In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, directions or positional relationships indicated by terms such as "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "inner", "outer", "left", "right", etc., are directions or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, or are directions or positional relationships conventionally put in use of the inventive product, are merely for convenience of describing the present invention and simplifying the description, and are not indicative or implying that the apparatus or element to be referred to must have a specific direction, be configured and operated in a specific direction, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present invention. While the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and not for purposes of limitation, there is no other directional meaning.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the vehicle-mounted folding pet box 100 provided in this embodiment includes a base 101, an upper cover 102, and a peripheral sidewall 103 therebetween.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 6, the base 101 includes a bottom plate 10 and a lower peripheral sidewall 11 disposed around the bottom plate 10, and the lower peripheral sidewall 11 is four walls extending upward and including a bottom front wall 11F, a bottom rear wall 11B, a bottom left wall 11L and a bottom right wall 11R. The bottom plate 10 forms a cavity U with the lower peripheral side wall 11. The upper cover 102 includes a top cover 20 and an upper peripheral sidewall 21 disposed around the top cover 20, and the upper peripheral sidewall 21 is four walls extending downward, including a top front wall 21F, a top rear wall 21B, a top left wall 21L and a top right wall 21R.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the peripheral side wall 103 includes an inclined front wall 31, an inclined rear wall 32, a foldable left wall 33, and a foldable right wall 34, wherein the left wall 33 includes an upper left wall 33U and a lower left wall 33D that are coupled to each other in the middle, and the right wall 34 includes an upper right wall 34U and a lower right wall 34D that are coupled to each other in the middle. The upper end of the upper left wall 33U is pivotally connected to the top left wall 21L of the upper peripheral side wall 21, the lower end of the lower left wall 33D is pivotally connected to the bottom left wall 11L of the lower peripheral side wall 11, the upper end of the upper right wall 34U is pivotally connected to the top right wall 21R of the upper peripheral side wall 21, and the lower end of the lower right wall 34D is pivotally connected to the bottom right wall 11R of the lower peripheral side wall 11.
So, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the left wall 33 and the right wall 34 are respectively folded inwardly and oppositely, that is, the shaft joint between the upper left wall 33U and the lower left wall 33D is moved inwardly, the outer surface of the upper left wall 33U and the outer surface of the lower left wall 33D are brought close to each other, so that the left wall 33 is folded inwardly; the intermediate shaft joint between the upper right wall 34U and the lower right wall 34D moves inward, and the outer surface of the upper right wall 34U and the outer surface of the lower right wall 34D come close to each other, so that the right wall 34 is folded inward.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the unfolded state, the vehicle-mounted folding pet box 100 has the top left wall 21L, the upper left wall 33U, the lower left wall 33D, and the bottom left wall 11L in one vertical plane, and the top right wall 21R, the upper right wall 34U, the lower right wall 34D, and the bottom right wall 11R in one vertical plane. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the inclined front wall 31 and the inclined rear wall 32 are inclined from bottom to top and from outside to inside, so that the vehicle-mounted folding pet box 100 has a trapezoid structure with a large lower part and a small upper part in cross section as a whole. At this time, the projection area of the upper cover 102 on the horizontal plane is smaller than the projection area of the base 101 on the horizontal plane, and the upper cover 102 is projected vertically downward inside the base 101, in particular, the top front wall 21F is projected inside the bottom front wall 11F, and the top rear wall 21B is projected inside the bottom rear wall 11B.
Thus, as shown in fig. 4, in a state in which the in-vehicle folding pet case 100 is placed in the trunk of the vehicle in an unfolded state, in order to prevent the case from shaking and sliding to frighten pets in the case during running of the vehicle, the case is usually placed against the back of the rear seat. Because the back of the back-row seat of the vehicle is inclined backward, when the inclined front wall 31 or the inclined rear wall 32 of the vehicle-mounted folding pet box 100 is placed against the back of the seat, the space between the two can be fully utilized, and even if the inclination angle of the inclined front wall 31 or the inclined rear wall 32 is inconsistent with the inclination angle of the back of the seat, compared with the existing rectangular pet transport case, the limited space in the back-row case can be saved for placing other articles.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the vehicle-mounted folding pet box 100 is provided with a lock assembly between the upper end of the peripheral side wall 103 and the upper peripheral side wall 21 in the unfolded state. Specifically, the first lock 51 mounted on the top left wall 21L is connected to the upper end of the upper left wall 33U, and the second lock 52 mounted on the top right wall 21R is connected to the upper end of the upper right wall 34U; the upper end of the inclined front wall 31 is provided with a third lock 53, and the upper end of the inclined front wall 31 is connected with the top front wall 21F through the third lock 53; the fourth lock 54 is mounted on the upper end of the inclined rear wall 32, and the upper end of the inclined rear wall 32 is connected to the top rear wall 21B through the fourth lock 54.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the lower end of the inclined front wall 31 is pivoted to the bottom front wall 11F, and the lower end of the inclined rear wall 32 is pivoted to the bottom rear wall 11B, so that the inclined front wall 31 and the inclined rear wall 32 can be turned inward, respectively. Meanwhile, the axial position between the lower end of the inclined front wall 31 and the bottom front wall 11F exceeds the axial position between the lower end of the lower left wall 33D and the bottom left wall 11L upward, and the axial position between the lower end of the inclined rear wall 32 and the bottom rear wall 11B exceeds the axial position between the lower end of the lower right wall 34D and the bottom right wall 11R upward.
Furthermore, the folding method of the vehicle-mounted folding pet box 100 provided by the invention is characterized in that the vehicle-mounted folding pet box 100 is provided with the inclined front wall 31 and the inclined rear wall 32 which are obliquely arranged, so that the vehicle-mounted folding pet box 100 is of a trapezoid structure with a large cross section and a small upper part, and the folding method is matched with the trapezoid structure, and comprises the following specific steps:
step 1: as shown in fig. 5 and 6, when the third lock 53 and the fourth lock 54 are released, the upper ends of the inclined front wall 31 and the inclined rear wall 32 are released, and the inclined front wall 31 and the inclined rear wall 32 are sequentially rotated about the shaft joint into the cavity U and are further placed in the cavity U in a stacked manner, the inclined front wall 31 is up, the inclined rear wall 32 is down, the inclined front wall 31 is down, and the inclined rear wall 32 is up.
Step 2: as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the first lock 51 and the second lock 52 are released, the upper ends of the left wall 33 and the right wall 34 are released, the upper left wall 33U and the lower left wall 33D of the left wall 33 are folded in half and placed in the inward cavity U, the upper right wall 34U and the lower right wall 34D of the right wall 34 are folded in half and placed in the inward cavity U, and the folded left wall 33 and the folded right wall 34 are placed in an opposite manner above the inclined front wall 31 or the inclined rear wall 32.
Step 3: as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the upper cover 102 covers the base 101, that is, the folded left wall 33 and right wall 34, and since the axis connection position between the lower peripheral side wall 11 and the left wall 33 or right wall 34 exceeds the axis connection position between the lower peripheral side wall 11 and the inclined front wall 31 or inclined rear wall 32 upward, at this time, the top left wall 21L can be docked with the bottom left wall 11L, and the top right wall 21R can be docked with the bottom right wall 11R, whereby the first lock 51 locks the top left wall 21L with the bottom left wall 11L, and the second lock 52 locks the top right wall 21R with the bottom right wall 11R, thereby locking the upper peripheral side wall 21 and the lower peripheral side wall 11.
It should be noted that: first, since the vehicle-mounted folding pet box 100 has a trapezoid structure with a large lower portion and a small upper portion in cross section as a whole, particularly in an unfolded state, the top front wall 21F is projected on the inner side of the bottom front wall 11F, and the top rear wall 21B is projected on the inner side of the bottom rear wall 11B, after folding, the top front wall 21F of the upper cover 102 is positioned inward with respect to the bottom front wall 11F of the base 101, and the top rear wall 21B of the upper cover 102 is positioned inward with respect to the bottom rear wall 11B of the base 101;
Secondly, compared with the pet box with a rectangular overall shape in the prior art, after the vehicle-mounted folding pet box 100 is folded, the inclined front wall 31, the inclined rear wall 32, the left wall 33 and the right wall 34 are contained in a concave cavity U formed by the bottom plate 10 and the lower peripheral side wall 11, so that the folded box body has better hiding degree and flatness, is convenient to store, carry and drag, and has stronger overall aesthetic property;
third, since the inclined front wall 31 and the inclined rear wall 32 are arranged obliquely in the unfolded state, when the folding device is folded, a user only needs to sequentially insert the inclined front wall 31 and the inclined rear wall 32 into the concave cavity U, and the folding of the following left wall 33 and right wall 34 and the insertion of the inclined rear wall 32 into the concave cavity U are not affected no matter the inclined front wall 31 is arranged at the upper side, the inclined rear wall 32 is arranged at the lower side, or the inclined rear wall 32 is arranged at the upper side and the inclined front wall 31 is arranged at the lower side, so that the using habit of the user is further adapted.
Further, the inclined front wall 31 and the inclined rear wall 32 have an inclination angle of 5 degrees to 10 degrees, preferably 7 degrees, with respect to the vertical direction, so that comfort of the pet in the in-vehicle folding pet box 100 can be considered.
It should be understood that, since the inclined front wall 31 and the inclined rear wall 32 are inclined from the bottom to the top from the outside to the inside, the left wall 33 and the right wall 34 have a trapezoid shape with a wide lower portion and a narrow upper portion, and the upper ends of the upper left wall 33U and the upper right wall 34U are slightly wider than the upper cover 102 and are wider as going downward. Therefore, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the two sides of the upper left wall 33U and the upper right wall 34U are respectively provided with side edge portions Y extending inwards, when the vehicle-mounted folding pet box 100 is folded, the upper cover 102 covers the upper side of the upper left wall 33U and the upper right wall 34U, the left side of the upper cover 102 is located between the side edge portions Y on the two sides of the upper left wall 33U, and the right side is located between the side edge portions Y on the two sides of the upper right wall 34U, so that the folded vehicle-mounted folding pet box 100 is better in flatness and overall aesthetic appearance.
