优选地,主管道系统的配件被配置为电焊配件。
配件优选被配置为T形件、分支件和/或弯曲件。换句话说,副管道的T形件、分支件和/或弯曲件被配置为半壳,并且在组装期间借助于电焊套筒被焊接在一起。
有利的是,配件的半壳在每种情况下在连接侧上具有连接件,其中连接件的外径优选地对应于管的外径。配件的连接件具有比配件的中心区域更小的外径。结果,配件或半壳具有肩部,电焊套筒在组装期间抵靠该肩部,并且从而电焊套筒的准确位置被预先确定,或者安装者可以识别电焊套筒必须在配件上被推得多远使得其被正确安装。两个配件被焊接在一起的变型中,有利的是,配件在其连接件上具有标记,由此向安装者显示电焊套筒是否位于正确的位置处。
已经表明,有利的是,间隔件元件布置在配件中,其中间隔件元件确保主管道和副管道的同心布置。主管道和副管道通过间隔件元件同心地彼此隔开。此外,间隔件元件用于配件相对于主管道的轴向定位。
优选地,间隔件元件也设置在管中,其中这些间隔件元件不必与配件的间隔件元件相同。
作为优选实施例,副管道的配件具有至少一个夹子,其中,夹子用于将半壳临时固定到主管道。因此,将电焊套筒推到副管道的配件上更简单。夹子可以作为单独的部件追溯性地附接在半壳中,或者在注射成型期间同时铸造在半壳中。
另一种优选的可能性是,间隔件元件已经具有在主管道上提供一定程度的自锁的性质,由此还实现了将配件临时固定到主管道的效果,使得安装者可以更容易地推动电焊套筒,因为它不需要仍然被紧紧地保持。
根据本发明的用于安装双管系统的方法包括以下步骤:
将主管道的子部分焊接到至少一个配件和管,其中优选地,电焊用于焊接主管道的配件和管。焊接在子部分中执行,以便一方面测试焊接,且另一方面分部分地附接或供给副管道的管。主管道的子部分的焊接被细分,使得可以将副管道的管推到至少在主管道的一侧上。
此外,电焊套筒临时布置在将被推到主管道上的副管道的管的外径上。然后,将其上临时布置有一个或多个电焊套筒的副管道的管推到已经被焊接到子部分中的配件的主管道的管上。在安装好主管道或子部分后,可以对其进行压力测试,并识别可能的泄漏。
然后,通过将两个半壳组合或连结在一起,进行副管道的配件、优选地围绕主管道的配件的附接。自然地,也可以附接副管道的由两个半壳组成的配件,以便附接主管道的管。这通常在管道被固定在其处的支承点处实施。为了焊接副管道,将临时布置在副管道的管外径上的电焊套筒部分地推到由两个半壳组成的副管道的配件上,并进行焊接。对于焊接过程,电焊套筒布置成其近似一半在管外径上,并且其另一半在配件上。
优选地,将电焊套筒推到副管道的配件的连接件或两个半壳上,直到止挡件。其中由于较大的横截面,止挡件优选存在于配件的中心区域中。

具体实施方式
图1所示的附图示出了副管道3的部分焊接的配件7的三维视图,其中上半壳被遮蔽。右手侧所示的电焊套筒9已经正确地放置在配件7上并被焊接。然而,左手侧和下部电焊套筒9仍然必须被推到配件7的连接件13上。根据本发明的双管系统1具有主管道2,介质通过该管道循环。主管道2具有管4和配件5,它们优选地通过电焊套筒16焊接在一起,其中也可以设想其他类型的连接,诸如,例如粘接结合和对接焊接。主管道2优选由塑料制成,其中也可以将金属管道设想为主管道。
此外,根据本发明的双管系统1包含副管道3,副管道3围绕主管道系统2布置。副管道3用于保护环境或保护人员免受由于介质从泄漏的主管道系统2中逸出而造成的伤害。副管道3包含管6和配件7,其中配件7被配置为半壳8。管6被配置为单件式塑料管,并且通常通过挤出制造。管6被推到主管道2的管4上,其中仅安装主管道2的子部分,以便然后安装副管道3。副管道3的配件7的两个半壳8围绕主管道2的对应位置附接。通常,该位置也是主管道2的配件5的位置,如图1所示。配件7的半壳8也可以附接在其他位置处,例如它们用作在其处紧固双管系统1的支承点18的位置,这也可以在图3中识别出。对于两个管道2、3的同心布置,半壳8具有间隔件元件17,配件5、7在该间隔件元件17上同心地彼此间隔开。此外,间隔件元件用于半壳8的轴向定位。在图1中,密封件10的沿着半壳8的边缘或壁12延伸的路径清晰可见。当借助于布置在副管道3的配件7上的电焊套筒9进行焊接时,密封件10通过材料连接件在电焊套筒9的区域中连接到半壳8。图2示出了副管道3的配件7的半壳8。连接件13清晰可见,电焊套筒9被推到其上用于焊接半壳8或配件7。由连接件13相对于半壳8或配件7的中心区域14的较小直径形成的肩部15产生用于电焊套筒9的止挡件,由此套筒相应地被正确定位。此外,密封件10沿着半壳8的边缘12的路径进而在图2中清晰可见。密封件10在形成配件7的两个半壳8的分离平面11中延伸。图2示出了示例性实施例,其中密封件10在半壳8的整个边缘上居中延伸。在图2a中示出了示例性实施例,其中密封件10在连接件13的区域中、在其外径上布置在外侧上,使得当焊接到电焊套筒9时,它可以通过材料连接直接连接到电焊套筒9。图3示出了不同的配件7,其被配置为半壳8。作为示例,T形件被示出为90°角,其中也可以设想用于紧固点的其他配件,诸如分支件、弯曲件或半壳,其被配置为支承点18。
图4 - 6示出了根据本发明的用于分步安装双管系统1的方法。图4示出了已经安装好的、优选地通过焊接管4和配件5而安装好的主管道2的子区域,使得副管道3的管6可以被推到其上。然而,主管道2的子区域仅被焊接,使得主管道2的至少一侧保持可接近,以供副管道3被推到其上。此外,图4示出了通过将电焊套筒9临时布置在管6的外径上并且然后将管6和布置在管两侧上的电焊套筒9推到主管道2的子区域上,来准备副管道3的管6。图5示出了其上布置有电焊套筒9的管6如何被推到主管道2上。图6示出了被推到配件7上的副管道2的管6。然后,将电焊套筒9推到配件7的连接件13上,直到肩部15。然后焊接电焊套9。这导致如图3所示的双管系统1。图7示出了副管道3的开口配件7或半壳8,主管道2在半壳8中延伸。清晰可见的是附接在其中的夹子18,并且夹子18以简单的方式将半壳8紧固到主管道3以便组装。这提供了半壳8在主管道2上的简单临时布置的优点,这使得安装者更容易紧固第二半壳并推动电焊套筒9。

Claims (11)
1.一种双管系统(1),具有引导介质的主管道(2)和围绕所述主管道(2)布置以用于保护的副管道(3),所述副管道容纳主管道(2)的管(4)和配件(5),其中,所述主管道(2)的管(4)和配件(5)连接在一起,以及包围副管道(3)的管(6)和配件(7),其中,所述管(6)被配置为单件式塑料管,并且所述配件(7)被配置为半壳(8),其特征在于,所述配件(7)的半壳(8)和所述副管道(3)的邻接管(6)借助于电焊套筒(9)连接在一起,或者在于,所述配件(7)的半壳(8)和由所述半壳(8)组成的邻接配件(7)借助于所述电焊套筒(9)连接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双管系统(1),其特征在于,所述电焊套筒(9)被配置为单件式中空圆柱形套筒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双管系统(1),其特征在于,所述半壳(7)由沿着所述轴线居中穿过所述配件(7)的分离平面形成。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的双管系统(1),其特征在于,所述配件(7)的至少一个半壳(8)具有沿着平行于所述轴线延伸的分离平面(11)延伸的密封件(10),其中,所述密封件(10)在所述电焊套筒(9)的区域中与所述配件(7)的半壳(8)或所述半壳(7)和所述电焊套筒(9)形成材料连接。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的双管系统(1),其特征在于,所述主管道(2)的管(4)和配件(5)通过电焊连接在一起。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的双管系统(1),其特征在于,所述主管道的配件(5)被配置为电焊套筒(16)。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的双管系统(1),其特征在于,所述配件(5、7)被配置为T形件、分支件和/或弯曲件。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的双管系统(1),其特征在于,所述配件的半壳(8)在每种情况下在连接侧上具有连接件(13),其中,所述连接件(13)的外径优选地对应于所述管(6)的外径。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的双管系统(1),其特征在于,所述间隔件元件(17)布置在所述配件(7)中,其中,所述间隔件元件(17)确保所述主管道和所述副管道彼此同心布置。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的双管系统(1),其特征在于,至少一个夹子(18)布置在所述配件(7)中,以便将所述半壳(8)临时固定到所述主管道(2)。
11.一种用于安装根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的双管系统的方法,包括以下步骤:
将所述主管道(2)的子部分焊接到至少一个配件(5)和至少一个管(4),
将电焊套筒(9)临时布置在要推到所述主管道(2)上的副管道(3)的管(6)的外径上,
将其上临时布置有副管道(3)的电焊套筒(9)的管(6)推到主管道(2)的焊接到配件(5)的子部分的管道部分上,
通过组合两个半壳(8)来附接所述副管道(3)的配件(7),优选地围绕所述主管道(2)的配件(5),
其特征在于,将临时布置在所述副管道(3)的管(6)的外径上的电焊套筒(9)部分地推到由两个半壳(8)组成的配件(7)上,并且将其焊接。
