Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of femoral prosthesis fixation, in particular to a femoral prosthesis and a using method thereof.
Background
The advanced intertrochanter fracture of femur has been a clinical problem, and the conventional proximal intramedullary nail of femur is fixed by operation, so that the initial stability of fracture can be realized only, and the treatment target of the old patient for bearing weight after operation can not be reached. Hip replacements often fail treatment due to lack of effective fixation of the proximal end of the prosthesis. There is a need in clinic to design a new way of fixing joint prosthesis, which can effectively fix the distal and proximal ends of the prosthesis in the environment of advanced osteoporosis. The new prosthesis improvement scheme not only achieves the early postoperative load, but also resets and stabilizes the femoral trochanter again, thereby accelerating the postoperative rehabilitation of senile hip fracture and providing a new treatment mode for the femoral intertrochanteric fracture of senile osteoporosis.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a femoral prosthesis and a using method thereof, which are used for solving the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: the utility model provides a femoral prosthesis, includes the main part and sets up the columnar bulge at the main part tip, and the main part is femoral stem prosthesis, goes up thick and thin down, and the arch is used for connecting femoral head prosthesis, the nearly bone end circumference of main part is provided with the biological layer, and main part upper end back is provided with the connecting plate of ascending bar, and is provided with the line hole of sewing up the muscle on the connecting plate. The connecting plate is positioned at the back and the end part of the main body and extends along the inclined direction of the back, so that the muscle is conveniently sutured and fixed, the muscle and the bone are better fixed together, and the muscle and the bone are better fixed together.
Preferably, the four wire holes are symmetrically arranged. The upper two, the lower two, the fixed position can be changed.
Preferably, a wire groove corresponding to the wire hole and preventing the wire from sliding is arranged on the circumference of the connecting plate. The wire sliding is avoided, and the wire slot passes through the wire hole.
Preferably, the biological layer extends onto the connection plate. The fixing capability of the connecting plate is improved.
Preferably, the distance between the end of the connection plate and the top of the protrusion is 5mm. The femoral head prosthesis on the upper side is convenient to connect, and interference is avoided.
Preferably, the vertical height of the main body is 130 mm-145 mm. Compared with the general height in the market, the fixing effect is better when the height is 30mm longer, the effect is better when the height is used for osteoporosis, the insertion depth is large, and the effect is better, and of course, if the height is small, the height can be reduced in the same proportion, and the height is 30mm more than the general height in the market.
A method of use for the above femoral prosthesis comprising the steps of:
filling bone cement into the medullary cavity;
the body is inserted into the bone cement.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the biological layer is arranged on the main body, after the biological layer is inserted into the medullary cavity, the lower side is fixed through cement, the upper side is fixed through the biological layer, the cement ensures the bottom to be stable, and the upper biological layer can be better combined with the medullary cavity to ensure the stability;
2. the connecting plate is arranged on the main body, and can fix muscles and bones through the ropes, so that the fixing effect is better for osteoporosis patients, and a complete fixing system is formed by combining the fixation of the bottom of the main body;
3. the baffle ring is arranged on the main body, so that cement is prevented from spreading on the biological layer;
4. the cement holes and the through holes are arranged, so that the cement can be discharged conveniently;
5. the arrangement of the connecting pipe and the guide pipe is convenient for guiding out the cement.
