螺螨双酯,CAS登录号:1305319-70-3,化学名称为(3-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-氧亚基-1-氧杂螺[4,5]癸-3-烯-4-基)碳酸丁酯。其作用机理为抑制害螨体内脂肪合成、阻断能量代谢。其杀卵效果突出,并对不同发育阶段的害螨均有较好防效,可在柑橘的各个生长期使用。螺螨双酯对全爪螨属、叶螨属、始叶螨属、瘿螨属等均有很好的防效,可用于柑橘、葡萄、茄子、辣椒等作物的螨害治理。
农业害螨个体小、繁殖快、适应性强,是典型的R类害虫。它们危害农作物的正常生理机能,造成落叶、落蕾、落果,削弱树势甚至导致失收。由于人们在害螨的防治过程中过量使用化学农药,使害螨的天敌大量被杀死,造成害螨越防越重,越重越防的恶性循环。
申请人在害螨防治中进行了大量的试验,研究杀螨剂对害螨的控制作用,惊喜地发现将pyflubumide和螺螨双酯按照合理的比例进行复配,可有效增强害螨的防治效果,降低了药剂的使用剂量,减轻对环境的污染。
发明内容
基于以上情况,本发明的目的在于提供一种含螺螨双酯的杀螨组合物,该杀螨组合物对农作物害螨具有明显的增效作用,能够有效控制害螨对农作物的危害,降低了农药的使用剂量。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:一种杀螨组合物,所述的杀螨组合物包含活性成分A和活性成分B,所述的活性成分A为pyflubumide,所示的活性成分B为螺螨双酯,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:4~40:1;
进一步地,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:40、1:20、1:10、1:5、1:3、1:1、3:1、5:1、10:1、20:1、40:1;
进一步地,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:10~20:1;
进一步地,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:10、1:5、1:3、1:1、3:1、5:1、10:1、20:1;
进一步地,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:5~3:1;
进一步地,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:5、1:3、1:1、3:1;
进一步地,所述的杀螨组合物的总重量以100wt%计,所述组分A和组分B的总质量占所述杀螨组合物总质量的1%~99%;
更进一步地,所述的杀螨组合物的总重量以100wt%计,所述组分A和组分B的总质量占所述杀螨组合物总质量的5%~60%;
进一步地,所述的杀螨组合物除了活性成分外还包括农业上可以接受的辅助成分,所述的辅助成分选自润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、溶剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、增效剂或载体中的一种或多种;
进一步地,所述的杀螨组合物可以制备成农药上可接受的制剂剂型,所述的制剂剂型选自粉剂、颗粒剂、球剂、片剂、条剂、可湿性粉剂、油分散粉剂、乳粉剂、水分散粒剂、乳粒剂、水分散片剂、可溶粉剂、可溶片剂、可溶粒剂、乳油、乳胶、可分散液剂、膏剂、水乳剂、油乳剂、微乳剂、脂剂悬浮剂、微囊悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂、悬乳剂、微囊悬浮-悬浮剂、微囊悬浮-水乳剂或微囊悬浮-悬乳剂;
更进一步地,所述的制剂剂型选自悬浮剂、乳油或水分散粒剂。
本发明还公开了如上所述的杀螨组合物用于防治农作物害螨的应用。
进一步地,所述的害螨为朱砂叶螨、二斑叶螨、柑橘全爪螨或山楂叶螨;
更进一步地,所述的害螨为二斑叶螨;
进一步地,所述的农作物为经济作物和/或粮食作物。
更进一步的,将所述的杀螨组合物和/或其制剂以有效剂量施用于害螨或其生长介质上。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1)本发明的杀螨组合物将作用机制不同的杀螨剂进行合理的复配,对农作物害螨具有优异的杀螨效果,增效作用明显;
2)本发明的杀螨组合物降低了农药的使用剂量,速效性和持效性优良。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的技术方案,目的以及优点更加清楚明白,本发明用以下具体实施例进行说明,但本发明可以以各种形式实现而不应被这里阐述的实施方式所限制。
制剂制备例:
制备例1:24%pyflubumide·螺螨双酯悬浮剂(1:1)
配方:12%pyflubumide、12%螺螨双酯、1%十二烷基硫酸钠、1%萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、3%烷基芳基聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚、0.2%黄原胶、1%硅酸镁铝、5%丙二醇、0.02%苯并异噻唑啉酮钾、0.5%硅油、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例,将活性成分pyflubumide和螺螨双酯、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加水混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得悬浮剂产品。
制备例2:24%pyflubumide·螺螨双酯悬浮剂(3:1)
配方:18%pyflubumide、6%螺螨双酯、1%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、1%萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、3%烷基芳基聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚、0.2%黄原胶、1%硅酸镁铝、5%丙二醇、0.2%苯甲酸、0.5%硅油、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:同制备例1。
制备例3:18%pyflubumide·螺螨双酯乳油(1:3)
配方:4.5%pyflubumide、13.5%螺螨双酯、15%EO/PO嵌段共聚物、12%苯乙酮、10%二甲基亚砜、1%十二烷基苯磺酸钙、三甲苯补足余量。
制备方法:按照配方比例,将活性成分Pyflubumide和螺螨双酯、溶剂、助溶剂加入到调配釜中搅拌使其溶解,再加入乳化剂,用剩余溶剂补足余量,在搅拌釜中搅拌均匀,过滤后即的本发明所需乳油。
制备例4:21%pyflubumide·螺螨双酯乳油(5:1)
配方:17.5%pyflubumide、3.5%螺螨双酯、丙二醇甲醚18%、15%蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、2%十二烷基苯磺酸钙、10% DMF、油酸甲酯补足余量。
制备方法:同制备例3。
制备例5:30%pyflubumide·螺螨双酯水分散粒剂(1:5)
配方:5%pyflubumide、25%螺螨双酯、4%木质素磺酸钠、8%萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、3%拉开粉BX、2%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、8%硫酸铵、高岭土补足余量。
制备方法:按照配方比例,将活性成分pyflubumide和螺螨双酯加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,混合,经气流粉碎后加10~25%的水,然后经捏合、造粒、干燥、筛分制得水分散粒剂产品;或将粉碎过的粉体在沸腾造粒机中喷水、造粒、干燥,之后筛分制得产品。
制备例6:28%pyflubumide·螺螨双酯水分散粒剂(1:1)
配方:14%pyflubumide、14%螺螨双酯、8%萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、1.5%十二烷基硫酸钠、6%木质素磺酸钠、30%淀粉、高岭土补足余量。
制备方法:同制备例5。
室内活性试验
实施例1:pyflubumide和螺螨双酯进行复配对二斑叶螨室内毒力测定试验
试验依据:试验参照NY/T 1154.12-2008《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第12部分:叶螨玻片浸渍法》。
试验靶标:二斑叶螨(Tetranychus urticae Koch),选择室内饲养,生理状态一致的雌成螨。
试验药剂:pyflubumide原药、螺螨双酯原药,由集团研发中心提供。
试验准备:将双面胶剪成2cm长,贴于玻片的一端,选取健康的成螨,将其背部粘于双面胶上(不要粘着螨足、触须和口器),每片30头,放入垫有湿海绵容器中,盖上盖子,置于25±1℃条件下。2h后镜检,剔除死亡和受伤个体,补足每片30头。
药剂配制:将试验药剂用合适的溶剂进行溶解,并根据混配目的、药剂活性设计5组配比,各单剂及每组配比混剂配置5个系列质量浓度梯度。
药剂处理:将玻片浸于药液中轻轻震荡5s后取出,用滤纸吸去多余药液,置于垫有湿海绵的白瓷盘中,使用透光性好的塑料薄膜覆盖。
每处理4次重复,并设置不含药剂(含所有有机溶剂和乳化剂)的处理作为空白对照。
饲养与观察:将盛有试虫的容器置于温度为(25±1)℃,光周期为L:D=(16:8)h条件下饲养和观察。
试验调查:处理后48h进行镜检,检查试虫的死亡情况,分别记录总虫数和死虫数。
根据调查数据,计算各处理的死亡率。按下列公式计算:

P——死亡率,单位为百分数(%);
K——表示死亡虫数,单位为头;
N——表示处理总虫数,单位为头。

P1——校正死亡率,单位为百分数(%);
Pt——处理死亡率,单位为百分数(%);
P0——空白对照死亡率,单位为百分数(%)。
若对照死亡率<5%,无需校正;对照死亡率在5%~20%之间,应按照公式(2)进行校正;对照死亡率>20%,试验需重做。
用DPS统计分析系统分析,求出LC50值,评价供试药剂对生物试材的活性。
混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)按式(3)、式(4)、式(5)计算:

ATI——混剂实测毒力指数;
S——标准杀螨剂的LC50,单位为毫克每升(mg/L);
M——混剂的LC50,单位为毫克每升(mg/L)。
TTI=TIA×PA+TIB×PB

TTI——混剂理论毒力指数;
TIA——A药剂毒力指数;
PA——A药剂在混剂中的百分含量,单位为百分率(%);
TIB——B药剂毒力指数;
PB——B药剂在混剂中的百分含量,单位为百分率(%)。

CTC——共毒系数;
ATI——混剂实测毒力指数;
TTI——混剂理论毒力指数。
复配的共毒系数CTC≥120表现为增效作用;CTC≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<CTC<120表现为相加作用。室内毒力试验结果见下表:

经过室内生物活性测定试验表明(见表1),二斑叶螨成螨对pyflubumide的敏感性较高,pyflubumide与螺螨双酯的质量比为1:40~40:1范围内,其针对二斑叶螨的共毒系数大于120,联合作用表现为增效。pyflubumide与螺螨双酯的质量在1:10~20:1的范围内,共毒系数大于130,增效作用显著。
田间药效试验
实施例2:pyflubumide和螺螨双酯进行复配对二斑叶螨田间药效试验
试验地点:试验于2019年在甘肃省平凉市崆峒区柳湖镇新李村草莓大棚中进行,试验地土壤肥力中等偏上,栽培和管理良好,所有试验小区栽培条件均匀一致,符合当地科学的农业实践。
试验作物:草莓(蒙特瑞)。
试验靶标:二斑叶螨(Tetranychus urticae Koch)。
小区安排:小区采用随机区组排列,每小区面积20m2,每处理重复4次,每小区间隔两行草莓。
施药方法:试验于2019年10月3日进行喷药,施药时采用3WBD-20背负式电动喷雾器进行均匀喷雾,施药液量为675L/hm2。
调查方法:每小区定株等距标记20片叶片进行调查,观察并统计施药前螨口基数及施药后3d、7d、14d标记叶片上正反面的活螨。
药效计算方法:
试验期间观察各处理小区草莓生长良好,各处理药剂在供试浓度下均未对草莓植株及其他非靶标生物造成药害。
田间药效试验见下表:

由表2田间药效试验可以看出,本发明将Pyflubumide和螺螨双酯进行合理复配所制成的制剂对二斑叶螨具有较好的防治效果。与单剂对照例相比,增效作用显著。
综上所述,通过室内活性试验和田间试验,本发明的杀螨组合物对植物害螨防效显著,速效性好,持效期长,并且本发明的杀螨组合物对靶标作物无药害,对作物安全。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的,因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (11)
1.一种杀螨组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀螨组合物包含活性成分A和活性成分B,所述的活性成分A为pyflubumide,所示的活性成分B为螺螨双酯,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:40~40:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀螨组合物,其特征在于,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:10~20:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杀螨组合物,其特征在于,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:5~3:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杀螨组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀螨组合物的总重量以100wt%计,所述活性成分A和活性成分B的总质量占所述杀螨组合物总质量的1%~99%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的杀螨组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀螨组合物的总重量以100wt%计,所述活性成分A和活性成分B的总重量占所述杀螨组合物总重量的5%~60%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的杀螨组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀螨组合物除了活性成分外还包括农业上可以接受的辅助成分,所述的辅助成分选自润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、溶剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、增效剂或载体中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的杀螨组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀螨组合物可以制备成农药上可接受的制剂剂型,所述的制剂剂型选自悬浮剂、乳油或水分散粒剂。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的杀螨组合物用于防治农作物害螨的应用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,所述的害螨为朱砂叶螨、二斑叶螨、柑橘全爪螨或山楂叶螨。
10.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,所述的农作物为经济作物和/或粮食作物。
11.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,将所述的杀螨组合物和/或其制剂以有效剂量施用于害螨或其生长介质上。
