPDI共聚物优良的成膜性,可以使油相以大小均匀的油珠的形式,稳定的悬浮在水相中,在使用时包材泵头无需经过特殊设计。使用本发明油珠制备方法制备的油珠易于涂抹,同时可以保证油相内油溶活性成分的鲜活性,可应用于多种化妆品的制备中。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
本发明一种含有氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷的油珠的制备方法,是将1-10份油相均匀分散于90-99份的水相中,过滤得到油珠精华,所述油相由氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、蓖麻油/IPDI共聚物、灵芝孢子油和植物油脂组成;
所述油相各组分的质量百分比如下:氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷0.0001-5%,蓖麻油/IPDI共聚物0.0001-4%,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯0.0001-1%,灵芝孢子油0.0001%~20%,余量为植物油脂。
所述水相由以下质量百分比的组分组成:甘油1-3%,1,3丙二醇3-5%,卡波姆0.1-0.3%,黄原胶0.02-0.1%,透明质酸钠0.01-0.1%,对羟基苯乙酮0.1-0.6%,1,2-己二醇0.2-0.7%,余量为去离子水。
所述氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷的分子量为4000~12000g/mol,本发明采用广州天赐高新材料股份有限公司提供的氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷TCN-620。
本发明采用大昌华嘉化学国际贸易有限公司提供的的蓖麻油/IPDI共聚物,商品名为Estogel M。
所述油珠的具体制备方法如下:
1)将油相各组分于油相锅内搅拌加热至85-95℃至各组分完全溶解后,自然降温至75-80℃保温得到油相;
2)将水相各组分于乳化锅内搅拌加热至80-85℃至物料完全溶解后,自然降温至45℃以下得到水相;
3)将步骤2得到的水相采用带工字浆的气动升降搅拌机以60-80r/min的速度进行搅拌,迅速加入步骤1得到的油相,继续搅拌10-15min后,保持搅拌并快速降温至40℃以下(通过温度骤降使油相凝结,并通过搅拌将其剪切成均匀的油珠),抽样进行检测,合格后(油珠在体系中均匀分布,油珠粒径大小在0.5-2mm之间)用150目滤布过滤出料得到含有氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷的油珠。所述油珠为固体油珠,所述油珠的粒径为0.5~2mm。油珠粒径跟搅拌速度有关,搅拌速度快,粒径小,甚至会不成形,直接与水相成一体;搅拌速度慢,油珠粒径大。而将油珠的粒径控制在0.5~2mm之间,产品美观,使用时油珠也易于揉搓破开,易涂抹。
所述步骤1中,搅拌速度为500-800r/min。
所述步骤2中,在温度为25℃,黏度在101.3kpa的情况下,使用数字粘度计2号转子,转速12r/min进行粘度测定,制得的水相的黏度范围为900-1800mPa·s。
本发明还提供了一种基于所述制备方法的油珠,本发明进一步提供了包含所述油珠的护肤品或化妆品。
氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷0.0001-5%,蓖麻油/IPDI共聚物0.0001-4%,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯0.0001-1%,灵芝孢子油0.0001%~20%,余量为植物油脂。
甘油1-3%,1,3丙二醇3-5%,卡波姆0.1-0.3%,黄原胶0.02-0.1%,透明质酸钠0.01-0.1%,对羟基苯乙酮0.1-0.6%,1,2-己二醇0.2-0.7%,余量为去离子水。
实施例1油珠精华的制备
1.原料
水相:水89.14份、甘油3份,1,3丙二醇5份,卡波姆0.1份,黄原胶0.03份,透明质酸钠0.05份,对羟基苯乙酮0.2份,1,2-己二醇0.4份。
油相:氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷0.03份,蓖麻油/IPDI共聚物0.8份,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯0.2份,灵芝孢子油0.05份、椰油醇辛酸酯/葵酸酯1份。
2、油珠的制备工艺
(1)将水相原料中的水、甘油、1,3丙二醇、卡波姆、黄原胶和透明质酸钠,加入乳化锅,用数字粘度计2号转子,转速12r/min进行搅拌升温至85℃(至完全溶解)保温20min,随后加入羟基苯乙酮和1,2-己二醇,继续搅拌冷却至45℃以下,得到黏度为1500mpa·s的水相,备用。
(2)将油相各原料加入油相锅,搅拌升温10min至完全溶解后降温至80℃得到油相备用;
(3)当两相达到指定温度时,将水相使用气动升降搅拌机以60r/min的搅拌速度搅拌,并将高温的油相迅速抽入水相中继续搅拌10-15min后,保持搅拌并快速降温至40℃以下,出料并静置,抽样进行检测,合格后用150目滤布过滤出料得到大小均匀、粒径为0.5-2mm的油珠精华。
实施例2
1.原料
水相:水91.24份、甘油3份,1,3丙二醇3份,卡波姆0.3份,黄原胶0.1份,透明质酸钠0.1份,对羟基苯乙酮0.6份,1,2-己二醇0.7份。
油相:氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷0.03份,蓖麻油/IPDI共聚物0.03份,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯0.01份,类灵芝孢子油0.1份、椰油醇辛酸酯/葵酸酯0.84份。
3、油珠的制备工艺
(1)将水相原料中的水、甘油、1,3丙二醇、卡波姆、黄原胶和透明质酸钠,加入乳化锅,使用转速2000r/min进行搅拌升温至85℃(至完全溶解)保温20min,后加入羟基苯乙酮和1,2-己二醇,继续搅拌冷却至45℃以下,得到黏度为1800mpa·s的水相,备用。
(2)将油相各原料加入油相锅,搅拌升温10min至完全溶解后降温至75℃得到油相备用;
(3)当两相达到指定温度时,将水相使用气动升降搅拌机以60r/min的搅拌速度搅拌,并将高温的油相迅速抽入水相中,继续搅拌10-15min后,保持搅拌并快速降温至40℃以下,出料并静置,抽样进行检测,合格后用150目滤布过滤出料得到大小均匀、粒径为0.5-2mm的油珠精华。
实施例3
1、原料
水相:水84.47份、甘油1份,1,3丙二醇4份,卡波姆0.2份,黄原胶0.02份,透明质酸钠0.01份,对羟基苯乙酮0.1份,1,2-己二醇0.2份。
油相:氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5份,蓖麻油/IPDI共聚物0.4份,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯0.1份,灵芝孢子油2份、椰油醇辛酸酯/葵酸酯7份。
3、油珠的制备工艺
(1)将水相原料中的水、甘油、1,3丙二醇、卡波姆、黄原胶和透明质酸钠,加入乳化锅,使用转速2000r/min进行搅拌升温至85℃(至完全溶解)保温20min,后加入羟基苯乙酮和1,2-己二醇,继续搅拌冷却
至45℃以下至45℃以下,得到黏度为900mpa·s的水相,备用。
(2)将油相各原料加入油相锅,搅拌升温12min至完全溶解后降温至75℃得到油相备用;
(3)当两相达到指定温度时,将水相使用气动升降搅拌机以70r/min的搅拌速度搅拌,并将高温的油相迅速抽入水相中,继续搅拌12min后,保持搅拌并快速降温至室温,出料并静置,抽样进行检测,合格后用150目滤布过滤出料得到大小均匀、粒径为0.5-2mm的油珠精华。
对比例1
对比例1与实施例1的不同之处在于:油相中不加入氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷和蓖麻油/IPDI共聚物,其余与实施例1相同,得到的油珠如图2所示。
对比例2
对比例2与实施例1的不同之处在于:水相中的卡波姆用量从0.1%改为0.35%,即令水相稠度升高,其余与实施例1相同,得到的油珠如图3所示。
对比例3
实施例3与实施例1的不同之处在于:卡波姆用量从0.1%改为0.08%,即另其稠度降低,其余与实施例1相同,得到的油珠如图4所示。
对比例4
对比例4与实施例1的不同之处在于:步骤3中的搅拌速度升至100r/min,其余与实施例1相同,得到的油珠如图5所示。
对比例5
对比例5与实施例1的不同之处在于:步骤3中搅拌速度降至20r/min,其余与实施例1相同。
实施例1及对比例1-5制备得到的油珠油珠外观如表1所示。

检测例1 实施例1制备得到的油珠精华的稳定性测试
1、耐热48℃测试,取实施例1获得的油珠精华,分别放置于透明瓶中,在48℃条件下放置1个月,每个样品做3个平行,观察配方的稳定性。记录结果,见表2。
2、耐寒-18℃测试,取实施例1获得的油珠精华,分别放置于透明瓶中,在-18℃的条件下放置1个月,每个样品做3个平行,观察配方的稳定性。记录结果,见表2。

检测例2 实施例1制备得到的油珠精华保湿功效评价
实验方法:随机抽取5名25~29岁已清洁面部的测试者,在固定位置休息15min,干燥面部后在无空气流通、直射光线、及恒温恒湿条件(室内温度为20~25℃,湿度为40~60%)下的密闭场所内稳定30min后,测试含水量。将对比例1和实施例1的油珠涂敷于测试者的脸部。在涂抹前、涂抹后、涂抹30min后、涂抹1h后,测试含水量。取上述含水量的平均值来计算含水量的变化率。
实验结果:从图6-7可知,涂抹有实施例1油珠精华的测试者脸部的含水量大于涂抹有对比例1的微珠精华的测试者脸部的含水量。这表明,实施例1制备得到的油珠精华具有更好的保湿效果。
Claims (7)
1.一种含有氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷的油珠的制备方法,其特征在于,该制备方法是将1-10份油相均匀分散于90-99份的水相中,过滤得到油珠精华;所述油相由氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、蓖麻油/IPDI共聚物,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、灵芝孢子油和植物油脂组成;
所述水相由以下质量百分比的组分组成:甘油1-3%,1,3丙二醇3-5%,卡波姆0.1-0.3%,黄原胶0.02-0.1%,透明质酸钠0.01-0.1%,对羟基苯乙酮0.1-0.6%,1,2-己二醇0.2-0.7%,余量为去离子水;
所述油相各组分的质量百分比如下:氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷0.0001-5%,蓖麻油/IPDI共聚物0.0001-4%,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯0.0001-1%,灵芝孢子油0.0001%~20%,余量为植物油脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述油珠的制备方法,其特征在于,所述植物油脂为油醇辛酸酯/葵酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1-2任意一项所述油珠的制备方法,其特征在于,所述油珠的具体制备方法如下:
1)将油相各组分于油相锅内搅拌加热至85-95℃至各组分完全溶解后,自然降温至75-80℃保温得到油相;
2)将水相原料中的水、甘油、1,3丙二醇、卡波姆、黄原胶和透明质酸钠先加入乳化锅,搅拌升温至80-85℃后保温20min,随后加入羟基苯乙酮和1,2-己二醇,继续搅拌自然冷却至常温得到水相;
3)将步骤2得到的水相采用带工字浆的气动升降搅拌机以60-80r/min的速度进行搅拌,迅速加入步骤1得到的油相,继续搅拌10-15min后,保持搅拌并快速降温至45℃以下时,抽样进行检测,合格后用150目滤布过滤出料得到含有氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷的油珠。
4.根据权利要求3所述油珠混合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1中,搅拌速度为500-800r/min。
5.根据权利要求3所述油珠混合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2中,在温度为25℃,黏度在101.3kpa的情况下,使用数字粘度计2号转子,转速12r/min进行粘度测定,制得的水相的黏度范围为900-1800mPa·s。
6.一种基于权利要求1所述制备方法的油珠。
7.包含权利要求1所述油珠的化妆品或护肤品。
